Für die süssen Schleckermäulchen wurde daher auch eine Serie von Motiven für die Calendars ausgewählt, zu denen auch Rezepte zT bereits im Blog , u.a. bei  <strong><span style="color:#c31220;">&#8220;essen und trinken&#8221;</span></strong>, bei den <strong><span style="color:#c31220;">Küchengöttern von Gräfe und Unzer </span></strong>oder bei<strong><span style="color:#c31220;"> BonGusto </span></strong>.</p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><p>Wie bereits <a href="http://notyetnamed.wordpress.com/2009/09/08/im-the-kuchen-meister/" target="_blank">gebloggt</a>, habe ich mich vom frisch gebackenen Hobbykoch direkt zum Hobbyschokoladengeburtstagskuchenbäcker gemausert (Ha, wer erkennt das Wortspiel?).</p>
<p>Gehofft, gebangt, gezittert habe ich &#8211; aber! Der Kuchen ist gut angekommen und wurde sogar von meiner Freundin als &#8216;der tollste Kuchen, den ich je hatte&#8217; bezeichnet. Das macht mich sehr glücklich! =)</p>

<title><![CDATA[Alouette II Modellhubschrauber mit Kürbiskernöl]]></title>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><p><a href="http://hubschrauber.wordpress.com/files/2009/02/alouette-modellhubschrauber.jpg"><img class="alignleft size-thumbnail wp-image-370" title="alouette-modellhubschrauber" src="http://hubschrauber.wordpress.com/files/2009/02/alouette-modellhubschrauber.jpg?w=128" alt="alouette-modellhubschrauber" width="128" height="96" /></a>Wenn ich mir ein wenig Mühe geben würde, könnte ich eine absolut glaubhafte Geschichte darüber schreiben, wie unser Kunde Richard Mandl seine Alouette II (im Bild befindet sich unser Modell im Ausstellungsraum) umgebaut hat auf den Betrieb mit Kürbiskernöl aus seiner eigenen Ölmühle.<br />
Nun, das Geheimnis dabei ist, daß es sich nur um Öl aus der ersten Pressung handeln darf.</p>
<p>Wir haben (leider) nicht mit allen Kunden direkten Kontakt. Doch manchmal kommt es vor, daß z.B. eine spezielle technische Frage an uns gestellt wird und wir auf diese Weise Piloten kennenlernen, die ansonsten bei einem Fachhändler einkaufen. Heute habe ich nicht schlecht gestaunt, als eine solche Anfrage betreffend Benzin-Mechanik von einer eMail Adresse @mandl-exclusiv.at eintraf. Ich konnte es nicht glauben! Seit etwa drei Jahren verwende ich das Gourmet-Kürbiskernöl der Firma Mandl in meiner Küche, ohne zu wissen, daß Herr Mandl eine <a title="Modellhubschrauber Alouette II" href="http://www.vario-helicopter.de/alouette.html">Alouette</a> von <a title="Deutscher Hersteller von Modellhubschraubern" href="http://www.vario-helicopter.de">VARIO Helicopter</a> fliegt.</p>
<p>Abgesehen von den <a title="Soßenrezepte von Mandl Exclusiv" href="http://www.mandl-exclusiv.at/recipes/salad_d.htm">Salatsoßen</a> mit <a title="Echt steirisches Kürbiskernöl" href="http://mandl-exclusiv.at/">Kürbiskernöl</a> gehört der Kernöl-Guglhupf (Napfkuchen) zu meinen favorisierten Rezepten.</p>
<p><strong>Guglhupf</strong><br />
4 Eier<br />
100 g Wasser<br />
1 P. Vanillezucker<br />
100 g Mandl Kernöl<br />
150 g Puderzucker (Staubzucker)<br />
100 g Kristallzucker<br />
250 g Mehl<br />
1/2 P. Backpulver sowie Kürbiskerne nach Bedarf und Fett für die Backform.</p>
<p><strong>Zubereitung: </strong>Form einfetten, mit Mehl ausstauben, mit halbierten Kürbiskernen auslegen. Eidotter, Wasser, Puderzucker, Vanillezucker und Kernöl schaumig rühren, Eiweiß mit Kristallzucker nicht ganz steif aufschlagen, Dottermasse mit einem Drittel des Eischnees und dem Mehl glattrühren, dann den restlichen Schnee unterziehen. Bei 160° Celsius ca. 1 Stunde backen. Den Guglhupf entweder in heißem Zustand dick anzuckern oder nach dem Auskühlen mit Glasur überziehen.</p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><p>Hva skjer om man bytter ut lunken melk/vann med &#8220;kald&#8221; te/kaffe og så heller det i bolledeigen? Det var et spørsmål vi måtte ha svar på!!</p>
<p><strong>Det jeg gjorde:</strong><br />
- Jeg delte <a href="http://www.matoppskrift.no/sider/oppskrift12738.asp">denne deigen</a> i 2, og så i 2 igjen, en til hver smak. <em>Finn også to blandeboller, og to av alt annet du trenger, om du velger å lage to smaker på en gang slik jeg gjorde. Dette ble vel rundt 10-11 boller, så det går jo på et brett i ovnen!</em> <em>Så går alt mye greiere enn å vaske alt i all hast og la den ene deigen heve mye lengre osv..</em> <em>Flere smaker? Flere blandeboller!!</em></p>
<p>- Kok opp vann <em>(jeg kokte melk til kaffen, pga jeg ikke er så glad i &#8220;ren&#8221; kaffe)</em>, og hell opp 1,25 dl i hver sin kopp, og ha i smør <em>(for det skal smeltes med det varme vannet som vi nå har byttet ut).</em></p>
<p>- Rør godt og så har du i kaffepulver/teposer<em> (gjerne mer enn en pose! og en skikkelig type te! Jeg hadde i 3 poser &#8220;billig Lidl bær-te&#8221;, og kunne godt hatt 5. Er en grunn for at jeg ønsket å tømme den pakka, den smaker ikke så mye uten sukker i.. og jeg foretrekker usøtet te pga kaloriene, det blir fort 5 kopper på en kveld..)</em></p>
<p>- La det stå og trekke til det går an å ha fingeren i væsken uten at det gjør vondt, men ikke kjennes kaldt. Da er det rundt rett temperatur! Vri ut all væske fra teposene og kast dem <em>(eller ta vare på litt pulver om du vil ha pynt i glasuren!)</em></p>
<p>- Bland deigen som normalt, men: <em>Du vet det lover godt når deigen har et hint av oransje!</em> Kaffe-deigen ble også utrolig mye seigere enn te-deigen, selv om det var like mye av alt i. Så der måtte jeg vel ha i minst 50% mer mel! Hvorfor?!</p>
<p><em>Men uansett, om det ikke virker helt &#8220;normalt&#8221;, så ikke frik ut. Bare ta i mer mel.</em><br />

