Our website is a place for people to discuss their experiences within the Barnstable Probate and Family Court…Good or Bad. Currently, Barnstable Probate and Family Court has two Judges- Hon. Robert A. Scandurra- First Justice and Hon. Arthur C. Ryley- Associate Justice. The Barnstable County Register of Probate is Anastasia Walsh Perrino. We have some simple rules:

1. Treat others as you would expect to be treated. That is, treat others with respect. It is our hope that people will find this site informative, as well as a place to share experiences.

2. Any posts that are threatening will be removed by a moderator.

3. Please ignore trolls. It is inevitable that people will post with the sole intent to inflame. Please do your part and don’t feed the trolls.

4. Think before you post!

That being said, this is an open, uncensored blog site. Some of the topics may get heated, as is often the case inside the court room, as well. As many of us know, the Barnstable Probate and Family Court is here to serve for the greater good of the people. Hopefully, this site will make sure that the people have a voice.
