I’m finished trying to run, finished trying to control, and finished trying to be independent. Trying to be a grown-up. Let fate fall where it may, and I guess I’m leaning against the old fallback of “if God wills it.”

But seriously. At this point, if God wills it, I’ll be one intensely blessed grateful dumb shit.

I’m done with pretending that I’m an adult. I’m not, okay? So get over it and leave me alone. I’m struggling to get into a college that I know I’m not prepared for in a competitive world that’s waiting with eager, dripping jaws to eat me alive. I’m not ready.

I’m through sitting back and letting my hundreds of responsibilities run amok over me. It’s partially my fault through disorganization, partially my fault through neglect. I’m doing so much I can’t focus on the important things. If something doesn’t go, I will. I’ll go insane. So I’m through being trampled by my own many loves and passions, and I’m through being choked and hung by the dramas of my friends and school life. I’ve got to distance myself from it, before it gets me. If I don’t focus, and work my ass off on the thing that is most important, I won’t get anywhere. Ever.

It’s over.

So it’s over, kids, and here I am typing as a shakily resolute and keenly terrified individual who’s not grown up and who’s ready to practice and who really just wants to stay home and love her life and her family in peace.

But Time and Nature won’t allow it. So ready or not, I’m out in less than a year. If I go to a shitty school, well hey, that’s my own fault. Goodbye, Eastman. Nice looking at your name on the website, C.I.M. I wish I would have been good enough. I’m sorry for wasting your time, Heather. I’m deeply sorry, Mrs. Ripley.

What happens, happens. If I can’t contact anyone and have them be my savior with my transcript and SAT score report today, then I am fucked. And who can or will help me, the irresponsible procrastinator who is falsely deluding herself that she can make it in the vicious world of music?

Removal must be for some and a big problem for the other exciting. There are many reasons for this. You can move to a career opportunity to start moving to a larger home, or even a new life. You could really look forward to the transition to a new environment, meet new people and new experiences. But if it is not carefully planned, relocation and removal of outliers which could be a smooth move into a difficult and stressful experience.

Here are 5 important thingsto consider to move your and the relocation of a comprehensive stress-free experience:

1. If you move to make the final decision, the possible changes in the cost of living in the new area. Things like charges (you may be considering moving to a bigger house in a warmer or colder climates) travel (it can be as much as, 50, a gallon or more gas costs, state to state) or higher state and local taxes, all can make a big bite from a new content. They want to be surethat you can afford to live in the new environment, and that your new role you will be paid accordingly, or if moving into retirement, do not eat your planned retirement.

Do not forget in all the costs of moving the parade factor. If it is reimbursed at a company with a relocation relocation package and everything or you want to pay for the moving van and everything associated with the move?

2. After you made the decision, a checklist, with as much detail as possibleCalendar of events for all the things you need to do. Most trains in the summer, so if possible try to move at other times of the year. They are more likely to have in the first team, making your move.

4. When renting, you may not want to cancel your existing lease too soon. Your travel date can be postponed, or some other unplanned contingencies may occur. You'll end up sleeping on the street. Build in some extra time in your mobile plans. Even if you have a house, not the closing timeline too tight. If possible,make the relocation first and then go back for the closing later. Build some time into your moving plan so the new home is vacant for the time it would take for you to remove wallpaper, paint, and have carpeting replaced or floors refinished. (Nothing raises more havoc with the new move than having to move furniture while you paint and do other renovations.)

5. In the new area find an experienced Realtor who really knows the entire area. Interview, by phone, at least three Realtors from the new area. Write down your questions before the phone interview. Choose the best, but if the first three are too short to interview three more to be found. (The internet is great) for sourcing Realtors. The right agent with a broad knowledge of the entire area will help you focus on homes that match your financial and other requirements.

6. (Bonus if you have children), most of the time, children resist change in their neighborhood. They have friends they do not want to leave. They arecomfortable with their school. However, she holds on to the decision-making process. If possible, they take you on a journey into the new area. Be positive and say they still have their bed and toys and other familiar things. If you are on the move they will take up your attitude positive.

The following will take place starting 27 November 2009, and will be fully enacted by 1 December 2009.

I will be removing the online manga viewer sites and manga-sharing sites that aren’t from the scanlation group. I will, instead, keep the manga information site (the one I use is BakaUpdates’ Manga Updates) for others to view. This has largely come from the fact that too many people are using these online manga viewers instead of going to the actual scanlator’s site and giving support. These sites utilizes adds, thereby generating revenue to pay for the web space and time in scanlating. As a former member of the older generation of scanlation groups, this displeases me. I will be striking out mentions of any online manga viewers, disconnecting links, etc. One the Manga Resources page, I will not only strike out the entire description, but will cover the title of popular manga viewers. Manga viewing sties will not only be affected, but also manga sharing sites, of which I have a few on that page. Instead, I will be posting the scanlation groups’ weblink for the manga I still frequent. I hope that others will have the same scruples and run these manga-viewing sites to the ground.

