Viele Kämpfe wurden in den letzten Stunden ausgetragen; einige waren nur Ablenkungsmanöver, andere wirklich heiß umkämpft. Im Zentrum stand dabei der Kampf um Gebiete, die derzeit Kroatien gehören und von unseren ehemaligen PEACE-Verbündeten und immer noch befreundeten Staaten Serbien und Ungarn angegriffen wurden.
Auch Bundeswehr-Kräfte halfen mit – trotzdem bleibt es beim Status Quo und es konnten keine wichtigen Gebiete erobert werden. Lediglich auf finnischem Boden haben Russland und Lettland
etwas Gebiet gewonnen.

PERU EXISTIERT NICHT MEHR

Peru existiert nicht mehr. Brasilien hat mithilfe von anderen AHA-Staaten die verbleibenden drei Gebiete eingenommen. Peru, das zuletzt von Polen politisch übernommen wurde, hatte mit den “Great Andes” eine der wichtigen high-Iron Regionen. Jene high-Iron Region ist derzeit in argentinischer und somit “PEACE-naher” Hand.

IMPEACHMENT IN UNGARN

Der ungarische Präsident, Termetes Samu, wurde von wenigen Minuten impeached. Er hat das aufgrund des öffentlichen Drucks freiwillig getan, nachdem viele Ungarn seine Kriegserklärung auf
das Burgenland (Stammregion Österreich) harsch kritisierten, da Österreich eigentlich kein politischer Gegner von Ungarn ist.

Os freqüentes escândalos da política nacional muitas vezes acabam atingindo indiretamente pessoas pelo simples fato de que possuem o mesmo sobrenome dos personagens envolvidos.

O deputado Ricardo Izar (PMDB), por exemplo, sofre por tabela sempre que vereador José Izar, suspeito de integrar a máfia da propina, é citado em uma reportagem. Eleitores acham que os dois são a mesma pessoa.

Um outro que vive atormentado é o advogado José Yunes, ex-deputado constituinte.

Muita gente o confunde com Jorge Yunes, empresário que emprestou R$ 800 mil a Pitta.

Outros acham, sem razão, que ele é parente do empresário.

Membro da OAB, Yunes, o José, recebeu olhares tortos na sessão na qual foi aprovado o envio à Câmara paulistana do pedido de impeachment de Pitta.

I separated from active service after eight years, 11 months and 14 days back in 1989, then joined the ANG in 1990, and still serve part time.

Transition was very difficult. My list of positions after separation cover the gamet, bread delivery driver, security, construction, Systems Analyst, BioMed, etc.

I couldn’t understand the corporate cultures of the civilian world, the selfishness, and backstabbing. There was not “higher cause or greater good” mentality motivating the mission, so I struggled. [Emphasis by GardenSERF]

Recently, I retained the service of a professional career coach, expensive, no ROI [return on investment] yet, but ultimately it was not until I became a member of a professional mentorship organization that things began to really change.

I’ve found that no government provided service helped in anyway. In fact, it wasted time, effort and money –whether it federal or state.

So, unless someone has something to gain by mentoring and helping you succeed, there is no real committment or heart in thier efforts of helping you.

I worked in the civilian world prior to entering the military reserve and did a combat deployment relatively far along in my civilian career life. There is definitely a difference in “attitude” between civilians and military service members. The cultures are very different. Although there can be selfishness and back-stabbing in the military as well, the military still has far more examples of people who stand out for doing the right thing. The stars of these fine examples of humanity outshine the few within the ranks who might have tarnished the image.

Having worked in BOTH worlds, I can say the US military has a higher percentage of people working in it who actually give a crap each day about what they’re doing and the people they’re with. People in the military might complain about the “check the box” attitude, but that is often in reference to that small percentage of people in uniform who they know are only doing the bare minimum to get by. Like anywhere else, though, this can be a problem if those people are in positions of leadership. People who purposely and frequently back-stab in the military often find themselves either put in check or removed by their superiors. I can say with confidence that there is a smaller percentage of people in uniform possessing lazy attitudes or the proclivity to back-stack than either Joe Six-pack or the bipedal lizards in professional suits.

The struggle for many former military people happens when they try to resolve the differences between a former role where duty, honor, and sacrifice were expected and rewarded versus their new role where advancement might mean screwing others or being screwed themselves seems the new norm. Sadly, they know these roles are part of the same world they live in –one which required their earlier oath to defend.

In my opinion the real problem is not with the transitioning military service member, but rather the change of attitude which I’ve seen happen in my lifetime in the civilian business world. I’m pointing my finger right at the civilian corporate culture. Its leaders have completely lost sight of what is important for the long term health of this country. And, by “civilian corporate culture” this also includes government and academia.

It’s not the military which needs an attitude adjustment, but the other professional fields in this nation which have allowed or even encouraged our greater culture to crumble. It wasn’t the military which changed this nation’s socioeconomic landscape from an active citizenry to passive consumers waiting to be sheared by anti-American predators.

