I finally got my hands on the Urban Decay Preen Eyeshadow palette. I half expected it to be sold out when I went to Boots but suprisingly there were plenty of palettes left. I have to say that I am not a fan of the Urban Decay 24/7 pencils. The last tester that I got from my Book of Shadows II smudged like something you have never seen. No lie. I was EXTREMELY annoyed at the whole affair. However. I am willing to give it another go. Last change UD. Make it happen.

The Bobbi Brown foundation is my first ever Bobbi Brown item. I hold my hands up. I have never been attracted by their stuff. I think it’s because I am a colour addict and Bobbi Brown has always come across to me as very “neutral”. You know…all the nice and beautiful, flawless but natural looking kinda make-up. I’m too wild for such. But I hope one day to give them a good look. In fact I take that back. I DID have a good look at them but it still failed to catch my eye. Forgive me!

The two lipglosses from MAC are another first for me. I’ve never really thought about the lipglosses from MAC until Blackfire and Amourous came out with Style Black and Dazzle Creme [I think?!] I’ve been wanting Blackfire since Style Black came out but I was temporarily broke and it wasn’t the top of my list. However I caved and I got it now. It’s pretty. ButI suspect I shall not be repurchasing anything with lipgloss type products from MAC anytime soon. I used it twice and a 5th of the gloss is gone. A rip off if I ever did see one.

I confess that I bought the MAC Cool Capers Mini Pigment/Glitter box because of Grape and Reflects Transparent Teal. I’m a magpie really. Bright and sparkly gets me all the time! I remember there being some buzz about Kitchmas pigment but I ain’t gonna lie to you, for me, it’s the least attractive one of the lot. Am I wrong? If I am please break it down for a sister cause I have not seen the light…!

The Revlon lipstick is another first. I only realised after I bought it that I just don’t have Revlon lipsticks. Nothing against them because I love Va Va Violet. I just never seem to pick them up. Oh well! We can start a collection now The Barry M Lipgloss was one of those spontaneous buys. It works perfectly with Va Va Violet. But I didn’t plan it that way. Not on purpose anyway! Subconscience behave! I’ve worn it twice. Very soft. We shall see how it works out.

Look out for a few looks with these pretty little things. Always exciting. One of these days I might try and do a picture tutorial. Hmmm. Might being the operative word.

Well, sort of, anyway. Just a quick update. We are in the US. We are in Salem, Oregon, as a matter of fact. Soon, though, we will be in Canyonville, Oregon. See, after we got here and I started my Americorps position, my dad had a pretty bad heart attack. So we are moving closer to him and are going to buy his old house in Douglas County.

I plan on starting up with You Tube tutes and blogs again and will kick this blog into high gear, too, with a makeover and all! My new house has the biggest master bedroom with an alcove between the bedroom and bathroom just begging to be turned into a makeup/dressing area. I never could resist begging, so….

My husband, who is at home today, tells me I have received a package from MAC, so I will take some pictures as I open it tonight and do a little haul post tomorrow or tonight. I know I ordered the Naughty Noir Eye and the House of Mirth Deep Lip Bags, so it should be good.

Hemm…… can you tell I have a weak spot for cute packaging?

I have been intending to buy a few more brushes to add to my brush collection. I was particularly looking for a nice stippling brush, a pencil brush, and an angled blush brush. I have been checking out cheaper alternatives for the MAC 187, 219, and 168. I mean, we all know that when it comes to make up brushes, we can find dupes and cheaper alternatives, but MAC are one of the, if not THE, best make up brushes.

And then lo and behold, as if destined, MAC comes out with their holiday collection. And guess what’s included in their holiday collection?

Do The Trick Buff and Line Brushes

They call it the Do-the-Trick Buff and Line Brush Bag. It has the stippling brush (187), the pencil brush (219), the angled contour brush (168), a liner brush (210) and a large eye shader brush (252).

