Magna Hospitality sells two hotels in Midtown for $135M

Magna Hospitality Group has sold two Midtown hotels in a transaction valued at $135.2 million. The purchaser, an undisclosed Middle Eastern investment firm, has acquired the Holiday Inn Express Herald Square for $63.3 million  and the Hampton Inn United Nations for $71.9 million. 14 more words
