<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><p>Bernard Heberle is an extremely talented French patissier who after teaching patisserie in Japan for many years, decided to show and market his own creations in Hamamatsu City and Shizuoka Prefecture, rapidly proving he was the undisputed master of French Patisserie to the 4 million souls gracing our Prefecture.</p>
<p>Below is a short anthology of cakes he created during the past year!</p>

Yes, you read well, this cake&#8217;s name is a number!<br />
Can you guess?</p>
<p>In his own words:<br />
&#8220;En cette période des Kinmokusei , je te présente ce gâteau bien connu des japonais et peut être leur favori avec les short cake.<br />
Son nom 4810 ( Non , ce n&#8217;est pas son prix , seulement l&#8217;altitude de notre Mont Blanc )<br />
Celui ci , le notre est une base de meringue au lait avec une crème de marron et une génoise a la vanille , crème pâtissière et crème montée, nous utilisons des marrons italien du Piémont.&#8221;</p>
<p>&#8220;In the Kinmokusei (fragrant orange-colored olive, the tree of Shizuoka Prefecture. Look below for picture) season, I would like to introduce a cake well known to the Japanese and perhaps their favourite with short cake.<br />
Its name is 4810 (No, it&#8217;s not its price, only the height of Mont-Blanc!).<br />
This particular creation rests on a milk meringue, then a marron cream and vanilla genoise. Next a creme patissier and a creme montee.<br />
We use Italian marrons from Piemonte.&#8221;</p>

&#8220;Voici une tarte de saison , la combinaison de figue et de framboise sur un fond de pâte sucrée a l&#8217;amande régulée par une douce crème pâtissière , un vrai mélange de saveur et de parfum avec une sensation croustillante et mielleuse a la fois.&#8221;</p>
<p>&#8220;Here is a seasonal tart. The fig and raspberry combination on an almond pâte sucrée is enhanced by a soft  crème pâtissière/custard. A true mixture of savours and perfume with a crusty and honey sensation.&#8221;</p>

C&#8217;est un gateau a base de mascarpone avec une douceur myrtille au chocolat blanc sur un pain de Genes et une touche de gelée de cassis. Très frais et de saison, les myrtilles sont excellentes cet été , malgré la pluie incessante. &#8220;</p>
<p>&#8220;A new creation&#8230;&#8221;Evolution Cassis&#8221;<br />
It is a cake with a mascarpone base qith a sweet blueberry and white chocolate layer on a Genes bread/short cake and a touch of cassis jelly.<br />
Very fresh and seasonal. The blueberries are excellent this summer, in spite of the unceasing rain.&#8221;</p>
<p><strong>TISANE</strong></p>

&#8220;Voici un gâteau au nom de &#8221; Tisane &#8221; et pour cause il est a base d&#8217;herbe fraîche et plus spécialement de Verveine.<br />
La combinaison Verveine, crème, oeuf, lait et amour se marie très bien surtout en approche de la saison chaude et humide.&#8221;</p>
<p>&#8220;Here is a caked I called &#8220;Tisane&#8221; because it is prepared with a fresh herb base, especially Verveine.<br />
The combination of Verveine, cream, egg, milk and love is just perfect as we approach the hot sultry season!&#8221;</p>

&#8220;Voici le gâteau du mois &#8221; Noisette&#8221; tout simplement un mélange de chocolat noir et de lait avec une dacquoise aux noisettes torréfiées  ainsi que base croustillante le tout surmonte d&#8217;une chantilly légèrement chocolatée. Très agréable en bouche , un mélange de saveurs et de texture façon criollo.&#8221;</p>

<p>&#8220;Here is this month cake, &#8220;Noisette/Hazelnut&#8221;.<br />
It consists of a simple mixture of milk and black chocolate with a roasted hazelnuts Dacquoise as a crusty base. The whole is topped with slightly chocolate -flavoured Chatilly cream and black chocolate.<br />
Very soft on the tongue. A combination of savours and texture in criollo fashion.</p>
<p>As usual, I doubt I need to add any comment!</p>
<p><strong>TARTE SICILIENNE/SICILIAN TART</strong></p>