This is in fact destiny. I got my hands on them last weekend. Look at how pretty that is.

My First Set of MAC Brushes

They are of course in a travel sizes, so the longest and biggest brush measures only about 5 inches in full. Brush handle lengths usually affect the amount of pressure that is used to apply the make-up (this is pure physics) but I really think that aspect is resolvable when one has gotten used to using the brushes. Performance is the same. I can guarantee that the effect on the make-up is still as astounding.

This and the other holiday brush kits retails for Php 3,800.00 and is available at all MAC Stores (Glorietta, Shangri-la, Rockwell, and Mall of Asia). Sure, it’s a bit expensive…but for the number of brushes you get, and the fact that they are authentic MAC brushes, this is a steal.

Hello! I think back in May or March (probably May) NYX had a 50% off sale for their anniversary. I picked up some lipsticks, lip glosses, and completed my mosaic blush collection – I previous owned 6 already.

Update: So sorry it’s been so long since my last post. Unfortunately right now it’s busy season for me at work. Between that and studying for my CPA, which I should be doing right now but decided to avoid for the time being, I have literally no time left. I’m not joking – I stayed in my house and studied all of Halloween weekend. So unfortunately for you guys, I have no creative costume with awesome makeup to showcase this year, like I did last year. Another haul and FOTD coming up after this entry in the future.

Due to the lack of time I’ve had recently, I didn’t take any swatch pictures. And although I would like to say I will go back and take them, I’m pretty sure I won’t. That’s my NYX haul – I also recently picked up a red NYX lipstick called “Snow White” For my skin tone, it is a very flattering color.

And the Tiffany necklace is from my fantastic boyfriend.

Alright, I know this was a shitty entry, but I just wanted to give you guys something so you didn’t think I just dropped off the face of the earth. Trust me, this blog is on my mind at least once a day and the fact that I don’t have time to update this is killing me.

Ho effettuato il mio ordine il 27.10.2009 alle ore 21.30 pagando con paypal e dopo circa 5 minuti mi è giunta la conferma  da cosmetics 4 less con codice ordine .  Il mattino successivo mi è giunta una seconda mail in cui mi si chiedeva di confermare il mio indirizzo e la comunicazione di un rimborso che cosmetics aveva fatto nei miei confronti per la mancanza di n. 2 prodotti che io avevo ordinato , ma che purtoppo mancavano in magazzino.

I miei prodotti sono arrivati il 2 Novembre però è doveroso sottolineare che in questo lasso di tempo c’era un week end, in mezzo, e il 1 novembre.

Sicuramente effettuerò altri ordini poichè la loro professionalità è stata ineccepibile e la comunicazione molto celere.

So if you know me, you know I am always loving a good deal-and this is absolutely no exception, as I went out on the hunt specifically to find some great deals. I love looking good and I love buying stuff but I’m not the type to really shell out a ton of money for anything. Go ahead, sue me. I don’t care:)

So when out with the boyfriend and stopping at a couple stores at the mall I used to work at…well, I went crazy.

First up was ULTA, and there was a lot. First off, I admit, I paid full-price for an item. A big-ticket item…the UD Book of Shadows 2. However, when I look at it for what exactly I get for the $48, I lucked out big-time. There are a couple duds in there (I’m looking at you, Midnight Cowboy Rides Again) but many of the shades are awesome. Misdemeanor is gorgeous, it’s a slate grey with blue reflects and I am wearing it as a lower liner today. Flipside is 800 different kinds of awesome, and Jinx and Homegrown are nice. Sellout is an amazing highlight and Sphynx, while having a good deal of glitter, is so pretty that I would buy it if it came out in single shadow form. I also have the two liners and then the mini UDPP, which I can never have enough of. Urban Decay is doing their Friends/Family sale soon…however I know that the BOS2 would sell out, and I liked it enough to where I couldn’t wait for Christmas. Show Pony and the liner sets? Those I can wait on. But not the Book of Shadows.

