My first Loot/Entry post here, at least there will be something else other than my random figu gallery.

Got this from Play-Asia, took a month to arrive after shipping, normally it should take about two weeks only.

Not only me who experience slow shipping from Play-Asia recently, but everyone here who use free shipping method.

They just got the same item as me, but not taxed. I paid 722baht (about 20USD) import duty, just for these small boxes.

Como mola la canción (porque el vídeo apenas cambia) xDDD

So here I am, finally documenting the delivery of my anime goodies from Hong Kong.  Like most of the items I order from overseas it took about a week and a half to get here, but the wait was worth it, my Hatsune Miku goodies arrived!  The first was a plushy I got to add to the “squishy” corner of my desk.  I have her positioned in front of Pikachu and next to tofu so she can stare at M who’s desk is next to mine.

There were 2 versions of this toy, the version 2 availability was the only reason I bought it.  The normal face expression just wasn’t doing it for me, but it was the shocked/confused/OMG! look of the other that made me drop the $20 in a heartbeat.  The outfit she is dressed in is more detailed than I was expecting with even a little bow on her panties.

The second item in the package was a new “ergonomic” oppai mouse pad featuring my favorite teal haired vocaloid. The mousepad is exactly what I was expecting!  It is a ton more comfortable for long nights of WOW than my old plain black one.  M likes to use it as an excuse to call me a perv for resting my hand on anime boobies.

I just think he is jealous.

Yet another Vocaloid related album in my collection. This album was released last month though I only noticed it a couple of weeks ago. I ordered it from a site called otaku.com, I bought something from them around January but hadn’t been on the site since – but the service was very good last time so I didn’t have a problem ordering there. Sure enough it only took a few days to arrive.

On to the CD. It has seven tracks each around 5 minutes long – you can listen to some samples of the songs here (there are plenty of guides around if you need a niconico account)

The track listing is as follows:

The first track is a long version of Miku Miku Ni Shite Ageru – one of the first Vocaloid songs I heard and I have to say I think this version is a lot better. Most of the tracks feature several Vocaloids which is nice to listen to.

The CD also comes with many extras.

This is the contents of the package – the CD with blank cover, a nice picture of Miku and a sleeve with a booklet and cover jackets.

These are the dress up jackets – you can put them in the Cd case as the cover, you can see which one I went with (Ignore the fact I put it in the wrong way round). I put the rest up on my wall as they are very nice artwork.

The other side of some the cards form this picture when put together. Although it’s a very nice picture I prefer to display the other sides.

This the special 40 page booklet, it contains things like the song lyrics and information about the producers.

This CD is easily worth the cost and I would definitely recommend it to any Vocaloid fan.

I will make a 4 post series abt AFA’09. I wont reveal any epicness yet until the point when it IS epic .

So me, kb,wr,and brandon met at 8am at Tiong mrt. So i went down to the platform and Brandon and wr were there. Then train come and kb also come out and we go in again, cuz going same way. So we made our way to Suntec 4 floor…

Wow, the amt of ppl xiong liao. Normal ticketing is like long like fuck lol. Then we manage to find the PO ppl queue then saw Marcus and Geno. I saw Ah fa and Huan Da also so said hi XD. Then we went to sit with them, plus Johnny came over, say help Taku buy Yui doll lol. At around 9.30, everyone stood up. Then came the Channel 8 reporter, some gal forgot the name. Then interviewed Kb friend, and Geno lol. I faster siam like siao.

Then 9.55, every hype up liao. Door open…………………………….And CHOING AR  FUCKER CHOING LIKE UR MAMA DIE T___T.

(Actually there was a Mediacrop DV there  filming, heng i run fast enough or else see my face . But got see my body for that 1 sec .)

Then CHOING AR!!!!!!!!!!!!! MAMA DIE AR!!!!!!!!!!!!! I actually was not choinging any place specifically but see KKnM queue reach like 50 in 10 secs, so i also join and browse lo. Bought 3 Nanoha clear poster, $16.90 each. Actaully called wr to help me sub while i go over to CDS. But well, in the end went bak to  KKnM and called kb help me buy CDS shirt and LB Artbook, each $35. Then aft, went nxt door to Cospa, also KKnM booth, bought Azunyan shirt, since its white and i don have a lot of white shirt lol, $45.90. Thx kb >.<.

Then found the big bag, which wr gave me…Thx a lot bro. Then threw everything in and went home, hoping someone help me pick up at mrt, but mom was chatting on the phone and sis haven wake up. FUCK, i ran home under the hot fking sun and ran bak to mrt and ran bak to the halls. FUCKING HOT AND TIRED.

