One concept that I struggled to understand (but now seeming ever so clear), is that all races, religions, and nationalities have these low-life parasites. Be it Christian, Black, Phillipino, or Asian; all minorities have these characteristics, and eliminating those few is just half of the solution. You must also spread the word of Productivity and teach those with less advanced minds how to cherish America, and work for the good of all citizens, not just yourself.

Mi-a atras atentia si m-a amuzat in mod deosebit o rubrica dintr-un numar din ‘71 pe care am citit-o pe nerasuflate, desi nu avea nicio legatura cu ceea ce cautam.

Denumirrea rubricii, “Cum sa fii o buna gospodina”, ne-ar duce pe noi, cei care am prins prea putin din acele vremuri, mai degraba cu gandul la reclamele si filmele americane din perioada anilor ‘50, mult mai conturate in mentalul colectiv al generatiei noastre, si ne-ar ilustra imaginea gospodinei supuse care traieste pentru a crea un mediu familial propice evolutiei profesionale a sotului sau.

Deviza rubricii este insa in contradictie cu vremurile pe care le traim si reproduce fidel perioada traita de inaintasii nostrii in comunism: “Daca statul ne-a dat casa, sa o intretinem corect”.   • Isolation from family members and members of their ethnic and religious community
  • Confiscation of passports, visas and/or identification documents

  • Telling victims they will be imprisoned or deported for immigration violations if they contact authorities
  • Control of the victims’ money, e.g., holding their money for “safe-keeping”

Victim Interaction

• Asking the right questions may help you determine if someone is a victim of human trafficking. It is important to talk to a potential victim in a safe and confidential environment. If the victim is accompanied by someone who seems controlling, you should try to separate the victim from that person. The accompanying person could very well be the trafficker.
• You should also enlist the help of a staff member who speaks the potential victim’s language and understands his or her culture. Although not ideal, you can enlist interpreter services such as those provided by the ATT Language Line.
• If the victim is a child, it is important to enlist the help of a social services specialist who is skilled in interviewing minor trafficking or abuse victims. Screen interpreters to ensure they do not know the victim or the traffickers and do not otherwise have conflict of interest.

• If you think you have come in contact with a victim of human trafficking, call the National Human Trafficking Resource Center at 1.888.3737.888. This hotline will help you determine if you have encountered victims of human trafficking, will identify local resources available in your community to help victims, and will help you coordinate with local social service organizations to help protect and serve victims so they can begin the process of restoring their lives. Woah things are a changin! All for the better always of course:) I havent posted in the last few days mostly because I have been slightly distracted by all the guidance i have been getting from Spirit. I am realizing that I havent ever really explained what I mean by spirit. You may be thinking Who or What is Spirit, a ghost? a Guide? or is it an Angel? My answer to that is Spirit is a broad word that encompasses, for me: Angels, my highest self, God, Guides and universal Wisdom.

I came to decide to begin 40 Days of Spirits Guidance because I found myself continually telling my clients that they needed to spend time in meditation, and speak with Spirit to find answers to their important life questions. Yes I can of course help guide them with answers for now, but my desire is for each and every person who works with me, to come to have a strong connection with their Guides, Angels and “unseen friends”.

I had sort of an epiphany one day and realized that all the wonderful guidance I have been giving to others could also be used for myself. I realized that yes I do connect with my guides on a daily basis, but lately it had been simply for the help and guidance of others. I happened, and still happen to be at a huge turning point in my life and the life of my family and I found myself  feeling depressed, isolated, and had found myself in crying fits releasing years of unexpressed pain attached to instability of home and security. My husband and I made the joint decision in June of this year that he should allow them (his company) to lay him off.

He had worked for many years to build a company and once it was created it became successful within a year.  Just like the pants my son is wearing today that are an inch too short, they had a growth spurt and it was going to cause the company to have to close the doors. Too much work and not enough cash flow to make it happen is what occurred and so magically an investor offered to take it off their hand and keep them on as employees. After 4 months of this, it was apparent to me and my husband that the company was not doing well. Thus, we took a Leap of faith and he allowed them to lay him off with 2 months severance. We then did what No person using their Left Brain would do, we packed up and headed up the coast camping and hoteling for a month. It was magical!