And my main addiction right now? Polishes. They’re much cheaper than lipsticks and since I do my nails so often, it’s worthwhile to have. They had two of my favourite Essie’s on clearance-Wrapped in Rubies and Showstopper. I actually have them in mini form but well, they are some of my favourites. I’ll wait til I’ve used up the minis before delving into the full-sizes, but Showstopper is a can’t-live-without shade for me. I also picked up a Tiny Wine-Y for my mum, because that was a shade she borrowed from me and loved.

There was also a little OPI mini trio for $3 of Halloween shades, with two glow shades and then one that looks like Atomic Orange or Brights Power, just repackaged. Figured for that price, why not? Trade Secret was next, and they had a ton of clearance polishes, including a dish that was just OPI DS polishes. The DS polishes are amazing as far as wear time goes, but also many of them are holographic. Holographic polishes? Sign me up. It’s very tasteful, too, for the most part. I’m not the kind of girl who really goes and buys backups of polishes (unless I only had the polish in mini form), but some of them are definitely backup worthy. Now, I did buy two of DS Jewel. However, one is for my mum for Christmas. I also found DS Treasure and DS Amethyst. Amethyst is the only holo of the three, but it doesn’t really matter so long as I have polish that lasts.

The other thing Trade Secret does often is put Essie’s on clearance-and I got two more at 75% off: E-Nuff is E-Nuff and then Wife Goes On. For $2, why not? Very rarely do I pay full price for a polish, because I can get so many on clearance.

Also later that night at VS I picked up a new PINK hoodie for $25. I hadn’t bought any PINK stuff in 7 months, so I figured I had earned the right to buy another. I know you’re probably saying that it’s weird about “having the right to buy something” but when you had 16 hoodies already, moderation is key.

Today though brought a great deal at Old Navy. And no I’m not talking about 50% off all outerwear-I’m talking $1 performance fleece scarves! I mean, scarves are something that I consider essential because when I’m out waiting for the bus, it gets cold. Last night it got down into the low 40’s. So four scarves for me and one for the boyfriend? No big deal. If I had kept my job, I would have stocked up on layering tanks, but I don’t really need any. Then it was back to ULTA…and I got even more polishes. Sue me. I picked up the very last one of Essie’s Mint Candy Apple (from their Christmas collection), and I’m considering putting it right at the front of the line of polishes for me to put on. There was also a set that I had seen in the past and avoided, but with a coupon for 20% off one item, I got it-it was a cosmetic bag with bottles of Green-Wich Village and Brights Power, two shades that kind of needed to get into my collection ASAP. And the final great deal? A pack of 200 cotton squares, which I use to take off polish, for $1.44. Can’t beat that deal!

Yes, it is so easy to add the command “javac” (compile java files to class file) in Linux and Mac OS. But in Windows computer? Moreover Japanese PC???

1. Make sure you have already downloaded the JDK (Java Development Kit) from http://java.sun.com/ . By the time this blog is posted, the latest version is 1.6.0_17

2. The path folder might varies, but in default settings, it should be something like this
C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.6.0_17\bin
Of course it depends on your JDK version. Don’t forget that the path is until the”bin” folder.
Check out if it contains “javac” and “java” ^-^

3. Right click “My Computer” (マイコンピュータ), select “Properties” (プロパティ)

4. XP and older: In the “System Properties” (システムプロパティ) window, click on the “Advanced” (詳細設定) tab.
Vista and later: Click “Advanced System Properties” (システム詳細設定) in the left side of the window

5. Click on “Environment Variables” (環境変数)

6. Select PATH (or path, is also ok) then click on “edit” (編集)

7. Add the path to javac (see point 3). Don’t forget to put semicolon after previous paths.

Hope this helps! Close any opening command prompt (CMD). Reopen (Did you know Windows_Logo + R ?). And try to type “javac”. If the error message tells you the right syntax, you’re done <3. Else? Repeat to step 1. Good luck ^_~

Si,ancora una volta  da Limoni, sempre per caso ; ho visto questa meraviglia. Voi cosa avreste fatto??!!! intanto vi dico quello che ho fatto io. Ho iniziato a testare la pigmentazione dei colori e ne sono rimasta subito soddisfatta.