I don’t absolve Joe Sixpack from his decreasing involvement in seeking excellence in his home and local community; but the responsibility for civilian leadership rests with the heads of local, state, and federal government and their often incestuous counterparts in business. It has been with those corrupt leaders who made daily deals for personal gain and their colleagues who have time and again failed to put those predators into checkmate, that the negative slide in this country really started. Those leaders are the ones who need the attitude adjustment or someday it will be done for them.

Obama will unveil Afghan troops move at West Point

WASHINGTON — President Barack Obama plans to announce a redrawn battle plan for Afghanistan, including what the military says could be a roughly 50 percent increase in U.S. forces, in a national address Tuesday night from the U.S. Military Academy.

Although military and administration officials cautioned that Obama has not settled on a final figure, the military is planning for an increase of up to 35,000 troops begin next year. Military officials spoke on condition of anonymity because they are not authorized to discuss the president’s plans.

The addition forces would come atop a record 71,000 U.S. troops in the country now and would represent the largest expansion since the war began eight years ago.

Obama will be speaking to a war-weary American public, with the Army’s storied academy at West Point, N.Y., as a backdrop and cadets entering the service most stretched by two wars on hand. Polls show support for the war has dropped significantly since Obama took office, with a majority now saying both that they oppose the war and that it is not worth fighting.

Congressional Democrats may be an even tougher sell. The administration is deploying two Cabinet officials and the nation’s highest-ranking military officer to explain the new Afghanistan plan in Capitol Hill hearings to begin Wednesday.

The president promised this week to “finish the job” begun eight years ago, and press secretary Robert Gibbs said Wednesday the announcement would include an exit strategy. But the surge in troops would be Obama’s second since taking office, and liberal Democrats already are lining up against it, in part because of the also-surging cost — up to $75 billion a year.

Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton, Defense Secretary Robert Gates and Adm. Mike Mullen, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, are expected to appear before the Senate Armed Services and House Foreign Affairs committees on Wednesday. On Thursday, they would go before the Senate Foreign Relations and House Armed Services committees.

Congressional Democrats, including House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., have been blunt in saying Congress has little stomach for a large troop increase and flagging confidence in the U.S.-backed Afghan government the war effort is meant to support.

Pelosi and about 17 other congressional leaders from both parties were invited to the White House for a meeting with Obama late Tuesday before he goes to the military academy in New York.

Congressional Republicans, in particular, are more eager for the testimony that is likely to come the following week. War commander Gen. Stanley McChrystal and the U.S. ambassador to Afghanistan, Karl Eikenberry, are likely to appear on Capitol Hill on Dec. 8 or 9, officials said.

Obama approved 21,000 additional troops for Afghanistan last spring, in what he said at the time was a wholesale rethinking of U.S. strategy for a war he said his predecessor had neglected. That brought U.S. troop force to an expected 68,000 by the end of this year. The actual figure is slightly higher now because of overlap between troops entering and leaving the country on regular rotations. The new troops Obama is expected to add would probably not begin to arrive until February or March.

Gibbs said Obama’s recent meetings with military advisers have often focused on how to train Afghanistan’s police and army to secure and hold areas taken from the Taliban so that U.S. forces can leave. “We are not going to be there another eight or nine years,” he said.

Incompetence and corruption in the Afghan government have aided a rise in the Taliban’s strength. The military strategy is expected to include specific dates that deployments could be slowed or stopped if necessary, a senior military official said.

The president and his top military and national security advisers have held 10 meetings to discuss future U.S. steps in Afghanistan. McChrystal has asked the president for about 40,000 troops, arguing that a robust but temporary surge was the best way to end the war.

Privacy expert voices ‘backdoor’ concerns, security researchers dismiss idea

Computerworld - The National Security Agency (NSA) worked with Microsoft on the development of Windows 7, an agency official acknowledged yesterday during testimony before Congress.

“Working in partnership with Microsoft and elements of the Department of Defense, NSA leveraged our unique expertise and operational knowledge of system threats and vulnerabilities to enhance Microsoft’s operating system security guide without constraining the user to perform their everyday tasks, whether those tasks are being performed in the public or private sector,” Richard Schaeffer, the NSA’s information assurance director, told the Senate’s Subcommittee on Terrorism and Homeland Security yesterday as part of a prepared statement.

“All this was done in coordination with the product release, not months or years later during the product lifecycle,” Schaeffer added. “This will improve the adoption of security advice, as it can be implemented during installation and then later managed through the emerging SCAP standards.”

Security Content Automation Protocol, or SCAP, is a set of standards for automating chores such as managing vulnerabilities and measuring security compliance. The National Institute of Standards and Technologies (NIST) oversees the SCAP standards.

This is not the first time that the NSA has partnered with Microsoft during Windows development. In 2007, the agency confirmed that it had a hand in Windows Vista as part of an initiative to ensure that the operating system was secure from attack and would work with other government software. Before that, the NSA provided guidance on how best to secure Windows XP and Windows 2000.

According to Marc Rotenberg, the executive director of the Electronics Privacy Information Center (EPIC), the NSA’s involvement with operating system development goes back even farther. “This battle goes back to at least the crypto wars of the early ’90s,” said Rotenberg, who remembered testifying about the agency’s role in private sector computer security standards in 1989.

