Home equity is the difference between what you owe on your mortgage and the fair market value of you

Home equity is the difference between what you owe on your mortgage and the fair market value of your home. Payments on home equity for debt restructuring continues to gain popularity. The typical way to make money from home equity is to either refinance an existing first mortgage or take out a second mortgage.

Many people wonder why the interest rates for second mortgages are higher than the first for the mortgage. The This is a second mortgage is a subordinated loan secured by the same property as the first mortgage. Thus, if the mortgage is not paid and there is a foreclosure on the property that is paid to the first lender before the second lender. As a combined result of second mortgage at higher risk for the lender. To compensate for the risk, lenders charge higher interest rates for second mortgages for first mortgages.

According to Bank Rate, second mortgage, and> Home equity lines of credit have become increasingly common since the mid-1980s as property values soared, and the amount homeowners have learned about managing personal debt. Among the reasons for this rise in popularity: attractive interest rates and tax deductibility. In many cases, homeowners can deduct up to 100% of interest payable on mortgage loans from their taxes.

If you drag with the equity from home and need the prices on your first home, areless than current prices, it will probably be cheaper, a second mortgage, even if interest rates get higher, too. If you have a specific purpose for the loans that have a certain amount of money required, an home equity loans, also called home equity installment loan (HEIL) is known to be the best choice. Home equity lines of credit (HELOCs ) are useful for those who only occasionally or in the ongoing need for money, because interest rates are calculated only on the amount of capitalused.

Compare the annual percentage rate (APR), the cost of loans on an annual basis, while shopping for a second mortgage. Unlike home equity loans that the total credit costs for the loan, which advertised in April for home equity lines of credit at interest based solely. For a true comparison of credit costs, compare other costs, such as points and closing costs, which will contribute to the cost of your loan.

Growing up, I remember hearing stories that now seem like fairy-tales. Stories about how a Universit

Growing up, I remember hearing stories that now seem like fairy-tales. Stories about how a University degree will open doors that otherwise would remain closed, how higher education will get you your dream job, and how loyalty and dedication to a company will reward you with a long career.

Fairy-tale #1: University degrees open doors
Isn’t it funny how things change? How many college graduates today really find that dream job? Perhaps a better question is, how many university students even believe this is the case anymore? I didn’t attend an ivy-league school, where the benefits of networking outweigh even the education one receives. I graduated from San Diego State University, a state-funded school in California. It was fun, I felt like I learned a lot, I even graduated Cum Laude.

From my own personal experience though, and those of my friends, attending a University didn’t particularly open up any doors other than meeting the “Degree Required” requirement at the bottom of a job posting. Maybe that one hurdle was enough, maybe that was worth it. For the most part, so I’m told, companies generally aren’t concerned with “what” your degree is in, rather, just with the fact that you have one (demonstrating an ability to “stick with something” as well as the ability to “learn” and “be taught”). What it boils down to is a University degree is the new High School degree, or minimum amount of education one should have in order to obtain a decent paying job. This being the case, it follows then that a Masters or MBA is the new 4-year degree, PhD the new Masters, and so on. More on this in a later post…

Fairy-tale #2: Higher Education and the “dream job”
I did eventually find a great job, but it was a “who you know” situation. I’m not saying that the degree didn’t help, because without it I wouldn’t have qualified. What I’m saying is that the reason I got it was not directly related to the degree I had just earned (and was sooo proud of). I got the job because a family member was able to get my resume in front of the hiring manager, and I had a great interview. I was lucky. I had found a job that I truly enjoyed and at the same time gained valuable experience at a large corporation. All that being said, the degree was not a direct contributer to getting the job. All it did was meet a requirement. I’m not trying to convince folks not to get a degree, I am still proud of mine (especially since there was a time when I thought it impossible for me to achieve). What I am saying, is let’s call a spade a spade. A 4-yr. degree fulfills a requirement as far as companies are concerned- nothing more, nothing less. I actually think Universities need to do a better job of networking their students to make the experience more worthwhile, but more on that in a later post as well…

Fairy-tale #3: Loyalty and dedication are reciprocated
Finally we come to the fairy-tale where brave knights, represented here by loyal employees, are rewarded by their kings (companies) for slaying dragons (driving revenue/meeting goals). This isn’t a rant against the reality of our time. While it is true I was recently laid off and that was what initially prompted me to write about all of this, I am not bitter or disgruntled in the least. In fact, quite the contrary- I am almost emotionless about the whole experience. It was a calculated decision that the company had to make. My attitude on this is what intrigues me about my generation as well as those that follow.