&#8220;Voici le gâteau que je te propose ce mois &#8221; Tarte Sicilienne &#8221; qui est une tarte a base de Mascarpone et de pistache avec des Fraises de notre belle région &#8221; 紅ほっぺ&#8221; sur un fond de pâte sucrée a la crème d&#8217;amande et coulis de fraise. Toute la Sicile dans l&#8217;assiette.&#8221;</p>
<p>&#8220;Here is the cake I would like to propose you this month, Sicilian Tart&#8221;, which a tart based on Mascarpone and pistachio with strawberries from our beautiful region called &#8220;Behi-Hoppe&#8221;/&#8221;Red Cheeks&#8221; on a bed of pate sucree with almond cream and strawberry coulis/sauce. All Sicilia in the plate!&#8221;</p>

<p><strong>TENDRESSE/TENDERNESS</strong></p>

<p>This particular creation is named &#8220;Tendresse&#8221; in French, meaning tenderness in English.<br />
In Bernard&#8217;s French words:</p>
<p>-&#8221;Voici le gâteau que je te propose ce mois &#8221; Tendresse &#8221; qui est un gâteau a base de Fromage blanc et de pâte a bombe , très léger et même ceux qui n&#8217;aime pas le fromage y trouverons leurs plaisir. Léger et onctueux décoré avec des macarons a la Framboise.&#8221;</p>
<p>-&#8221;Here is the cake I would like to introduce your friends to this month. It is called &#8220;Tenderness&#8221; and is made with a very light combination of Fromage Blanc/White cheese and Pate a bombe/very fine sponge cake variety. Even people who do not like cheese will appreciate it. Light and soft, it is decorated with raspberry macarons&#8221;.</p>
<p>I&#8217;m ready to take the 30-minute bullet train to Hamamatsu to savour it!</p>

<title><![CDATA[Hamamatsu, again]]></title>

<description><![CDATA[On Sunday me and Meg drove the 250km to Hamamatsu again. Last week we went down there to install her]]></description>
<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><p>On Sunday me and Meg drove the 250km to Hamamatsu again. Last week  we went down there to install her doll at the exhibition organized by her classmates. Yesterday was the day to go and clear her stuff out. </p>
<p>We woke up early and drove down there and got there really early. We went out by the high school she went to (where I also taught) as well as around where I used to live at that time. I had assumed that they would have torn that place down by now, since many similar buildings in the area had been destroyed, but it was still there!</p>
<p>Then we went into town and looked around a few of her old haunts. By then, it was a little before lunch, so we met two of her childhood friends for a long lunch of Indian curry. </p>
<p>Once the clock made it&#8217;s way to 2:00, we went to the exhibition space, because it was Meg&#8217;s turn to work the reception desk. While she did that for two hours, I watched video podcasts, went to a nearby electronics store to look at fridges and just sat around. </p>
<p>She was invited by her former classmates to a dinner and she was sort of confused about what to do. I certainly am not interested in going, so I said I would drive back home and she could take the Shinkansen back after the party. She felt bad about making me go back alone, so even though she was having a lot of fun at the party, she kept sending me emails, making sure I was ok and not lonely. </p>
<p>Of course, I was fine&#8230;until I passed Gotemba, where the electronic traffic information signs informed me there was a 60km, 2+hr traffic jam waiting ahead. No way I wanted to do that, so I got off the highway and took the local roads. My trip ended up taking 2hours longer than normal, but still one hour less than if I had sat through the traffic jam. </p>
<p>Now it&#8217;s Monday afternoon and I&#8217;m about to fall asleep&#8230;</p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><p>Yesterday we went to Hamamatsu. I woke up at like 4:30 in order to be at Meg’s at 6AM. According to my navi, it was supposed to take around 4 hours to get to Hamamatsu. She wanted to get there around 10:00 or so, so we tried to leave by 6.</p>
<p>Of course, typical for Meg, she stayed up really late the night before (like 3AM or something) doing some last-minute prep, so she was dead tired the whole way down. She slept a lot of the way, which allowed for me to get a nice photo of her asleep with her mouth open, but I won’t post that, out of fear of reprisal.</p>
<p>The roads were really empty so we got there way early. We drove around the town, going by Meg’s old house and places she used play when she was little. After killing some time, we drove to the exhibition hall and unloaded her stuff. Lots of people were already there, setting stuff up. Fortunately, Meg got her stuff done in like 10 minutes. Really fast. She ran into her old high school classmates and (re-)introduced them to me.</p>
<p>I called Gen-chan and he said he’d be ready to meet us at around 1:00, so we went to have lunch with her classmates. They spent most of the time talking about other classmates, what they were doing, who was living where doing what, etc. I listened, but I had no idea who they were talking about. <img src='http://s.wordpress.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_sad.gif' alt=':(' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>We went back to the exhibition hall and ran into Gen-chan. Meg showed him her piece and he took a bunch of photos of it. He seemed to like it a lot. She made her very happy. Gen-chan then took us to his new house and we met his wide and their 1-week old daughter. So small! That may be the first time I’ve ever seen a baby that young before. It was sort of scary, actually.</p>
<p>We talked and got caught up and then we realized that it was time for us to head back. So we got in the car and drove back, stopping a couple of times along the way to eat, etc. We hit a traffic jam near Yokohama-Machida, which slowed us down for about half an hour, but mostly, we got back with little problem. All in all, a good trip.</p>

