DVD (también conocido como “Digital Versatile Disc” o “Digital Video Disc”) es un famoso formato de almacenamiento de objetos multimedia en discos ópticos. Sus usos principales están destinados al almacenamiento de vídeo y datos. La mayoría de los DVD tienen las mismas dimensiones que los discos compactos (CD) pero pueden almacenar 6 veces más cantidad de datos.

  • DVD+RW: Regrabable
  • DVD+R DL: Grabable LOLI una sola vez de doble capa
  • el DVD-ROM almacena desde 4,7 GB hasta 17 GB.
• según su número de capas o caras:
  • DVD-5: una cara, capa simple. 4.7 GB o 4.38 gibibyte (GiB) – Discos DVD±R/RW.
  • DVD-9: una cara, capa doble. 8.5 GB o 7.92 GiB – Discos DVD+R DL.
  • DVD-10: dos caras, capa simple en ambas. 9.4 GB o 8.75 GiB – Discos DVD±R/RW.
  • DVD-14: dos caras, capa doble en una, capa simple en la otra. 13,3 GB o 12,3 GiB – Raramente utilizado.
  • DVD-18: dos caras, capa doble en ambas. 17.1 GB o 15.9 GiB – Discos DVD+R.

El disco puede tener una o dos caras, y una o dos capas de datos por cada cara; el número de caras y capas determina la capacidad del disco. Los formatos de dos caras apenas se utilizan.

Examinando un DVD:

En el taller vimos como examinar un DVD de video, es decir, como hacer para ver que tiene un DVD de video ya que sabemos que no es un formato de video digital como lo son AVI, MOV, FLV, etc.

Para examinar un DVD de video, luego de colocarlo en la lectora de DVD de nuestra compu, vamos a “Mi PC” y hacemos click derecho sobre el DVD y veremos la opción “Examinar”. Lo que hará será abrirnos el DVD y mostrarnos que tiene dentro.

Veamos que nos dice Wikipedia sobre lo que contiene un DVD de video:

AUDIO_TS: se usa para el sonido del DVD.

VIDEO_TS: se usa para almacenar la información de video.

VOBs (Video Objects): contiene varias cadenas multiplexadas todas juntas: video, audio y subtítulos. Cada archivo VOB no puede superar el gigabyte de tamaño, así que si una trascodificacion de un video a VOB hace que supere este tamaño se crea un nuevo archivo que pertenece a la misma pelicula. Estos archivos se van numerando, por ejemplo, en el video número uno de un DVD se llamaría así trascodificado; VTS_01_0 y por cada parte más el ultimo número aumentaria (VTS_01_1, VTS_01_2, VTS_01_3,etc.)

IFOs – Información: los archivos IFO dan al reproductor información importante para la navegación en el DVD, como dónde empiezan los capítulos, dónde se localiza una cadena de audio o subtítulos, etc. Estos archivos no están cifrados.

BUPs – BackUP: son copias de seguridad de los archivos IFO.

Ejemplo: Examinando la película “La vida es bella”

Al examinar nosotros una peli en DVD a modo de ejemplo, vamos a ver dos carpetas, una llamada “AUDIO_TS” que no posee nada y la otra “VIDEO_TS”, la cual esta compuesta por archivos de videos digitales en formato .vob, archivos de información en formato .ifo y algunos otros archivos de información.

En “Mi PC” una vez colocado el DVD de la peli:

como la carpeta AUDIO_TS está vacia, veamos que contiene la carpeta VIDEO_TS:

Si bien antes se menciona como esta compuesto un DVD de video, veamos como se define desde otra fuente, ya que antes era de wikipedia, ahora de DVDVideoSoft:

IFO: Un archivo IFO es uno de los tres tipos de archivos que utilizan los DVD. Contiene importante información de navegación como donde comienza un capítulo, donde se encuentra el audio o los subtítulos en el archivo de película (VOB). Los archivos IFO no está encriptados. Los archivos VOB y BUP son otro tipo de archivos DVD.