Not only do we not believe that we’ll stay with the same company for our entire working careers, as some of our parents did, but we actually expect to get laid off or leave our positions voluntarily after a certain amount of time is served. The social implications alone of this thought process could be dramatic (think about it, without stability big decisions like babies and buying homes are less likely to be made). All this said, I am still an extremely dedicated employee. I had a feeling that I was going to be laid off, and I still tried to accomplish all that I could for the programs and projects that I was working on. I am just one person, but I see this with my peers as well. Interestingly, even though my generation knows that employment will most likely be short-lived at every stop on the career train, we still dedicate ourselves to quality work.

While I didn’t expect to be unemployed just 2 years in, I am also not surprised nor am I upset. This is a reflection of the state of our economy these days, a “sign of the times”. The new and next generation of University graduates in the U.S. are entering a workforce in an extreme state of flux, times that haven’t been seen in this country for more than 70 years. And we are ready. These are our times, times of change.

It's amazing what effect a small ball of fur can have automated shopping trends. The ball of fur, I am referring to so-called Zhu Zhu pets. These cute hamsters turn out this year, a surprise addition to children's letters to Santa Claus so that parents and shopping lists. Now it is beautiful, such a product that will love the kids, but not so much if they do not get their hands on them.

A similar scenario happens every few years, the last one that springsto mind would be the Wii Fit. If you live in the UK, if that product is released and wanted to, you know, they were like gold dust. It is very likely that this is exactly what will happen with the cuddly pets Zhu Zhu.

They are many parents who either put on purchase them early, or just one of these toys to see flitting around both offline and online without success. I saw there, done and bought the T-shirt, it's a nightmare when you knowexactly what your child is keen to have for Christmas, but you just do not get their hands on them.

If your after one of these wonderful automated hamsters, then you do the most for you, get it NOW! You see, it is also the issue of price, because, as Zhu Zhu Pets stocks become short, those who bought large stocks, ie, eBay merchants begin to push prices to sometimes ridiculous levels. As I write this article this sub-$ 10 toy isNow knocking on the door of $ 20.

If you do not want to be disappointed, make sure you shop for the toys early and late when you've forgotten it in the shops, go online, Amazon is a good resource to check out, and they have the added advantage that they deliver quickly and efficiently.

I’d like to show you two songs about “sleep”: The first one is “Higher

I’d like to show you two songs about “sleep”:

The first one is “Higher” by Creed. I guess, most people will think that this song is about some religious stuff or even reaching some kind of aim. But that’s not the case, it was actually written by the singer Scott Stapp, after he experienced how to use lucid dreaming to end a haunting nightmare. Lucid dreaming is sleeping and dreaming but being aware that you’re sleeping and thus you’re able to control your dreams. Anyway, here are the lyrics:

When dreaming I’m guided through another world
Time and time again
At sunrise I fight to stay asleep
‘Cause I don’t want to leave the comfort of this place
‘Cause there’s a hunger, a longing to escape
From the life I live when I’m awake

So let’s go there
Let’s make our escape
Come on, let’s go there
Let’s ask can we stay?

Can you take me higher?
To a place where blind men see
Can you take me higher?
To a place with golden streets

Although I would like our world to change
It helps me to appreciate
Those nights and those dreams
But, my friend, I’d sacrifice all those nights
If I could make the Earth and my dreams the same
The only difference is
To let love replace all our hate

So let’s go there
Let’s make our escape
Come on, let’s go there
Let’s ask can we stay?

