Weatherbug puts the temp here at 29.5, but I don’t believe it. Various weather sits show a 20 degree difference at times and a projected high temp that is below the so-called current. The High Court on Friday asked the Directorate of Medical Education to frame special rules to provide reservation to the benefit of the single girl child for post-graduate (PG) studies in medicine.

Disposing a petition filed by MS Supreetha, a resident of Bangalore, Justice AS Bopanna directed the authorities to consider the representation of Supreetha to make the special rule.

After pursuing MBBS at Devaraj Urs Medical College in Kolar in 2008, Supreetha wanted to pursue Doctor of Medicine (MD), seeking a seat under the quota for single girl child.

E’ uscito il primo numero di Salad Days Magazine, free-press indipendente italiano su musica (punk, hc, metal…), action sports (surf, skate, bike…), street-culture e nuove forme d’arte. Ci trovate articoli interessanti e fotografie sorprendenti.

Il sottoscritto partecipa alla festa scrivendo di musica (of course), con un paio di interviste (Coalesce, Bring Me The Horizon) ed una quindicina di recensioni.

EU NUNCA OPEREI! POSSO TE OPERAR?

Com uma faixa com esses dizeres (entre outras faixas), estudantes da Medicina da UFPR chamaram a atenção para os problemas vividos neste curso em ato público realizado recentemente. Neste ato, ficou evidenciado um problema que há muito tempo vivemos na universidade, que envolve os cursos de saúde e também um problema mais geral no sistema de saúde brasileiro.

A chapa Pra Não Deixar Virar Privada entende que a questão de saúde envolve dois debates: o sistema de saúde e os cursos de saúde. No caso do sistema de saúde, vivemos uma fase em que o SUS – Sistema Único de Saúde – é cada vez mais precário, ficando cada dia ainda mais distante do projeto de Reforma Sanitária elaborado por professores, profissionais de saúde, estudantes e movimentos populares nos anos 1980.

Um dos pilares deste projeto era a defesa da interdisciplinaridade e multidisciplina-riedade na área de saúde, garantindo que todas as áreas fossem envolvidas no tratamento do doente, que a partir de então passaria a ser chamado de usuário, pois não poderia pagar pelo tratamento (diferente do cliente) e não deveria ser apenas receptor do tratamento (como o paciente).

A reforma sanitária também entendia que saúde é mais do que ausência de doença e deve envolver diversos fatores, como educação, qualidade de vida, moradia, condições sanitárias, entre outras. A chapa Pra Não Deixar Virar Privada defende o projeto de Reforma Sanitária e o SUS enquanto projeto de saúde pública.

Somos, portanto, contrários ao Projeto de Lei do Ato Médico (PL 25/2002), que contraria estas concepções apresentadas acima, fortalecendo apenas a figura do profissional médico no tratamento de saúde. Tam-bém somos contrários a outros projetos que descaracterizam, precarizam e privati-zam o SUS, como a Farmácia Popular, as leis pró-manicomiais e a Fundação Estatal de Direito Privado (PLC 92/07). Somos a favor de um maior financiamento ao sistema, com a regulamentação da Emenda Constitucional nº29 (EC-29).

Nas universidades, este debate se reflete na dificuldade em termos currículos que tragam o SUS pra dentro da sala de aula. Em muitos cursos, as matérias de saúde pública são apenas optativas ou opcionais. Na UFPR, vemos o HC, nosso local privilegiado para aulas práticas, cada vez mais precarizado, com falta de materiais básicos para as aulas ou com excesso de estudantes por aula. Também observamos o descaso quando há a exigência de que estudantes paguem por materiais que deveriam ser fornecidos pela UFPR, como nos cursos de Odontologia e Medicina, onde os gastos podem chegar a R$2 mil mensais.

Outra dificuldade é com os estágios, visto que somos obrigados a concorrer com estudantes de outras faculdades privadas. Atualmente, fala-se que a Universidade Positivo poderia trazer seus alunos para o HC. Um absurdo! Porém, tais estudantes não são culpados e devemos estar juntos na luta para que os faculdades privadas tenham seus centros de saúde escola, possibilitando o desafogamento do HC. Além disso, muitas vezes usam de nossa mão-de-obra para suprir a falta de profissionais de saúde, fazendo com que trabalhemos de graça.

