En riktig Favoriträtt

Köttfärssås är nog en av de mest populära rätterna under de senaste 40 åren. Kommer ihåg när jag var liten, det var en av de rätterna i skolmatsalen jag tyckte bäst om.

Då var det mycket ketchup, på nästan allt jag åt, men det har jag som tur är vant mig av vid. Men i min köttfärssås har jag alltid en skvätt, antingen av Heinz ketchup eller chilisås.

Grädde har jag också alltid haft i min sås. Inte så likt det Italienska originalet kanske, men så gott. En annan sak jag ofta har i, är rosépeppar. Den smaken harmonierar fint med de andra smakerna.

Rosépeppar använde vi mycket på restaurang på 80-talet, men sen har den fallit lite i glömska. Här i Alanya har jag ett träd där jag brukar gå och plocka min egen rosa peppar varje höst.

Köttfärssås

250 gr Köttfärs

1 Morot

1 liten Aubergine

2 Tomater

1 gul Lök

1 Vitlöksklyfta

2 msk Ketchup

1 msk Ajvar

2 dl Grädde

3 msk Smör

½ tsk Worcestersauce

1 tsk Paprikapulver

1 tsk Oregano

1 tsk krossad Rosépeppar

Havssalt och Svartpeppar

Skär alla grönsaker i små tärningar. Bryn köttfärsen i smöret, tillsätt kryddorna. Rör ner grönsakerna och låt bryna en stund.

Tillsätt ketchup, Worcester, ajvar och grädde. Koka upp och låt puttra i 30 min på svag värme.

Servera med smörstekt Zucchini, Sallad och Tomat

On Sympatico.ca this morning, I noticed that Heinz is reporting a second quarter profit drop of 16% compared to last year even though sales had climbed 2% to $2.67 billion.  Wow, that’s a lot of tomatoes.  Heinz has been around forever it seems and as an avid consumer of their ketchup, I decided to check out their web site and see how they measure up in terms of corporate social responsibility.

Very good actually!  It took a long time to read through their various programs and initiatives.  Here are a few highlights from their 2009 Corporate Social Responsibility Report:

- Heinz Micronutrient Program:  This title conjured images of genetically modified foods but thankfully I was wrong.  The program began in 2001 and distributes packets of tasteless powder packed with iron and other nutrients which are added to food.  60 packets, a year’s supply for one child, can be supplied at a cost of $1.50.  In 2003, Heinz worked with the Helen Keller Foundation to help Indonesia after the tsunami to distribute the ‘largest, most successful micronutrient program in the world.’  Heinz has reached 3 million children so far with this program.

- In the Environment section of their annual report, Heinz has created many sustainable goals with excellent results.  Here are a few examples:

1. Reduce energy consumption by 20% per metric ton of production by 2015; between 2005 and 2009, they had already reached a 15.8% reduction;
2. Reduce water use by 20% through re-use and improved technique by 2015; since 2005, they have achieved a 15.7% reduction globally;
3. Reduce solid waste by 20% by 2015 through improved recycling and re-use of waste; since 2005, they have surpassed the goal with a reduction of 27.4% globally.

There are a few countries who could learn about environmental goals and results from this company.

- Heinz donates food and money, generously around the globe.  In Venezuela, their donation program make deliveries three times a year to 29 non-profit organizations, reaching ‘nearly 1,000 children and teenagers, 280 adults and 350 elderly citizens.’

So, if you were wondering how socially responsible your Heinz ketchup was, it scores really well.  Henry John Heinz founded the company in 1869 in Pennsylvania and today they sell 650 million bottles of ketchup a year.  Perhaps one of the reasons for their long term success lies in their mission statement:  ‘As the trusted leader in nutrition and wellness, Heinz – the original Pure Food Company – is dedicated to the sustainable health of people, the planet and our Company.’  Definitely a company who looks beyond it’s boardroom and bottom line.

Okay, so I have allowed one week for myself to feel bad about the whole letting go thing. Now, it’s back to work for me. SRSLY.

Yesterday though, I was able to eat 3 times in one day for the first time since the whole problem happened over a week ago. Although, it still cannot be compared to my usual eating habits and how much I eat. I know I love food and I have to eat to survive, but I just can’t put something on my mouth without looking over the seat right next to me or across me, imagining that HE used to be right there. But I have to stop those thoughts or else they will only break me more.