VOB: Un archivo VOB (Video Object) es un formato que contiene vídeos de DVD. Los VOB se basan en el formato de programación de MPEG-2 pero aporta otros aspectos. Contiene el video en sí, el audio, los subtítulos y los contenidos del menú. Si la extensión del archivo VOB cambia de .vob a un extensión de archivo de MPEG-2 como .mpg o .mpeg, el archivo sigue siendo legible y sigue manteniendo toda la información aunque la mayor parte de los reproductores de MPEG-2 no soportan las pistas reservadas a los subtítulos.

Mal abgesehen was man generell so von Dietmar Dath hält, wenn man die Nachricht von Hans Werner Sinns neuestem Streich liest, dann kommt man nicht umhin Daths Plädoyer für die Planwirtschaft in seinem Essay Maschinenwinter für realistisch zu halten. Denn offenbar halten gestandene Kapitalisten sie ja auch nicht mehr für unproduktiv.

Sinn hat laut Spiegel Online die Bundesregierung dazu aufgerufen, die Regelsätze für Hartz-IV-Empfänger nach den unterschiedlichen Lebenshaltungskosten regional zu staffeln

“Es kann nicht sein, dass der Hartz-IV-Empfänger in Ostberlin dasselbe kriegt wie der in Hoyerswerda, obwohl er in Berlin mehr für die Lebenshaltung bezahlen muss”, sagte der Leiter des Ifo-Instituts für Wirtschaftsforschung der “Financial Times Deutschland”. Die Regelsätze müssten “regionalisiert und an das Preisniveau vor Ort angepasst werden”. Langzeitarbeitslose in strukturschwächeren Regionen würden demnach niedrigere Regelsätze erhalten als Betroffene in teureren Gebieten wie den Ballungsräumen.

Natürlich stellt Sinns Vorschlag, wie immer bei ihm, nur einen weiteren Beitrag zum Klassenkampf von oben da. In Anbetracht des Veröffentlichungsdatums ist dieser Beitrag bei SpOn aber doch reichlich ironisch. Die öffentlich-rechtlichen Sender befreien sich heute schon den ganzen Tag von der Dikatur der DDR und Sinn, dem man kommunistische Neigungen nun wirklich nicht vorwerfen kann, fordert die Rückkehr zur Planwirtschaft.
Und prinzipiell kann man auch garnicht dagegen sein, wenn sie denn so wie beim Dath umgesetzt würde und nicht wie beim Sinn. Dath hält fest, was bei Sinns Forderung nur noch mal offenbar wird. Die Planwirtschaft ist auch jetzt schon Realität:

“Die feierlich beschworene Freiheit des Individuums ist die Freiheit einer besitzenden Klasse, die den Teufel tun wird, ihre Verfügungsgewalt über die Produktionsmittel nicht planend zu nutzen und, wo möglich, zu vergrößern. Eine Welt ohne Plan oder Komando ist auf dem einmal erreichten Produktionsmittelniveau schlicht nicht zu haben; sie ist ein Märchen. Es kommt also darauf an, wer die Kontrolle über die Maschinen hat und wozu diese verwendet werden.

I am one of those people who is very interested in stuff that is now labeled paranormal or mysterious. Now what I believe or don’t isn’t important for this post, and honestly why would you care. This post isn’t about that stuff, although you probably thought so because of the title. No, this is about the term and use of “UFO” in both the world of “believers,” “skeptics,” and those that are indifferent to both.

Plain and simple, I am tired of the use of UFO as a descriptor for an alien spacecraft. All parties seem to use it as that. If you say UFO to someone who never even thinks about it, that is what will come to their minds. I don’t see how this ignorance can spread so widely. UFO means Unidentified Flying Object. Thats it, nothing more and nothing less. If I see a balloon floating in the air, it is a UFO until it gets close enough for me to identify that it is a balloon, at which point it is an IFO. That is a term you don’t hear much, an Identified Flying Object.