Neste momento, nossa chapa se propõe a lutar:

• Contra qualquer forma de privatização e desvinculação do HC;
• Pela imediata revogação do Projeto de Lei do Ato Médico;
• Para que os estudantes de saúde tenham direito a seus estágios;
• Em defesa das Reformas Sanitária e Psiquiátrica;
• Pela regulamentação da EC-29.

Der Kampf gegen diese Leute wird mit einer äußerst brutalen seelischen Gewalt geführt. Und wenn Psychologen dann “eine erhöhte Wahrscheinlichkeit von suizidalem Verhalten” feststellen, wird diese Tatsache gleich in eine gemeine, hinterhältige Erpressung umformuliert.

Und wenn Arigona dann endgültig in den Kosovo geschickt wird, was dann? Sucht sich die rechte Präsenz der Politik ein neues Bauernopfer? Bist du der nächste? Bin ich der nächste? Wer weiß, was in diesen kranken Hirnen vorgeht, in denen kein Platz für Menschlichkeit, Respekt, Urteilsvermögen und menschliche Wärme ist.

Duo Kie. Locus y Nerviozzo componen uno de los grupos más bestias del rap en España. Los madrileños, juntos desde el año 98, llevan ya 4 discos a sus espaldas; ¿el último? “21 centímetros“: una muestra de por qué son ellos y no otros los que llenan las salas de media Península.

Hablar de uno es hablar del otro. Juaninacka y Dj Makei empezaron hace casi una década con sus “bolos” y, todavía hoy, siguen trabajando juntos en cada uno de los discos del MC Sevillano. En marzo de 2009, Juaninacka rompió con el sello “Fiebre Records” para cambiarse al bando de Boacor con la que sacó su nuevo álbum “41 100 Rocks“

Los malagueños Rayka, Dj Narko, Sicario y Capaz forman, en mi opinión, el grupo más hardcore de todo el panorama rap en nuestro país; me estoy refiriendo a Hablando en Plata. Además, con la adhesión de “Big Hozone” (gran productor andaluz) el grupo ha adquirido una consistencia en cuanto a musicalidad muy amplia; lo podemos apreciar en el último disco de Hablando en Plata “Libertad/Hambre” del 2009.

Mucho Muchacho. Oliver Gallego aka “Mucho Mu” fue uno de los primeros en meter el pie en nuestra cultura allá por los 90. En el año 2000, su grupo 7notas 7colores sacó el dísco titulado 77, con buenos resultados de ventas, consiguiendo ser el primer grupo de hip hop en entrar en las listas de AFYVE. Actualmente Mucho Muchacho trabaja como Dj en Ibiza, aunque también se deja ver por aquí para pinchar en algunos garitos.

Lechowsky. El MC del grupo Flowklórikos es considerado el máximo exponente de la lírica en el género rap, o lo que es lo mismo, “el autor en España que más se deja influenciar por la poesía”. El maño, afincado entre Zaragoza y Barna sacó en 2007 un disco que marcaría un antes y un después en el rap hispano, “Donde duele inspira“. A parte, fue nombrado joven promesa del arte nacional por el diario “El País” en el año 2004.

Zatu. Pino Montano, Sevilla. Allí nació y creció Saturnino García hasta que tuvo que emigrar porque su agenda de conciertos no le permitía quedarse en casa. Ese podría ser un buen resumen de la vida de uno de los padres de rap español, componente y fundador del grupo SFDK junto a Acción Sanchez. Fue el ganador de la primera batalla de MC celebrada en tierras natales (2005) y a partir de ese año mismo el grupo se consolidó como el más potente en Andalucía por los miles de fans en todo el territorio.

Frank-T. Es difícil resumir en pocas líneas la vida profesional de este gran maestro de ceremonias. Tshimini Nsombolay nació en Kinshasa, Zaire -actual República Democrática del Congo.- Fue el primero de seis hermanos y con sólo dos años se trasladó definitivamente a España con toda su familia. Aquí, en el 88 (ha llovido desde entonces) editó uno de los primerísimos discos de rap en nuestro país, lo tituló “Madrid Hip Hop”, hasta hoy, lleva más de 7 discos a sus espaldas. Actualmente trabaja en Radio 3 en un programa dedicado a la vida Hip Hop en España.

