Avec ce huitième tome, Le prince rouge, Jean-Claude Bartoll clot sur un feu d’artifice le premier cycle, euh pardon la première saison… (séries TV obligent… !?!) de la série Insiders. Le scénariste renoue avec le rythme et les actions qui ont fait la magie des aventures comme celles du Lièvre de Mars.

Alors que certains albums pouvaient donner l’impression que la belle Najah stagnait dans son infiltration de la mafia… ici elle entraine tout son grand monde dans les virevoltes des « Black Ops », des trahisons, des snippers embusqués… Et les planches de Renaud Garreta servent bien ce thriller d’espionnage.

1.3.2 Recruiting and Infiltrating Church Leaders

The easiest method of keeping religious communities under control is the recruitment of potential or actual leaders, both lay and ordained, as informers and collaborators.

The means of recruitment are as varied as the kinds of people approached, but they all major on some personal weakness that is exploited in a cunning way. Secret police often use promises, blackmail and fear in their attempts to recruit informers and they are frequently successful, in spite of the fact that many of those they approach are committed believers.

A second effective means of influence is the infiltration of specially trained officers into the leadership of certain important religious communities. The people selected for this undercover type of work often come from believing families, which makes it easier for them to be accepted in churches. Some of the most effective of these secret agents have been working as high-ranking secret police officers while at the same time serving as bishops or other important denominational leaders.

A recent article on the wire “Debt may swamp the federal Treasury” I’ve retitled here as will swamp because there is no may about it.  Let’s look at some key points from the article:

With the national debt now above $12 trillion, the White House estimates that the government’s tab for servicing the debt will top $700 billion a year in 2019, up from $202 billion this year [emphasis by GardenSERF], even if annual budget deficits shrink dramatically. Other forecasters say the figure could be much higher.

In concrete terms, an additional $500 billion a year in interest expense would total more than the combined federal budgets this year for education, energy, homeland security and the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.

The potential for rapidly escalating interest payouts is just one of the wrenching challenges facing the United States after decades of living beyond its means.

Americans now have to climb out of two deep holes: as debt-loaded consumers, whose personal wealth sank along with housing and stock prices; and as taxpayers, whose government debt has almost doubled in the last two years alone, just as costs tied to benefits for retiring baby boomers are set to explode.

That’s just one suction cup on the massive financial tentacle now wrapped around the USA and locked in a conscious economic attack on this country.  Other tightly fastened cups on this single tentacle include the trade deficit, overseas outsourcing, manipulated exchange rates, tax breaks (and removal of tariffs) which both encouraged and allowed domestic manufacturing to be moved out of the USA, etc, etc.

A similar method of attack used on the consumers (once known as citizens) of this country was also used on its government.  However, the financial/economic attack is only one tentacle in a multi-prong attacked which will be used against this country over the next two decades.  However, many Americans will be unable to see this ongoing long term attack due to their daily conditioning by Hollywood/Mainstream Media with the usual short-term emphasis on the “here and now” and instant gratification.  When you think of the frog in the warm water being brought to the slow boil on the stove, imagine a master chef paying close attention to the amount of heat being applied under the pan.  This is the level of sophistication and planning being used against the USA.

Other methods of attack on the people and this country as a whole in the future will be more physically direct.  They will come years apart at first.  Waiting for the smoke to clear will take months at a time in the early stage we’re now in, but even this will be enough for many Americans to forget and be unable to connect the dots.  However, the later attacks on this country will be in relatively more rapid succession and from many directions all at once –similar to an octopus wrapping many tentacles around its prey.

This could take the form of multiple and coordinated acts of terrorism involving WMDs (Weapons of Mass Destruction, but I would emphasize the biological form of attack as most damaging to the population), symbolic or actual decapitation strikes (persons as well as the means of mass command, control and communication), followed by the loss of our access to imported oil.  Famine is a given in this scenario due to our reliance on fossil fuels in our national model of mass agriculture when combined with our already current loss of local food production of many key staples.