When I think back, I can still remember the day that we made the decision to sell the company. We were both exhausted, we hadnt had a good nights sleep in a while, partly due to the stress of his growth spurt, partly due to our three kids taking turns waking up – they also have the ability to see and feel what is happening around them energetically. We were awaiting a phone call from the investor/person who wanted to purchase it. It was a saturday and I decided I needed to get out of the house, it was too much emotion filling in the walls of our townhome, I felt like I was suffocating and since my littlest was taking a nap I took my 5 and 4 year old for a Nature Walk. We gathered branches and just meandered through the dirt path that runs next to and then over a creek by my house. As we walked my head began to clear, my heart began to open and I took a deep breath for the first time in many months. I felt clear and guided. I felt whole again. As we turned the bend to begin ascending the long hill towards the community park I saw the sky and I felt the air. I watched a group of young boys ride their bikes down the long hill and I thought back to my younger years and a movie I Loved….The Goonies. I remembered the moral of the story and if you havent ever seen it – please do:) I remembered what the movie was about and I smiled feeling like somehow my husband and I would be like the kids who found the diamonds and rubys. When we finally got home many hours later my husband was waiting for me at the door, with tears in his eyes because the deal was going to go though and he would be able to continue to have a job and means of income instead of his company simply folding.

As I turned around as he finished telling me the good news,  on the television was the movie that had been playin in my head, Goonies. Just as I set my eyes on the TV the Huge Beautiful Pirate Ship set sail for sea, and although the ship on the TV was going out to sea I felt like my ship was coming in. I felt like this was now my chance to take my career and soar.

As the months rolled on and he began looking for employment, since my income was not able to pay the bills yet, we continued to keep the faith. It will happen he will get a wonderful job, his dream job. But still nothing…. 3 months ….still nothing…and now here we are 5 1/2 months and …..nothing.

This is where I was in my journey when I realized – “I need some Help Please”. And helped answered, “Give us a little time each day for 40 days we will help you change your life.”

And so here it is that I find myself on day 18. I haven’t written each day of the 40 days but I have opened myself up and I have been guided each day. Each task they have given me, more difficult & challenging than the last. “Guide others to their greatest life even when they are on the verge of being homeless”, when I too am having financial strain. “Guide women to see how perfect they are and accept themselves and declare their truth”, when I too still hadn’t shared what I do for a living with my own father for fear of losing his love and acceptance (by the way I told him and feel 100 pounds lighter). And now I am guided to help the woman who was my Daughter and then Sons Preschool teacher who went to visit her father’s grave in August after he passed away. When she set foot on her homeland Soil of Bangladesh, her husband withdrew his “sponsorship” of her visa. You see as I heard her story from the director of the preschool (I re-enrolled my children yesterday)- I realized that if someone doesn’t help her, she will be left there – left behind and abandoned by our country. The information I was given by the director I am sure is not the whole of the story, but I intend on finding all the answers and then doing whatever I can once I have my friends permission.

It seems that, lets call her Fari, was the sister in law to the President of Bangladesh. When he was “dethroned” for taking bribes, her family sought asylum in the united states. Being that she was pregnant and very far along, her husband handled the paperwork and filed for a visa only for himself. When the green card eventually came in the mail she asked him why she didnt receive hers, to which he stated that he hadn’t filed a visa for her and that he would do so now (of course after much screaming I’m guessing). When he filed for her, it was as a sponsorship. He was in control of her ability to stay here – which is absurd especially since the reason he was granted a visa and asylum is because of her brother in law, not his. Many other sad, and some graphic details transpired over the next 8 months, including the death of her beloved father. And so it was that August of this year she decided, against the advice of her friends, to go visit his grave and show her respects. However as soon as she stepped foot on Bangladesh soil he contacted INS to revoke her sponsorship and then contacted the American Embassy in Bangladesh to report that she had kidnapped her children and since they were american citizens he wanted them back home. He now intends to travel there in December to take his children and leave her there.

Fari has a Masters Degree and was teaching Preschool because her Love of children, she was their favorite teacher and is an amazing woman who is facing an uphill battle. I am in the process of contacting her in Bangladesh to ask her permission to do something, anything. I have already asked her higher self and I feel that my assistance is divinely guided and appropriate. I am however a mother of three children, who doesn’t know the first thing about What to do, Who to write a letter to and what the next step is.

The good news in this is that her brother in law is once again president and so she has a place to stay. However as I have come to learn, Bangladesh is similar to the scenes in Slumdog millionaire, millions of people and extreme poverty. Being a President there is not like being the president here. When the american embassy came out to speak with her and investigate his accusation, they found the children happy and safe and declared that they are fine to stay with thier mother. But they do not want to stay there, they want to come back to America and live their lives here. These children and this woman were an important part of this community – they have lives in high school and jr high waiting for them – they have friends and activities and work that needs to be done.

I know this Blog is LONG LONG but I feel this whole story needs to be spoken, mine and hers. I feel it is my story that has led me to help her.

Illegal aliens. Everybody say it with me, “illegal aliens”. Now, class, let us examine the first word of the term…”illegal”. According to dictionary.com (I no longer own a hard copy dictionary) the word’s meaning is “forbidden by law or statute”. So, NOW I ask what the hell is all the damn discussion about? I would be the first one to admit that I am not up to date on political issues or the hot-button topics that are floating around the offices of CNN and Fox. However, seriously, what is the debate about? I simply do not see a topic that can be argued.