Then since kb and wr eat le, i went over to KFC at Marina to find brand. Then i ate the OR Fillet again, but eat half only, too tired to eat lol. Then went bak. Then we went to look around, take photo and……met up with dragoon from sgc. Haha nice meeting him! Then went to watch Cosplay Competition on stage. Well not too fair for SG team to win all and the other teams nothing -_-. Well Kaname is really a IKEMEN. Really, i must say he really have the looks .

Then came the moment of this date, I went over to Danny’s booth and Danny was there. So i went over and requested a photo with him and YES, I TOOK A PHOTO WITH HIM! Woohoo! It was totally too awesome. He is a very very very friendly person.

Then aft went to find Jing Jie and Yan Hao. Walked a bit with them and reach the Karaoke booth .

Sung “Dreams” by Romantic Mode, which they took video yuck lol. They cam Kah Beng, we sang Lion together and ppl cheers. So happy!!!  Then came my seniors and Pearl also , my ex-senior. I joke abt Seikan Hikou and they push me sing i also really sing. Lucky Kb join me XD. Then we did the Kira with everyone which was really fun, but not much reply XD.Haha nvm ba.

Then aft took somemore photos and went to find Gengar and Vader and tons of the others. Forgot them le XD. Gomen. Hang out a bit, went bak to the halls and went to eat with Brandon and Wei Jie.

Aft we went bak to watch the concert jus rite nobody enter le so we went in. Omfg, its so behind until its so small see shit… Lol. But still can see a bit of a bit. Then came Shoko-tan with Cruel Angel’s Thesis!!! Fuck win bodoh. Then came Kenshin OP2 i think X or something. Then came a series of Tengen Toppa songs with i only know Sorairo Days XD. Sad. But yes shes really cute despite her age lol.

Then aft came Miku. Well ppl were expecting too much. Animelo did a on screen thing only, and ppl wan wad lj hologram. Fucking joke, at least got World is Mine, (?) and Mikumiku ni shiteageru. But i think its ok only, cuz last part laggggggg…Fail IT staff.

Then came Aniki!! Same as always i look forward to his Mecha songs i know. They sian for a round 20 minutes cuz of songs i duno XD. Then came Shoko-tan to see CrossFite, (?), and Go Mazinger! That was nice :D. Then went home with kb and wr and brandon. Well i took quite little photos as time was wasted by going home…

And Fucking Singaporean still duno wad is don take photo and Videography. At least this year less by a lot but, still don fucking listen. Noobshit ppl, jus get ram by car and die plox.

Todos sabemos que a grande maioria dos games não são nada originais. Jogos de tiro na segunda guerra? Simuladores de corrida? RPGs japoneses? Chacrinha já dizia: Nada se cria, tudo se copia. É só uma novidade dar certo em algum jogo que os outros irão copiar a idéia. Certo, talvez eu esteja sendo muito rígido, mas na prática é mais ou menos isso. Quantos puzzles vocês conhecem em que o objetivo é apagar o maior número de blocos possível?

Bom, e com relação à trilha sonora dos jogos? O especial de hoje vai tratar exatamente disso. Claro que o que estará listado aqui é apenas uma pequena parte do talvez grande número de músicas parecidas e/ou copiadas na cara dura. Se você souber de algum exemplo que não estiver listado aqui, sinta-se livre para citá-lo nos comentários. Bom, vamos ao que interessa.

Primeiramente ouçam com atenção a essa música de Super Mario Kart, de 1992. Quem é que não conhece?

Agora vamos ouvir o comecinho de GONG, a abertura de Dai 3 Ji Super Robot Taisen Alpha, de 2005.

Percebeu o trecho do piano no começo da música? Vamos ao próximo exemplo. Aqui temos a BGM de Goonies, de 1986, mais precisamente da segunda fase.

E agora a música Do-Dai, de THE IDOLM@STER Live For You!, de 2008.

O comecinho, apenas o comecinho. Por falar em comecinho, aqui tem mais uma. Dessa vez pegamos Spartan X, de 1985…

E agora Wakugai!!, o encerramento do anime Maid Guy, de 2008.

Hmmm… um pouco diferente, mas o que vocês acham? Agora peguemos a abertura de Ys VI para PC, de 2003 (a partir dos 1:03 do video).

E agora a abertura do eroge Muvluv Alternative, de 2006… espera, o JAM Project de novo???

