Desde a primeira temporada, a Cameron (Jennifer Morrison) tem um lugar na minha lista de favoritos. Durante as temporadas, a personagem se desenvolveu muito, deixou de ser aquela menininha apegada aos pacientes, para se tornar uma médica forte, e confiante.

De qualquer forma, vou falar mesmo, eu espero que ela continue na série, ou eu vou ficar MUITO brava >.< Não é justo, quase morri quando a Thirteen desapareceu por 3 episódios, torci tanto que ela acabou voltando, mas agora a Cameron vai embora?! NOT FAIR u_u

Eu sei, eu sei, não se pode ter tudo, mas, É A CAMERON! Não foi legal, eu estava jubilante que a 13 tinha voltado, então a Cameron se vai :~ como é que pode? Eu mesma vou responder essa: não pode.

Daqui a pouco vão tirar o Hugh Laurie da série também ¬¬ Eu vou sequestrar o diretor (David Shore), e tomar o lugar dele, está decidido (bem que eu queria).

Since the first season, Cameron (Jennifer Morrison) has a place in my favorites list. As the seasons passed by, the character  developed a lot, she left the little girl behind, to become a strong and confident doctor.

Anyway, I hope she is still on the show, or im going to be VERY mad. It’s not fair, i almost died when Thirteen left for 3 episodes, i prayed so much that she came back, and now Cameron is leaving? Thats far from being fair u_u

I know, i know, i cant have everything i want, but, IT’S CAMERON, i do want her I was jubilant to know that 13 was back, and then Cameron leaves, how can it be?! I’ll answer that myself: it cannot be.

Soon they will fire Hugh Laurie from his double job on the show ¬¬ I’m going to kidnap the director (David Shore), and take his place (i wish!).

Tem gente que não vê nada nela, ou que a odeia por ela ser bissexual, mas E DAÍ?! Eu amo, e ponto. Eu disse que colocaria meus vícios por enquanto, e já que começamos com House, continuaremos na série.

Pois bem, ela é casada com Tao Ruspuli, que é ítalo-americano, e tem um título papal de príncipe. Os dois fugiram e se casaram no castelo da família dele (que pobre, tadinho), em Vignanello (pertinho de Roma). Além de ter cidadania americana, ela também tem a irlandesa, e é vegetariana. Enfim, vou tentar melhorar meus posts, que estão muito fraquinhos. E decidi colocar em ingles também, afinal, meus amigos não se restringem à esse país :*

So, here i am writing my second post, the person in the picture is Dr. Remy Hadley, or Thirteen, played by Olivia Wilde. There are people that hate her because she’s bisexual, but SO WHAT?! I love her, and thats it. I said i would post my addictions for now, and we started with House, so let’s keep the subject, shall we?

Well, Olivia’s married to Tao Ruspuli, who is Italian American. They got married at his castle (poor boy), in Vignanello (close to Rome). She is half Irish, and a vegan.

Anyway, my blog is kinda weak, but im sure I’ll get better with time.

Já que não sei o que colocar aqui, vou colocar meus vícios por enquanto.

Qualquer pessoa que já falou comigo mais que 2 horas, sabe que meu maior vício é House, então ele o Dr.Greg  foi o escolhido para a primeira postagem Eu assisto a série desde que tinha 13 anos,  e realmente, vicia mais que vicodin!

-TRAMA- 

Un vecchio amico ed ex-paziente di Wilson viene ricoverato nella clinica perché soffre di una paralisi al suo braccio destro. Nel frattempo, la Cuddy continua nella sua ricerca di una nuova casa.

Un símbolo. A veces sólo falta eso para que la serie de turno nos venga a la cabeza. Eso es lo que han debido de pensar los autores (o el autor) de estos carteles que hacen referencia a series de gran éxito. Algunas actuales y otras con más solera. Lo bueno es que su simpleza tambien tiene su complicación. Ya que estas cosas no se hacen así como así. Hacen falta grandes dosis de imaginación y saber bien sobre la serie que quieres tratar de homenajear. Por desconocimiento hay algunos carteles que no he llegado a entender muy bien, mientras que hay otros que al seguirlas los he reconocido de inmediato. Precisamente el que abre este post es uno de ellos. Los que no veais la serie “Dexter” igual no entendeis muy bien que han querido decir. Pero es una clara referencia a uno de los secretos del protagonista. Esas láminas de cristal en las cuales deja una gota de sangre de cada una de sus víctimas. Todas en una cajita, alineadas y guardadas en un aire acondicionado (en la cuarta temporada cambia su ubicación ).

Mis preferidas son, ésta, la de Prison Break, Twin Peaks, Los Ángeles de Charlie, Héroes, House M.D., El Coche Fantástico y McGyver. ¿Y las vuestras?

