<p>So what&#8217;s so healthy about it?</p>
<p>Pomegranate is high in antioxidants, reduces the risk of high cholesterol, cancer, heart disease and helps control weight!</p>
<p>It also improves skin/wrinkles and helps treat and prevent acne too!!</p>

<p>Pomegranate</p>
<p>Pistachio (chopped)</p>
<p>Greek Yogurt</p>
<p>Honey</p>
<p>layer the Greek Yogurt first, sprinkle with chopped pistachio and serve with a swirl of honey! <img src='http://s0.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>(I was lazy so i just used a food processor for the pistachio, put it in no more than 4 sec!)</p>

Why?? Because it is really healthy!!</p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Benefits</span></strong><br />
<strong>Fibre </strong><br />
<strong>Improves lung functioning</strong><strong>..asthma etc</strong><br />
<strong>Improves skin condition</strong><br />
<strong>Improve stamina</strong><br />
<strong><strong>Omega 3 essential fatty acids- helps with cancer, heart disease, arthritis and PMS!!</strong></strong></p>

<p>So here are some signs of omega 3 deficiency!!</p>
<p>- dry skin<br />
- tiny rough bumps usually found on the back of arms<br />
- dandruff<br />
- brittle and soft nails<br />
- menstrual cramps!!<br />
- dry unruly hair</p>
<p><strong>Ingredients:</strong></p>
<p><em>Eggplant dip</em></p>
<p><em>Toast</em></p>
<p><em>Linseed (flax-seed)</em></p>
<p><em>Avacado</em></p>
<p>&#160;</p>
<p>So these were the Linseeds I use</p>

<p>You have to grind them prior to use, unless you fully chew on them, if not they will pass right through your body&#8230;.<br />
(which i didn&#8217;t know before and ended up wasting a lot)</p>
<p>Use a coffee grinder or food processor ^^ 10 to 15 seconds is enough. Store them in the fridge to keep it fresh. You can buy linseed meal but make sure you use them quick and store it in the fridge for best effects. I just grind my own, each day, FRESHER better effects <img src='http://s0.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>

<p>Today i made soya bean milk blended with linseed and linseed on toast. Tbh i find it extremely hard to swallow when i know i have extra things in my food, so this lil method of eating it completely takes away any texture and taste of the linseed <img src='http://s0.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':-)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>

<p>Sorry for using white bread, that was all i had in the fridge!! But use whole meal or multi grain guys <img src='http://s0.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':-)' class='wp-smiley' /> !! I like using a sandwich press, makes everything so much more simple.</p>
<p>(btw I just place the toast on top so only the bottom is heated.)</p>
<p>Then i used this eggplant dip that i just LOVE!! I like the roasted eggplant one better but it ran out, so here&#8217;s the Mediterranean one. Spread a thin later on top of the toast.</p>
