I personally don’t like the neutral taste of still water, so sometimes I add some fruit to add a little flavor. You can be creative with your favorite fruits; blueberries, raspberries, oranges, lemon, cucumber, kiwi, mango etc!

You can also freeze for example the blueberries and raspberries so they keep your water cold while you’re on the run. It’s important to stay hydrated throughout the day and by adding some fruit to your water bottle you can sneak in some anti-oxidants and vitamins. Try it and see how you like it!

*Savvy Tips: My favorite water brands are Fiji Natural Artesian Water, Smart Water, VOSS, Aquafina and Bonafont (for my readers in Mexico ).
