Understanding Divine Knowledge from God–Part One

2Co 4:6

For it is the God who commanded light to shine out of darkness, who has shone in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.

This verse begins with the word “for” which is translated from the Greek word hoti. One of the other English words for this Greek word is “because”.  Because God performed a certain divine act in the life of the believer, there was a manifested change in the mind of the believer.  The manifested change came in the form of divine revelation knowledge concerning the glory (doxa) of God.  Because God infused, (breathed into the spirit) of the believer, this came about.  This is the working of regeneration as a part of the salvation plan of God.  This regenerative act is a part of 2 Corinthians 5:17  speaks of the “newness” the believer. What was old has passed away, and replaced with all things new.  Our minds have been renewed through this divine act (Romans 12:2).  We have been made alive by God’s Spirit.  Old things–concepts and perceptions have been replaced with fresh spiritual enlightenment. This spiritual enlightenment is an ongoing process in the life of the believer. This renewal process began at the moment we accepted salvation.  Now we are responsible to walk in the light as He is in the light on daily basis.  This will help us to learn the new spiritual knowledge of Him through our growing relationship with Him. 

The action God performed came through a commandment.  The word “command” comes from the Greek word epo, which finds its root in a primary verb, which is used, only in the definite past tense.  The other tenses of this word are borrowed from the Greek word ereo which is translated into English as say 57 times, speak 7 times, tell 4 times and speak of 2 times for a total of 71 times in the King James Version.  It means to utter, to speak, or say.  The other alternate form of epo is rheo, which can be understood as a pouring forth.  In this divine act of God, He poured forth into the new life of the redeemed the knowledge of His glory. 

God broke the silence that had existed for 400 years.  All man had to go on was the laws and commandments that had been received by Moses on Mount Sinai.  Since then, many more man-made laws had been added making the total number of laws 613.  To break one of these laws was to break the whole law.  These inconsistencies were among the many things that Jesus pointed out to his disciples. It was time for humanity to hear and receive the revealed Truth of the One True living God.  It was time for them to come to the knowledge of truth of the gospel of Jesus Christ–God’s only begotten Son.  It was time to set the record straight.  It was time for humanity to get the true description of Who He was, and the love He had in His heart for them.

Since we have been given this knowledge, it should be understood that no man could successfully preach and be of much good if they do not have a working relationship with the Lord and His Written Word.  The individual mind cannot vacillate and hesitate concerning the gospel of Jesus Christ nor did the life that must lead.  When the mind is filled with doubts, there is no faith.  When there is timidity in doing the work of the Lord, then the boldness that is promised has not been received.  The individual who declares what he has no acquaintance with the Lord cannot be effective.  If there is no deep-felt conviction concerning the words written in the Bible, then how can this individual be effective for the kingdom of heaven?  There is a lack of understanding concerning what the individual affirms.  How can they stand by something that they do not understand? 

What then should be the standard by which to measure the effectiveness of a person’s words concerning Jesus and His gospel?  This lesson teaches that there must be God-given spiritual enlightenment.  The individual must be God-breathed upon in order to receive the right illumination.  There are illuminations that have their source in the rulers of darkness, and then there is the true Illuminator who shines through to the heart causing a change.  There must be a relationship developed through personal interaction and experience with Jesus Christ.

Guten Tag allerseits!

Ja, die Überschrift klingt etwas eigenartig, aber hier handelt es sich tatsächlich um eine Erfindung aus Japan, die für mich wirklich einen Post wert ist. Den “gPod”.

Unter gPod versteht man einen Vibrator den man an einen herkömmlichen iPod oder andere Mp3-Player anschließen kann und sich dann im Rhythmus der Musik bewegt. Das variiert natürlich von Song zu Song.

(Für den Fall das jetzt der eine oder andere schon grübelt welches Lied man da am besten auflegt, Denkanstoß: Doubblebase, aber man stelle sich die ganzen Tecnofreaks mit ihren xxx-Beat-per-minute Remixes vor. Das ist doch grausam! XD)

Aber er soll auch mit Handys und TV-Geräten kompatibel sein.