Both the term IFO and UFO were terms coined by the US Airforce to easily convey whether they know what an object that was seen was or not. “Did you see that? It was one of ours” this is an IFO, “Did you see that? I don’t recognize it” this is a UFO. Seems easy enough. So when the Airforce started taking reports for claims of people seeing things in the sky that could not be identified they tagged it as a UFO since it was seen in the sky, so it must be flying, and they didn’t know what it was, so it was not identified, and it was obviously an object of some sort. Well this tagging caught on to the “believers” and they have run with it ever since.

All I am asking is that we use the language that we speak correctly. If it is an alien space craft and you know that in your heart, then it is already identified by you and is no longer a UFO. I see UFO’s all the time. I am sure they are high-flying planes, meteors, or satellites. I don’t think any of these are alien spacecraft, and I have never seen anything that would make me think I had ever seen one, but they are still UFO’s because I couldn’t tell you for sure what they are. I can make an educated guess, but until I know what they are they are still UFO’s. See how simple that is. You take a term and use it properly and it kind of makes you feel better inside, others might think you are nuts at first when they hear you doing this, but that is when you have to opportunity to educate them on the proper use of the terms and spread this knowledge.

If we all share information with proper explanation then we will all be better off.

Many of the sightings reported are sensationalized, with usually alot of information missing.

Please keep this in mind as you view these postings from the local and national press.

I’m afraid many also fail to follow up on their initial leads, and many reports just remain forgotten.

Some incidents could be UFO balloons (please see:  http://dandare.wordpress.com/2007/05/19/ufo-balloons-what-are-they/ for more details, from a previous article).

There are also many other IFOs ( Identified Flying Objects they could be as well).

However, as i have said before, i am not sure what value they are to any UFO research.

Das heute publizierte Herbstgutachten der führenden Wirtschaftsforschungsinstitute Deutschlands sieht die Entwicklung der deutschen Wirtschaft für 2010 positiv und rechnet aufgrund der nach oben weisenden Stimmungsindikatoren mit einer konjunkturellen Erholung:

“Alles in allem rechnen die Institute für das Jahr 2010 mit einem Anstieg des Bruttoinlandsprodukts um 1,2 %. Die Zahl der Arbeitslosen steigt im Jahresdurchschnitt auf 4,1 Mill.“

Für das laufende Jahr 2009 ergibt sich mit einem leichten Produktionsplus insgesamt ein Rückgang des Bruttoinlandsprodukts um 5,0 % – dies wurde im Frühjahrsgutachten auf 6% geschätzt und man sprach von einem weiteren Schrumpfen der Wirtschaftsleistung für 2010 in Höhe von 5%.

Der Tiefpunkt der Rezession scheint diesen Herbst überschritten “Vieles deutet auf eine konjunkturelle Erholung hin.” Allerdings wäre die Überwindung der Krise nur langsam machbar; “Ferner haben sich die Finanzierungsbedingungen in Deutschland seit Beginn der Finanzkrise verschärft.” Des Weiteren befänden sich die Geld- und die Finanzpolitik sich auf einem außerordentlich starken Expansionskurs. Deshalb sei es geboten “[...] dass die wirtschaftspolitischen Instanzen bereits jetzt über Strategien entscheiden, wie die die außergewöhnlichen Maßnahmen, mit denen die Finanzkrise und die Rezession bekämpft wurden, beendet werden sollen, um negativen Effekten für die gesamtwirtschaftliche Entwicklung vorzubeugen.“

I’m afraid many also fail to follow up on their initial leads, and many reports just remain forgotten.

Some incidents could be UFO balloons (please see:  http://dandare.wordpress.com/2007/05/19/ufo-balloons-what-are-they/ for more details, from a previous article). There are also many other IFOs ( Identified Flying Objects they could be as well).