But when the NSA puts hands on Windows, that raises a red flag for Rotenberg, who heads the Washington, D.C.-based public interest research center. “When NSA offers to help the private sector on computer security, the obvious concern is that it will also build in backdoors that enables tracking users and intercepting user communications,” Rotenberg said in an e-mail. “And private sector firms are reluctant to oppose these ’suggestions’ since the US government is also their biggest customer and opposition to the NSA could mean to loss of sales.”

Rotenberg’s worries stem from the NSA’s reputation as the intelligence agency best known for its eavesdropping of electronic messaging, including cell phone calls and e-mail.

Andrew Storms, the director of security operations at nCircle Security, didn’t put much credence in the idea that Microsoft would allow the NSA to build a hidden entrance to Windows 7. “Would it be surprising to most people that there was a backdoor? No, not with the political agenda of prior administrations,” said Storms. “My gut, though, tells me that Microsoft, as a business, would not want to do that, at least not in a secretive way.”

Roger Thompson, chief research officer at AVG Technologies, agreed. “I can’t imagine NSA and Microsoft would do anything deliberate because the repercussions would be enormous if they got caught,” he said in an interview via instant messaging.

“Having said that, I think we should understand that there is every likelihood that certain foreign governments are constantly looking for vulnerabilities that they can use for targeted attacks,” Thompson continued. “So if they’re poking at us, I think it’s reasonable to assume that we’re doing something similar. But I seriously doubt an official NSA-Microsoft alliance.”

The NSA’s Schaeffer added that his agency is also working on engaging other major software makers, including Apple, Sun and Red Hat, on security standards for their products.

“More and more, we find that protecting national security systems demands teaming with public and private institutions to raise the information assurance level of products and services more broadly,” Schaeffer said.

Microsoft was not immediately available for comment on the NSA’s participation in Windows 7’s development.

TPM/—South Carolina’s ethics commission is investigating 37 allegations of lawbreaking by Gov. Mark Sanford in connection with travel and use of campaign funds — charges his lawyer described just last week as “minor, technical matters.”

Sanford is accused of violating ethics laws barring officials from buying high-priced airfare — including on trips to visit his lover in Argentina last year — as well as using state airplanes for personal travel, The State reports.

Sanford’s lawyers told The State that amid the investigation, the governor had added disclosures of flights he took on planes owned by friends and donors, as required by law.

Meanwhile, a bipartisan panel of South Carolina legislators are set to take up impeachment proceedings against Sanford on Tuesday. He has over a year left in his term.

Em entrevista à Rede TV!, gravada na quarta-feira, Lula voltou a fustigar Fernando Henrique Cardoso, com quem pretende polarizar os debates da sucessão do ano que vem.

Disse, ao comentar o artigo do ex-presidente, publicado há duas semanas – e que o acusa de promover um “subperonismo” no Brasil -, que ele, FHC, é “um poço de mágoas” e que tem “inveja” dele, Lula, por não ter obtido sua performance quando no governo. Nada que já não tenha sido dito antes à exaustão.

A novidade foi a reação do presidente diante de tema que lhe é profundamente incômodo: o Mensalão. Antes, limitava-se a dizer que não sabia de nada. Agora, simplesmente nega sua existência.

Diz que foi uma tentativa de golpe de Estado. Mas cai em contradição ao dizer ao repórter que, por ser presidente, não pode “ficar futucando” e só vai se inteirar “um pouco mais disso” quando deixar o cargo, a partir de janeiro de 2011.

Deixemos de lado o fato de que é dever de um presidente (e não de um ex-presidente) “futucar” tudo aquilo que diz respeito ao erário e ao interesse público.

Fiquemos na contradição: se não está inteiramente a par do que ocorreu (porque não pode ficar “futucando”), como pode afirmar que o Mensalão simplesmente não existiu?

Das duas, uma: ou não sabe o que aconteceu – e nesse caso tem que considerar a hipótese da existência concreta do Mensalão – ou sabe e, aí, sim, pode negá-lo. Mas não basta fazê-lo.

Precisa tomar providências contra o Ministério Público, que não apenas afirma a existência do Mensalão como o atribui a uma “organização criminosa”, que teria como comandante ninguém menos que o então mais próximo auxiliar do presidente, o chefe da Casa Civil, José Dirceu – demitido, aliás, exatamente em função das denúncias que o presidente hoje diz serem falsas.

O processo está no Supremo Tribunal Federal, que aceitou as evidências do que o presidente diz não ter existido e cujo propósito teria sido tão-somente derrubá-lo.

Nesse caso, é preciso responsabilizar como golpistas não apenas o Ministério Público, que fez a denúncia, como o STF, que a acolheu, além de entidades como a OAB, que chegou a examinar a hipótese de impeachment em 2006, e optou por transformá-la em notícia-crime à Procuradoria Geral da República.

Portanto, negar o Mensalão – pior: transformá-lo em manobra golpista – envolve mais que incontinência verbal: implica denunciar e punir os que engendraram a mentira.

Bioweapon Anyone?

The biggest story on the Planet today is the outbreak of a very serious Advanced Biological War virus in Europe. The second biggest story on the Planet is the suppression of this story for almost two weeks by the corporate owned mainstream news media.

