(CBS Connecticut) – The State House of Representatives has voted in favor of horses what’s informally known as the “Scuppy the horse” measure.
In a case last month, Connecticut’s State Supreme Court let stand an Appellate court ruling that horses are “naturally inclined to do mischief or be vicious.” The case involved a child who was bitten by a horse named Scuppy at a Milford farm stand. 113 more words
