I am unsure how this all started.  I suppose I could blame my college alma mater for teaching me the fundamentals behind this new adventure. Or, I could foolishly put the fault on my former employer for forcing me to re-enter the workforce.   But, all in all, I am the one who applied for and ultimately, accepted this job. So in the end, it is I who is to blame. 

A health inspector.  Welcome to the life.  Here, in this blog, we will explore this venture together.  In retrospect, the term is Sanitarian.  And yes, this is a profession.  An underpaid, overworked one, but yet, a profession.

I usually hate talking about the same type of thing two posts in a row, but I thought this would add to the humor of the previous day.  So today… we got a health inspector… warning… that he would be coming… maybe.

Suffice to say, he did not ever show up.  But this is the perfect opportunity to comment about human behavior again.  So for those of you who have not heard, A Burger King in Ohio had a very strange incident.  So here is a video to get you in the mood.

So now that you know the background.  A health inspector was dispatched today to a Burger King in our district.  And as I heard the phone ring I witnessed an extreme change.  

For the whole day the manager had been relaxed and just chilling in the front of the restaurant talking about school and her beliefs. *The phone call*

slowly throughout the day she started to get really irritable and kept passing out odd jobs.  But the true nature of this worry came into being when it started to spread like an infection.  People just started going nuts throughout the restaurant.  

My deduction, people are tools.  I don’t know why this shit wasn’t getting done in the first place.  I don’t think people realize that if you all do a little bit of cleaning every day, you don’t have to worry about these… crammed elbow grease sessions that I hate so much.  I would rather spend about thirty minutes cleaning every day than 4 hours of everyone scrubbing till they drop while listening to your manager yell at you for everything.

Anyways, I hope at least the video gets you cracking, I know i was laughing my ass off.