I know that the above is quite a controversial topic, but really, I doubt anybody remembers the first few years of scanlation history, other than the neat little link of “The History of Scanlation” in the before last post. I’ve been out of scanlating for a while, going on two and a half years, and the appalling use of manga-viewing and -sharing sites have increased dramatically. Onemanga and MangaFox are the most popular that I’ve listed. I’ve used the latter in particular to find obscure manga I’ve found in Manga Updates for its scanlator. Onemanga usually possesses the popular manga, but it does have links to the scanlators’ site. Now, however, I’ve noticed the rapid disappearance of scanlation groups, many of which I hold dear to my heart.

However, removing information is going to be hard for me, since the Manga Resources page is something that I’ve carefully selected as the most general and helpful section for the populace as a whole out of my large selection of bookmarks. I also know that doing it myself will have little affect on other people, especially for the many who’ve viewed my site and these pages and other posts related to manga. I hope, however, that people WILL read this and take note of it. I then will be adding a new note to the manga-related pages (not posts, specifically older ones) about these changes, since it is unlikely that people will even look at it.

It is unfortunate that I must spend time away from writing a review for a story for this piece of sad, but important news. I hope people realize that these manga-sharing and online manga viewer sites direct traffic away from the scanlators’, meaning less and fear of whether these scans are supported. Who wants to repeatedly hear people crying out, “Thx, pplz. MOAR, PlOx!” “Update NOWW@!!!@!!!!1111!!!” or however illiterate, inconsiderate, and insipid people write these days?

Please, we mean it when we say, “SUPPORT THE AUTHOR AND BUY HIS/HER WORKS,” and “PLEASE DO NOT REDISTRIBUTE OUR WORKS ON !” and “WE NEED HELP!” and “COME VISIT OUR WEBSITE AT ” and “PLEASE SUPPORT OUR GROUP! ANY HELP IS APPRECIATED” and any other variation. These things are FREELY distributed, FREELY done for the internet populace, and FREELY and MUNIFICENTLY rewarded and appreciated! Don’t be a FREEloader.

I suggest the best way to understand the above feelings is to join a scanlation group. You say, “Oh, I have no skills whatsoever, so I’d love to help, but can’t. I still appreciate you! *heart*” Then go get some skills! Some sites offer tutorials on how to clean, IRC channels are willing to teach. Be worth something in this community and you’ll see how much of a pain in the arse you were as a lurker and freeloader.

I’m not quite done venting, but I then will be repeating myself, which isn’t a very good sign, since people will then not take me seriously.

Edit 27.11.09: I will be adding links to the scanlation websites of popular manga that I believe deserve the recognition. Against my scruples, there will be yaoi scanlation sites since they do deserve the recognition. Other great sites will be listed. Some have an IRC channel, so if you may go there. There are a lot of popular sites that I hope people will visit more instead of the poor quality of the manga-viewing websites and manga-sharing sites. For those who are following this policy, thank you very much.

Totul se reduce astfel la standarde: ale clientului si ale furnizorului. Cu cat clientul e mai putin informat cu atat gradul lui de satisfactie este mai mare. Dar cine isi doreste clienti neinformati? Pe de o parte nu apreciaza lucrurile importante pentru ca poate nu le sunt vizibile, neavand asteptari, pe de alta parte sunt cei mai lipsiti de loialitate fata de produs, fata de brand. Un client informat apreciaza calitatile pentru care furnizorul a muncit sa le puna in practica sau sa le promoveze.

Informatia aduce insa putere apoi aroganta si se ajunge in extrema cealalta, a clientilor permanent nemultumiti. Firmele trebuie deci sa comunice complet si onest asa incat cumparatorii lor sa plateasca in cunostinta de cauza. Se evita neintelegerile si nemultumirile si prin excludere ramane satisfactia.

Lucrurile nu sunt chiar asa de simple in realitate iar firmele ar trebui si ca pe langa standardele de calitate si reguli operationale sa stabileasca si metode de masurare a satisfactiei clientilor: formulare, chestionare, focus-grupuri, linii telefonice speciale, mistery shopping, chestionarea clientilor pierduti, etc. Imbunatatirea serviciilor ar trece din stadiul de deziderat intr-unul de imbunatatire permanenta din care toata lumea ar avea de castigat.