Segnalazione statunitense, ovvero ‘gli americani lo fanno meglio’. House MD è la serie televisiva che va per la maggiore, si dice perchè il protagonista è cattivo. Era ora di metter fine al buonismo tipico di certa televisione.

Scritta bene (zeppa di riferimenti alla filosofia e alla letteratura classica) e recitata ancor meglio (da segnalare che il Dottor House, il protagonista -  l’inglese Hugh Laurie – finge una zoppicatura  e un accento americano perfetti) ha un sito ufficiale bello. Ma proprio bello, soprattutto se confrontato con quello italiano (e sui siti Mediaset è molto meglio tacere).

Sicchè se masticate un po’ di inglese – o un po’ di pasticche, per stare in argomento – vale la pena farci un salto: grafica eccellente, ottimi contenuti, interattività, community e quant’altro.

they won’t let me go across to the dorm room to do some typing and do some cleaning and get some things done.  sigh.  by “they” i mean mom and marysha.  and the cat.  the cat has decided that he likes me, and so he won’t let me leave.  or rather, when i go, he stares at where i used to be, and then i get to hear about how sad i made the cat.  sigh.

my stomach’s been real upset all day, and i’m tired and want to spend all day tomorrow online so i can get things sorted out.  instead i get to freak out about the job interview i have tomorrow.  i feel ok about it, at the same time that it is easy to make myself feel un-ok about it.  weird school with a weird system in the mountains.  but, it’s only 6 months, and it’s a job.  doesn’t pay that well, but it comes with an apartment and utilities included.

10:33 pm:  a little bit later, now we’re across the path at the dorm room where we are staying.  i finally got a shower., after watching house MD with that one guy overdubbing.  not feeling all that well and i wish i could settle myself down somehow.  sara has not returned from the internet café, which is fine, she said before midnight, and she does not want anyone worrying about her to that extent, and we don’t want to worry about her to that extent.

and still i worry.

today was a day of desperation, which does not sit well with my feelings right now, and i want to feel ok about everything so i can go to sleep without being kept awake by hearing things in the wind that comes through the walls.  air vents or something, squeaking and whining.

argh.

anyway, we sat at the café and i went a little nuts with all the stuff i have to do.  we have found only one café that has internet, and another one that is supposed to but their connection was down.  the first one is in Dwor Artus, or the Artusian Courtyard, which is a giant ancient building across from the ratusz, or town hall.  it is beautiful, but a little expensive.  i don’t want to have to spend all that time there.  plus it closes at 8 pm.

the second is a cute basement café, with a gate directly in front of a tiny door leading to incredibly steep steps.  i’m surprised my claustrophobia didn’t kick in.  it had musical instruments on the walls, and all the people working there hung out at one table, and i wanted there to be internet so badly so that i could spend all day there and get to know all the workers and they could give me a job and i could write self-important prose at their tables and hang my photographs of wooden churches on the walls.

turns out the whole rynek, or town square, has wifi, but it is fall and getting cold.  not so fun to sit outside.  and there are sudden, surprising rains.

it feels weird to be here.  we are kinda beholden to marysha, and each other, and i want there to be less pull between us.  i want there to be less rules.  it’s not happening that way.

really i just want someone to give me a job, so i can feel somewhat settled.

and i want my stomach to quit it.  10:46pm

11:09 pm:  sara just came back, and had the most amazing adventures.  there is a vegetarian café run by someone from boston.  and she got to hang out with the owner of the basement café that we had been in earlier.  by the way it’s called café katyrenka.  it’s awesome.  everything is awesome.

she also met a girl who is working at a school here that also uses the same method that the school i am applying for tomorrow uses.  she will apparently be around tomorrow, and i can talk to her about it.

i don’t feel like writing too much more.  my stomach is still fucked up, and i still feel a little nuts about things, but sara’s stories of awesomeness have made me feel a little less stressed.  and she is excitedly thinking about where to apply, and that is lifting my spirits some.

House MD | Temporada 6

No, no podía salir otra en la foto ♥

Esto es una crítica a medias … o, bueno, un cuarto de crítica. Porque la Temporada 6 me está encantando y no tenía más que una pega … hasta ayer.

Sigue siendo, a mi gusto, la mejor temporada de una serie que parecía llevar estancada 3 años (ni p’alante ni p’atrás, aunque al menos se mantenía), pero yo es que me tengo que quejar o exploto.

Y, como no quiero spoilear al mundo, ocultamos el contenido y quedamos la mar de bien Eso sí: esto es una ida de olla mía queja sobre “la masculinización de la serie”, ni más ni menos. No esperéis grandes argumentos ni nada por el estilo.