(Also, ich stelle mir da politische Ansprachen, Nachrichten und Zeichentrickserien nicht gerade erotisch vor…)

Eine weitere Idee des Erfinders ist, den gPod mit dem Handy zu nutzen wenn der Partner weit weg ist und anruft…

(Sind da überhaupt noch vernünftige Gespräche möglich? Dürfte wenig informativ sein wenn man eine dringende Frage hat und die Freundin jedesmal nur in den Hörer stöhnt.)

Erfinder Ichiro Kameda stellte sein Werk 2007 auf der ersten Sexspielzeugmesse in Tokio vor und kostet umgerechnet etwa 145 Euro. Also billiger als ein iPod.

(Na, das ist doch echt die Überlegung wert, oder XD)

Apple ist, wie man sich vorstellen kann nicht begeistert und versucht Kamada dazu zu bringen zumindest den Namen des gPod’s zu ändern.

(Wobei, gerade der Name ist doch noch das Tüpfelchen auf dem “ i ” XD)

Jedoch bereits vor Kamada wurde der “OhMiBod”, “Boditalk” und der “iBuzz Two” erfunden. Der OhMiBod kann ebenso an den iPod angeschlossen werden und ist für etwa 90 Euro erhältlich. Auch hier handelt es sich um kein richtiges Appleprodukt, zählt jedoch genau wie Lautsprecher und anderes Zubehör zu den Zusatzprodukten, wobei es auch für den OhMiBod schon spezielle Softskinhüllen oder Oberschenkeltaschen für unterwegs gibt.

(Also, wenn ich jemals so ein Ding in einem Elektroladen neben Kopfhörer und iPod-Socken liegen sehe brech ich auf der Stelle vor Lachen zusammen)

“Boditalk” ist im Prinzip ein normaler Vibrator mit verschiedenen Modi der auch in Aktion tritt wenn das Handy in der Nähe klingelt.

(Das stelle ich mir jetzt peinlich vor wenn ich gerade Besuch habe und das Gerät in der Schublade zum herumfuhrwerken anfängt weil mich jemand anruft…)

Der “iBuzz Two” ist anders als sein Vorgänger der “iBuzz (one)” speziell auch für Paare ausgelegt. Der Vibrtor wird an den Mp3-Player angeschlossen, die Stöpsel eingesteckt und los gehts. Hierbei dürfen sich Frauen mit der klassischen Dildoausführung und Männer mit einer Art Penisring begnügen…

Tja, was soll man da noch großartig sagen… O.o …Solange sich beide über die Musik einig sind… Aber wie kommt man nur auf solche Ideen?

Taking its name from the iPod craze that’s been sweeping the world for the past few years, the ‘gPod’ has the potential to revolutionise society in unimaginable ways.

The gPod is a phallic-shaped vibrator that consists of a handset that can connect to a music player (like your iPod), television or mobile phone and vibrates to the sounds it picks up.

How groovy.

Media Reports:

Ichiro Kameda is the brain behind the invention which was showcased at Japans first ever sex toy expo in suburban Tokyo.

“You can use it in many ways, for example hooking it up to your mobile phone… so one of the ideas is that you can use it here in Tokyo when your boyfriend in New York is talking to you on the phone,” Kameda told media.

Kameda said he had spent four years trying to design a product when he hit upon the concept.

When asked on how he came about the idea, Kameda declined an answer.

Nearly 160 companies or groups were exhibiting products and services during the weekend Adult Treasure Expo 2007, including sex toys, sex machines, costumes and videos.

The sex toy is set to retail at ¥25,000 or about US$200 and is marketed by Japanese sex toy company Joymind.

There are some mourmours that Apple may want to legally take on Joymind in court over trademarks to the naughty device.

No word yet as to when it will be avaliable for order. But if I were to take a guess, I’de say it’s going to be the top gift for Christmas 2008.
