As of now I’m pretty sure everyone has seen the beloved Honey Badger Don’t Care YouTube sensation video. Here is the man ‘Randall’ behind the voice of one of the funniest fucking videos on the web, and shit does he looks awesome! He fits the voice perfect and that mustache is killing it! Be ready to see much more of this face because reports say there is a television and book versions of the honey badger coming soon!

HEY STUPID! It's the animated honey badger!

The project, which soon will be pitched to both broadcast and cable networks, will follow an animated Randall, who is the chief professor of life sciences at a dysfunctional university. His course will feature his trademark color-commentary on documentary footage of topics related to science and the animal kingdom while forming an unusual bond with his student, fellow professors and the University mascot, “Honey,” a “nastya–” honey badger.

We’re imagining it as a “Caddyshack meets the video for Black Lips’ ‘200 Million Thousand‘” sort of thing. Here’s the original Honey Badger video, for no other reason than we wanted a good chuckle today.

Yet, no matter how much I argue that other people’s opinions, behavior and comments don’t bother me, I have to confess.  Sometimes they do.

And when that happens, it takes a while to get over it and move forward.

Wish I could be more like the honey badger.

According to Wikipoedia (and who can doubt the authenticity of that resource),

Honey badgers are notoriously fearless and tough animals, having been known to savagely attack their enemies when escape is impossible.  Due to their  thick skin and ferocious defensive abilities, there are few natural predators that challenge them.

Honey badger just don’t care.

I am so over cupcakes. Whether it’s Magnolia Bakery getting all that attention after that digital SNL video in 2005 or dessert gals all over every major city trying to make bacon-caramel cupcakes ‘happen’, I am at a loss. What are some better options for dessert? Well I am fucking glad you asked…honey badger is all over this shiz!

As a kid, I would sometimes play down by the local plant where toxic waste was known to lie. I am sure it has affected my brain (as you can probably tell from my blog posts), but all the same, I can’t turn down this treat: Toxic Banana Waste. Thanks to the Instructables site for this charming recipe.

Some people who attended an impromptu party at my humble abode (also known as the open hatchback of my automobile) were surprised to hear that my cat enjoys tossing its kitty litter at my face. Once or twice (I wouldn’t lie to YOU, my pets), a rock or two hit my open mouth—and I have to say, I enjoyed it. I searched and searched and then finally found this excellent recipe for Kitty Litter Cake. People go GAGA for it (I expect to see an outfit made of dirty kitty litter on Lady Gaga sooner than later). She can thank me now. That steak outfit nearly killed me. It’s like she was reading my mind. Too bad she didn’t throw a couple of pieces of red and green pepper on her lady parts.

Those Germans are nuts, and nothing is more nuts than putting some traditional sauerkraut into a cupcake recipe. I typically refuse to eat cupcakes, as they remind me of one particular woman who wears cashmere while eating them (not a smart idea), but this one combines sauerkraut and chocolate. Disgusting…ly amazing.

Moose turds. When I go up to Canada with the honey badger (my plaid-wearing, bodybuilding, lumberjack life partner), we eat the real thing (hey, when you get lost in the woods, you can judge me—lesbians like to eat out, but we will more than happily pick up some moose excrement). Try it. Live it. LOVE IT.

Nothing says homey comfort food like chicken noodle soup…wait, scratch that. Nothing says homey comfort food like CHICKEN NOODLE PISTACHIO POUND CAKE. Try THIS BITCH on for size. Bet your Grandma-ma goes gaga for it, then wears a meat dress covered in kitty litter.

The honey badger especially don’t care about Acetone. The honey badger probably drinks acetone to cleanse his palate after gnawing on a cobra. This blatant disregard for one of the greatest bands to come out of the 1990s is the honey badger’s loss. Acetone’s slow countrified neo-psychedelic cosmic gaze may have fallen under the radar, but it gently brightened all it touched. After coming out with the excellent York Blvd., bassist and lead singer Richie Lee died of an apparent suicide. While the honey badger does not care if he is stung in the face, my failure to fully appreciate Acetone when I lived in in their LA neighborhood, still stings. It stings a lot.
