My external hard drive is back to life! ~

With its blue glowing light and low steady hum.

After having access with it cut off for 2 weeks, we are finally reunited!

All my precious data and files. Aww.. I missed you!

Oh… In case you’re wondering or are facing the same problem with your Western Digital EHD, email to customerservice@wdc.com and state the model of the external hard drive, address, name, etc and they’ll send it to you! Thank goodness they did that, or I’m never gonna get another WD hard drive. Thanks for the replacement power adapter! And oh yeah, I applaude them for being on schedule. They stated in their email reply that they will ship it within 7-9 working days. And 9 working days it is (including saturdays)!
