Okay, I know this post should be the post containing my next video “Engeddie’s Israel Adventure” or whatever, but I couldn’t wait till then…*cough*addict*cough*

Awe, isn’t it lovely? <3

This is my favorite childhood candy…many a day/night was I pacified with this delectable sour goodness. It is small, convenient and yummy; not to mention it’s shaped like bugs – I LOVE BUGS!

So, after thinking about this memorable treat, I began to recall other candies that were in my childhood and some new ones that I wish I had met when I was younger – where have you been all my life?

These are my dear friends that help me when I am sad [comfort food? O_o], they make me hyper-insane-crazed and they change me into a selfish person [I don't share this stuff]. They have been good to me for many years and they always say hello when I enter a store, how nice of them.

These are not listed in any specific order.

• Bug City Candy Tarts

These were my fav of all time when I was little because they were cheap, meaning plentiful. My mom would always carry this around and whenever I needed to be “shut-up” I would receive a handful of the sour bugs!

• Twix

Now who doesn’t love chocolate, caramel and cookie wrapped in a gold package? This is my top of the list chocolate bar, the one I always look for, I just wish they were bigger…like a lot bigger!

• Strawberry Pocky

My new candy splurge from the Land of the Rising Sun, Japan. Okay, I admit I got hooked on this because my favorite anime characters ate it, but they’re still good…okay???

• Hershey’s Milk Duds

Mmmm, extremely chewy and…maybe I just love chocolate with caramel…

• Ferrero Rocher

My expensive choice…not that it’s that expensive but it makes me feel wealthy when I eat it, not to mention the melting “special effect” it has in your mouth.

• Tic Tac Mints: Orange Flavor

This was my grandmother’s version of the bug candy. “Here Jerusha, shut-up and eat these!” Of course, I would only get, like, two…*cry*

• Pelon Pelo Rico Tamarind Candy

I discovered this candy when I was seven and traveling in Mexico with my family. It was really cheap and so spicy/sour…been hooked ever since. It’s not easy to find in the states, especially now that I live in the midwest.

• Salt Water Taffy

Awe, this candy always reminds me of my vacation to Canada, the beaches, the mountains, the ocean…yeahhhhh.

• Sour Gummy Worms

Come on, you know you like them to! 1.) It’s a bug, need I say more?

• Chupa Chups Lollipops

I love this sucker, not that it tastes better than any other sucker, but they come in many flavor choices and they have a pretty wrapper.

• Swedish Fish

Yes! I like these…but, not for the reason you like them. I like them because they make me extremely hyper…it’s like my crack, seriously.

• Rolo

Another chocolate with caramel…is a pattern forming here?

• Gummi Bears

I like these because I am evil and enjoy ripping cute little bears’ heads off!

With idols moving into the acting world at record pace, we have news of the soon to air Telecinema Project.

Jaejoong from DBSK and Han Hyo Joo (Brilliant Legacy) star in the vignette, Heaven’s Postman [천국의 우편 배달부], scheduled to air on 11/12.  The story surrounds those who write letters to their loved ones, who’s left before them and gone to heaven.

On the same day, Bing Bang’s Seungri and T.O.P’s project 19 [나의 19세] will also air.  They star as 19 year olds in a thriller, as they, along with Heo Yi Jae, take flight after getting involved in a homicide.  The story is filled with suspense but is mainly a coming of age story for the 2 stars.

The Telecinema Project is a joint venture between Korea and Japan, which includes 7 vignettes of stories, with a Korean director partnering with a Japanese screenwriter. It is being developed for both the big and small screens.  The first production to air will be Love is Blind [내눈에 콩깍지] with Lee Jia and Kang Ji Hwan, on 11/5.

The OST for the production Triangle [트라이앵글], starring Ahn Jae Wook, Kang Hye Jung (congrats!), and Lee Soo Kyung, released its OST today: Gummy’s “Goodbye follows Love” [이별은 사랑 뒤를 따라와].

I stumbled across these awesome little (or should I say HUGE) Gummy Bears a while back. I am the biggest fan of Gummy Bears, EVER, and when I saw these I instantly wanted one (and I’m a diabetic).