However, as i have said before, i am not sure what value they are to any UFO research.

I apologise for not posting on here, since the end of June, but several things intervened, but i am back again, to blog about all things UFO related.

Thanks for the e-mails that have come in, and i admit that many have not been replied too..sorry. Thanks also for all those enquiring when i will be blogging again….and no i have not been abducted, or subjected to MIB interrogation….emm, yet.

I am not sure how i will try to catch up, from July up until now. Probably put up blog posts for the months concerned, and add too them, when i can. I will i’m afraid have to lump UK and World sightings together…

The most significant thing to happen since i’ve been away, is more UK UFO Files being released..in August see here for the file download details. They now charge for them, but you can, if you have missed the downloads (when they were free) go here and download for free. You can also download the other UFO files from the previous releases too…very useful.

UFO Out of the blue (not stumbled upon recently, but a classic)

Eftersom vi planerat att ha ett annat badkar när vi byggde badrummet (ett badkar som inte gick att få upp för trappan) så har vattenrören suttit fel i förhållande till badkaret vi sedan köpte. Vi har dock kunnat använda det eftersom det sitter en dusch på andra sidan väggen. Men så tog vi (läs: Niklas) tag i saken och ringde en rörmokare. Så i torsdags var han här och fixade en blandare på väggen . Och i dag kom fakturan, inte riktigt lika roligt . 

Tror jag ska inviga badkaret med den nya blandaren ikväll . Letar förresten fortfarande efter en snygg tvättkorg till badrummet, en fin vit, men hittar ingen jag gillar…

Vedtekter vedtatt av hovedstyret 01.09 2009

1. Forvaltning
Staal Jørpeland Idrettsfritidsordning (IFO) eies og drives av idrettsklubben Staal Jørpeland. IFO drives i samsvar med gjeldene lover, forskrifter, retningslinjer og kommunale vedtak som gjelder skolefritidsordningens drift og vedtekter.

2. Formål
IFO skal være en tilrettelagt virksomhet hvor fysisk aktivitet for barn i alderen 8 – 12 år ( 3. – 7.kl.) står som det sentrale.

3. Samarbeidsutvalg
Hovedstyret i idrettslaget i samarbeid med daglig leder.

4. Tilsetting
Daglig leder i samarbeid med eier tilsetter personalet. Styrer bør ha pedagogisk utdannelse, mens assistenter bør ha relevant erfaring. Eier setter instruks for personalet. Personalet ansettes med 6 måneders prøvetid. Tilfredsstillende politiattest må legges frem ved ansettelse.

5. Bemanning
Det beregnes 1 voksen pr. 12-15 barn

6. Opptak av barn
Daglig leder tar i mot søknader og tildeler plass.

7. Opptakskriterier
Plass tildeles barn f.o.m. 3.klasse t.o.m. 7.klasse. De som allerede går på IFO har fortrinnsrett. Barn til fast ansatte ved IFO tildeles plass. De som søker full plass vil bli prioritert. Søsken til de som går på IFO blir prioritert ved opptak, hvis den som allerede går nå fortsetter. Yngre barn går foran eldre barn. Utover disse prioriteringene foretas opptaket ved ”første mann til mølla” prinsippet. I spesielle tilfeller kan skjev sammensetning rettes opp ved prioritering av aldre evt. Kjønn. Søknad om opptak skal være på fastsatt skjema.

8. Åpningstider
Åpningstiden er 5 dager i uken i tidsrommet 1. august til 30. juni fra 0700 – 1630. Kan evt. utvides ved behov. Dersom ikke minimum 5 stk benytter seg av tilbudet før skoletid, kan dette avvikles. Ved skolens planleggings- og fridager, høst- og vinterferie, samt i romjulen, vil IFO være åpen ved minimum 8 barn mot en ekstra betaling. Barn som ikke har plass, kan også få plass de dagene. IFO er stengt påskeaften, juleaften og nyttårsaften. Ved for sen henting, ilegges et gebyr.