There is a lot we know and a lot that we can only speculate on about what is unfolding in Central Europe. We know that in mid-October, less than a month ago, there was a growing number of cases of what many thought was Swine Flu (A/H1N1) in the western part of the Ukraine. We know that many hundreds if not thousands of people in western Ukraine witnessed low flying light airplanes aerosol spraying something over Ukrainian cities during the days of October 29, 2009 and October 31, 2009. We know that beginning the night of October 29th, massive numbers of people begin to get very sick. We know that the Ukraine government issued a statement denying that it was doing any aerial spraying to combat the growing disease or authorizing any spraying over Ukrainian cities. We know that by October 30th, the Ukrainian authorities closed all schools for three weeks and banded public gatherings.

We do NOT know what disease the people were/are coming down with. We do know that doctors are describing the disease as Pneumonic Plague, or as some type of hemorrhagic fever, or as hemorrhagic influenza, or as hemorrhagic pneumonia. We know that the illness, whatever it is, does not appear to be A/H1N1. We do not know if the disease is a recombination of A/H1N1 with other viruses or some totally different virus or if it is in fact a virus. We know that the World Health Organization (WHO) has had several days to sequence the genes of the disease but has failed to release this data.

We know that WHO has NOT called for the quarantining of the Ukraine or the shutdown of all global travel to/from the area of infection and that this is the same thing that they did when Mexican Swine Flu (A/H1N1) first broke out and that the failure to contain that virus early on ensured its spread throughout the world.

We know that the internal temperature of the lungs of those with a terminal case of what many are calling ‘Ukrainian Plague’ is often from 130F to 135F. We do know that autopsies show that the lungs are filled with blood, and are black in color, and that the lung tissue has turned to mush. We know that patients who first show any signs of illness usually crash in less than 48 hours, sometimes the same day.

We know that the disease was spreading by about 200,000 per day but that this has slowed to about 100,000 day now, in the Ukraine, as people take extraordinary steps to contain the spread of the disease. We know that well over one and a third million people in the Ukraine are very ill with the disease (according to published official sources) and that over 60,000 are hospitalized in serious to critical condition. We know that the disease has a very high transmission rate with a likely low amount of viral (if it is in fact a virus) material needed to cause an infection. We know that the official reports of deaths are under 300 in the Ukraine. We also know that it is normal for hospital admissions of people with ARI (acute respiratory infection) to have a fatality rate of from 5% to 10%. We know that non-official sources were reporting over 3,000 deaths several days ago and that this number is more in tune with the 5-10% fatality rate than the official figures.

We do not know what effective treatments are for this illness. We do know that young adults seem to be more in danger of this illness. We suspect that ‘cytokine storming’ similar to that in the 1918 Spanish Flu, that killed approximately 50 million people, is taking place.

We know from official Ukrainian Health Ministry reports that the illness does not test out as Mexican Swine Flu (A/H1N1). We do not know if the existing Swine Flu vaccine has any effect, but based on the non-positive response to Swine Flu in testing, we suspect that the vaccine is ineffective as the viral protean shell is different than A/H1N1 (if in fact it is a virus that causes the illness).

Swine Flu Nation

We know that the illness has spread to Poland, where over one quarter of a million people are now very ill. We know that it has spread to Belarus and to Hungary and elsewhere in central Europe. We know that 900,000 people are said to have Swine Flu in Norway but we do not know if this is related to Ukraine Plague in any way.

We know that on November 8th a South African site (fto.co.za) carried the following:

“Suspicious aircraft were forced to land. A US operated (Russian-made long-range heavy transport) AN-124 changed its call sign from civilian to military which then triggered a response from the IAF (Indian Air Force) upon entering Pakistani air space (forcing) the plane to land in Mumbai while (a) second one was forced down by Nigerian fighter jets that also arrested the crew.”

“According to reports, China’s People’s Liberation Army Air Force contacted the Indian and Nigerian intelligence officials about the presence of these US operated Ukrainian aircraft amidst growing concern that the United States was spreading ‘biological agents’ in the Earth’s atmosphere, which some Chinese officials believed to be an attempt to (commit) mass genocide via the spread of H1N1 swine flu.”

These aircraft “were carrying ‘waste disposal’ systems that could spray up to 45,000kg (nearly 100,000 pounds) of aerial type mist from sophisticated….nano pipes” in the planes’ wings – called chemtrails.

We know that Baxter International Pharmaceuticals sent 72 kilos of human influenza H3N2 vaccine materials to 16 labs in European nations which contained live H5N1 Bird Flu viruses. We know that this was only discovered when a Czech lab tested the material on several ferrets (ferrets have a similar respiratory system to humans) and all of the ferrets died in short order. We know that Baxter claimed that this was human error. We also know that such a ‘human error’ is basically impossible with the containment protocols in place at Baxter and any other modern biolabs using Biosafety Level 3 (BLS-3) lab technology.

We know that in mid-August a Joseph Moshe, who is a Mossad biological warfare expert, called in to Dr. A. True Ott’s national radio talk show and reported that Baxter was getting ready to release a deadly plague from its Ukrainian lab and that he was shortly meeting with US Attorneys in Los Angles to give evidence about this. We know that shortly thereafter Moshe was apprehended by Federal agents and LA police and taken to the Israeli Consulate. We know that he was quickly flown to Israel and that no further word has come from him.