And to my success, I have been able to survive a whole 24 hour period without having a tear escape from my eyes. Although there was one moment where I was having a flashback. But it didn’t hurt that much anymore. I just keep reminding myself of the things he told me the last time we saw each other.

Anyway! I had a really good day yesterday. I felt much better after the whole mess. And it probably had something to do with the fact that I was feeling like more of my old “fashionista” self. I went with my sister and her boyfriend to Greenbelt and first we had lunch at Recipes. I missed their Adobo Flakes! so I ordered them [unable to finish it though].

Then my sister took me to a hidden nail haven in Greenbelt 5 [not a secret now] called Dashing Diva which is located inside the Beauty Bar. They will truly treat you like a diva! And they even have the very first nail dryer in the country. You no longer have to sit around and wait for your nails to dry!

With Dashing Diva, they will let you place your fingers or toes into a partition which has its own air blowing to your hands and feet. After just a few minutes, you can reach into your bag and pay the service without having to worry about ruining your manicure!

Then I went to Coffee Bean & Tea Room to work while my sister finished up her pedicure. All the while I was thinking, getting the Swirl card has been so beneficial to me! Even though I am more of a Seattle’s Best Coffee girl, I am now enjoying Coffee Bean & Tea Room since they have unlimited free Wi-Fi if you have their Swirl card. Whereas with SBC, they will only give you a free one hour access if you reach the minimum of P150.

When my sister finished, we were deciding where to go: either Manila Peninsula or Shangri La Makati. We decided to try Shang since we have just been to Manila Pen.

Although their food can be a bit pricey, they were so good! I got the Tuna Nicoise Sandwich.

As we left, we passed by the Pastry counter where their cakes reminded me of Angel’s designs.

It has been a week and I have given myself enough time to mope and feel bad. But now, I’m feeling much better. Although I cannot deny the fact that I wish YOU were still around, I do agree that I think it’s better this way.

Okay – so did the title grab your attention!!! Well, if you’re from the UK, it probably didn’t – right?  But, here in the US it is a different story.  Let me explain.  When I say, Spotted Dick…gone viral – I am referring to the British Suet Pudding, made by Heinz – called, Spotted Dick.

Here is where the viral aspect comes into play.  A few days ago, a friend of mine posted on facebook,  for fun, and in a ‘cheeky’ manner a comment about Spotted Dick, and how wonderful it is with oozing amounts of custard…well, you thought she had written something X Rated, as the US population exploded with comments, and jumping to the conclusion it was something lurid.  It went VIRAL!  In fact, Bloggers in Houston started writing about it! (Wait, I am too! durr).

Talk about brilliant brand exposure for Heinz! 

For us Brits who know exactly what my friend was talking about – I had to have my fix of the delcious dessert – and headed to the nearest grocery store selling British foods – and bought a can of it – and subjected a few of my closest friends to a tasting of ‘Spotted Dick’.  YUM!

It amazes me how the Brits and Americans speak (somewhat) the same language – but our cultures are so amazingly different!

It’s a classic design but the Thai language label makes it look unusual. This 300 gram bottle cost 18.75 Baht (about US 57¢) in my local supermarket.

For a comparison, here’s the US market 14 oz. (397 gram). bottle. How much does it cost in America?

According to the Heinz web site:

To release ketchup faster from the glass bottle, apply a firm tap to the sweet spot on the neck of the bottle— the “57.”

The Thai bottle doesn’t have a “57″ label, thus putting Thai consumers at a disadvantage.

I saw US-labeled Heinz Tomato Ketchup for sale alongside the Thai producted product for over twice the price in a hi-so supermarket catering to foreigners. As far as I know the product is identical worldwide.

I went to Target today to restock the pantry with some great grocery items on sale. Much to my disappointment I was unable to do so. People must be refilling those Y2K fallout shelters they have because the store’s shelves were picked clean. I only manged to get 1 of the 3 items I went to get.

Marks and Spencers

Marks and Spencers announced yesterday that they will be selling around 400 branded grocery and household products in all of its UK stores for the first in its 125 year history.  This follows after a successful 16 month trial in its stores in North East and South East England.

The brands that will be entering the doors of M&S over the next year will include such big brands as, Coca Cola, Marmite, Kelloggs and Heinz.  To keep up with the competition all of the products have been price matched against the major supermarkets, ushering in a new twist in the supermarket wars.

