I am trying to get better better at digital concept painting, so this was really just an exercise. Reasonably happy with it, but there’s obviously room for boatloads of improvement.

Was a downright hell painting all those feather things on the wings, took me forever and my hand was literally shaking afterwards.

A poster made for UPFs next party.

Watercolour and acrylics on A3 paper

First painting in watercolour in ages, even though I cheated and added some acrylics as well.

The assignment consisted of logo, tags for the clothes, a bag, an illustration to go in some larger context (chose the store interior) and a website. Reasonably happy with it in the end.

Will probably get back to this one later, but for now it’s done. Starting point was three landscape photos I’ve taken, one outside of Luleå and one in Lund, and one in Qingdao, China. Luleå provided the sea, Lund the sky and Qingdao the buildings in the horizon.

Redid this poster for the third time, and now I’m finally starting to feel happy with it, though it’s obviously missing text still (which I think I’ll add digitally though). The poster is for Hitchcock’s movie Vertigo, to be included in the same school application assignment as the Red Riding Hood illustrations.