• gli Ombretti durano tutto il giorno;
• i Blush sono molto naturali;
• i Lipstick   hanno  ottima coprenza;
• i Lipgloss sono molto brillanti e non hanno alcun profumo fastidioso.

La confezione è davvero chic, guardare per credere. Inoltre la confezione è dotata di un pennello per blush, in setole naturali che non è male, e un pennellino per labbra anche questo discreto e  inoltre c’è un grande specchio che rende questa palette l’ideale da portarsi in viaggio!

Mascara Extrablack Maxi Volume – Hight Definition.  Special Edition

Mi sono ritrovata a LIMONI,  giuro per caso , quando ho visto questa offerta della PUPA “DIVA’S  KIT”. In realtà sono stata attratta dall’astuccio di colore argento, davvero carino e anche utile, successivamente ho guardato il contenuto.  Ci sono due versioni

1. la prima è  Mascara Extrablack Maxi Volume “quella che ho preso io per intenderci”;
2. la seconda è Mascara Maxi Volume – Alta Definizione – Extrablack il cui scovolino è a mò di pettinino che a me non piace.

La  matita ha un triplice uso :

1. Eyeliner;
2. Kajal;
3. Eyeshadow.

É semplicemente magnifica! morbida e ad alta scrivenza, anche solo per essa conviene comprare la confezione.  Si, come avrete capito, sono rimasta soddisfatta da questi prodotti poichè riuniscono in essi 2 elementi indispensabili per ogni donna che si rispetti:

1. Glamour = pochette;
2. Praticità = eye pencil;

Istilah zakat profesi di kalangan umat Islam sangat populer  sekali. Bahkan sekian banyak “tokoh Islam”, “ormas Islam”, dan “badan amil zakat” pun seolah-olah saling berlomba-lomba untuk melariskan “istilah” baru ini. Seakan-akan memang zakat profesi merupakan suatu syari’at dalam Islam. Dengan sekian banyak alasan dan qiyas akal, mereka berlomba-lomba untuk saling berpendapat bahwa zakat profesi merupakan ajaran Islam.

Akan tetapi, apakah benar bahwa ada yang namanya zakat profesi menurut kacamata Islam yang dibawa oleh Rasulullah sholallahu ‘alaihi wasallam? Sebaik-baik petunjuk adalah petunjuk Nabi sholallahu ‘alaihi wasallam.

Istilah Zakat Profesi
Istilah zakat profesi adalah baru, sebelumnya tidak pernah ada seorang ‘ulamapun yang mengungkapkan dari dahulu hingga saat ini, kecuali Syaikh Yusuf Qaradhowy menuliskan masalah ini dalam kitab Zakat-nya, kemudian di taqlid (diikuti tanpa mengkaji kembali kepada nash yang syar’i) oleh para pendukungnya, termasuk di Indonesia ini.

Menurut kaidah pencetus zakat profesi bahwa orang yang menerima gaji dan lain-lain dikenakan zakat besar 2,5% tanpa menunggu haul (berputar selama setahun) dan tanpa nishab (jumlah minimum yang dikenakan zakat).

Mereka mengkiyaskan dengan zakat biji-bijian (pertanian). Zakat biji-bijian dikeluarkan pada saat setelah panen. Disamping mereka mengqiyaskan dengan akal bahwa kenapa hanya petani-petani yang dikeluarkan zakatnya sedangkan para dokter, eksekutif, karyawan yang gajinya hanya dalam beberapa bulan sudah melebihi nisab, tidak diambil zakatnya.