<description><![CDATA[Tomorrow morning it’s up at the crack ‘o dawn to drive down to Hamamatsu. Meg’s submitting a doll sh]]></description>
<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><p style="outline-width:0;outline-style:none;outline-color:initial;margin:10px 0;">Tomorrow morning it’s up at the crack ‘o dawn to drive down to Hamamatsu. Meg’s submitting a doll she made in an exhibition. Her high school classmates put this exhibition together every year and I think she’s always a part of it.</p>
<p style="outline-width:0;outline-style:none;outline-color:initial;margin:10px 0;">I’m looking forward to it for a couple of reasons. One, this will be the longest drive I will have taken in my car. I’ve had it for just over a year, but I’ve never gone much farther than Karuizawa which is only a couple of hours. Tomorrow’s drive should take me around 4 hours, I guess. Longer depending on traffic.</p>
<p style="outline-width:0;outline-style:none;outline-color:initial;margin:10px 0;">Second, it’s the second time for Meg and I to take a trip together, even if it is only a day trip. We went to Kamakura earlier this year which was a lot of fun. This trip will probably wear me out, what with all the driving. Good thing I’m off the day after.</p>
<p style="outline-width:0;outline-style:none;outline-color:initial;margin:10px 0;">Third, we’ll get to meet Gen-chan, my old co-worker and Meg’s former teacher. Meg hasn’t seen him in forever…probably since graduation? It’s only been a couple of years fewer for me as well. It will be really nice to see him again.</p>
<p style="outline-width:0;outline-style:none;outline-color:initial;margin:10px 0;">Finally, we’re going to announce to everyone down there that we’re getting married. Meg just saw all of her former classmates back in January and there was no hint at all that she would be getting married, let alone to me! I’m pretty sure her friends are going to freak. I’m interested in seeing their reactions.</p>