9. Foreldrebetaling
En vil alltid bli fakturert for hele måneder uavhengig av om man begynner midt i måneden.

10. Matservering
På IFO serveres et brødmåltid pr. dag. De dagene IFO er åpent hele dagen, må hver enkelt ha med seg matpakke etter behov. Betaling for matservering blir et tillegg i prisen.

11. Oppsigelse
Plassen som barna blir tildelt får de beholde inntil plassen sies opp skriftlig av foreldre/foresatte. Oppsigelsestiden er 1 mnd. og dette gjelder både oppsigelse og endring av plass. Oppsigelsestiden gjelder fra den 1. i påfølgende måned. Det må betales i oppsigelsestiden. Oppsigelse levert etter 1. mars fører til foreldrebetaling ut juni. Dette gjelder ikke flytting fra kommunen. Foreldre/foresatte er ansvarlig for foreldrebetalingen.

12. Årsplan
IFO utarbeider halvårsplaner som godkjennes av hovedstyret.

13. Endring av vedtekter
Vedtektene kan endres i løpet av året. Endring av vedtektene kan bare foretas av hovedstyret etter uttalelse fra daglig leder ved IFO. Eieren kan bestemme at driften skal opphøre evt. innstilles for en periode og hvordan aktiva i så fall skal anvendes.

След публикуваните данни днес за Германия от Ifo, бе направено изявление на членове на института. Там бе изразено съмнението относно бързината и силата на икономическото възстановяване, след като правителствените програми привършват, а безработицата нараства. Членовете са на мнение, че текущото лихвено ниво от 1.0% е напълно подходящо. В САЩ лихвата остана 0.25%, а американският долар продължава да губи борбата с еврото на форекс пазарите.

PÅMELDING INNEN TIRSDAG 29.SEPTEMBER

Växtriket, som är samlingsnamnet för kommunens samverkan kring barn och unga, har från den första september börjat flytta in på bottenplanet på Åsgatan 7 i Grums (mitt emot Kommunhuset). Växtriket är en del av kommunens förebyggandearbete och i lokalen kommer bland annat fältassistent, familjebehandlare (hemma-hos:are), öppen förskola samt olika barn-, ungdoms- och föräldragrupper att inrymmas. På sikt jobbar vi även för att ungdomsmottagning ska finnas i lokalen.

En av kärnverksamheterna i Växtriket är den öppna förskoleverksamheten där Annica Wuopio axlar rollen som förskollärare och påbörjar sin anställning i Växtriket under september.

Mycket engagemang har de senaste två åren lagts ner på att skapa förutsättningar för detta resurscenter. En arbetsgrupp med representanter från bland annat förskola/skola, individ- och familjeomsorgen och landstinget har processat för att skapa samsyn, vilket är en förutsättning för att kunna flytta samman och effektivt dra nytta av varandras kompetenser.

Det var oerhört roligt att i förra veckan ta emot representanter från Landstinget i Värmland och Sveriges Kommuner och Landsting (SKL) som hört gott om vårt utvecklingsarbete och som såg mycket positivt i vår process. Under hösten kommer många bitar att ramla på plats och mer information om Växtriket kommer löpande och på olika sätt att presenteras.

Växtrikets vision:

Det yttersta målet med Växtriket är att det ska upplevas av både verksamhetens besökare och personal som en resurs där det pågår ett ständigt lärande av och mellan varandra. Det ska vara den självklara mötesplatsen för barn, ungdomar, föräldrar och blivande föräldrar att vända sig till för att få information, stöd, råd eller annan insats. Växtriket erbjuder också en gemenskap där man ges möjlighet att få vara tillsammans med andra i liknande situation. Man ska både som besökare och personal uppleva mycket hög professionalism, god stämning och att det är en verksamhet som välkomnar alla människor.