Triple XXX. Han vuelto. Dicen en una entrevista a Hiphoplife que “por dinero entre otras cosas”. El dúo malagueño se separó en 2005, y sus componentes: Spanish Fly & Gordo Master sacaron después del lance un LP en solitario cada uno. Este año, se rumoreó sobre su vuelta pero esos rumores se convirtieron en algo verídico cuando Triple XXX hizo una colaboración en el disco “DPS” de Jefe de la M a principios de verano. Ahora, preparan un LP que, sin duda, será una gran noticia para el rap español.

Dogma Crew. Grupo sevillano formado por Dj Lazer, Legendario, El Demonio, Puto Largo e Hijo Pródigo que dió sus primeros trotes a finales de los 90 (cuando todavía tenían que repartirse las maquetas en cintas por todo el territorio fuese como fuese). Su maxi “Nacen de la bruma” fue número uno en ventas en enero de 2008. Su segundo LP, “La Octava Plaga”, salió en septiembre con BoaCor, tras su enfado con su antigua discográfica.

HC. Extremadura nunca ha tenido una propaganda de rap que le ayudara a impulsar todo lo que albergaban los grupos en esa comunidad. La hC nace como revulsivo a todo el panorama y es en 2004 cuando se funda el grupo; es entonces cuando Ivandejota, Luí y Tato se proponen romper con las cadenas impuestas. Para 2010, esperan sacar su tercer trabajo junto a MC’s y grupos de la comunidad como La Ene , Isayah, Brosdol (Badajoz) y KPF (Plasencia), entre otros. A parte, en febrero de este año, Canal Extremadura Radio les otorgó un programa sobre nuestra cultura (todos los sábados de siete a ocho de la tarde). ¡Hip Hop en antena!

Am Sonntag, den 27.09.2009 waren in Oberösterreich Landtagswahlen. Die rechtsgerichtete Partei FPÖ (Glanzzeit 1999 mit Jörg Haider in der Regierung) konnte ihren Anteil auf 15,3% fast verdoppeln. Bei den Nationalratswahlen 2008 erreichten FPÖ und BZÖ gemeinsam 27%, d.h. jeder 4. Österreicher wählt rechts. Das ist schon erschreckend genug, wenn man aber dann noch bedenkt, dass der Großteil der FPÖ-Wähler jünger als 30 ist, dann sehe ich ein massives rechtes Problem auf uns zu kommen.

Wie sind solche Politiker bei uns überhaupt noch tragbar? Prügelaffären, öffentliche Diskriminierung von Juden und Muslimen, rege Kontakte zu verurteilten Neo-Nazis, “Paintball”-Spiele in der Jugend, diverse Grüße aus der Zeit des Nationalsozialismus…
Eigentlich wäre ein Politiker nach nur einer dieser Aktionen schon politisch tot, nicht so bei FPÖ & BZÖ. Haben diese eine Sonderstellung in unserem Land? Was passiert, wenn man Rechtsradikalismus nicht im Keim erstickt, haben wir vor 76 Jahren schmerzlich erfahren müssen. Aber was wird hier unternommen? NICHTS! Die Rechten wachsen und wachsen! Und warum? Sie geben einfache Antworten auf ganze komplexe Systeme! Die Standartantwort lautet nach wie vor: “Ausländer raus” – Das hilft immer. Und damit sprechen sie die heutige Jugend an. Und wer unternimmt was dagegen? NIEMAND!

Das Wählen wurde nun auch den 16 und 17-Jährigen ermöglicht. Aber was nun? Wer bereitet die Jugendlichen darauf vor? Wenn die Eltern aus Gewohnheit ÖVP/SPÖ wählen, wählen ihre Kinder schon aus Protest was anderes. Politsche Bildung wird wie die sexuelle Aufklärung von den Eltern immer mehr einfach ausgelassen. “Des wird er in der Schule scho nu lernen…”. Wenn sich die Eltern aus der Verantwortung zurückziehen, bleibt eben nur mehr die Schule, um die Politik den Jugendlichen verständlich zu machen, sodass diese auch überlegen können, was sie wählen.