Uma pequena pausa para falar um pouco de Satoru Kousaki. Esse cara é um dos compositores mais badalados do meio otaku no Japão. Antigamente funcionário da Namco, saiu da empresa e começou a compor  músicas de anime. Simplesmente compôs algumas das mais famosas músicas de Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuutsu e Lucky Star, dois animes que fizeram um estrondoso sucesso esses anos. Devido a esse succeso, claro que todo mundo vai pedir pro cara compor para um monte de anime por aí. Com tanto trabalho, não é de estranhar que ele faça umas músicas bem parecidas. Vou citar dois exemplos aqui:

Primeiro, Hibike! Taiko no Tatsujin, música original de Taiko no Tatsujin: Tobikkiri! Anime Special. Na parte da Mitsuko Horie  é mais fácil perceber (começa aos 0:39).

Agora Koi no Mikuru Densetsu, música de Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuutsu. Aos 0:34 do video.

A abertura do anime Kannagi, com a música Motto Hade ni ne! (aos 0:23).

E do jogo Hatsune Miku -Project DIVA- vem a Dear Cocoa Girls (aos 1:02).

Pra finalizar, 3 músicas de Super Robot Taisen que vêm causando muita polêmica por serem considerados plágio na cara dura.

Primeiro, a música Kono Hoshi no Asu no Tame ni, presente em toda a série Alpha e também nos Original Generation do GBA. Primeira aparição em 2000.

Agora a Jieitai March do filme do Godzilla de 1984.

Muito parecido. MUITO. Que tal algo mais absurdo? Vamos pegar Super Robot Taisen K.  O cara que trabalhou com os SRT de DS fez simplesmente uma lambança. Já até fizeram vídeos comparando as músicas. O primeiro é um vídeo comparando uma BGM com a tela título de Lufia II.

Já o segundo compara a BGM da última fase do jogo com… a música da batalha contra Magus, de Chrono Trigger!

Os últimos casos foram o cúmulo do absurdo, tanto é que a Bandai Namco Games, a Banpresto e o diabaquatro pediram desculpas publicamente. Claro que o cara que trabalhou nos jogos não vai mais fazer nenhum Super Robot Taisen, e depois dessa, duvido que arrume outro trampo.

Por enquanto é só, assim que achar mais alguma coisa dou um update aqui.

“Don’t Say Lazy” by Tissue Hime + Kawaguchi Senri (via Sankaku Complex)

Here, the ED theme for K-ON! (personally, I liked the OP better) is immortalized by the likes of Tissue Hime and Kawaguchi Senri. The former is a talented bassist who cosplays as Nagato Yuki in all “her” videos — but apparently, IT’S A TRAP! This so-called “princess”, named for the tissue boxes that appear in “her” videos, is supposedly a guy (see the evidence here). Regardless of gender, this person is undeniably talented, often playing themes from anime such as Haruhi and Vocaloid. On the bottom is 12-year old loli drummer prodigy Kawaguchi Senri, who’s been getting a lot of attention recently. You can see her YouTube channel here. Must have crazy Asian parents. For this song, the pair are a match made in heaven. Enjoy!

I was so shocked that there will be a Miku game, woo!!! I thought it’s going to be something like DJMax Portable. I love DJMax, the actual game is different. But it’s still rhythm game, nicely done I love it.

There’s two main versions of the game.  Regular Version with only the UMD and one with bundled Nendoroid Puchi.

Limited version were sell by Japanese store Amiami, Amazon JP. Each store has their own version, has different extra items, such as  the Telephone card, DVD, or Lyric sheet.

I got one from the Amazon limited version of the PSP game. Also has the Lyric card.

btw, My friend got one from Play-Asia, just the game and the Nendoroid. So I order one more from Play-Asia. But I was ended-up has only one, because Play-Asia doesn’t shipped the extra Nendoroid Puchi anymore. D: Very Sad.

The price is rising on Yahoo Auction, can almost beat up the big nendo now.

The box is a normal nendoroid puchi type box. about the size of trading figure box, but a bit smaller.

Thing weird is, The game maker is SEGA, but Nendoroid is from GSC, Sega also releasing Figu too.. funny eh?

There’s coming Nendoroid Puchi Vocaloid set, but I think this one is cuter!

She can stands on her own without base! Thanks for twintails :3

There’s no extra faces, or hands. So she can only do one pose. but it’s possible to move her twintails and arms.

There display on her arms are colored in Grey. Turned off? maybe GSC was too lazy to paint it.

A little hole on her back is for attaching the base. I don’t need it now.