John Dixon, Executive Director of Foods at M&S said, “there are some products that we could simply never compete with, like Marmite and Kit Kat, and other areas where, whilst we have a great M&S equivalent, the leading brand dominates the market.”

It is hoped by Sir Stuart Rose, Chairman of Mark and Spencers, that by including such big brands in M&S will provide customers with a one stop shop rather than having customers go elsewhere to buy them, saving cutomers time and making life easier for busy individuals.

In recent months making life easier for customers has become a matter of urgency with Waitrose planning on opening hundreds of smaller convenience stores that will see it compete directly with M&S Simply Food. 

M&S’s upmarket food business has been hit in the recession, with shoppers switching to cheaper rivals.  However, it has held its ground by introducing “Wise Buys” and new products. 

The entering of the big brands hopes to attempt to close the gap between rival Waitrose.  “Adding the nation’s favourite brands to our mix offers our customers more choice and strengthens our position as the UK’s leading quality food retailer,” continued John Dixon in a statement.   

Over the coming months shoppers will see the big brand names sitting amongst M&S’s own brands.  Each store will offer a selection of the range chosen according to its size, starting from around 50 products in smaller stores and up to the full range in larger stores.

To think of it, literacy is booming. We see the alphabet everywhere nowadays, even in soup!

Alphabet pasta, also referred to as Alfabeto or Alphabetti Spaghetti, is pasta that has been mechanically cut or pressed into the letters of the Latin alphabet, although other alphabets are used in regional variants. It is often served in an alphabet soup, sold in a canned, condensed broth. Another variation, Alphaghetti, consists of letter-shaped pasta in a marinara or spaghetti sauce.

One common American brand of condensed-style alphabet soup is Campbell’s. This soup like its competitors is marketed towards parents for its educational value.

A similar product, Alphabetti Spaghetti, was sold by the H. J. Heinz Company for 60 years before being discontinued in 1990. Like Campbell’s alphabet soup, it contains alphabet pasta canned in tomato sauce, but no cheese. It was later reintroduced by Heinz in 2005.

Nachdem Christoph R. über Zuwanderungslügen etc. “aufgeklärt” hat, beginnt im Kommentarbereich das große Jammern. Und das kling bei “Th.R.” so: “(…) Alternative geistige Bezugspunkte, wie z.B. eine mit Lebensweisheiten gespickte Religion oder eine sonstige im Geistesleben der Deutschen tief verankerte vorpolitische Lehre, die das Volk vor dem lügnerischen Wesen des Parteienpolitikers hätten warnen können, hatte es nicht. Solang es noch ein paar Menschen gibt die an sich und an ihr Deutschland glauben, wird dieses Volk nicht untergehen. Wir werden uns eben gesund schrumpfen, um in einer helleren Zukunft wieder in altem Glanz zu erstrahlen. Nur nie die Hoffnung fahren lassen.” Hach ja, das Deutsche Volk und der alte Glanz. Da war doch was? Wie auch immer.

Hängen bleiben sollte wohl auf jeden Fall die Theorie von der Gesund-Schrumpfung Deutschlands, vielleicht als sonstige im Geistesleben der Deutschen tief verankerte vorpolitische Lehre, vielleicht aber auch als unfreiwillige Witzigkeit rechter Irrlichter.

With a record attendance and a sold-out crowd of 65,597 fans, the Steelers take on the Minnesota Vikings on a beautiful autumn day in Pittsburgh Sunday, October 25, 2009.  The Steelers deafeated the Vikings 27-17.

In addition to my regular column, Thinking Out Loud, I also had an online exclusive piece posted on the Duquesne Duke website.  On Sunday, I attended my first professional football regular season game, which is startling considering how huge a football fan I am. Though I am not a Steeler fan, I was thrilled for the opportunity to attend the Steelers-Vikings game with my dad and uncle on Sunday, and I wrote a brief recap of the day’s events.  Here’s my piece…

A Steeler Fan for a Day

It’s been printed numerous times within these pages that football ranks highest on my hierarchy of sports. A good, exciting football game will tie me down for hours, whether it’s played at the college level, in the NFL or even a high school game. Surprisingly, though, I had never attended a regular season NFL game in my entire life; something about the old Veterans Stadium in Philadelphia having a courtroom for unruly fans made my dad decide not to take me there as a young’n.