<p>Living here in hamamatsu is not as convenient as tokyo. there are neither trains nor subways running here. the main transportation here are cars, bicycles and busses. believe me, it was hard to adapt at first. trains run along the chuou honsen (中央本線) from the center of the city to suburbs and other cities. it&#8217;s not the main transportation for people living in the city.</p>
<p>Looking the photos above, i believe you&#8217;ll get confused easily. i did. and it was quite embarrassing. here is the story. in the photo, you can see a monitor. and right down from the monitor, you could see a hole. this hole is where you throw you coins and ticket. yep, throw it all at once. the magnificent-coin-counter from japan will count it for you. and display it in the monitor. there is a nice sound if you have put the correct amount of money. if you look closely to the bottom side of the photos, you&#8217;ll see 3 writings with arrows. what the heck is this?the far left arrow is where you insert a commuting pass card to recharge or buy it. the middle one is where you put the coin to change it with small changes. in the far right is where you want to change money bills to smaller coin changes. all of the coin changes will be dropped in a small cup in the far bottom of the middle arrow. got it clear? the first time i used it, i put the money bill in the exchange place, and took all of the changes, than got out of the bus innocently <img src='http://s.wordpress.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif' alt=':D' class='wp-smiley' /> . the bus driver called me back. it really was an embarrassing story everytime i recall.</p>
<p>Moral of the day : make sure you know how it works before use it.</p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><p>Not when Sergeant Pepper told the band to play but when this former Sergeant got on a plane at LAX and flew to Japan.</p>
<p>And so began this 20-year adventure of teaching English in Asia—first in Japan and then in Korea. It’s been some adventure that’s for sure.</p>
<p>I’ve already written much about my life in Korea all these years, but that cool, rainy day in June when I arrived in Japan still stands out in my mind a lot. There are some things that a person just never forgets and the day I arrived in Japan is one of them. I had no idea what to do when I arrived and what I had to do to get from Narita and Tokyo to Hamamatsu, but when you are so pumped up with adrenalin to have just flown halfway around the world, everything just fell in place—from getting to Tokyo Station and getting on a Shinkansen to Hamamatsu.</p>
<p>I’ve never forgotten what it was like coming into Tokyo on an elevated highway with all these neon signs materializing out of the mist that made me think of one of my favorite sci-fi films, <em>Blade Runner</em>. I guess if you are going to compare Tokyo in the rain to anything, you can’t go wrong with comparing it to that sci-fi flick.</p>
<p>Like I said, everything pretty much fell into place from the time I arrived in Tokyo, got to Tokyo Station and boarded the Shinkansen (on a busy Friday evening) to Hamamatsu. The adventure had started and my life would be changed forever.</p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><p>How did you spend your Golden Week? Were you concerned about <em>buta influenza</em> and keep things close for or did you get out and about?</p>
<p>I&#8217;ve been taking things pretty easy myself but decided to make a short trip down to <strong>Hamamatsu</strong> to check out their <em>Kite Flying Festival</em>. I had been down before but as I&#8217;ve got back into <strong>stunt kite flying</strong> myself since then, I wanted to go and check out the big boys again. At this kite festival, they don&#8217;t simply fly, the fight!</p>
<p>From the station there was a shuttle bus that ferried people to and from the beach. It cost 500 yen for a return ticket which was a fair price. Considering the amount of staff driving buses and directing traffic I doubt they were making much, if any profit. </p>
<p>People from Hamamatsu were really friendly. On the way from where the bus drops you off, about 800 meters from the main festival area, I was stopped by some <em>obasans</em> who wanted me to try on a <em> happi</em>. Initially I was ready to get defensive and tell them I didn&#8217;t want to buy on but that wasn&#8217;t the deal at all. They were simply getting people to try them on and get their pictures taken. I was happy.</p>

<p>Then as I continued walking the rain started falling. Being without my own umbrella I gave a J-girl a bit of a fright by ducking under hers. Not a bad way to start a conversation.</p>
<p>The festival runs on the 3rd, 4th and 5th of May. Groups from all over Hamamatsu fly their massive kites which are about 2 meters long, almost 4 if you include the bamboo spine. Once a team has their kite in the air it&#8217;s time to start kite fighting. The aim is to bring down opposing groups&#8217; kites by attacking their kite lines. Two or more kites that do battle end up with their lines twisted around each other. With lots of pulling an appropriately timed shouts of <em>yoisho</em> one of the kites&#8217; dance in the wind comes to an end as it crashes out of the sky.</p>

<p>As I walked along the path eating my <em>takoyaki</em> a felled warrior smashed into the ground less than 10 meters in front of me. There were quite a few startled Japanese even closer but everyone managed to hang on to their <em>okonomiyaki</em>, <em>yakitori</em> and so on.</p>
<p>There were a variety of festival stalls selling all kinds of foods and the usual gold fish, Doraemon masks and kids toys stalls too. The food stalls appeared to be charging a flat fee of 500 yen for their various dishes. I had some great <em>takoyaki</em> and some less great <em>Hamamatsu gyoza</em>. The gyoza to me seemed just like regular gyoza with extra grease.</p>

<p>Unfortunately the weather wasn&#8217;t so good when I went on the 5th. There were grey skies and a little bit of rain. What impressed me though was that it didn&#8217;t appear to affect the Japanese warrior spirit. At one stage I counted about 30 kites in flight at the same time.</p>
<p>In the evening there are other festivities in the center of the city but due to the weather, I didn&#8217;t hang around for them this year.</p>