Nothing I have posted here is new.  In fact, this model of attack has been used time and time again throughout human history.  It has been used by both foreign invader and domestic tyrant alike –with the two often working together hand in hand behind the scenes and out of view of the common people.

Réputé pour ses accès notoirement mensongers et inexactes, CAMERA a toujours consciencieusement cherché à disculper les forces d’occupation israéliennes de crimes de guerre commis contre des civils innocents en particulier dans la Bande de Gaza.

Agissant comme porte-paroles de la propagande pour l’armée d’occupation israélienne, le groupe, en s’appuyant sur des déclarations contestables et souvent concoctées par des porte-parole de l’armée israélienne, a fait valoir à maintes reprises que le meurtre à grande échelle de civils palestiniens par l’armée israélienne a eu lieu par erreur et que des mesures ont souvent été prises afin de minimiser les pertes civiles.

Au tout début de l’année, l’armée israélienne a mené une offensive génocidaire contre la quasi totalité de la bande de Gaza presque totalement sans protection, tuant et blessant des milliers de civils innocents, dont des centaines d’enfants.

En outre, un bombardement aérien soutenu provenant de l’armée de l’air israélienne a détruit plus de six mille maisons palestiniennes et des centaines de bâtiments publics, dont plus d’une centaine de mosquées.

CAMERA, dont le personnel est composée d’anciens responsables israéliens du Shin Beth, a attaqué le rapport Goldstone récemment publié, accusant l’ancien juge sud-africaine, qui est juif, de rapporter « des informations inexactes».

Le rapport Goldstone, fondé sur des données minutieusement authentifiées obtenu par des témoignages de première main de victimes, a accusé les forces israéliennes d’avoir commis sciemment et délibérément des crimes de guerre et des crimes contre l’humanité au cours des 21 jours d’assaut.

Les données contenues dans le rapport Goldstone ont été corroborées par des témoignages faits par des soldats israéliens qui ont pris part à l’assaut de cet hiver.

Israël, craignant apparemment une condamnation internationale, avait refusé de coopérer avec la Commission Goldstone.

Comme je vous disais il y a quelques jours, la manipulation, les mensonges, la diffamation et la traitrise sont les seules armes qui leurs restent, leur combat étant profondément injuste et criminel c’est tout ce qu’ils peuvent faire.

Plus de 20 M€ de préjudice pour le fisc français ! Après huit années d’instruction, 45 prévenus devront répondre, devant le tribunal correctionnel de Rennes, à partir de demain, et pour trois mois, d’une gigantesque fraude à la TVA. En toile de fond, notamment : milieu des affaires et franc-maçonnerie.

Des chefs d’entreprise et des P-DG, des gérants de sociétés, des experts-comptables, mais aussi un concierge, un VRP, une vendeuse, des retraités, l’ancien chauffeur d’Alfred Sirven… En tout, 45 personnes sont poursuivies pour avoir participé, à des degrés divers, à une gigantesque fraude à la TVA, entre 1995 et 1999.

L’escroquerie, qui a été partiellement évaluée (plus de 20 M€), avait été dénoncée par un chef d’entreprise nantais. Ouverte à Nantes, l’instruction avait ensuite été confiée à la toute nouvelle juridiction interrégionale spécialisée (Jirs) de Rennes, en 2005. Il a finalement fallu huit ans d’enquête pour faire (en partie) la lumière sur cette arnaque.

Cette escroquerie en bande organisée serait née, et aurait prospéré, au sein d’une loge de la GLNF, à laquelle appartenaient de hauts fonctionnaires. Grâce à certaines entreprises spécialement recrutées, ou créées pour l’occasion, à une banque très bienveillante, avec des complicités dans les ports du Havre, de Dunkerque, de Nantes et de Brest (*), les prévenus étaient parvenus à mettre en place une véritable machine à déclarer des ventes fictives… et à récupérer la TVA que rembourse l’État français, dès lors que ces marchandises sont destinées à l’export au sein de l’Union européenne.