We know that over the last three or so years a large number of biological experts, from a number of places all over the world, have died strange deaths and that this has been commented on by various publications in the past.

We know that the sudden appearance of Mexican Swine Flu (A/H1N1) virtually had to have been a release from a biological warfare lab. We know that A/H1N1 has gene sequences from three different types (American, Asian, and African) of Swine Flu, of Bird Flu, of two different types of human seasonal flu, and of Spanish Flu and that such a recombination is so unlikely in nature as to be virtually impossible. We know that the WHO policies of not requiring a major quarantine of Mexico ensured that A/H1N1 would spread throughout the world.

We know that the current Swine Flu “Vaccine” is almost totally untested, and that the manufactures are protected from lawsuits for even deliberate acts that result in deaths and that nations acquiring the vaccines are required to sign contracts agreeing not to release negative information on the “vaccine” to the public. We know that published additives to the “vaccine” include highly dangerous-to-human-health substances.

Swine Flu In Sweden

We know that the corporate owned mainstream news media (with strong links to global banking families) have censored this story in a way that has never happen before. We know that the outbreak of a unknown but deadly and very rapidly spreading disease in Europe is the largest story on Earth but that it is NOT being reported on.

Joseph Moshe

Today, the MSM are not talking about this case any more. Yesterday, they wanted us to believe that Joseph Moshe was a nutcase and a terrorist, arrested for threatening to bomb the White House. Interesting detail about his arrest (the “Westwood standoff”) was that he seemed to be immune to the 5 cans of tear gas and 5 gallons of law-enforcement grade  pepper spray they pumped into his face. He very calmly remained in his car, as the video footage of his arrest shows.

Professor Moshe  had  called into a live radio show by Dr. A. True Ott, broadcast on Republic Broadcasting claiming to be a microbiologist who wanted to supply evidence to a States Attorney regarding tainted H1N1 Swine flu vaccines being produced by Baxter BioPharma Solutions. He said that Baxter’s Ukrainian lab was in fact producing a bioweapon disguised as a vaccine. He claimed that the vaccine contained an adjuvant (additive) designed to weaken the immune system, and replicated RNA from the virus responsible for the 1918 pandemic Spanish flu, causing global sickness and mass death.

Sources tell us that Bar-Joseph Moshe made no threat against the President or the White House. He did not mention any bomb or attack. He then proceeded to inform the White House he intended to go public with this information. When he noticed men in suits in front of his house and feared that the FBI was about to detain him, he packed some belongings into his car and, him being a dual Israeli citizen, tried to reach the Israeli consulate located in close proximity to the federal building where the standoff took place. The FBI and the bomb squad prevented him from reaching it. Who is this man? His profile on biomedexperts.com says he is a plant disease expert with many publications on his name involving the genetic manipulation of virii. Joseph Moshe was soon after his arrest sent or let go to Israel. Nothing has been heard from him since. The Secret Service was not the agency involved in the surveillance of Moshe at his home in California. This was done by the FBI, who had orders to detain or arrest him. Mounted on top of a large black vehicle used in his arrest was a microwave weapon that possibly damaged the electronics in Moshe’s car as well as any communication devices he had which might have been used to contact the media or others who could help him.

Moshe did not suffer the same effects of the gas and pepper spray that others would have because he had built up an immunity to such weapons as a by-product of his Mossad training. Moshe was not handcuffed because he was not placed under arrest.

Does this sound like an insane conspiracy theory? Sure it does. Due to the scarcity and anonimity of the sources we would dismiss it as exactly that, if it weren’t for some uncomfortable facts: Baxter Pharmaceutical has been caught, red-handed, in spreading a live, genetically engineered H5N1 Bird flu vaccine as a lethal biological weapon all over the world, destined to be used for human vaccinations. This happened just a few months ago. And only luck prevented a global catastrophe of epic proportions.

Baxter International Inc. had mixed live, genetically engineered avian flue viruses in vaccine material shipped to 18 countries. Only by sheer luck, a Czech laboratory decided to test the vaccine on a dozen ferrets, which all died in days. The World Health Organization was notified and catastrophe was averted. This was clearly a deliberate act on Baxter’s part, because they adhere to BS3, bio-safety level three. Baxter admitted a “mistake”. Such monumental screwups are totally impossible at that level. Many safety systems would have needed to be sabotaged, many key personell would have needed to be bribed. It simply can’t be done without direction from the inside. They did not send out the wrong vial – they produced dozens of gallons of biological-weapon agent (genetically engineered live H5N1 / Bird flu virus), then sent it out as a “vaccine”.

Baxter knew full well that their vaccine was lethal, because the year before they had tested it on a few hundred homeless Polish people – dozens died as a result.

Where’s the meat? Well – Baxter is now being sued for the deliberate, repeated contamination of vaccines with biological weapons designed – by them – to mass-murder people. Here is the complaint (PDF). By some kook nutcase? Not likely – Jane Burgermeister is an experienced, respected journalist. She is not the only one suing Baxter for planning and executing a plan for global genocide: Other are filing complaints as well. Read a well-researched complaint here (PDF).