Växtrikets mål är att:

• arbeta med en helhetssyn på det enskilda barnet och familjens situation och då kunna samnyttja verksamheternas resurser för barnet och familjens bästa,
• vara en naturlig träffpunkt som stimulerar till ökade kontakter och bildandet av egna nätverk familjerna emellan,
• med förebyggande inriktning, så väl det gäller fysisk eller psykisk ohälsa som social situation, stödja barn och föräldrar till att skapa trygga och harmoniska familje- och skolförhållanden,
• på sikt minska konsumtionen av vård och bidrag i kommunen.

Nel corso del workshop di Cernobbio che ha avuto luogo questo fine settimana, Nouriel Roubini (non “uno qualsiasi” ma forse uno dei pochi economisti – se non l’unico – che abbia saputo prevedere l’attuale crisi finanziaria ed economica con largo anticipo) indica questi tempi per una ripresa definitiva e mette in guardia dall’attuazione di frettolose exit strategies da parte dei Governi mondiali.
“Chi parla di segnali di ripresa se non di una crisi ormai superata dimostra che la lezione non è stata ancora debitamente appresa” ha spiegato nel corso del suo intervento aggiungendo che “Potrebbero volerci almeno due o tre anni per tornare a un livello di crescita del 2% per ‘Europa e il Giappone e del 3% per gli Stati Uniti”. Questo nella migliore delle ipotesi: “Di certo la ripresa sarà lunga, ma comunque stilizzabile nella lettera U, anche se vi è il pericolo crescente di una W, cioè di una nuova recessione”. Questo perchè “Non sarà facile mettere a punto la exit strategy corretta. L’America potrebbe sbagliare a fermare troppo presto i sostegni all’economia rimuvendo gli stimoli fiscali e monetari, inducendo una nuova recessione. D’altra parte c’è il rischio di muoversi troppo tardi con la conseguenza di creare giganteschi deficit, inflazione fuori controllo e una crescita anemica”.

L’analisi del Professor Roubini è precisa e puntuale, e merita senz’altro alcune riflessioni.
Da più parti leggiamo e sentiamo dire che la crisi è ormai alle spalle, che il fondo è stato toccato, che ci sono nuovi segnali di ripresa che confermano precedenti segnali di rallentamento della crisi …. Ogni dato positivo viene enfatizzato quasi a stigmatizzare il fantasma della recessione. E la voglia di lasciarsi andare e credere che sia realmente così è tanta.

Tuttavia io credo che il ruolo di un buon consulente indipendente sia quello di restare freddo, vigile ed analizzare la situazione in maniera distaccata, asettica. Con l’obiettivo di arrivare a delle conclusioni che siano le più oggettive possibili. E per far questo non resta che riferirsi ai dati macro, ad indicatori statistici “non di parte” (con la convinzione – e la speranza…- che gli Organismi demandati alla loro raccolta e formulazione siano stati rigorosamente rispettosi delle regole) e fare delle analisi temporali per valutare l’evoluzione degli stessi (negli ultimi 12 mesi) e capire dove stiamo andando.

I principali indicatori mondiali della Fiducia hanno visto negli  ultimi 12 mesi un andamento ad U,  proprio come indicato da Roubini. Così la fiducia dei consumatori americani al 28 agosto scorso era pari a 47,4 (mensile in punti indice) essendo passata da 38,6 a fine 2008, mentre 12 mesi fa si attestava a 51,9 punti. Lo stesso dicasi per l’indice IFO Aspettative tedesco (90,4 punti al 28 agosto 2009 , 76,9 al 31 dicembre 2008, 89,5 punti 12 mesi fa), o per l’indice Zew (vedasi a riguardo l’articolo del collega Cesare Nistri). Andamenti simili si ritrovano in quegli indicatori compositi (dove il punteggio finale è la somma di una serie di risposte quali-quantitative che vengono fornite dai managers delle principali aziende e relative alle condizioni del mercato ove le stesse operano) come l’ISM manifatturiero americano (48,9 punti indice al 28 agosto, contro i 32,9 di inizio anno ed i 49,5 di 12 mesi fa), o l’ISM servizi americano (rispettivamente 46,4 punti, 40,1 e 49,6) o l’indice FED di Philadelphia (-7,5 punti al 28 agosto, -36,1 ad inizio anno, -16,7 di dodici mesi fa).