<title><![CDATA[2009 Sapporo Snow Festival (Part II)]]></title>

<p>5-chome brought a little ice and eco awareness to the festival.   The first part was an Eco Plaza.   This was essentially a place to put windmills and other eco friendly stalls.   It was easy to forget this section as it was there to promote ways to save money and the environment.   If I could understand Japanese a lot more, I would have enjoyed it.   Unfortunately, it was too difficult at the time, and too cold, to really appreciate it.   The main attraction was the Hakodate Bugyo Chousha.   This is the original government building, located in Hakodate, to govern all of Hokkaido.   It was destroyed but it is currently being rebuilt.   It should be opened in 2010.   The park is well known in Hokkaido.   This sculpture was made out of ice, and lit up with various colours at various times to coincide with special shows.   Unfortunately, they turned off the lights as I was about to start taking pictures.   It was beautiful though, and how a large ice sculpture should look like.</p>
<p>6-chome was a place that I could easily forget.   It was the site of the food park.   One block where all they did was sell nice hot food for the hungry festival goers.   I would avoid this block as a lot of the food didn’t look that good, and I was already full from dinner.</p>

<p>7-chome was the first site of the first non-commercial snow sculpture.   They recreated, to scale, Sungnyemun.   It is the main gate that allowed people to enter Seoul.   Having been originally built over 500 years ago, it was a national treasure.   Unfortunately, an arsonist burned the structure down in 2008 and the wooden structure was destroyed.   The stone foundation was still standing, and thus they will be capable of rebuilding this beautiful structure.   Thankfully, the Korean government did an extensive analysis of the structure prior to it being burned down, so they know how to rebuild it.  Unfortunately, we don’t know when it will be rebuilt, but hopefully it will be sooner than later.   While this is a non-commercial sculpture, it was sponsored by HBC (Hokkaido Broadcasting Company), so their name is featured in all advertising, and below the sculpture itself.   In this day and age, it’s hard to get anything done without sponsorship.</p>

<p>8-chome brought another beautiful sculpture.   Hamamatsu castle, located between Tokyo and Osaka, was recreated.   While it isn’t the most beautiful castle, or the most majestic, it is, as any other castle in Japan, historical.   I can’t help but feel it was recreated because they ran out of other famous historical buildings to recreate.   I will admit that it was more beautiful and more detailed than Sungnyemun.   This one was also sponsored, by HTB (Hokkaido Television).   Behind Hamamatsu Castle, they had a mid sized snowboard ramp.   They had small competitions and demonstrations for people to watch snowboarders in action.   I doubt it was very special.   I find watching a half pipe competition to be more exciting.</p>

<p>9-chome saw a large reduction in the size of the sculptures.   A mid sized sculpture of a train and station was the main attraction.   The only problem was that the station was hard to see, and the train was covered in fresh snow.   I’m sure it could have looked better, but unfortunately, it seemed to have been rushed a little.   Thankfully, the rest of this block was comprised of various other sculptures that were no bigger than 2 metres in height.   Unfortunately, with so many people, it was difficult to take any pictures.   I might suggest going before 10am, as the festival officially opens at 10am.</p>

Lokasi yg cukup stratgis karena di depan supermarket ini juga tersedia halte bis yang mudah di akses dari arah mana saja sehingga membuat supaermarket ini ramai di kunjungi orang baik pada hari-hari kerja dan hari libur. </span></p>

Mengapa disebut <em>hyaku eng shopu,.</em>.yah karena disini memang menjual berbagai macam barang dengan harga 100 yen saja. Barang-barang impor dari china tumplek breg seabreg ada disini, tinggal pilih mana yang anda suka. Yang jadi pertanyaan : <em>mengapa barang produk china makin lama makin membanjiri pangsa pasar di Jepang, apa karena orang china dan orang jepang sama2 melek Kanji, atau mungkin PM China dan PM Jepang ada kongkalingkong kali ya…lha terus kapan nich produk2 dari <strong>Negeri BBM</strong> </em><span> </span><em>bisa nembus pangsa pasar Jepang,..hendaknya itu yang harus kita pikirkan,…and so….<strong>Jangan cuma bisa mimpi tetapi wujudkan mimpi jadi kenyataan…</strong>sou da raaaaa…….!!!!! </em>(<em>by : Ririku Altex)</em></span></p>

<p>As promised, this is another cake created by my good friend Bernard Heberle In Hamamatsu City!</p>
<p>In his own words:<br />
&#8220;Voici le gâteau du mois &#8221; Noisette&#8221; tout simplement un mélange de chocolat noir et de lait avec une dacquoise aux noisettes torréfiées  ainsi que base croustillante le tout surmonte d&#8217;une chantilly légèrement chocolatée. Très agréable en bouche , un mélange de saveurs et de texture façon criollo.&#8221;</p>