Vamos a ver… ¿No tenían bastante con sacarme a Thirteen capítulo sí, capítulo no (y me quedo corta) que ahora nos mandan a Cameron al “veteAsaberDonde”?.  O, al menos, parece que amenazan con ello. ¿Es que no podemos disfrutar de ambas en una parte mínimamente proporcional por capítulo?. Yo no estoy pidiendo un slash, no, quizás sea la única en el mundo que no lo haga tratándose de ellas dos, solo quiero que la serie / el equipo de House no se me “masculinice” tanto. INNOVACIÓN, POR DIOS. ¿O sería demasiado para las hormonas de Greg tenerlas a las dos juntitas en la sala?. Todos sabemos que a la mínima discrepancia en un diagnóstico, él les echa barro y mira…Pero una cosa es tenerlas de florero y otra muy distinta es explotar el maldito florero (Cuddy, querida, tú ya no tienes vuelta atrás … lamentablemente solo sirves para una cosa en la serie y ¡da gracias a que, al menos, tienes fans de tí misma y no solo del Huddy!).

Entonces,  ¿Por qué no echan a  Foreman o a Chase?. Sí, odio a ambos, los odio profundamente. Y podría pedir más Cuddy, o más House-Cuddy (pobre Cuddy, en realidad yo también la veo como “algo de House o nada” xD)… pero no, eso lo tendremos, se ve venir.

Me hastía, en serio, el no saber si estamos ante la típica estrategia que han seguido con Thirteen, teniéndonos 3 o 4 capis ansiados y viendo la serie, sinceramente, por si volvía o no (lo cual me parecería muy triste), o es que nuestra querida Jennifer Morrison va a salir menos que Olivia Wilde en los créditos de la cabecera. Y, claro, para sustituírla ¿qué nos quedan? … HOMBRES. Y, para colmo, me mataron a Amber en su día, malditos sean ¿Es que soy la única que ve esto?.  Porque por más que leo ¡NO veo críticas al respecto!.

En fin, ahí queda eso… tampoco se cuántos de por aquí véis House… se que la mayoría del mundo se aburrió de la serie  o del protagonista y cosas asi. Yo confieso que la veo todas las semanas solo porque sale Olivia, en el momento en que deje de salir, seguramente me retire =3 pero hay una parte de mí que aún se preocupa por el papel de la mujer en las series entretiene con las tramas para no pensar.

… ¡Y hasta aquí quiero escribir! …

This might be my last post about House (well,at least until the next super idiotic thing happens)

I haven’t watched the 8th episode, Jennifer Morrison’s/Cameron’s last, Teamwork but I watched a few of the scenes, watched the heartbreaking scene between Cameron and House.

I cried today watching that scene, it ruined my day (as pathetic as that sounds).
The only time I cried at a movie/tv show was when I was little,less that 7 I think and I was watching La Piovra(an italian tv show of the 80s-early90s about the fight with the mob)and this character called Corrado Cattani ,was killed in a horrible and brutal way ,gunned down by a wall. I remember that I cried the whole night then not because he was brutally murdered but because I thought that,since he was the title character at that time, the show was over. It was in fact not over but I didn’t know squat about seasons and stuff like that. I will always remembered how I cried about that show, it was the first show that got me hooked and I watched it ,the first 5 or 6 series, a couple of times since then (now my fav character is Tano,the mobster LOL).

Back to House and Cameron’s departure now. Honestly I don’t even know what to say, I am very disappointed, it was one of the reasons I cried. The last scene was good but it marks the end of a story that never began,the end of a character that grew so much,that evolved and shared a special connection to House(even in that last scene we got a glimpse of just how well she knows House). For over 3 seasons, House/Cameron was pretty canon ,the chemistry was always ,until the end,amazing, there were subtle scenes,glances,the eye!sex as we call it,that pull ,the understanding, sexual tension and a beautiful story waiting to happen,nothing forced,something that grew from the first episode of the first season. In the end it (and we ,the fans) got nothing,it got no story,it was a lot like sex without the orgasm ,foreplay that lead to nowhere and jumped straight to the “bye bye,I’m going home”. All it got was the echo,the memory of distant promises from everyone including David Shore and Katie Jacobs, a kiss that was never discussed and that was ,probably on purpose, set in a context that allowed it to mean nothing in the end. Most of all,in the end, all it (and we) got was a farewell scene that had a lot of soul and the confession that came too late,at a point where Cameron faced the new canon House,a House who probably never cared about her,a House who didn’t experience the first 3 seasons. I wish this would have happened in season 3 when he was still the House i loved ,the House who had a connection with her and I wish it would have taken their relationship to the next level in a far less soap-opera-ish way than the Huddy, with far less accent on it, just glimpses,something,anything,even short lived.
All that is left are broken promises, no fulfillment, an empty spot where an amazing character used to be and the disappointment and anger caused by a bunch of producers,writers and executives who decided that only one small group in a fandom is to be taken into consideration even though this is a business and in a business one should take all customers into consideration.