Zakat Maal (Harta) yang Syar’i
Sedangkan kaidah umum syar’I sejak dahulu menurut para ‘ulama berdasarkan hadits Rasululloh sholallohu ‘alaihi wassallam adalah wajibnya zakat uang dan sejenisnya baik yang didapatkan dari warisan, hadiah, kontrakan atau gaji, atau lainnya, harus memenuhi dua kriteria, yaitu :
1. batas minimal nishab dan
2. harus menjalani haul (putaran satu tahun).

Bila tidak mencapai batas minimal nishab dan tidak menjalani haul
maka tidak diwajibkan atasnya zakat berdasarkan dalil berikut :

Sabda Rasulullah Shallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam,

“Artinya : Kamu tidak mempunyai kewajiban zakat sehingga kamu memiliki 20 dinar dan harta itu telah menjalani satu putaran haul” [Shahih Hadits Riwayat Abu Dawud].

20 dinar adalah 85 gram emas, karena satu dinar adalah 4 1/4 gram dan nishab uang dihitung degan nilai nishab emas.

Sabda Rasulullah Shallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam,

“Artinya : Dan tidak ada kewajiban zakat di dalam harta sehingga mengalami putaran haul” [Shahih Riwayat Abu Daud]

Dari Ibnu Umar (ucapan Ibnu Umar atas sabda Rasulullah Shallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam).

“Artinya : Barangsiapa mendapatkan harta maka tidak wajib atasnya zakat sehingga menjalani putaran haul” [Shahih dengan syawahidnya, Riwayat Tirmidzi]

Kemudian penetapan zakat tanpa haul dan nishab hanya ada pada rikaz (harta karun), sedangkan penetapan zakat tanpa haul hanya ada pada tumbuh-tumbuhan (biji-bijian dan buah-buahan) namun ini tetap dengan nishab.

Jadi penetapan zakat profesi (penghasilan) tanpa nishab dan tanpa haul merupakan tindakan yang tidak berlandaskan dalil, qiyas yang shahih dan bertentangan dengan tujuan-tujuan syari’at, juga bertentangan dengan nama zakat itu sendiri yang berarti berkembang.

Tanya: Tolong Jelaskan Hukum Zakat Profesi ? (Dibahasakan kepada Syaikh dengan dengan nama penghasilan bulanan-red)

Asy Syaikh Abu Usamah ‘Abdullah bin Abdurrahim al Bukhari pada sore 5 syawal /1425H bertepatan 17/11/2004 M menjawab sebagai berikut:

Satu : Harta yang terkumpul telah berlalu padanya satu haul yaitu satu tahun

Dua : Hendaknya telah mencapai Nisabnya

Apabila telah berlalu satu haul dan telah sempurna, bersama pemilikan, serta mencapai nisabnya, maka diwajibkan padanya Zakat baik itu gaji bulanan, atau harta yang dia simpan selain dari gaji bulanannya, atau selainnya. Maka wajib zakat senilai 2,5 % pada harta yang ada.

Syaikh Abdullah bin Abdurrahman Jibrin ditanya sebagai berikut:

Gajiku 8000 real dan pada setiap bulannya kebanyakan tidak tersisa kecuali jumlah yang sedikit. Apakah ada kewajiban Zakat terhadapku ? kami mengharap penjelasan bagaimana cara mengeluarkan zakat gaji bulanan. Ia adalah perkara yang musykil (dipertanyakan) bagi banyak orang?

Jawab:

Tidak ada zakat pada suatu harta hingga telah berputar padanya satu haul (satu tahun) maka bila engkau telah menghabiskan gaji tersebut, maka tidak ada zakatnya terhadapmu. Apabila engkau menyimpan dari gaji tersebut seukuran nisabnya, maka wajib zakat terhadapmu bila telah berputar satu haul pada harta simpanan itu…(baca Fatwa Zakah dari situs Beliau