Motive? The latter complaint alludes to it. Have you heard of the Georgia Guidestones? An enormous monument loaded with Masonic symbolism costing millions of dollars, it has been erected by unknown, powerful elites (multimillionaires with the clout to erect monuments wherever they please, obviously) around 30 years ago. It gives an “alternative ten commandments”, of which the first is the extermination of six and a half billion people from the face of the Earth. Half a billion will remain. This is the number of people the planet can sustain indefinitely, so that the descendents of the Rothschilds and Rockefellers can live in peace and affluence indefinitely. Slaves are needed to produce that luxury, but 500 million will do just fine. But how does one go about killing off most of the world?

“Vaccinating” the planet with a bioweapon with near-100% mortality would do the trick. Baxter would provide both the bioweapon as well as the vaccine against it to “civilized” Western peoples. Result: We can plunder Africa, we have no more competition from SE Asia, the oil is for our taking and only Western and perhaps Chinese sheeple remain.

Rockefeller said this in 1994 at a U.N. dinner: “We are on the verge of a global transformation. All we need is the right major crisis, and the nations will accept the New World Order.” PNAC said something similar right before 9/11.

One strongly Democratic town’s City Council calls for the impeachment of President George Bush and Vice President Dick Cheney with the speed of cold tar. No big headline there. Add to that, Congress, where the power and responsibility actually lies, is highly unlikely to do the same. What a waste of time and resources for the Boulder City Council to respond to a few local activists to draft and vote on such a non-binding resolution. If it proceeds, the resolution won’t carry much more weight than parents sitting down with their children and giving them their opinions directly.

George Bush has done things worth questioning and challenging, but impeachment is ludicrous, especially now candidates for president of the United States are grabbing headlines. The country’s eyes and ears are on the future. Citizens are asking themselves, “Which candidate will take the nation where we want to go?” The Boulder City Council should act wisely and pass on an impeachment resolution.

In this column for The Nation Eric Alterman nicely sums up the case against FOX.  Their “news” product simply isn’t journalism, and the Obama Administration is right to confront them.

Alterman also calls out media hacks who have so little regard for their own profession that they’ll defend a straight-up propaganda outfit:

Howard Kurtz, whose talent for clueless conventional thinking is exceeded only by his ability to juggle his myriad conflicts of interest, thinks Obama’s reaction to Fox is no different from JFK’s complaints about the Herald Tribune, LBJ’s unhappiness with the New York Times and various (and endless) Republican attacks on the media, so he finds it “no surprise that the Obama White House isn’t happy with its coverage and is battling back.” Baltimore Sun critic David Zurawik professes to hear “echoes of Nixon-Agnew” in the Obama White House and then accuses the administration of failing to “respect press freedom.” The Times’s David Carr concludes, “So far, the only winner in this latest dispute seems to be Fox News. Ratings are up 20 percent this year, and the network basked for a week in the antagonism of a sitting president.”

Look, here’s the deal, kids: The mainstream media, far from being “liberal”, is always just a shot away from a right-wing takeover.  McCarthyism was before my time, but I am — unfortunately — an expert on the media’s collaboration in the nineties with Ken Starr, Tom DeLay and a rogue’s gallery of Republican “ratfuckers” and far-right hate merchants in a single-minded campaign to destroy Bill Clinton.

Jeff Gerth of The New York Times got the ball rolling with his bogus Whitewater reporting, and pretty soon Chris Matthews and Michael Isikoff were in bed (not literally, I don’t think) with Linda Tripp, Kathleen Willey and Lucianne Goldberg.  (If you don’t know these names, you missed quite a spectacle.  Believe me, between Monica Lewinski and O. J. Simpson, I didn’t have time for much else!)  It all led to an impeachment that seems completely ridiculous only a few years later.  Even wingnuts don’t want to talk about it.

For a time in those days of insanity, you couldn’t go to the networks or to The New York Times or to Newsweek for any honest reporting.  You had to consult — more names again! — Gene Lyons or Bob “Daily Howler” Somerby or — I kid you not — Geraldo Rivera! – to find anything that couldn’t have come straight from the Republican National Committee.

Mainstream media pundits today want to defend FOX News because they themselves used to be in the same rotten business.  And they’d have no problem going back to the right-wing extremist well, if the times seemed to demand it.

It’s too late in your pathetic career, Joe, to be running this kind of smack:

Keprihatinan mendalam bangsa ini tentang buruknya penegakan hukum kita adalah wajar dan baik adanya. Ada atau tidak rekaman KPK masyarakat telah merasakan ada yang tidak beres dengan aparat penegak hukum kita.

Pengamat ini mengemukakan bahwa para tokoh tersebut pada umumnya merasa kecewa karena mereka kalah dalam pemiihan anggota DPR, DPD serta DPRD serta dalam pemilihan presiden yang diselenggarakan pada tahun 2009. Yudhoyono telah menang mutlak dalam Pilpres dengan sedikitnya meraih suara 60 persen.

Does anyone else think that maybe – just maybe – the Progressive Party Health Care Deform Bill is a cover-up for something else far more sinister?