Can you take me higher?
To a place where blind men see
Can you take me higher?
To a place with golden streets

So let’s go there (let’s go there)
Let’s go there (let’s go there) Come on,
let’s go there
Let’s ask can we stay?

Up high I feel like I’m alive for the very first time
Still up high I’m strong enough to take these dreams
And make them mine

Still up high I’m strong enough to take these dreams
And make them mine

Can you take me higher?
To a place where blind men see
Can you take me higher?
To a place with golden streets

Can you take me higher?
To a place where blind men see
Can you take me higher?
To a place with golden streets

Link:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RZFVPLr8XGk

So obviously this song talks about the power of controlling your dreams which is a good feeling since you can create your own perfect world, a world you wouldn’t want to leave except reality is the same as the dream(which seems to be naturally good). Experiencing the pleasure of escaping the world you live in, makes you want to stay there. This song could be seen as a song about escapism through sleep but seemingly depicted in a positive and bright light.

What happens if you take this sleep-escapism to the extreme? Here’s the answer: You’re tender and you’re tired by the Manic Street Preacher.

Lyrics:

You’re so fragile tonight
Been up hurting all night
It’s not trivial like they think

Yes you’re desperate and you’re hurt
Thought about it so many times
Too afraid to open your eyes
To see the sadness that’s inside
Just sit back and stop time

You’re tender and you’re tired
You can’t be bothered to decide
Whether you live or die
Or just forget about your life

But it’s too late to be real
No time to be strong enough
Just time to leave it all behind
Memory has become pain

Rebuild the void with flowers
Sad eyed destruction built around sand and sea
Yes you can build yourself
Build yourself around me yourself around me

You’re tender and you’re tired
You can’t be bothered to decide
Whether you live or die
Or just forget about your life
You’re tender and you’re tired
You can’t be bothered to decide
Whether you live or die
Or just forget about your life
You’re tender and you’re tired
You can’t be bothered to decide
Whether you live or die
Or just forget about your life
Drift away and die

Never say goodbye drift away and die
Never say goodbye drift away and die
Never say goodbye drift away and die

Link:

http://www.lastfm.de/music/Manic+Street+Preachers/_/You%27re+Tender+and+You%27re+Tired

So this song basically talks about depression caused by sleeping too much. The more you sleep the less you partake in the world and your life, become lethargic and apathetic. The reason why you sleep too much is wanting to escape reality into either dreaming or just simple sleep where you don’t have to decide, don’t have to face yourself and anybody else…and kill time.

Now I’ve chosen those songs since they show the two sides of the coin when it comes to sleep (sleeping too much or being very much fond of sleeping)..Either sleep is the place where you can reach your dreams and escape the world or it’s the longing to be sleeping forever….There’s much more to say but I don’t want to write about this scientifically, as usually I’d rather search for such topics in the most figurative and sentimental ways. There are more songs about sleep out there but most are about insomnia(sleeping too little). Talking about the music chosen, I don’t care for their status in the eyes of the world, I like both songs and that’s pretty much why I came to think about the meaning of them and after all the topic(sleeping too much) is interesting if you try to look and understand it from different angles. I’ll let Shakespeare finish this:

Sleep that knits up the ravelled sleave of care
The death of each day’s life, sore labour’s bath
Balm of hurt minds, great nature’s second course,
Chief nourisher in life’s feast.
~William Shakespeare, Macbeth

They were quietly industrious and got on well with their foam cut prints. Mixing far too much ink and washing it all down the drain-hoping I wouldn’t see because I was too busy tidying up after them so they kept their prints free of too many finger prints. They all need to go back and improve their investigation drawings-big time, so hopefully this weekend -with all the rain- will give them a break in their busy social lives to get on and create a great drawing.
Mr. Nhan, who is also the education minister, said that in line with this year’s academic theme: “Renovating Management, Raising Education Quality and Focusing on Meeting Demands of Society,” universities and colleges would participate in evaluating the ministry’s management.

