Sto frequentando un corso di marketing e gestione/acquisizione nuovi clienti, corso molto interessante e veramente ben fatto.

Nel frattempo in azienda hanno creato un blocco della maggior parte dei siti. Nulla di insuperabile eh, però il problema è che una persona che punta molto al confronto, all’essere sempre informato ora si ritrova in un limbo.
Che senso ha mettere un blocco del genere? Certo c’è chi ne approfitta ma c’è anche chi lavora e 2 minuti li può tranquillamente perdere… perchè poi, ormai qui dentro abbiamo iPhone et simila.

Muito bom: TCC entregue, defendido e aprovado. Sou um bom garoto! Mas este post não é pra isso. Vou, enfim, poder avaliar o jogo que tanto esperei este ano, que devido à correria do TCC, pasme: ficou em segundo plano. To falando do Call of Dutty 4 – Modern Warfare 2. Mesmo você, que detesta jogo e os “nerds” que vivem em função disso, já deve ter lido ou ouvido falar nele. Pense um pouco, nas últimas três semanas este tem sido um dos termos mais pesquisados no Google, talvez você estivesse procurando o número do Call Center de alguma empresa e quando você digitou C-A-L o Google gentilmente te deu uma lista com pelo menos 5 tipos de busca envolvendo o jogo. Fato!

Pois bem, o jogo foi lançado oficialmente no dia 11 de novembro e eu consegui uma versão de teste, dois dias depois (nada demais porque os russos já estavam testando a quase um mês). Como já disse, estava a pleno vapor com o desenvolvimento do trabalho, mas, mesmo assim, encontrei um tempinho entre um cochilo e outro para instalar e testar o game.

Bom, instalei e testei, mas, a cabeça estava tão voltada para o TCC que eu zerei o bendito sem nem me dar conta, até sem me dar conta de quantas fases o jogo é feito. Por isso, agora que o TCC está entregue, defendido e aprovado, reiniciei minha jornada (agora hard mode on) pelo mundo criado pela Activision e pude, enfim, degustar cada detalhe desta que pode ser considerada uma obra prima dos games.

Primeiro que as técnicas utilizadas no desenvolvimento dos games estão acompanhando o avanço tecnológico. O jogo não é só detalhes de sombra, movimento e textura, que por sinal é top dos tops, mas o enredo, os diálogos, é um conjunto perfeito de linguagens. Não sei se eu joguei um filme ou assisti a um jogo. oO

Sério, imagine uma trama perfeita para um filme desses de guerra e combate, eles imaginaram e criaram. Sensacional. Na primeira vez que eu joguei, quando terminei até senti uma frustração por ter terminado rápido, mesmo sem ter idéia do que eu tinha feito durante todo o jogo. Cheguei a achar que minha cópia de avaliação é só avaliação mesmo. Mas o jogo realmente dá essa sensação, não é chato em momento algum e engana-se quem imagina que é só colar o dedo no botão e metralhar meio mundo. Estratégia, coisa de Cpt. Nascimento pra lá.

E pra fechar com chave de ouro, eu recordei os tempos de Badé, Bar Real Madrid e Dona Genoveva, quando gastava a grana da merenda pra jogar fliper e tentar zerar Street Fighter 2 e Ghouls and Gost. Pra quem não gosta de jogo, os finais dos jogos são o ápice, o nirvana do jogador. Dê uma lida aqui pra saber um pouco mais, não custa.

Os créditos de Call of Dutty 4 – Modern Warfare 2 são um show a parte. Muito bom mesmo! Assista, são apenas oito minutinhos, garanto que você vai pensar duas vezes antes de lenhar os viciadinhos (tipo eu).

Finalmente ci siamo, anche gli operatori telefonici Italiani si adeguano (diciamo adeguano ma non è proprio così) alle tariffe europee… ovviamente se per gli SMS la media in Europa è di 7,5 cent cadauno, in Italia viene stabilito un tetto massimo di 13,2… ma COMPLIMERDA!

L’altra notizia è una cosa che mi sta molto a cuore visto che con l’iPhone navigare è fondamentale e con Vodafone (l’operatore che ho) è a volte impossibile.

