<p>The ABS Gym is a small yet well equipped personal training studio in Dublin.</p>
<p>Our personal training clients would be exactly 50/50 male/female with a range of goals from weight loss to muscle gain.</p>

<p>We have doctors, dentists, stay at home mothers and everything in between and our packages range from full time personal training to part time packages. Some packages require that you train 3 times per week and for some that you may only need to see a trainer once every week.</p>
<p>We also offer satellite programmes for the more experienced trainee. This involves working with a personal trainer for 1-2 sessions initially in which the trainer will perform body assessments, body fat assessments and measurements and devise a specific programme tailored to your needs once every 4-6 weeks.</p>