Basically it is 1400 gummy mashed one huge uber Gummy Bear! Standing tall at 24cm and weighing in at a massive 2.3kg and for those of you who are watching those calories it is a reasonable 12,600 calories (WHAT!) for those of you who are interested that is roughly 6 large McDonalds. It is all anyone needs to satisfy their heart attack desires.

These little monsters will be available soon from Firebox.com for just £15, which by the way is a truly awesome bargin .

One of the huge sucker

That’s right, my house is clean, due to Kat and Danny coming to stay tonight, to adopt two of the female baby hamsters that I have bred. I will be quite sad to see them go but I know they will be in safe hands with them, and I get to visit them whenever I go back to Harlow! My parents are also coming over tomorrow to view UCA, Rochester again. I went there for my degree, and my sister is trying to find a good university to go to next September to study fashion.

Tonight is quite a big night for me, not just because two of my favourite people in the whole world are coming to stay! It is because my hair is going to change colour for the first time in about three years! I am going to be using Schwarzkopf Live Color XXL in Red Passion number 43. I have used Live Color XXL before when I used to have red or purple hair, but not for many years. This should be quite interesting for me, seeing as most people now know me as ‘Pinky’ and I will no longer be pink… I fancy a change though, its about time!

Ryan has shown me some amazingly amazing things today, and I want all of them! Here are a few examples:

I also want pretty much everything from this page here. The giant gummy bear is ridiculous…..except for the bug infested lollies which make me feel a bit sick thinking about them…

I have always had a ‘thing’ for guys with facial hair… I just cant seem to get enough of it….

In other news, how amazing was “The Familyness” when we were kids! I used to love that program so much. and I hope I can find a copy of it to show my children one day! The theme just makes me melt inside:

How 80’s is that!!! Jeez, I’m all flustered with beards, and nessies….

My nephew & my son have a birthday a few weeks apart so my sister-in-law & I host a double birthday party for them each year. This year they are obsessed with Legos so we used that for the theme!

First, the cake! It was 5 different flavors & 6 different colors. It’s a lot of work, but the result was great! We used a 6×6 inch pan, a small loaf pan, & a mini cupcake pan. (I recommend buying the good food coloring-gel or paste- because you can get more bold colors, such as we did.)

Next, the snacks! We planned the party for early afternoon because our budget just wouldn’t cover a meal. We ended up with plenty of snacks, though! We both purchased the Lego ice cube tray and it came in very handy! My sister-in-law made Lego gummies and Lego Jolly Ranchers!

I also made some vanilla candy Legos (made from those candy melts you can buy). I made the white ones first, then I found the green color which was the same color as the Power Miners Lego sets!

Then the games! We kept it very simple because we knew people would be arriving at different times. We set up several boxes into two fortresses. Then blew up lots of balloons. The kids threw them at each other for a long time! Then when they got tired of that, they took the fortresses apart and built their own. Easy and fun!

A brilliant idea of my sister-in-law’s was when it came time to open presents. We had each kid pick a box & sit in it. It kept them occupied and contained! They loved it!

Finally, the goodie bags! These were fun! I used a simple blue bag (similar in size to a brown lunch sack) and attached foam circles to make them look like Legos. Inside, we included: random Legos (bought in bulk on Ebay), Lego candy, Lego stickers, a rubber bracelet, and a tattoo. (I’ll post pics as soon as I find the cord to my cell phone!)

It was a great party & fairly easy to plan. My only bits of advice are: the cake takes forever to ice- buy a cake if you can; coat the gummy Legos with powdered sugar or cornstarch or they are really sticky; and finally, save some cake for yourself at the end!

I love it when balladeers come out and sing their version of the latest pop music because besides humanizing them into normal people, they also belt out the best master mixes.

Balladeers that have done this before them? Think of Wheesung & Lyn with their Mirotic and So Hot covers. Park Hyo Shin sang & danced Taeyang’s Look At Me while Wheesung, Gummy, and Jung Yip did backup? Awesome right?

So when Tei & Na Yoon Kwon took Kim Jung Eun’s Chocolate stage by storm, they got the audience dazed and riled up as they first sang with a Carpenters’ classic song, Superstar, and then transitioned to some hot remixes. I would to if two mesmerizing balladeers just sang out, “Hot it, hot it, hot it, hot it, hot issue.”