So when my uncle, who has lived here in Pittsburgh for the last twenty years, offered my dad and I tickets to see the Steelers play the Minnesota Vikings this past Sunday, my father and I jumped at the chance like Santonio Holmes jumps at a dimebag. Seeing as my dad and I were rookies to the live Steelers experience, my uncle accompanied us on our journey.

However, as a diehard Eagles fan, I owned no Steelers gear. I knew the uniform of the black-and-gold nation well, and arriving in my Kevin Curtis jersey simply wouldn’t do. I grabbed the closest thing I had to Steeler colors-my old black CKY shirt with gold and red text on it-and headed out.

My uncle drove my dad, who had come in from Philly the previous afternoon, and I to a parking garage downtown and we hoofed it the rest of the way to the tailgate outside the stadium. A man named Bruce, good friends with my uncle, assumed the role of “fan leader” as he leapt onto the back of his car and delivered a rallying speech that would have made President Obama cry. All right, maybe not. But it certainly elicited a reaction from his fellow Steeler fans akin to that which the President received on inauguration day.

We wandered about the tailgates, sampled food from caterers trying to make a name for themselves, and talked to a few more of my uncle’s friends. One of them, a quieter, older man, spoke with us at length about his love for the city and its sports fans, particularly for hockey. But when he mentioned the depiction of himself in the movie “Miracle,” I perked up. Turns out I had been speaking to Craig Patrick the entire time. No big deal, just a member of the 1980 “Miracle on Ice” U.S. hockey team and former Penguins GM. Happens all the time, right?

Finally, it was time to enter Pittsburgh’s coliseum of football: Heinz Field. I had attended an Eagles pre-season game at Lincoln Financial Field before, but the electricity in the crowd for this game was incomparable. I was swept up in an ocean of black and gold…that is, except for the brave soul in our section donning an Adrian Peterson jersey. The entire game, she cheered after every positive Viking play, then apologized to the Steeler fans surrounding her. I decided to cheer for Pittsburgh today-besides, a Vikings loss would be good for my Eagles.

The Steelers PA announcer struggled from the start, announcing 9 yard runs that had really only been 3 yards and routinely missing down and distance by miles. Was he hanging out with Jeff Reed the night before the game? I wouldn’t rule it out.

We had great seats near the end zone, so we got to see goal line plays up close. It was an incredibly entertaining game. Brett Favre vs. Ben Roethlisberger. Adrian Peterson vs. the stout Pittsburgh defense. Terrible Towels vs. Viking helmets. The battle was fierce.

At halftime, I downed a bucket of Quaker Steak wings as two games of Pop Warner-type football were played between four teams of players ages 10 to 13. Since quarterbacks at that age aren’t reliable passers, the teams traded runs, reverse plays, and fumbles. One player finished off an impressive, juke-filled run by diving over the pylon into the end zone. Shortly afterwards, Browns coach Eric Mangini offered the player a long-term contract.

Even though I’d never attended a Steeler game before, I knew all too well the significance of the song “Renegade” by Styx to the fans. The song was played twice in the fourth quarter, and both times, the crowd got louder than it had been the entire game.

Midway through the fourth quarter, my uncle decided that the position of his hat directly impacted the result of the game. Following the Steelers’ first defensive touchdown, he turned his hat to the “Let’s lock this baby down” position. After Minnesota returned a kickoff for a touchdown, he returned his hat to the “Alright, things just got serious” position. A few minutes later, Pittsburgh returned its second defensive touchdown of the game to ice the victory, proving my uncle right…sort of.

I left the game with a few lasting images: Adrian Peterson steamrolling a Steelers defender, the crowd’s reaction to Jeff Reed’s first appearance in the game, the two Pittsburgh defensive touchdowns that took the wind out of Minnesota’s sails and the sight of the largest crowd in Heinz Field history going absolutely bonkers both times. It was a fabulous game from start to finish, and the experiences surrounding the game were as entertaining as the product on the field. Moments like these had me wondering if I should denounce my home team Eagles and convert to Black and Gold nation.

Nah, just kidding. You thought you would get me that easily? E-A-G-L-E-S EAGLES!