La  situazione cambia drasticamente quando si analizzano i dati dell’economia reale: le vendite al dettaglio (escluso il settore auto) sono scese del 8,5% in Usa, del 2,4% in area Euro, del 23,3% in Giappone e cresciute del 15% in Cina nel mese di Agosto (dato mensile – variazione % su 12 mesi). Lo stesso parametro era migliore a fine 2008 (Usa -7,1%, Area Euro -2%, Giappone -11,2%, Cina +19%) ed ancora più positivo 12 mesi fa (Usa +5,6%, Area Euro -1,6%, Giappone +4%, Cina +23,3%). Stesso andamento per il mercato del lavoro, (gli Usa segnano il ventesimo mese consecutivo di calo dell’occupazione vedendo  il tasso di disoccupazione salire dal 5,8% di 12 mesi fa al 9,7% attuale, il Giappone passa dal 4% al 5,7% e l’Area Euro vede il numero dei senza lavoro salire alla ragguardevole cifra di quasi 9 milioni di unità..). Per quanto riguarda la produzione industriale il crollo è ancora più marcato (gli Usa passano dal -1% di 12 mesi fa al -13,1% di agosto 2009, l’Area Euro dal -0,6% al -17%, il Giappone dal -0,2% al -23,5%, la Cina – vera locomotiva del mondo – scende dal + 14,7% al +10,8%).  Anche i consumi privati sono in calo ovunque nel pianeta, come dimostrano i dati sull’inflazione che registra valori negativi nelle principali aree economiche (Usa -2,1%, area Euro -0,7%, Giappone -2,2%, Cina -1,8%). Ed infine anche l’ormai tristemente famoso indice sul mercato immobiliare Case Shiller segnava al 30 giugno il valore 153,2 rispetto al 162,12 di inizio anno e 180,52 di 12 mesi fa.

In conclusione possiamo affermare che l’attuale ripresa è figlia degli interventi a sostegno dell’economia messi in atto di concerto dai vari governi mondiali (solo l’amministrazione Obama ha investito la modica cifra di 787 miliardi di dollari in infrastrutture); è una ripresa finanziariamente “dopata”, che non si basa su fondamentali economici. Gli attuali aumenti degli ordinativi per le imprese sono frutto del fisiologico reintegro delle scorte (i magazzini delle imprese sono vuoti – le scorte all’ingrosso Usa sono passate da un +9,4% di 12 mesi fa al – 10,3% dello scorso 30 giugno). Cosa succederà quando inizieranno ad essere applicate le exit strategies di cui si comincia a sentir parlare? Secondo l’Organizzazione internazionale dei lavoratori dalla crisi emergeranno circa 60 milioni di disoccupati in più con oltre 200 milioni di lavoratori spinti verso la soglia della povertà. Mi domando: in queste condizioni, chi sosterrà i consumi quando gli interventi statali cesseranno? Ed anche ipotizzando che dal 2012 le economia mondiale ricominci a crescere ad un trend del 3%, quanto tempo ci vorrà per recuperare 60 milioni di posti di lavoro (venti dei quali tra Usa ed area Euro…)?

Non voglio essere pessimista e pensare che l’azione dei governi mondiali non sarà perfettamente coordinata nel momento di applicare le exit strategies (le conseguenze di ciò sono già state riportate sopra citando il Professor Roubini). Tuttavia alla luce di quanto esposto sopra, la ripresa economica sarà lunga, dolorosa, molto probabilmente avrà un andamento a W e costringerà per molti mesi, forse anni, a “navigare a vista”.