They would also help create improved standards and launch new training programs, he added.

“Because of this renovation, universities will not be peaceful this year,” said Mr. Nhan.

However, the ministry presented only general measures for such an overhaul while failing to explain the specifics of how to revamp the system, which has been increasingly criticized by the public.

Regarding the quality of new schools in the country, a report presented by the ministry at the conference said that 20 percent of the schools fail to meet standards for infrastructure, lecturers, investment capital, and curricula. In addition, there are no formal regulations for launching training programs or recruiting students, the ministry said.

In addition, penalties for universities which fail to meet standards are not strong enough.

Evaluating the quality of the country’s higher education, the ministry said, “In reality, the ministry cannot control the quality of higher education due to a lack of standards. There is not yet a body in charge of higher education quality.

“The ministry has not had annual reports to evaluate the … quality of universities or the entire higher education system,” the ministry outlined in the report.

Responding to the ministry, school rectors asked that higher education institutes be allowed to set their own tuition and fees.

Ph.D. Thai Ba Can, the rector of the HCM City University of Technical Education said that universities need regulations allowing them to decide tuition fees and expenses by themselves.

“The Ministry should change the framework of tuition fees and use the state budget to pay the tuition fees for poor students,” he added.

Ph.D. Mai Hong Quy, rector of the HCM City University of Law, said that public universities were facing financial challenges because they were not allowed to increase tuition fees.

“Universities cannot earn enough money to pay for good lecturers or attract good graduates to work in universities,” she said.

“Graduates from schools of law who speak and write a foreign language fluently can earn a much higher salary than lecturers can,” Ms. Quy added.

However, Mr. Nhan said that universities who set their own fees must still follow general rules and the Ministry of Education and Training must have the right to regulate and monitor a university’s operations.

“Education is a special provisory service because poor training leads to [unskilled] graduates,” he said.

It is generally seen that nail biting is the result of stress, worries and boredom. There are many who unconsciously start biting nails. And nail biting is perhaps one of the most common habits present in this world. As much as forty four percent of adolescents are habituated of biting their nails. About 30% of the children between 7 and 10 and about 25% of the young adults are habituated of biting nails.

It is generally seen that males are more prone to nail biting than females. And to make it soft for people engaged in biting nails, it is found out that people with higher intelligence levels are more prone to biting. It might be because of higher level of stress and higher level of responsibility that is associated with higher intelligence.

When it comes to stop biting nails, it is easier said than done. It requires a lot of effort to break this habit. It would take time and patience to stop nail biting. Let us have a look at some of the suggestions that might help you biting your nails.

Have emery board or have nail clippers wherever you go.

You can go for nail creams that taste very bitter and help stop nail biting.

It is also better to wear gloves and bandages to stop biting nails.

You can have a rubber band attached to your wrist to let you remind that you have to stop biting.

Your family members and friends should always remind you whenever they see your fingers in your mouth.

Many feel that biting your nails is perhaps the most innocuous amongst the so called bad habits. Most of the children and even adults have the habit of nail biting but biting should never be taken lightly. It has grave results.

Have you ever thought what the function of your nails is? Well, it has to protect your fingertips. It helps you to pick up small things and yes, how can we forget its function to relive itching. Now think about the situation when you do not have those nails to help you out.

What is more, when you bite your nails you are actually breaking your skin and that becomes an entry point for germs. If you have seen any compulsive nail biting person you would find that they engage in so much so that they actually bleed the finger nails. And that is a sure shot way of getting infections.

Any expert would tell you that germs reside under your fingernails and biting nails results in the transfer of those germs from your nails to your mouth. And if that is not enough, try to visualize all the things you touched all through the day and now think about all those getting an entry into the mouth. Yes, I am talking about your smelly socks, slimy creatures for your lab work and what not?

You can use special nail polish that tastes very awful and that would help you stop nail biting. It tastes so bitter that you won’t put your fingers again in your mouth.

