B on Eestis!!!!!!! Hurraaaa! Sain just teate esimese reaktsiooniga: Oi, It’s fr eezing!

Wie ich mich doch zurück versetzt in meine früheste Kindheit fühle.(Ich glaub ich muss die Schachtel mit den Schlümpfen und den Happy Hippo Dingern mal vom Speicher holen^^)

Es gibt zurzeit bei Kinderüberraschung in jedem 7. Ei eine Happy Hippo Figur.

Dieses mal unter dem Thema “Talentshow”.

Ich muss wirklich zugeben das ich diese Dinger schon als kleines Kind toll fand und auch gesammelt habe. Ich kann mich aber nicht erinnern das es sie in den letzen paar Jahren gegeben hat. (Auser so komische Star Wars Dinger) Nunja, nachdem ich die Werbung in einer Zeitschrift dafür gesehen habe musst ich so ein Ei haben.

Meine Mutter so lieb wie sie ist, hat mir dann vom wöchentlichen Einkauf doch Tatsache ein Ü-Ei mitgebracht und Sa. zu meinem Frühstück gelegt.

Ja die Freude war groß, gleich das erste Ü-Ei beherbergte ein Happy Hippo.

Nach einem Fehltritt hab ich nun schon 3 Figuren, mit 4 Ü-Eieren. Meine Mutter kauft nun jede Woche eines, sie stellt sich hin und schüttelt die Dinger, und wie man sieht hat sie Erfolg.

So man bestaune nun meine Figuren (Ja ein bisschen Kind steckt in jedem von uns)

Matching Thong With Hey Hoss Designer Print By Mick Snutz

Are you looking for a print t shirt?  Ladies, this year many of you are putting animal designs up top.  One of the foremost fashion print designers is Mick Snutz, of Keesey Designs.

Animals symbolize the instincts, and the connection with nature.  2 truly fortunate animal symbols to display on your apparel this year are the horse, and the hippo.

Clothes with animal symbols always attract interest, but they also stimulate the animal desires of those who look a the designs.  Watch out!

Every once in awhile I come across a product that screams from the shelf with a sense of irony like this one. It would appear that Happy Hippo is a hippo shaped treat that looks something like a chocolate filled Twinkie with nuts and chocolate on the outside. Kind of looks like he his foaming at the mouth, no?

What should their tagline be? Eat happy hippos and you will soon look like one?

Seriously, who really wants to bite the head off of one of these things? You could certainly not eat one  in public without being self conscious. Mmmmm, gonna eat me some Happy Hippos and watch my hip(pos) grow. 

Scary thing is, I bet they fly off the shelves. Looks like they even have a little Lego promo going on at the bottom left corner of the box.

Idag köpte jag lunch på Happy Hippo på Riddargatan 28 på Östermalm. Det är en butik som skall sälja enbart ekologiska produkter. Jag hoppades att jag skulle hitta något som skulle passa min LCHF-kost, men det visade sig svårt. Dock är ju maten fri från tillsatser ivf, så det blev en kalkonsallad med lite frön och broccoli. Till efterrätt lite cashewnötter. Tyvärr lite för mycket kolhydrater, även om det var från grönsaker och nötter/frön. Ekologiskt behöver ju inte nödvändigtvis betyda fettfritt. Det känns ibland som att det är det folk tror.

Så hittills idag, noll tillsatser i maten jag ätit. (Har ju inte ätit frukost idag – som vanligt, måste lära mig det – så inte så svårt.) Synd att personalen på Happy Hippo var så otrevlig. Gick knappt att prata med tjejen som stod bakom disken.

…that the names of the characters are Pat and Stanley.

The video is from a pre-YouTube era. It was kinda hard to find out where the animation came from, since most people posting it on YouTube forgets to credit the author.

They were made by Pierre Coffin, a french director and animator for animation shorts and ads.

Also, there are several others animations with the same two characters… probably less known because they are speaking in french.

Une petite pause gourmande pour ce soir. Après le kinder Joy, continuons la découverte des Kinder introuvables en France. Voici donc le Happy hippo!! Machin trop bon qui ressemble un peu niveau goût au Kinder bueno au chocolat blanc…sauf que c’est plus petit…avec des pépites de chocolat blanc…pas de nappage…mais des yeux…(oui dit comme ça c’est un peu bizarre je vous l’accorde…mais attendez un peu de voir!!!)

Mr. Snutz used ball point pen as the medium, which is his typical medium for visionary art of this nature.

The original drawing is in the possession of web designer Jason Duncan, currently of Baltimore, MD.
