Wer weiss was gesucht wird, kann diese Daten auch geschickt auswerten und <span style="text-decoration:line-through;">verkaufen</span> veröffentlichen. Ich benutze oft und gerne <a href="http://trends.google.com" target="_blank">Google Trends</a> um Analysen grafisch darzustellen. Jetzt hat <a href="http://trends.google.com/websites" target="_blank">Google Trends for Websites</a> veröffentlicht und man kann nun auch auch Websites vergleichen, mit deren &#8220;Daily Unique Visitors&#8221; Angaben.</p>
<p>Wie gut dieses Beta Produkt von Google auf Anhieb ist, ist beeindruckend und brauch sich vor kommerziellen Angeboten, wie IVW und AGOF nicht verstecken. Das hat Jens Schröder in seinem Beitrag &#8220;<a href="http://meedia.de/menu/home/details/article/Die%20erfolgreichsten%20Websites%20Deutschlands_8228/23/" target="_blank">Die erfolgreichsten Websites Deutschlands</a>&#8221; bei Meedia sehr gut recherchiert und dargestellt. Leider stellt Google Trends kleine deutsche Websites noch nicht grafisch dar, aber dafür ist es noch ein Beta Produkt.</p>
<p>Die Marktmacht von Google zeigt sich, wenn man sich einmal den Börsenkurs des kommerziellen Anbieters <a href="http://www.comscore.com/" target="_blank">ComScore</a> aus den USA anschaut. Seit Google Trends for Websites erschienen ist, hat der <a href="http://www.ariva.de/chart/index.m?boerse_id=1&#38;secu=100240957&#38;zeitraum=4&#38;kx=s" target="_blank">Börsenkurs um 30% nachgelassen</a>. Dabei ist Googles Angebot umsonst, aber qualitativ gleichwertig.</p>

No pude resistirme a probar <a href="http://trends.google.com/websites?q=facebook.com%2C+myspace.com&#38;geo=all&#38;date=all&#38;sort=0" target="_blank">qué pasaba en la competencia de las dos redes sociales más importantes de Internet</a>: <a href="http://facebook.com" target="_blank">Facebook</a> y <a href="http://www.myspace.com/" target="_blank">MySpace</a>.</p>