Gravity Jones presents InfeRed’s 2009 mixtape “No Turn On Red.” MLKjr said, “If a man is called to be a street sweeper, he should sweep streets, even as Michelangelo painted, or Beethoven played music, or Shakespeare wrote poetry.” Tony ‘InfeRed’ Graves feels his path is leading him to record and perform honest music. If it’s true that your soul should speak truest and loudest through your actions, midwest rapper InfeRed’s soul preaches through every line. In the vein of some of Hip-Hop’s most candid and ground breaking artists, Red works with a passion and dedication to his lyrics and each message they encompass. He is often likened to Jay-Z, Common, Royce Da 5′9, Elzhi, and, more recently, Wale. Download the mixtape, analyze the lyrics, scrutinize the songs, love it and hate it. Peace and much love.

I had the chance to help out an S5 Higher class from St Benedicts today. The two period session allowed me the chance to witness what was being created, as well as lend some advice to the pupils working towards their Highers.

Adele M had already created a concept and an idea for her head jewellery design that was well rounded and considered. She worked on an experimental sampler of her jewellery ideas against different hair colours to test her colour choices. The teal brings out the red in the hair while remaining strong against both light and dark hair.

Valerija had been working on samples inspired by chinese dragon prints and sculptures. She focused on netting and string patterns, as well as experimenting with scaling and colour.

Dillon D worked on body adornment for the lower arm. His original drawings of cogs and machinery were clean, technical, detailed and eye-catching. I advised on trying to bring his two dimensional drawings into the well needed three dimensions. After frilling edges to a side panel, Dillon attached the top and bottom cogs with a glue gun to form a spool.

Mairi D was working on a vine and leaf inspired garment. Her drawings were very detailed showing tied strings, weaving and paneled motifs. She removed a rolled paper tissue leaf that wasn’t quite working and used PVA and paints to create sheets of transparent coloured plastic to cut leaf shapes from. She also experimented with folding paper leaf forms and plaiting wool and string together.

In front of Mairi, Toni W arranges her ideas and samples to form her first sheet. It’s hard to imagine your work collected together until you actually lay the materials out and play around with the composition and the layout. Toni had a lot of great ideas and nicely made samples that had been hidden in a tray, it wasn’t until they were laid out together that we were able to see her steady progress.

Jennifer E is working on about five ideas at once. She jumps from twisting wire, to gluing cloth, to mixing glitter in PVA and plaiting wire. She has lots of ideas which are slowly being brought together to form three ideas for wrist and hand adornment.

And lastly, but certainly not leastly, Mhairi I, beside Jennifer, works on a cloth sample based on a butterfly wing. An old pair of tights wrapped tightly over a piece of formed wire, her sample is skillfully stitched using colourful threads and an awful lot of patience.

So there you go, examples of work in progress from seven S5 pupils studying at higher level. With such an intense course, there is no time to waste, pupils are constantly under pressure to produce samples, experiment and develop their ideas. You can only guess where their development may lead them…

You May Just Be An Entrepreneur if… Written By: Darren Bocksnick @2009

1) You May Just Be An Entrepreneur If you are driven by a burning, insatiable desire for something better and something more: The entrepreneurial spark innate within you is not doused by disappointments nor snuffed-out by setbacks; rather, it grows moment by agonizing moment until it completely engulfs you and the flames of potential consumes you to action. This pioneering seed latent within you may have been dormant, hidden and undiscovered or worst, it may have been covered by layers of neglect yet it fights for life and for the light of a new day to dawn.

Some may perceive or label you as overly-ambitious and others may be intimidated, even jealous over your drive but what they cannot perceive or possibly know is that you must act upon your entrepreneurial instinct to press on toward new heights. For, to the entrepreneur, to do anything contrary is tantamount to being stripped of his or her potential.

Such is the angst of an entrepreneur; they must continuously strive to satisfy that hunger for success until something gives and the situation turns to their advantage.

2) You May Just Be An Entrepreneur If you are never completely satisfied or contented working for someone else: To the entrepreneur, working for someone else is a temporal, transitional obstacle at best; and an utter, unresolved disappointment at worst. Entrepreneurs make both the best and worst employees. They are some of the best employees because they have a natural proclivity toward business and their modus operandi is fueled by principles of success that tend to place them in a category unto themselves.

