So cute. Lou Sulola Samuel daughter of Seal and Project Runway host Heidi Samuel makes her debut to the world.

Says mother Heidi via her website:

“Its difficult to imagine loving another child as much as you love your existing children.Anyone who has a family will tell you this.Where will one find that extra love? If you love your existing children with all of your heart, how then can one possibly find more heart with which to love another? 

On Friday October ninth 2009 at 7:46pm, the answer to this question came in the form of our fourth child and second daughter. Lou Sulola was born and from the moment she looked into both of our eyes it was endless love at first sight. She is beautiful beyond words and we are happy that she chose us to watch her grow over the coming years.”

So sweet. I like Heidi and Seals approach to parenting. Little Lou Samuel chose them as parents. How refreshing! Heidi appears on the Ellen show, Monday, here in Los Angeles.

Nearly a month and a half after her October 9th birth date Heidi, 36, and Seal, 46, have introduced their baby daughter, Lou, to the world on Seal’s website.

Lou joins big brothers Henry, 4, and Johan, 2, and big sister Leni, 5.

Lou is the third child for Heidi and Seal. Leni’s father is Heidi’s ex-boyfriend Flavio Briatore. (Heidi recently took “Samuel” as her new legal surname; no word yet if she’ll change her professional surname as well.)

Heidi showed off her amazing post-baby body at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show on November 19th.

At the show, Heidi shared that Lou was doing “great…I pre-pumped a lot of milk, left it in the freezer.”

Muita gente não imagina, mas a modelo mais importante do casting da Victoria’s Secret, a Heidi Klum, tem quatro filhos. Uma menina com o empresário da Fórmula 1, Flavio Briatore, além de dois meninos e a recém chegada Lou Samuel (que nasceu há um mês e meio) com o cantor Seal. Quer saber como ela volta à forma tão rápido? Eu conto para vocês.

Primeiro de tudo já vou avisando: a genética ajuda, e muito. Se você já tem o perfil de uma pessoa mais magra, vai sim voltar a ter o corpo que tinha antes da gravidez com mais facilidade. Mas nada de desistir, caso você tenha tendência a engordar. O segredo é levar a gestação da forma mais leve e saudável possível. O saudável é ganhar uns 8 a 9 kg durante a gestação, portanto tente não exagerar, por mais que os famosos “desejos” batam à sua porta, dê uma maneirada. (Será que é pedir muito?)

Para quem também não sabe, Heidi tem 36 anos (!). Em entrevista à revista “US Weekly”, ela disse que seu corpo mudou muito mais agora, nessa idade, do que quando teve sua primeira filha, aos 31. Mas quem achou que isso foi motivo para ela desistir e entregar os pontos, está bem enganado. A top aceitou o desafio e voltou à forma tão rápido quanto antes.

“Pra mim o segredo é voltar a se exercitar o mais rápido possível, depois de ter dado à luz. Tenho a impressão de que se você demorar, aquela gordurinha extra vai grudar e ficar lá para sempre”, disse Heidi, sempre bem-humorada. Mas claro que sem motivação ela não conseguiria os ótimos resultados. “Sempre depois da gestação meu marido me ajuda a voltar aos eixos. Sem contar que eu adoro brincar com meus filhos, correr de um lado para o outro queima muitas calorias, sabia?”, completou.

Auf Heidis Homepage (www.heidi klum.de) lächelt die Mama mit Baby im Arm – in die Kamera von Ehemann Seal. Auch die Fotos von ihrer erster Tochter Leni hatte Seal damals gemacht und Heidi hatte sie ins Netz gestellt. Sie wollte den Trend der verkauften Babyfotos brechen.

Gerade hat Heidi auch Seals Nachnamen angenommen, heißt jetzt Samuel. Auf ihrer Homepage sind die Baby-Bilder musikalisch unterlegt – mit Seals Song „A fathers way“. Er handelt vom Bedürfnis eines Vaters, sein Kind zu beschützen.

It was business as usual for Project Runway this week – even though the challenged called for anything but the norm.

Designers were asked to create an on-stage look for a certain chart-topping pop singer that would have that same “wow-factor” from the 200^th row that it did from the front of the stage.

