I love this pasta salad in the summer.  It’s filing but seems light.  2 garlic cloves  2 tablespoons Lemon juice 4 quarts water 1/2 tsp ground black pepper Salt 3/4 cup toasted pine nuts 1 box penny or fussili GF pasta 6 tablespoons mayonnaise 3 cups (4 oz.)