- La stå og heve under f eks en kjøkkenklut en god stund. Tror mine sto en times tid.<br />
- Lag boller, hev litt til (gjerne mens ovnen står og varmer seg!) og stek dem.</p>
<p><strong>GLASUR</strong><br />
Jeg fant ut at dette her sikkert ble godt med glasur på. Siden mitt forrige forsøk <a href="http://forsvinnendesaus.wordpress.com/2008/12/22/lussekatter-med-krem/">på å lage melisglasur ble bare søl</a>,så tenkte jeg at det skader jo ikke å øve seg litt heller..</p>
<p>Begynte med ca 2 spiseskjeer melis, og hadde i først 1 teskje og så en teskje til og rørte mellom hver gang. Da ble det bra konsistens! <em>Hvor vanskelig hadde det vært å skrive dette på pakka?</em><br />
<strong>Men, vi stopper jo ikke med te og kaffeboller. Hva med kaffe og te-glasur? </strong>Væsken jeg hadde i var jo så klart rester av kaffen og teen jeg lagde først.. Hadde også i litt te-pulver fra posen for å få litt ekstra smak og litt morsomt utseende i teglasuren.<br />

<p><strong>Smak:</strong> Overraskende nok, jeg ønsker jeg hadde mer kaffe i kaffebollene! Det smakte rett og slett ikke &#8220;Oi kaffebolle!&#8221;, det var mer et hint. Tror ikke man ville lurt altfor mye på hva som var annerledes med disse bollene om man ikke visste det. Hadde vel ca en spiseskje kaffe i 1,25 dl melk. Tebollene hadde søtt hint av noe bæraktig, så enda mer te der tror jeg også ville hjulpet. Begge glasurene ble veldig gode, men konsistensen kunne blitt enda bedre. Dette er noe jeg kommer til å prøve meg fram på mer! (Derfor kaller jeg denne posten Te og kaffeboller 1!)</p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><p><strong>Finally!</strong> Before Christmas the kids got to bake some cookies and did they ever do a wonderful job! They had fun rolling and  stamping out the cookies. It was fun to see how focused they were on the whole cookie baking experience. We put lots of cookies in the oven that day. They got to sample some of the dough. Which, by the way, was delicious!!! Thanks Kristi for the wonderful recipe! I&#8217;ll add it after all the pictures. It is truly yummy!</p>
<p>A few days later we also decorated some cookies. That was just as fun. Icing, sprinkles…more sprinkles. I like to make colored icing and then sprinkle with the same color sprinkles. It makes them festive and fun. If you make the frosting fairly thick, you won&#8217;t even have to layer the cookies on waxed paper. </p>