And who better to help the young designers make a statement than King of Show Bob Mackie? In fashion, Mackie means tacky, complete with headdresses, sequins and feathers – and that’s just one outfit.

Designers immediately saw the need to go big, so the trip to fabric store Mood included pounds of feathers, faux fur and sparkly fabric.

Back in the workroom, the designers resorted to their usual antics. Heartthrob Logan, who has never been in the top three this season, and sweet blonde Carol Hannah continued their flirtation, which has seen a healthy bit of screen time in what could be Project Runway’s first designer hook-up.

Two-time challenge winner Irina continued to insult everyone around her, while equally catty Nicolas gushed over the guest judge and Christopher, the show’s only self-trained designer, worried about his lack of experience. Just like every other episode of the season.

Instead of letting go and enjoying the freedom to be over the top, the designers continued to play it safe, offering their own styles in sparkly form.  Bubbly Shirin, fashion guru and designer confidant Tim Gunn’s early favorite, continued to borrow from “1940s  glamour.” Eastern European Gordana, the oldest of the designers and lucky holder of immunity from last week’s challenge, again fell into the realm of “matronly.” Neither genre is Mackie’s forte.

Had the designers been as creative as previous seasons’ designers, like last year’s drag queen-of-costume Chris, the challenge may have been a little more fun to watch.

Instead, Mackie’s showstopper request turned into a gallery of half-finished ice skating uniforms and long, cumbersome dresses, as the judgingpanel so lovingly pointed out.

Gunn proved yet again he is the reason to watch the show, counseling one designer to amp it up by suggesting the outfit should scream “super sexy slut!” Spoiler: it didn’t.

Even supermodel host Heidi Klum couldn’t bring herself to be all there for this episode, showing up to name the challenge in painful red pleather, animal-print low rise pants. When she came back for judging, she didn’t even look like she had brushed her hair that morning.

In the best reveal of the show, the judging panel finally included Queen of Mean Nina Garcia, the Marie Claire fashion director and judge since season one, who has been missing most of this season.

The panel had little to work with in what should have been a tacky-fest a la last season’s World Wresting Entertainment challenge. Yet again the judges seemed to make strange decisions on who passed, who failed and who won.  Past wins didn’t seem to matter when it came down to it, and a designer with more promise heard Klum’s auf wiedersehen instead of less-talented designers who have made themselves irresistible to the camera.

It was another mildly entertaining episode from a lackluster fifth season for the fashion reality show, which only promises to get harder to watch as any designer unable to create his or herunique storyline falls under Heidi’s “Auf.”

Project Runway airs on the Lifetime Network Thursdays at 10/9c.

Heidi Klum’s husband, singer Seal, posted photos of their new daughter Lou Suola on his website, www.Seal.com. In the family portraits, baby Lou is shown with her mother, her father, and in one shot she’s surrounded by her three older siblings — Leni, 5, Henry, 4 and Johan, 3.

I recently read that Seal is going to adopt the oldest child (Leni) of Heidi Klum (now legally known as Heidi Samuel). Seal is not the biological father of this child, although he was present at the child’s birth and married Heidi 1 year after the child was born.

Although this adoption is not going to take place in Pennsylvania, if it were going to happen in Pennsylvania; there are two (2) steps that must happen. First, the parental rights of Leni’s biological father, Italian businessman Flavio Briatore, must be terminated. They can be terminated with his consent. In the alternative, if he does not consent, if he has not been active in Leni’s life for the last six months, his rights can be terminated involuntarily. If Mr. Briatore is given notice of the hearing where his rights may be terminated and if he does not show up for such hearing, his rights can be terminated since he will not be present to rebut the allegations that he has not been involved in Leni’s life. If Mr. Briatore’s rights are terminated, Seal will be able to legally adopt Leni.

In many instances, the adoption hearing will take place immediately after the termination of parental rights hearing. If Seal is allowed to adopt Leni, then Leni’s birth certificate can be amended to reflect Seal as Leni’s father.

It is important to keep in mind that, under Pennsylvania law, Heidi could not just terminate Mr. Briatore’s parental rights. There must be someone ready, willing and able to step in to serve as Leni’s father.

To some, adoption proceedings are the only happy events that take place in Family Court.