Could this health-scare bill be another distraction to slip more Anti-American Progressive Party plans into our society?

Washington should be focused on soldiers, the economy and jobs – yet instead they PUSH, PUSH, PUSH to “transform” our nation using Chicago-gangsta-style politics and puppeteering Nancy Pelosi to levels of national embarrassment.

Some would say that their desire is to turn the United States of America into a socialist neo-Nazi society – a green utopia dependant on government with mandatory approval in all aspects of life.

Real American’s reject this view — as evidenced November 3, 2009, when seven-million people voted across two states flipping back “progressive” time to a more conservative mind-set.

Real American’s rejected this view November 5, 2009 when in Washington DC, an estimated 45,000 people spent their lunch hour protesting forced government take-over of health care.

More tax-payers would have come if they could – yet the protest was unplanned and spontaneous, an eruption of a nation that will not be forced into government tyranny.

November 3, liberal New Jersey – even dyed-in-the-blue New Jersey – kicked-out the Democrat Governor candidate whom Obama heavily endorsed with my tax dollars.

Any party would have won against a Democrat on November 3, even a birthday party – as long as President Obama did not endorse them.

America, we shook-off government tyranny in the 1700’s and we can do it again today.  No modern-day Red-coats can hold back the Spirit of America.

Why wait to 2010 or 2012?  I say throw the bums out now.

Let’s send Obama and his progressive anti-American friends back to Chicago, or to whatever ACORN-supported community organizations from which they came.

Obama law tab up to $1.7 million
‘Grassroots army’ contributions used to crush eligibility lawsuits?

President Obama has paid nearly $1.7 million to his top eligibility lawyer since the election.

Obama for America, Obama’s 2008 political campaign, merged with the Democratic National Committee in January and is now known as Organizing for America. The grassroots army that some refer to as “Obama 2.0″ is still collecting financial contributions.

Federal Election Commission records for “Obama for America” show that the lobby organization has paid international law firm Perkins Coie exactly $1,666,397.01 since the 2008 election.

The most recent sum, $314,018.06, was listed in Obama for America’s October Quarterly report filed with the FEC.

As WND reported in August, FEC records also show the following payments made to the law firm from Oct. 16, 2008, to June 30, 2009:

The FEC shows Obama’s campaign has made regular payments to Perkins Coie since Jan. 1, 2007 – the month he formed a presidential exploratory committee and only weeks before he formally announced his candidacy for president.

In total, Obama has paid Perkins Coie, a single law firm, $2.6 million since he announced his campaign for presidency. By contrast, a cumulative total of all of Sen. John McCain’s legal consulting fees, from Jan. 1, 2007, to October 2009, amounts to $1.6 million.

As WND reported, Robert Bauer of Perkins Coie – top lawyer for Obama, Obama’s presidential campaign, the Democratic National Committee and Obama’s Organizing for America – is the same Washington, D.C., lawyer who defended President Obama in lawsuits challenging his eligibility to be president.

WND also reported that Bauer sent a letter to plaintiff Gregory Hollister, a retired Air Force colonel, of Hollister v. Soetoro, threatening sanctions if he didn’t withdraw his appeal of the eligibility case that earlier was tossed by a district judge because the issue already had been “twittered.”

Bauer’s warning was dated April 3 and delivered via letter to the plaintiff’s attorney, John D. Hemenway. It is not the first such warning issued. Lawyers trying to kill a similar California lawsuit filed on behalf of Ambassador Alan Keyes also said they would seek sanctions against the plaintiff’s attorneys in that case unless they left the issue of the president’s eligibility alone.

“For the reasons stated in Judge Robertson’s ruling, the suit is frivolous and should not be pursued,“ Bauer’s letter warned. “Should you decline to withdraw this frivolous appeal, please be informed that we intend to pursue sanctions, including costs, expenses and attorneys’ fees, pursuant to Federal Rule of Appellate Procedure 38 and D.C. Circuit Rule 38.”

Bauer also represented Obama and the DNC in Philip Berg’s eligibility lawsuit and various other legal challenges. The White House has not responded to WND’s request for comment on the legal fees.

As WND recently reported, Bauer is married to Anita Dunn, the White House communications director who has blasted Fox as an arm of the Republican Party and talked about “controlling” the news media.

Bauer, a Democratic Party partisan, has a long history of defending Democratic Party presidential hopefuls.

A biography for Bauer posted on the Perkins Coie website indicates he was general counsel to the Democratic National Committee during the presidential campaign of Sen. John Kerry and that he served as counsel to Sen. Tom Daschle, the Democratic leader in the impeachment trial proceedings of President Bill Clinton.

During the 2008 presidential campaign, Bauer functioned as an “attack lawyer,” threatening with FEC complaints groups wanting to run anti-Obama television ads.

Also during the 2008 presidential campaign, Bauer as counsel for the Obama campaign wrote letters to television station managers and to Department of Justice Assistant Attorney General John Keeney arguing that airing an anti-Obama ad pointing to the known association between Obama and Weather Underground radical Bill Ayers would violate federal election rules.