<p>&#8220;Here is this month cake, &#8220;Noisette/Hazelnut&#8221;.<br />
It consists of a simple mixture of milk and black chocolate with a roasted hazelnuts Dacquoise as a crusty base. The whole is topped with slightly chocolate -flavoured Chatilly cream and black chocolate.<br />
Very soft on the tongue. A combination of savours and texture in criollo fashion.</p>
<p>As usual, I doubt I need to add any comment!</p>

Para <em>kenshusei</em> yang tergabung dalam komunitas Tsuboi &#8211; Maisaka juga termasuk pengguna setia akan jenis transportasi ini dalam melakukan aktifitas bepergian ke suatu tempat. Sedangkan stasiun yang dijadikan tempat naik kereta disini adalah stasiun Maisaka <em>(Maisaka eki).</em></span></p>

Sebelum membeli karcis, harus tahu dulu berapa harga karcis yang akan dibeli. Untuk diketahui, sistem tarifnya dihitung berdasarkan stasiun keberangkatan dan stasiun tujuan. Prosedurnya sederhana saja, masukkan uang ke mesin, sentuh harga karcis yang ingin dibeli di layar sentuh <em>(touch screen)</em>, ambil karcis dan uang kembalian (kalau ada). <p>Ninomiya Kougyo merupakan salah satu pabrik yang ber<br />
ada di kawasan Tsuboi Industries. Pabrik ini didirikan oleh salah seorang dari keluarga Ninomiya sekitar 28 tahun yang lalu. Ninomiya Kougyo bergerak dalam industri pemotongan pipa, bubut NC, pengepresan, dan juga memproduksi beberapa spare part mobil atau motor. Selain bekerja dalam <!--more-->bidang pemroduksian spare part untuk mobil atau motor, Ninomiya Kougyo juga sering menerima pesanan untuk pemotongan dan pembubutan pipa <em>Stainless </em>yang dipakai oleh perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang makanan.<br />
Ninomiya Kougyo mempunyai 9 orang karyawan yang seluruhnya adalah orang Jepang ditambah dengan 2 orang <em>kenshusei </em>dari Indonesia. Pada awal berdirinya, pabrik ini hanya berisikan 4 orang karyawan saja. Pemakaian tenaga kerja mulai diberlakukan dalam pabrik ini sekitar beberapa tahun setelah pabrik ini berdiri. Dimulai dengan pengambilan tenaga kerja dari indonesia 1 orang, kemudian beruntun sampai 4 kali memakai tenaga kerja dari Vietnam. Setelah berakhirnya masa kontrak <em>kensushei </em>dari Vietnam tersebut, Ninomiya Kougyo kembali memakai tenaga kerja dari Indonesia sampai sekarang. Terhitung sudah 3 angkatan dari HKM yang di ambil oleh pabrik ini setelah berakhirnya pemakaian tenaga kerja dari vietnam tersebut.</p>

Markas Besar Korp &#8220;BAJU UNGU&#8221; berada di District Magoricho, Hamamatsu, Shizuoka, Jepang.<br />
Di dirikan oleh SAKAI sendiri yang juga menjabat sebagai BigBos/sacho dengan pangkat JENDRAL BESAR.<br />
SAKAI mempunyai 2 buah pabrik,yang semuanya di bawah kendali langsung oleh JENDRAL SAKAI.<br />
Pabrik SAKAI terdapat 3 Divisi penting dalam pelaksanaannya,<br />
1. Divisi Produksi/al-amin<br />
2. Divisi Gun/Toso/Pengecatan<br />
3. Divisi Finishing<br />
yang semua mempunyai target dan tanggung jawab di masing2 divisi. Di Divisi Produksi inilah para Kenshusei bekerja.<br />
Di Divisi Produksi di tuntut kekuatan,ketrampilan,kecepatan,kesabaran and ketelitian. inilah yang terdapat pada KENSHUSEI INDONESIA!!!!<br />
Pabrik SAKAI terdapat 56 orang karyawan.Yang berasal dari bermacam negara, INDONESIA, Vietnam, Peru And Brazil.<br />
Produk yang menggunakan jasa Cat SAKAI antara lain YAMAHA (meliputi onderdil sepeda motor and Music), SUZUKI (Onderdil sepeda motor and Music/electronic), HONDA (Onderdil sepeda motor), Roland Music, TAIHO and masih banyak lagi.<br />
Kenshusei Indonesia yang bekerja di SAKAI terdapat 9 orang.<br />
Yang masih aktif adalah Serda Arifin, Sertu Syech Puji, Peltu Tony, Kopral Rofiq, Peltu Teguh and Sersan Wahyu.<br />
Yang Desersi adalah Kol Wuri, Mayor Dadang, Sersan Dwi, Peltu Hendra, Kopral masuni, Letkol April and Mayor Sulis.<br />
Jam aktif latihan di Pabrik Sakai adalah 8.00 ampe 17.00 .Mau tambah latihan kerja semampunya, sampe pagi di persilahkan.</p>