Heinz College is one of the Top 10 policy / public affairs schools in the country. It’s right next door to Tepper– well, okay, a short walk away along Forbes Ave– but sometimes it feels like a different world entirely. Students at Tepper and Heinz think differently, I suspect, and approach problems differently. A partnership would probably rock the world.

Happily, everyone I’ve spoken with at Heinz welcomes Tepper students at events. The Institute for Social Innovation is planning to launch a series of events that will help students become better acquainted with SI (Social Innovation), how it’s defined (or not), and what people really do in this field.

This promises to be a fantastic starting point:

“The Global Rise of Social Enterprise“
Lunch and Learn with Heinz College Visiting Professor Jerr Boschee, Thursday, November 5, 12-1:30 p.m., Hamburg Hall room 1502.

The lecture will cover key terminology (which I think we all need learn and/or review!), success factors and examples of successes, basic principles of social enterprises, and common stakeholder objections.

In short, Jerr Boschee (“bo-SHAY”) is a leading authority on SI, and we’re really privileged to have this kind of access to him. If you’re at all interested in SI, plan to attend this event. I suspect it will be a great way to network with some of the movers and shakers of CMU’s SI community. Plus, there will be pizza.

Olha que coisa mais linda…

Para nós sedentários, que vivemos em frente ao pc, e que morremos de preguiça de ir até a cozinha para esquentar um café, uma pipoca, fazer o brigadeiro do William Bonner, rs.

A maravilha é a nova invenção da empresa Heinz, um gadget considerado o menor microondas do mundo, medindo apenas 19cm de altura por 7cm de largura e 15cm de profundidade.

Chamado de Beanzawave o gadget funciona via USB e possui uma bateria de lítio-ion para deixa-ló realmente portátil, aquece em poucos minutos e é tão prático que você pode levar para onde quiser.

Ainda é um protótipo, mas deverá custar em torno de 100 euros.

A l’occasion de son 140ème anniversaire, Tomato Ketchup revient à ses origines le temps d’une édition collector qui pare la bouteille en verre de l’étiquette initiale pour un design rétro – vendue à La Grande Epicerie de Paris.

La marque a en plus fait appel à des artistes du street art pour créer une collection  d’œuvres sur le thème de l’authenticité.

Celles-ci sont aussi présentées chez Artcurial à partir du 15 décembre, puis vendues aux enchères le 20 décembre, au profit  de l’association SOS Villages d’Enfants.

Parce que juste avant de partir en weekend c’est le moment idéal pour faire des courses de trucs à manger tout le monde le sait. Mais on sortait de chez ma mère et elle a dit à Carrefour il y a des rebloch en solde alors forcément. Mais à côté du rayon des fromages il y a les fruits et il y avait des mangues au nom bien joli alors forcément. On trouverait bien quoi en faire. Et le soir on a fait fondre le rebloch sur des pommes de terre et ça rappelait les vacances, les pique-niques en montagne et le monsieur à la tartiflette géante.

Les mangues se sont fait une place dans le gros sac, pas très loin des deux pâtissons, des carottes et des citrons, et de Pidou Pidou mon lapin en peluche qui se grignote les orteils quand on le surveille pas. Et sur le chemin il a fallu s’arrêter trois fois, d’habitude on fait une pause au milieu, toujours à Reims pour boire un café mais j’avais attrapé un gros rhume et le bruit de la voiture me donnait mal à la tête alors on a visité plusieurs aires sur l’autoroute.

Et quand je suis malade j’ai des envies bizarres, je n’aime plus le café et j’ai envie de soupe, et à défaut d’avoir mon mixeur sous la main la machine à soupe est venue à mon secours, comme la machine à café mais en mieux, t’appuies sur le bouton et elle te donne un gobelet plein de soupe (moyennant 1.5 euros pour moins de 10cl de poudre réhydratée mais ça casse la magie du truc). Et même si ça donnerait des boutons à ma grand-mère, le truc à l’asperge était plutôt bon, même si à mon avis il devait sûrement contenir à peu près 1,2% d’asperge et 98,8% (vous avez vu comme je sais bien compter) de machins chimiques, et dans l’autre aire j’ai pris tomate parce que quand je suis malade je trouve que les soupes de l’autoroute elles ont un goût magique.