Un homme est soupçonné d’avoir organisé cette arnaque : Rubens Levy, un homme d’affaires du Havre. «Il a reconnu y avoir participé, mais a toujours nié en être l’inventeur et le principal bénéficiaire, insiste son avocat, Me Thierry Fillion. D’ailleurs, au cours de l’instruction, il est volontairement revenu d’Israël, pays dont on ne peut pas être extradé, pour s’expliquer…».

L’instruction a permis de retrouver la trace d’une partie de l’argent indûment perçu. Celui-ci alimentait le train de vie fastueux des principaux prévenus : achats de Ferrari, Porsche (…), bateaux mouillant à Saint-Tropez et Monte-Carlo, montres de marque (…), achat de vins prestigieux, d’œuvres d’art, séjours dans des clubs Med ou des hôtels de luxe…

Les enquêteurs n’ont pas pu remonter jusqu’à la destination finale d’importantes sommes d’argent qui transitaient par des paradis fiscaux. À plusieurs reprises, se dessine la piste de l’implication de services secrets de pays étrangers. En filigrane, de fortes suspicions de financement de partis politiques. On trouve aussi la trace d’un décès suspect, d’un enlèvement accompagné de tortures (non-lieu), et nombre de faux et parfois vrais-faux papiers : passeports, cartes de police et passeports diplomatiques…

Le procès qui s’ouvre demain à Rennes permettra-t-il d’en savoir plus ? Il y a quelques années, l’un des principaux prévenus, Hocine Sahir, homme d’affaires algérien, promettait «des noms et des chiffres précis». Aujourd’hui, plusieurs sources évoquent «des pressions». Et un procès sous tension.

By the light of the moon, Marc and Hydra walked through the common, stopping every once and a while to blow something up. It was a quiet wintry night, a night for explorations of the soul before landscape, a post-phenomenological spectacle of Autumn ritual thought adornment. And then, the unthinkable happened. One explosion, set off by the Marc in a hysterical frenzy over his departure from the land of the mystics, shook the ground with a terrible rumble.

The grass of the common began separating, the earth seizing and shaking like a new born baby addicted to crack; trees capsized into an emerging crevice that revealed a hidden underground storage facility, untouched for 42.75 years, filled with the records of the lost souls dragged down to Dante’s 7^th circle of hell.

A decision was made to explore this emerging subterranean wonder. Hydra, designated lead explorer on this spontaneously scurrilous expedition, entered the metal-lined den with trepidation; there was evidence of habitation, or at least adaptive reuse. The mole people had been here, burrowing into the earth, connecting the tunnel with another inhabited by a perpetually sleeping dragon that shook the tunnel with his deep exhalations.

The mole people were encountered soon after, mining away at the sidewalls of the tunnel, inviting collapse, but also inquiry, undertaken carefully by Marc who spoke conversational Molish. LutEx, master and commander of the underground, resided there with his Queen it seemed. They join the expedition for the promise of chocolate éclairs. Earlier that night, he tells Marc later, he mined a Jewel, and Diamond from the depths. The Diamond, as she then became known, joined the expedition on the promise of existential freedom.

As they move through the tunnels, LutEx explains that there was indeed a sleeping Dragon at the end of the tunnel, and that the mole people has constructed a wall between them and the beast to keep it’s steaming slumbering sighs from singing their eyebrows. It turned out they were not trying to dig to the Dragon, but to avoid it while working their way through the 7^th circle. As Hydra commented on the quality of the construction, suddenly, running steps are heard.