<p style="text-align:left;">NAKAYAMA PRESS begitu sebutan yang akrab di telinga para <em>kenshusei</em> disini. Dilihat dari namanya kita sudah bisa menebak tentunya apa kerjaan di pabrik ini. <em>Jenggleng&#8230;Jedung&#8230;Jenggleng&#8230;.Jedung</em> akan jelas terdengar ketika kita lewat di depan pabrik ini. yah, sudah pasti di pabrik ini sedang ada kegiatan <em>Ngepress_shiteimase</em>. lha apa saja yang di Press di pabrik ini , pipa dengan target ribuan batang per hari, plat ribuan lembar per hari harus selalu di selesaikan karena harus segara di setor ke Toyota, Futaba, Segawa, Suzuki, Yamaha dan masih banyak lagi perusahaan lain yang nunggu di setorin hasil pres-pressan dari Nakayama Puresu. Seperti halnya pabrik yang lainnya , Nakayama Puresu berada di kawasan pabrik Magori Cho Hamamatsu Shizuoka. Jam kerja di Nakayama press mulai dari jam 08.00 <em>asa, </em>terus jam 10.00 ada <em>kyuke </em>bentar walaupun cuma 5 menit, <em>sorede </em>jam 12.00 ada istirahat <em>ichi jikan </em>( 1 jam ), terus jam 1 mulai lagi <em>nggenjleng </em>pipa dan plat lagi hingga jam 3 boleh istirahat lagi bentar 10 menit, truss jam 05.00 sore saatnya pulang kembali istirahat di <em>apaato. </em>eh, tapi kalo lagi ramai <em>shigoto, </em>di sini bisa lembur sampai kurang lebih jam 12.00 malam,..(wah, capek nich,..cuapek&#8230;) tapi..walaupun capek kami semua <em>kenshusei </em>disini tersenyum gembira saat terima slip gaji tiap bulannya.</p>
<p style="text-align:left;">Iklim kerja di pabrik ini sangatlah <em>kibishii</em> , ketat dan mesti harus patuh dengan kebijakan dan aturan yang ada. Kerja mesti cepat tepat dan tangkas dan juga teliti.    maklumlah ya&#8230;<em>senmu </em>disini sangat <em>kibishi </em>dan <em>urusai, </em>eh tapi jangan salah lho, biar <em>kibishi </em>dan <em>urusai </em>tapi dia baik hati lho. Nakaya puresu hingga saat ini mempunyai tenaga kerja sebanyak 12 orang dimana 8 orang diantaranya adalah orang indonesia ( 6 orang <em>kenshusei</em> dan 2 orang warga keturunan).</p>

<p>Dimulai dari tidak diketahui cikal-bakalnya perusahaan ini maka tidak jauh berbeda dengan nama perusahaan-perusahaan yang ada di blog ini, YAMATO juga masih bersarang di rayon Tsuboi-chou.<br />