Solo in Italia, il WiFi è bloccato ovunque o non è prevedibile trovarlo in bar, ristoranti, tram ecc in tutto il resto del mondo invece è bellissimo girare, attaccarsi ad una rete e via a navigare, scaricare posta, contattare… BUUU

E’ per questo che moltissime persone vogliono che cambi la legge (antiterrorismo eh! hahaha ridicoli!)… LINK

Louisville was founded in 1882 and the iconic buildings give the town a feel of downtowns of long ago.   Louisville’s economy is nouveau tech: Technology firms are the area’s mainstay (IBM, Sun Micro, Ball, Level 3, Amgen  and more).  Not to mention the upcoming alternative energy campus in the works.  Louisville is only 6 miles from Boulder and 22 from Denver. Outdoor living at its best.  Panoramic views of the front range Rocky Mountains abound.  Louisville’s 26-mile wooded biking and running path winds through much of the town. On summer Friday nights, residents head to the downtown Louisville Street Faire, for concerts, entertainment,  artisans, beer and food. Saturdays head to the farmers market or in July the summer film series.  A great place to live with excellent restaurants that have been here forever.  Solid deals, nice people, all American type of town.
Home prices are up recently because this is one of the greatest places in America to live.  Family friendly.  A cool place to thrive.  It can snow one day and be gone the following day.  As Garrison Keillor says “where all the women are strong, the men are good looking and the children are above average.”

Di seguito, riporto un breve riepilogo di quello che è stato il “calvario”, inutile,  che ho intrapreso per vedermi riconoscere la garanzia su un telefono Samsung difettoso.

Questa testimonianza, non vuole essere altro che un semplice esempio di come, a volte, almeno questa volta, può funzionare il ragionamento dei responsabili dell’assistenza Samsung Italia. Tutto questo per dovere di cronaca, e solo per questo. Non si intende in alcun modo sconsigliarvi di acquistare prodotti Samsung, evitare questo brand è solo ciò che farò io da questo momento in poi. Niente di più.

Ottobre 2008.    presso negozio Euronics acquisto telefono cellulare samsung sgh-I560, alla modica cifra di 259,00 €.

Problema: dopo appena 4/5 giorni dall’caquisto, nel momento in cui decido di togliere la pellicola proteggischermo con la quale tutti i telefoni vengono venduti, mi accorgo che adesa alla pellicola, sono rimasti piccoli frammenti dello specchio copridisplay, senza tuttavia provocarmi un reale danno, in quanto si trattava di una zona marginale dello schermo.

Essendo fuori sede per gran parte della settimana, decido, al mio ritorno, di passare dal negozio Euronics in cui ho comprato il terminale, per chiedere assistenza. Mi viene allora riferito che si trattava sicuramente di un difetto di fabbrica (non che nutrissi dubbi..), analogo a quello del samsung sgh U700, e che naturalmente il telefono sarebbe stato coperto dalla garanzia. Tuttavia i periodi sarebbero stati lunghi, mi parlarono di circa 40/60 giorni, quindi, considerando che il problema non mi precludeva l’utilizzo del tefono, ed essendomi lo stesso terminale essenziale in quel periodo,  a quel punto decido di aspettare per mandarlo in assistenza.  Questo, conscio del fatto che la garanzia dura 1 anno dalla data di acquisto.

Premetto che il telefono è sempre stato mantenuto con il massimo riguardo, riposto all’interno della giacca.

Il problema a inizi aprile era diventato molto più evidente; il display a specchio risultava ormai “esfoliato” in diversi punti, pregiudicando ormai l’utilizzo. Decido quindi nel mese di maggio di ricorrere all’assistenza, godendo ancora per 6 mesi dell’assistenza Samsung Italia.

Risposta: intervento fuori garanzia causa “parti estetiche rovinate”. Bella scoperta… era proprio per parti estetiche rovinate che richiedevo l’assistenza in garanzia.

Da quì una serie di raccomandate con le quali ribadisco, non solo il fatto che il problema era presente già pochi giorni dopo l’acquisto, ma anche che lo stesso centro riparazioni mi aveva informato che altri avevano avuto il medesimo problema, e che il telefono era stato in alcuni casi riparato in garanzia.

In pratica: a volte per lo stesso identico problema, l’assistenza risponde positivamente, altre negativamente. Perchè come tutti sappiamo ormai, nel nostro bel paese, la legge NON è uguale per tutti.

Da contatti telefonici con responsabili dell’assistenza Samsung, capisco che è una battaglia persa. Mi viene riconosciuta infatti ragione, ma il colosso tanto vince sempre. Detta in breve: “Si lo so, lei ha ragione però Samsung se le chiede come fà a dimostrare di non essere stato lei a causare il danno, lei cosa risponde?” Ergo…. Ho ragione ma se voglio il telefono funzionante, devo pagare 43,00€ di riparazione. E questo nonostante il telefono fosse difettoso di fabbrica e io avessi da poco speso 259,00€.

A questo punto, solo per una questione di principio, sono deciso a passare alle vie legali per la tutela dei diritti dei consumatori.

Spero che quello che ho passato io, possa farvi riflettere, e magari nel senso giusto….