Experiential barrier

The Goblinmerchant, vendor of the mystical, last seen at the Pyestock Stargate, emerges from the depths at breakneck speed, smashing through the wall in a brave but foolish attempt to challenge the Dragon. Little did he know, the Dragon had a guard. The Goblimerchant is caught in a time-space compression web, cast by a magical troll hidden in a subterranean enclave, forcing him back into the 7^th circle, restoring the barrier the mole people had constructed, a barrier, which, it seems, the Dragon allowed to exist.

For his transgressions, the group sees the Goblinmerchant subjected to endless torture, first by having his hair pulled from the follicles by a diabolical goblin-engineered torture machine, and then tied by his feet and hung from the roof of the bunker, on show until the end of time for other daring explorers, an example of the dangers of crossing the Great Dragon of Clapham.

Sunday’s twin suicide bombings in Baghdad that killed at least 155 people and wounded 500 others may have had help from within Iraq’s security apparatus, MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow reports.

“This was a really well coordinated attack on an area in Baghdad that’s supposed to be well protected,” Maddow told viewers. “In order to reach their targets, the bombers driving these truck bombs had to pass through several checkpoints that were guarded by security forces and those security forces were supposed to be using hand-held devices designed to detect explosives.”

Referring to bombs weighing in at 2000 pounds each, Brian Katulis, a Middle East expert at the Center for American Progress, was quoted as saying, “You don’t want to do this kind of attack without having someone on the inside. It implies infiltration of the government. If there is an objective, it’s to send a message to whoever is in power that not everyone recognizes them as being in charge.”

This is not the first time questions have arisen about the possibility of government infiltration by insurgents. In August, Iraqi Foreign Minister Hoshyar Sebari said he suspected infiltration in a blast that killed nearly 100 people. “According to our information, there has even been collaboration between security officers and the murderers and killers,” said Zebari.

Is this a game?

Anthropologists have recently been writing about World of Warcraft, Second Life and other Massively Multiplayer Role Playing Games (MMORPGs). Since many of these games have millions of players, with their own economies, cultures etc., it has been suggested that people within virtual worlds have developed their own culture. As an avid World of Warcraft player, I heartily agree. But I also love playing games in real life, and, in a sense, this is what UrbEx is all about.

Yesterday Marc took me to a site which felt very much life a game, a surreal landscape of industrial waste, technological failure and a ninja Ghurka security guard. We explored it, very carefully, and all went well, but when I got home, I re-dreamed the explore, making it the game I knew it was.

I call the result a Real Life Role Playing Game or RLRPG.

In a small forest, in a quiet neighborhood, there are trails snaking their way through the tress. Different paths straddle the border between the forest and fields, inhabited by Mums with prams on this lazy Sunday, and by pairs of flatmates and friends, jogging, trying to sweat out remnants of last night’s snakebite extravaganza with girls in too-short-skirts. On one of these trails, in a black hooded cloak, walks Marc of the Cata Clan, Lvl 80 Elite Explorer, back again to conquer Pyestock for bonus explorer points before returning to his subterranean home in the Paris Catacombs.

Marc moves to the perimeter of his target, taking note of the Ghurka guard walking along side him, without looking in his direction, noticing that the Ghurka is following his movements. And eyes. He has been spotted. Marc breaks into a run, trees passing by like cars on a busy highway. With a quick glance to the side, he notices the guard is keeping pace. An elite guard. Merde.

Rookinella was right to be scared and stay home today, this guard cannot be defeated with felt or plastic pirate swords. With two glancing kicks off of the leaf cover, Marc is running up a willow tree, rebounding over the 4 meter triple barbed wire fence, his cloak hood flapping in the wind, distracting the Ghurka just long enough to pull the small blade from his leg holster. The Ghurka is cut down before he can get to his weapon, his mouth held from behind to muffle the screams of agony as he bleeds out.