Le médecin d’ici a dit que j’avais une grosse rhino-pharyngite, il m’a donné des antibiotiques mais on s’est dit qu’on pourrait aussi me soigner avec des frites (encore une bonne excuse mais maintenant vous avez l’habitude) parce que je vous l’avais pas dit mais à peu près une fois par mois on part en weekend au pays des frites et le monsieur pas très loin de l’hôpital (il a dit que bientôt il allait peut-être changer d’endroit) c’est lui qui fait les meilleures du monde, qui épluche les patates avec ses petites mains et qui fait des vraies frites qui sont tellement bonnes avec une tranche de Père Joseph (moi je dis Papi Joseph mais vous auriez pas compris) et quand même pas mal de ketchup Heinz parce que depuis cet été non je n’ai pas honte je mange un peu trop de Ketchup Heinz.

Mais avant d’aller chercher les frites on est allé à Auchan à côté, et j’ai trouvé un joli patidou vert et orange avec des petites taches mais surtout Ólafur. Au début j’ai hésité, entre Ólafur et Rauno Rämekorpi, mais Ólafur l’ours des neiges c’est quand même un nom bien chouette. Il prend toute la place dans le lit et il tient chaud, mais Chouchou n’est même pas faché, il s’en est acheté un aussi puisque c’est comme ça, et il s’appelle Gunnar, comme Huttunen, le meunier hurlant. Ólafur s’entend plutôt bien avec le reste de la famille, on dirait même qu’ils ont des goûts similaires en matière de lecture…

Au bout de quelques jours de cachetons divers et variés et de pchits dans le nez on a quand même pu aller se promener, acheter un merveilleux sac vert qui a l’air d’avoir passé 30 ans dans un grenier, regarder les belles vitrines et quelquefois entrer, manger une jolie pâtisserie jaune et orange sur place, une tartelette à la crème à emporter (il faudra qu’on en fasse) en marchant sur les pavés, repartir avec des fromages plein de sac.

Parce que des fois ça arrive, à peu près un weekend sur cinq qu’il y ait un peu de soleil, si si, entre deux tempêtes de pluie.

Et à Leclerc il y avait des nashis. On en avait déjà vu à Dijon, à Carrefour entre les pommes et les poires. En fait c’est comme une poire, presque blanche, très croquante mais en forme de pomme et qui vient du Japon, de Chine, ou de Corée des fois aussi. On peut les croquer comme ça, mais à la poêle avec une petite tranche de beurre et un filet de miel sans enlever la peau c’est fantastique aussi.

Et une fois rentrés, parce qu’il pleut beaucoup ici aujourd’hui (d’habitude c’est le contraire), que le frigo est plein des fromages rapportés et que Chouchou a bravé la tempête pour aller chercher des endives à Intermarché, j’ai préparé des petites tartes, qui ont le goût des jolis weekends sous le ciel souvent gris de là ou Chouchou habitait quand il était petit (et un peu moins petit aussi).

Pour 5 petites tartes du nord :
Une pâte à pizza maison (mais remplacez l’huile d’olive par de l’huile de noix), 1 échalote, 1 endive, 5 c.c. de crème fraiche épaisse, un morceau de Carré d’Avesne (un autre fromage de là bas), un morceau de Père Joseph, ciboulette, huile de noix, quelques cerneaux de noix, poivre.

Préchauffez le four à 240°C.
Découpez des petits ronds dans la pâte étalée et tartinez de crème fraiche. Garnir d’échalote et endive émincée, ajoutez une belle tranche de fromage par-dessus (sans les mélanger, faites des tartelettes au Père Joseph et d’autres au Carré d’Avesnes, vous pouvez même mettre autre chose si vous n’en trouvez pas). Ajoutez la ciboulette, des brisures de cerneaux de noix et un filet d’huile de noix, poivrez, et enfournez une 10aine de minutes.

Marketerii de la Heinz tocmai s-au intrecut pe ei (wtf ?!) cu ideea aceasta. Au inventat Beanzawave – cel mai mic cuptor cu microunde pentru toti workaholicii care nu se dau dusi de la birou, nici macar in pauza de pranz. Prototipul se conecteaza direct la portul USB, a fost inventat in colaborare cu cei de la Heinz, de catre Gordon Andrews and Stephen Frazer, si foloseste o combinatie unde radio emise de telefonul mobil (?!). In curand acestia vor inventa mini-buda care te sterge la fund, de pus sub scaunul de la birou pentru dupa pranz.