Also during the 2008 campaign, Bauer intervened on behalf of Obama to block the California-based American Leadership Project from running a television ad campaign over support from unions, including the Service Employees International Union.

Again, Bauer filed a complaint with the FEC alleging that the union-funded television campaign the American Leadership Project planned to run in Indiana against Obama was illegal under federal election laws.

In addition to representing Obama on eligibility cases, Bauer also is hired as legal counsel to represent the president in the criminal probe going on into the activities of former Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich.

Perkins Coie serves high-profile clients such as Microsoft, Amazon and Starbucks. Perkins Coie also represents the House and Senate Democratic campaign arms. In 2006, the firm also represented Salim Ahmed Hamdan, Osama bin Laden’s alleged bodyguard and driver.

The FEC allows elected officials to use campaign funds to pay legal fees only if the action/investigations arise as a result of their tenure in office or campaigns, according to Politico.

An FEC report also reveals Obama For America also paid $6,365 in legal fees to Olaker, Biden & Belair, a firm founded by Joe Biden’s son, Hunter Biden.

And the plot thickens.

I find these double standards ridiculous. Sarah Palin has been bombarded with frivolous lawsuits; and has done nothing wrong. Yes the libtards attack her like no other. But we all know it’s because they fear her power. BHussein Obama is presented with legitimate questions that need legitimate answers; yet nothing is done? These lawsuits are considered FRIVOLOUS?!

Also, I’d like to know why it’s a violation of federal election rules to run ads showing the association between Obama and Weather Underground radical Bill Ayers. I mean, they are butt buddies. Ayers DID Ghostwrite Obama’s pathetic book. What’s wrong with this? But, with most liberals, the truth isn’t what they want to hear.

It’s also not much of a surprise that Perkins Coie represented Osama Bin-Laden’s bodyguard and driver. I mean, hell, Bill Ayers, Osama, BHussein Obama; they’re all fighting for the same cause — the destruction of our beloved country. That’s right, I said it.

Como todo mundo sabe, o processo de impeachment da governadora Yeda Crusius foi arquivado numa votação pelos deputados estaduais.
O processo estar ARQUIVADO significa que ela nem mesmo será INVESTIGADA. Ou seja, não é um atestado de inocência; isso só aconteceu porque a governadora e seus aliados são maioria no assembléia legislativa do estado. Inclusive, a deputada responsável pelo relatório que dizia que a governadora NÃO deveria ser investigada, e o processo de impeachment deveria ser arquivado/esquecido foi Zilá Breitenbach, do mesmo partido de Yeda.

Quem estuda no ensino público estadual, e tá ligado nos esquemas no mínimo intrigantes que a governadora se meteu, como a compra de mobília pra casa própria, sabe que é um direito da população ter essas questões esclarecidas. Esse direito foi negado.

Os votos necessários para arquivar o processo foram assegurados pelo PMDB, PSDB, PTB, PP, PPS e PRB. As bancadas do PT, PCdoB, PSB e DEM votaram pela continuidade do processo. E o PDT votou dividido: dos cinco integrantes presentes, dois votaram pelo arquivamento. AQUI há uma lista com os deputados que votaram.

A próposito, pra tentar barrar a corrupção e diminuir essa cultura política do Brasil, algumas ONGs, em especial o Movimento de Combate à Corrupção Eleitoral, reuniram ao longo de um ano e meio mais de 1.300.000 assinaturas para enviar ao Congresso um Projeto de Lei de Iniciativa Popular que pretende regulamentar as candidaturas.

Se esse Projeto, que agora está nas mãos dos deputados federais, for aprovado, políticos que tenham (no presente ou no passado) problemas com a justiça, ou tenham renunciado de algum cargo anterior para não serem investigados não poderão mais concorrer.

Isso significaria que 60% dos atuais senadores e deputados federais teriam que DEIXAR O CARGO E NÃO CONCORRER MAIS ATÉ RESOLVEREM SEUS PROBLEMAS COM A JUSTIÇA.

Pra quem não sabe, a população também tem direito de criar leis. Os Projetos de Lei de Iniciativa Popular precisam, para irem pro Congresso, mais de um milhão de assinaturas de eleitores de pelo menos 5 estados.

O Projeto da Campanha Ficha Limpa foi entregue ao Congresso dia 3 de outubro. Obviamente, não é do interesse de boa parte dos políticos – os corruptos, sujos – e por isso não andou nem um pouco em mais de um mês. Aí que entra a nossa parte, pois direito político não é só votar a cada 4 anos. É importante exigir, vigiar. No site do MCCE, tem um passo-a-passo de como enviar um email aos deputados, pedindo – exigindo – que agilizem o processo.

If you think the “general welfare” clause in the Constitution gives the Congress the right to be involved in healthcare, you have lots of company.

Unfortunately, they have no such right.

Everything Washington is currently doing in regards to healthcare, health insurance, and the medical industry is in clear and continuing violation of their oaths of office to uphold the Constitution. They are casting aside our most fundamental laws in order to drag us further into socialism and government control of yet another major industry (medicine), and in my opinion should be impeached for it. (Impeachment is the remedy provided in the Constitution for removing misbehaving public officials from office, whether or not they have broken laws.)
