I had a pleasant surprise tonight. I was not planning on blogging until tomorrow, but thought I would check in on a couple of blogs I like this evening when, lo and behold, I saw that Eric Wang of healthdemystified.com featured my blog, and a few others on his website. As I would have mentioned previously, I am no health expert, just a woman on a journey who reads much and has experienced much; but Eric’s training is in the field of health, and he is working on his Pharm.D. degree. It is a great website that is worth checking out by someone whose interest in health permeates his life.

Eric did not have to do this, and I am grateful that he took the time to share my humble blog with others. So, Eric, thank you. I also want to thank all of you who have been reading, commenting, following and liking, because the blog means little without you. You have been respectful, encouraging and kind. Special mention: bgdaddyjim, queenoffamilosity, and coachcrystalspadawan.

So I raise my glass to all of you who drink and share the milk of human of kindness; and I thank you from the depths of my lactose-intolerant heart.

Best always,

Essay Kay