<p>Perusahaan ini beraksi dalam pembuatan yang biasanya orang jepang menyebut kanagata, mungkin istilah populernya plate/pipe molding.<br />
Diperusahaan ini disetiap hari kerjanya, para karyawan (<em>termasuk para kenshusah/jishushah</em>) diberikan menu-menu yang sedap nan gurih karena memang menggunakan resep-resep pilihan. Diperusahaan ini juga punya SPECIAL MENU (<em>istilah restaurant-nya</em>).</p>
<p>Menu biasa : Softsteel mulai dari type SS, SS40, SS41, S50C, SK3, dan special menu yang dimaksud adalah SLD/SKD yaitu berupa baja walaupun kecil tapi mempunyai nilai massa/berat yang lumayan  bahkan bisa dikatakan lebih dari biasanya.</p>
<p>Dimulai dari mentorishite-&#62; furaisushite/seimbanshite-&#62; kenmashite-&#62; borubannishite dst (<em>termasuk di nc-milling&#38;wire-cut ni shite</em>) material-material ini diolah dan dirakit sedemikian rupa sehingga menjadi suatu kesatuan yang utuh dengan bentuk dan model yang sangat bervariasi yang kemudian lahirlah sebuah KANAGATA/MOLD.</p>
<p>Jam kerja di Yamato dimulai dari jam 8:00 teng sampe jam 17:00 tong, dengan toleransi istirahat alias kyuukei adalah sbb ;<br />
jam 10:00 (15menit), jam 12:00 (60menit), jam 15:00 (15 menit) kemudian jam 16:45 mulai bersih2.</p>
<p>Sedang hari kerjanya menggunakan formasi 2-2, yaitu 2-sabtu masuk dan 2-sabtu libur(KECUALI !!!bila saat-saat musim liburan baik fuyu, haru dan natsu. Dimusim-musim ini Yamato lebih suka menggunakan sistem perpanjangan waktu, yaitu FULLonSATURDAY ).  ok, lanjut&#8230;.!!!</p>
<p>Disini (<em>Yamato-red</em>), untuk kenshushah di tahun pertamanya diberi tugas untuk mengoperasikan boruban(<em>bench-drill</em>), yousetsu(<em>electrode welding</em>), juga seimbang(<em>turning machine</em>). Kemudian ditahun kedua (<em>setelah selesai mengikuti ujian/test di salah satu lembaga anggota JITCO</em>),atau disebut juga dengan istilah jishushah beralih ke milling(<em>baik dengan menggunakan mesin vertical milling machine maupun menggunakan mesin turet vertical milling machine</em>), juga kenma.<br />

<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:200%;"><span lang="EN-US">PT ALTEX </span>yg di pimpin oleh Takaichi Taniguchi San ini <span lang="EN-US">mempunyai<strong> </strong></span><span lang="EN-US"><strong></strong></span>tenaga kerja kurang lebih 30 orang, di mana sebagian karyawannya bekerja pada pabrik cabang di Kangoshima, Kyushu. Dalam proses pengembangan perusahaan, PT. ALTEX juga bekerjasama dengan FDK Engineering, YAZAKI Part, Enshu, Hi-Tech Co.Ltd dan HONDA.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:200%;">Sejak tahun 2007 di PT. ALTEX menerima kenshusei dari Indonesia, hingga sampai saat ini di sini ada 4 orang kenshusei. Walaupun sebelumnya kira-kira 15 tahun yang lalu disini juga sudah melaksanakn program penerimaan kenshusei dari Indonesia, tetapi akibat terkena krisis pada saat itu program kenshusei di PT. ALTEX sempat terputus, hingga program penerimaan Kenshusei tersambung kembali di tahun 2007.</p>

&#8220;Voici le gâteau que je te propose ce mois &#8221; Tarte Sicilienne &#8221; qui est une tarte a base de Mascarpone et de pistache avec des Fraises de notre belle région &#8221; 紅ほっぺ&#8221; sur un fond de pâte sucrée a la crème d&#8217;amande et coulis de fraise. Toute la Sicile dans l&#8217;assiette.&#8221;</p>
<p>&#8220;今月紹介させていた期待ケーキはＴａｒｔｅ　Ｓｉｃｉｌｉｅｎｎｅ／シシリアのタルト。マスカーポネとピスタチョのベースで私たちの素晴らしい地方で栽培された紅ほっぺ苺でパン生地がＰａｔｅ　ｓｕｃｒｅｅ／パート・スクレにアーモンドと苺のクーリ・ソースです。皿の上にシシリア！”</p>

<p>As promised, this is another cake created by my good friend Bernard Heberle In Hamamatsu City!</p>
<p>In his own words:<br />

<p>&#8220;Here is the cake I would like to propose you this month, Sicilian Tart&#8221;, which is a tart based on Mascarpone and pistacchio with strawberries from our beautiful region called &#8220;Behi-Hoppe&#8221;/&#8221;Red Cheeks&#8221; on a bed of pate sucree with almond cream and strawberry coulis/sauce. All Sicilia in the plate!&#8221;</p>