Huddy is stupid, the whole backstory now makes no sense because the first seasons had nothing of that,it’s all forced and it takes away from what the show used to be,the ratings will drop and it will die but I don’t care,I don’t want to care anymore.

Hugh Laurie,you’ll never read this but you disappointed me too, maybe now you really only care about the money and fame or are too tired to realize what is going on in your show.

• They’re both very lovable
• They can make me get up early.

• They’re unlike other series/bands.
• HOUSE: good use of music
  U2: good use of tv?
• HOUSE: The set is brilliant.
  U2: The Claw, PopMart, ZooTV etc.  all brilliant!
• They’re hard-working.
• It never bores! I can watch/listen to it again and again!
• I have posters/clippings of both of them on my wall
• They can make me cry:
  HOUSE: the season finales of 4 and 5
  U2: With Or Without You, Miss Sarajevo (live from Milan) etc. etc.
• HOUSE: I would love to be on the set
  U2: I would love to be in the studio!
• HOUSE: If I could I would tell the writers that I want more Huddy
  U2: If I could I would tell U2 that I want to hear Love Is Blindness live
• I want both of them to go on making new episodes/songs for ever!!!
• HOUSE: Best television series in the world!!!

House e il suo team devono vedersela con il caso di James Sidas, un brillante fisico che ha deciso di abbandonare il lavoro di ricerca per un altro impiego, sostenendo che la sua intelligenza è stata solo un fardello che ha gli ha portato depressione e dipendenza.

Una ragazza, Jordan, viene portata al Plainsboro dopo essere svenuta, con le mani e i piedi gonfi. Rimane accanto a lei un’amica, e affermano di aver passato la serata precedente con un loro idolo, l’autore di uno show televisivo, Jeffrey Keener. Del caso si occupano Chase, Cameron e Foreman. House pensa alla rabdomiolosi, ma le analisi di Chase smentiscono quest’ipotesi, e si inizia a pensare alla bulimia. Intanto, Wilson va a una conferenza, e House, venuto a conoscenza del fatto che anche la Cuddy parteciperà, decide di andare con loro. Wilson, prima di partire, va da un suo paziente, malato terminale di cancro, molto sofferente. La ragazza, intanto, convinta dall’amica, confessa di non aver trascorso la serata con Keener, ma di averlo semplicemente pedinato in compagnia dell’amica; le due non si sono mai separate, tranne una volta, dove Jordan si è allontanata per andare da Keener. Inizialmente, racconta di avergli riportato l’agenda personale dimenticata al ristorante e di aver avuto un rapporto con lui nella stanza, ma le analisi rivelano che un’emorragia le sta schiacciando una parte del cervello, causando le bugie. In realtà Jordan non ha avuto il coraggio di bussare alla porta di Keener, e ha solo lasciato davanti alla porta l’agenda. House, intanto, partecipa ad una festa anni ‘80 tra i partecipanti alla conferenza, e incontra la Cuddy; parlando, House le fa capire che è interessato a lei da molto tempo, ma la Cuddy, improvvisamente, lascia la festa stupita e torna nella sua stanza, con la figlia adottiva. Il mattino dopo, House scopre che il paziente di Wilson è morto: Wilson aveva comunicato a un’infermiera la combinazione per la dose di morfina a voce alta, in modo che il paziente la sentisse, così, per l’eccesso di morfina, il paziente ha perso la vita. House capisce che l’amico voleva che succedesse proprio il giorno della conferenza, in modo da parlare del caso, dell’eutanasia. House non vuole che l’amico parli, perché teme che possa rovinarsi la carriera, così lo droga e gli sottrae il discorso. Fa House il discorso al posto di Wilson, dal momento che è andato alla conferenza sotto falso nome. Wilson inizialmente non prende bene l’accaduto, ma poi conviene con House che è stata la cosa migliore. House, intanto, viene a conoscenza della relazione tra Lucas, un investigatore privato che lui aveva già assunto in precedenza, e la Cuddy, e capisce che Lucas è una persona sempre presente, mentre lui non è abbastanza affidabile… Frattanto, Jordan peggiora a causa di alcune emorragie interne, ma House, discutendo con Wilson, trova la soluzione al caso: la ragazza aveva mangiato ostriche al ristorante, proprio come Keener, solo che la ragazza aveva l’emocromatosi; questo l’ha resa sensibile al vibrione delle ostriche, causando l’edema alle articolazioni. Le era stato somministrato il ferro contro l’ipotesi di bulimia, sovraccaricando il fegato, il che ha causato le varie emorragie interne; così, riesce a curarla con farmaci per l’emocromatosi e per il vibrione dell’ostrica. Chase, a fine episodio, confessa alla sospettosa Cameron l’omicidio di Dibala.