Moving in

Marc shoulders the guard (got he’s heavy for such a little man!) and sneaks stealthily into the entry point, the Stargate chapel, where his next surprise awaits. He stuffs the guard under the mesh catwalk and walks over to a large circular disk on one end of the room. With a deep breath, he grabs the edge of the Stargate and pulls it open to unleash the Goblinmerchant, a daemon; a vendor of all things fantastic and mystical.

But what’s this? The Goblinmerchant smells humans. Turning his comrade, he can see that Marc has heard them long before now. A group of 4, fumbling their way through. No wonder, with security gone now. The perimeter is being breached. If they make their way to the Stargate, all hell could break loose.

They run off, low to the ground, weighted down by field equipment and supplies pulled from the Stargate, supplied for documentation of the Cata Clan invasion. Through the dangling Cat 5 cables, past the air tunnel control room, up the rusty ladder. Four fellow explorers lie in ambush and a battle almost ensues until we realize they also hold a key to the Stargate.

The documentation begins, one room after another, small items and large machines from humanities forgotten industrial past, a legacy of materiality replaced by computer models and office jobs in Slough.

Une question est soulevée à ce moment de la discussion: comment Dieu (le Logos) peut s’incarner en un humain et demeurer Dieu en même temps? La réponse n’est jamais venue. Je n’ai pas eu besoin d’intervenir, les petits chrétiens assistant au “cours” ont débattu de la question à fond. La conclusion est venue après quelques minutes de délibération: c’est un miracle, point. Cherche pas à comprendre. Dans l’ensemble, c’est sur ce ton que ce déroule le cours. Les discussions n’en sont pas, elles visent plutôt à faire comprendre à la foule qu’ils ne savent rien. Le pasteur, lui, sait tout. Il détient la vérité. Il va vous l’apprendre. Suffit de bouffer votre beignet et d’écouter sagement.

Mes interventions furent très sommaires. J’ai répondu ce qu’il fallait quand il le fallait, et je n’ai jamais eu à parler de ma position réelle. Une petite erreur a failli vendre la mèche. Si le Traité de Lisbonne était ratifié, il engendrerait immédiatement un Tony de Lisbonne. Selon les informations publiées hier par le quotidien britannique The Sun, Tony Blair pourrait être propulsé au poste de Président de l’Europe avant la fin du mois !

Le Sun cite une source haut placée dans le gouvernement britannique, expliquant : « Si nous obtenons un Oui [au référendum irlandais qui se tient aujourd’hui, ndlr], tout bougera très très vite. Tony pourrait être nommé dès la fin octobre. » La Suède, qui dirige la présidence tournante de l’UE jusqu’au 31 décembre, « veut qu’un président soit nommé dès la fin du mois, et M. Blair est le favori », explique le Sun. Un diplomate français a même confié : « Qui oserait dire non à Tony Blair ? », tout en minimisant la responsabilité que Blair porte dans le déclenchement de la Guerre en Irak.

Et oui, qui oserait s’opposer à lui ? David Kelly, l’inspecteur en armement britannique, a payé de sa vie d’avoir révélé que les « preuves » données par le gouvernement Blair sur les armes de destruction massive irakiennes étaient bidonnées. Quant à Nicolas Sarkozy, il est le premier supporter de sa candidature, au nom de l’entente cordiale qu’il a scellé avec son « ami Tony ». S’il est vrai qu’à la vue de l’un on pourrait être tenté de soutenir l’autre, Tony Blair n’en serait pas moins le président supranational non-élu de l’Europe. Il faut dire non au césarisme !

Si c’est vrai,si c’est vraiment tony blair le président de l’europe,la comédie n’aura pas duré longtemps.Symboliquement,un anglais,ancien allié de bush comme président de l’Europe nous rapprocheraient des États-Unis,qui mieux que tony blair permettrait la création d’une union euro-américaine.
On est mal barré,un président les mains pleines de sang,youpi,le ton est donné.Union européenne ou nouvelle union soviétique alliée à l’impérialisme US.

Un anglais à la tête du continent ,si De Gaulle voyait ça !