However; they make the worst employees because they know what opportunities await them and what unfulfilled dreams still vie for their undivided attention. In this respect, they are never truly passionate about another company’s product, service or vision since invariably, it is not their own. If left unresolved, those with an entrepreneurial nature become indifferent and intolerable as employees, to the point they are difficult to deal with…

Such is the struggle of the entrepreneur; they are like square pegs trying to be fit into society’s round mold and are never quite able to adapt. They are forced by reason of job status to make the transition to mere employee but deep down know they must heed their heart’s calling to chart their life’s course and chip out their niche.

3) You May Just Be An Entrepreneur If you are a perfectionist or have a low tolerance level for ineptitude, incompetence and inefficiency: Entrepreneurs are by nature, achievers. The entrepreneur’s desire to achieve goals and see their dreams come into fruition is unparalleled. When dealing with individuals who don’t seem to possess the same drive or determination, entrepreneurs become annoyed and impatient to the point of being unbearable. Since seeking perfection in all they do is the gage by which they measure and thereby, scrutinize a matter or an individual, ineptitude and incompetence are indicative of failure and they will thereby, avoid or keep at bay those exhibiting such characteristics.

They will spend countless hours researching opportunities, reviewing start-up business ventures and interviewing other successful people in the hopes that somehow, amidst it all, to find that single product or idea that best embodies their ambitions. They are seldom satisfied though with what they discover and their search is never quite complete until they create their own opportunity or modify an existing one to their own liking.

Such is the lot of entrepreneurs; they are always seeking out that perfect situation be it in an opportunity or a relationship but are never quite able to find what they’re looking for until they create it for themselves.

4) You May Just Be An Entrepreneur If your thoughts are constantly at work “brainstorming” and “master-minding” on ideas for helping improve existing processes or for the development of new products: In other words, the entrepreneur epitomizes the Japanese ideal of Kaizen or “continuous improvement”. When an entrepreneur-at-heart is present at a typical, company-wide or departmental brainstorming session, others sitting near will sometimes cringe with uncertainty and trepidation over what the entrepreneur among them will say or do next since, entrepreneurs are by nature, a bit unpredictable.

Yet, their ideas are over-the-top and revolutionary. Therefore, entrepreneurs typically visualize what others overlook or have not completely thought-through. Their imagination is constantly at work; analyzing and theorizing possible conclusions or solutions until a resolution occurs or a resignation follows. Though they are often criticized in public for their “wild notions”, it is the entrepreneur who is typically called on in private for his or her conclusions in such matters from an almost, consultative stand-point.

Such is the case with entrepreneurs; their minds and thought processes typically out-pace that of their peers in the discovery of new ideas or paradigms and as such, must slow down till others catch up or worst, separate themselves altogether until they do it themselves.

5) You May Just Be An Entrepreneur If you are constantly in “create mode”; conceptualizing new product ideas, dabbling in the arts, playing musical instruments and/or tinkering with gadgets in an effort to figure out how things work: It is no coincidence that the movers and shakers of society past such as the DaVinci’s and the Benjamin Franklin’s of their time were inventors, artists and / or proficient musicians. There is a direct correlation between the creative faculties of the mind and higher levels of intelligence. This creative stroke of genius is what beckons the entrepreneur forward in his or her quest for success and sustains them when all has not occurred according to plan.

Entrepreneurs by interpretation are creators; they create innovative products, they create companies from ground-floor on up to top-tier and they create opportunities for others to benefit from in terms of their effort and labor. Innumerable are society’s advancements and conveniences that could safely be attributed to the work of an entrepreneur. Their noted mark of influence is shared by all and is routinely experienced on an ongoing basis.

Such is the plight of the entrepreneur; their efforts often go unnoticed and worse, are accredited to others. Their crowning achievements are typically so frequent and routine that others capitalize off of their works and take credit for the entrepreneur’s efforts.