<p>There&#8217;s nothing like great memories of baking cookies for Christmas. I used to go to my grandmother Nelly&#8217;s house to bake. She would get out her big wooden block to bake on. I have one too and besides the great memories it is awesome for baking cookies!</p>

<p>It took Jakob a little while to figure out how to make the most of your rolled out cookie dough. He kept wanting to put a couple of stamps right in the middle, so us girls had to teach him. He got better as we went along.</p>

<p>It was fun to watch the kids enjoying the smells and let&#8217;s not forget the over-kneaded dough. There&#8217;s nothing like sticky dough when you&#8217;re five I guess.</p>

<p><strong>Kristi&#8217;s Frosted Butter Sugar Cookies</strong>   makes 5-6 dozen</p>
<p>Bake at 375ºF for 8-10 minutes.</p>
<p>1 C butter<br />
1.5 C sugar<br />
3 eggs<br />
1tsp vanilla<br />
3.5 C flour <br />
2 tsp baking powder<br />
1 tsp salt</p>
<p>Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time. Mix all the dry ingredients. Add. Chill, roll, cut out and enjoy!</p>
<p><strong>Frosting</strong><br />
2+ C powdered sugar <br />
1tsp vanilla<br />
.25-.5 C butter<br />
1T milk</p>
<p>Mix 1 C powdered sugar, vanilla, butter and milk. Add powdered sugar until desired consistency.  Divide and add food coloring for fun. Don&#8217;t forget the sprinkles!</p>

<title><![CDATA[Gâteau aux marrons (Maronenkuchen)]]></title>

<p>C&#8217;est pourquoi nous aimons beaucoup l&#8217;automne pour faire des plats avec ce joli fruit, par exemple, le gâteau aux marrons!</p>
<p>Pour 6 personnes:<br />
750g de crème de marron</p>
<p>100g de beurre</p>
<p>3 œufs</p>
<p>1 cc de levure chimique</p>
<p>2 cs de Maïzena<br />
Pour le glaçage au chocolat:</p>
<p>100g de chocolat noir</p>
<p>1 cs de sucre glace</p>
<p>50g de crème liquide<br />
Tapissez un moule carré de 20 cm de papier sulfurisé et beurrez ce dernier. Tamisez ensemble la Maïzena et la levure chimique.</p>
<p>Dans un saladier mélangez la crème de marron avec le beurre ramolli. Incorporez les jaunes d’œufs et le mélange Maïzena -levure.</p>
<p>Montez les blancs en neige et les incorporer très délicatement à la préparation.</p>
<p>Versez la préparation dans le moule et cuire dans un four préchauffé à 150° pendant 40 minutes.</p>
<p>Laisser refroidir le gâteau 30 minutes et le démouler.</p>

<p>Préparation du glaçage:<br />
Faire fondre le chocolat au bain-marie ou au micro-onde puis ajouter le sucre glace tamisé.<br />
Portez la crème à ébullition et incorporez-la en 3 fois au chocolat fondu.<br />
Recouvrez-en le gâteau avec une spatule.</p>

I bøtter og lass, og har laget sauer og måner (hel- og halv-) og katter og nisser og hester og hjerter og bittesmå kakemender og -damer, kaniner og stjerner. Og 23 små kakehjerter, og ett stort, alle med hull. Litt kjip julekalender, menmen&#8230;gutten er jo ikke 2 år engang. De er nå store nok, og er rikelig dekorert med glasur. <img src='http://s.wordpress.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt=';)' class='wp-smiley' /><br />
Men..så lager man for mye glasur, og ender opp med å gå helt amok på noen stakkars pepperkakedyr og objekter. Helt amok, seint på kveld og du verden så gøy. <img src='http://s.wordpress.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt=';)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>Det skal jo pyntes pepperkakehus også, men det bør kanskje de største barna få lov til å ta seg av, eller hur? <img src='http://s.wordpress.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  Da skal det tas bilder!</p>