6) You May Just Be An Entrepreneur If you don’t accept paradigms as routine; but rather, you break them and create new ones: Paradigms are established patterns of thought that become the standard norm for how individuals function and carry out their daily duties. These paradigms are “safe-zones” for many since they represent a form of tradition that’s been accepted and adapted as standard rule. Yet, to the entrepreneur; their inquisitive mind questions the establishment, bucks up against tradition and compels them to map out a new set of rules; their own!

Since, the entrepreneur by instinct is a trend-setter, a rule-breaker, and in most cases, an over-achiever; he or she cannot be boxed in or made to fit into society’s mold. Rather than making the pivotal mistake of attempting to tame the entrepreneur to become society’s civilized pet, society rather needs to release the entrepreneur out into the wild where he or she can roam, rule and run their course, uninhibited.

Such, however is the role of the entrepreneur; to leave his or her indelible mark on society by setting certain changes in motion that usher in a new paradigm shift in forward thinking and yet, be forced in many ways to watch from a distance as well as to savor the satisfaction of what they’ve accomplished in silence.

7) You May Just Be An Entrepreneur If you live your life as if endowed with purpose and empowered by a higher calling from somewhere beyond… To some, the entrepreneur may seem indifferent, aloof or even a bit out-of-touch. This isn’t necessarily the case but their sense of quiet contemplation and reserve can be unsettling. Typically, people will mark them as different and place them in a category unto themselves. If the truth be told though, entrepreneurs ARE different in every sense of the word. Entrepreneurs are dreamers whose thoughts of grandeur and success keep them up long into the night and rising up early into the morning as if to seize the day. It is this desire for better things, this drive to break free from the status-quo that makes the entrepreneur stand out and easy to spot in a crowd.

Entrepreneurs may initially cause unease and unrest to those closest to them but it is the impact the entrepreneur leaves behind that often drastically improves circumstances for those same individuals, though entrepreneurs are seldom credited for doing so. In this regard, it could indeed be said that entrepreneurs do live their lives as if endowed with purpose and empowered by a higher calling because, by their mere actions- they break society free from the routines that have kept her at a stand-still and in doing so, usher in positive changes that improve the lives of those they’ve touched.

Such is the legacy of the entrepreneur; he or she may positively impact the lives of many and improve society on a routine basis but will most likely, not see the full scale of their influence nor realize the part they have played in the grand scheme of positive change they have introduced to their world.

In conclusion, entrepreneurs have left their indelible mark on society through the roles they have played in the advancement of technology, scientific breakthroughs and in pivotal, paradigm shifts that have helped procure new phases in our development as a civilized people. No doubt, without the impact of the entrepreneur, society may very well still be stuck in the agricultural age or worst. In the final assessment of things, it will be said by future generations that the entrepreneurs; those daring enough to do differently than what society’s expectations had confined them to- were the true heroes and heroines of their day; not the politicians, the celebrities or the CEO’s of large corporations. Though they are few and far between, society can still breathe a sigh of relief knowing that there always has and always will be the entrepreneur among us working quietly behind the scenes; contemplating development, creating improvements and causing advancement in the world to which they’ve been assigned…

As you all know this woman has the potential to become my future wife. Her confidence yet humble nat

As you all know this woman has the potential to become my future wife. Her confidence yet humble nature (as I’ve listened to interviews) coupled with her sexy stature and beautiful features make for a great “life partner.” Although I have yet to have the opportunity to meet her, which will change, I am living vicariously through her music and I must say “In Love and War” will be on repeat!!! The album includes productions from Teddy Riley, The Buchanans, Jim Jonsin and Christopher “Tricky” Stewart & The-Dream and even the well known Brian Michael Cox. This album has got nothing but great sounds, melodies, and Amerie seems to have written the bulk of it as a personal tone is felt through each song. This album could even be the next album I use during my workouts, both physical and personal;).

Favorite Track: “Higher” (Warryn “Baby Dubb” Campbell/Amerie):