“Give me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses yearning to breath free…” is a wonderfully poetic sentiment on the pedestal of the Statue of Liberty. The poetry continues with, “…the wretched refuse of your teeming shore…send these to me.” What? I am all for the notion and the ideal of the good old “melting pot” that was ingrained into my impressionable little mind during elementary school. Unfortunately, I draw a line in the sand of my shores with the “wretched refuse” of other countries. They should stay where they are or go back from which they came.

News stories would have us believe that the people entering this country illegally do so only to seek work and that if we lost the workforce they provide, there would be no American workers to take their place. I’d like to know what it is that American workers would not subject themselves to do, especially in this economy? Every day American workers pick up garbage, flip burgers, and clean bathrooms. There are plenty of dirty jobs to be completed and more than enough workers to pick up the scrub brush or labor in the field.

While I have no doubt many come to the States and work hard and become positive contributors to the community. I also know that many do not. Darlene Squires’ disabled teenage daughter was raped by three illegal aliens, members of a Salvadoran street gang.  Sister Helen Chaska was raped and strangled with her own rosary beads by an illegal alien who was a convicted felon that was not deported, as the law required. Seven people were killed and 31 others injured when a van of illegal aliens, trying to avoid the border checkpoint, raced into oncoming traffic. I don’t think these perpetrators  are a part of those “huddled masses” mentioned on Miss Liberty.

There was once a time when people came to this country to become a part of it. People relished the opportunity to join us and participate in our form of government and the freedom it provides. People were eager to become citizens of this nation. Today, it seems as though people come to this country to take advantage of, rather than to become a part of. So please do give me your tired and poor and whoever else wishes to share in the freedom that we enjoy. Yet, we should reserve the right to close our doors to the murderers, rapists, and “wretched refuse” of other shores.

Anul asta am fost asasinati efectiv de sondaje, de acuzatii despre intentia de a fura voturi si de o gramada de lucruri care ni s-au dat gata mestecate, nu cumva sa descoperim cu mintea din dotare ca matematica alegerilor este o statistica defecta, de care bineinteles ca nimeni nu vorbeste…fiindca n-ar mai avea obiectul muncii…acela de a manipula cu procente cetateanul inocent.

Asa ca am desfacut un pic mecanismul acesta si iata ce am descoperit…un articol din 2007, care releva brambureala statistica vis a vis de numarul REAL de votanti :

Referendumul din 19 mai a scos la iveala o situatie paradoxala legata de numarul cetatenilor inscrisi pe listele electorale. BEC are doua variante: 18.212.970, respectiv 18.301.309 de cetateni, iar Ministerul de Interne una: 18.212.980.

Autoritatea Electorala Permanenta nu are nici macar atat. Motivul? Nu lucreaza cu cifre.
Inaintea referendumului din 19 mai, Ministerul Internelor si Reformei Administrative (MIRA) dadea publicitatii numarul alegatorilor inscrisi pe listele electorale: 18.212.980.
Potrivit paginii de internet a Institutului National de Statistica (TEMPO-Online), la 1 iulie 2006 (cele mai recente date publice), populatia in varsta de 18 ani si peste era de 17.314.896 persoane – cu aproape un milion mai putin. Acest lucru este semnalat de sociologul Mircea Kivu, care, potrivit HotNews, se intreba de unde au aparut 900.000 de votanti in plus.

El aprecia ca este imposibil ca populatia Romaniei sa creasca cu un milion in mai putin de un an, pentru ca datele oficiale publicate de acelasi institut au inregistrat luna de luna mai multe decese decat nasteri, iar despre fluxuri masive de imigranti nu avea stiinta.

Nu putea fi vorba nici despre cetatenii romani din strainatate, aprecia Kivu, avand in vedere ca la alegerile din 2004 pe listele permanente din ambasade si consulate au fost inscrisi, in total, doar 5.132 de alegatori si nici despre de cei care muncesc temporar in UE pentru ca sunt deja inscrisi pe lista de votanti de acasa, din localitatea in care isi au domiciliul.
Surprizele nu se opresc insa aici. La 21 mai seara, la prezentarea rezultatelor finale ale referendumului, presedintele BEC, Gheorghe Dumitru, anunta ca prezenta la vot a fost de 44,45%, adica 8.135.272 din totalul celor 18.301.309 persoane inscrise in listele electorale. Apare deci o noua cifra privind numarul cetatenilor inscrisi pe listele electorale: 18.301.309, cu 87.329 mai mult decat cifra anuntata de MIRA.

Si asta nu e tot. Inaintea referendumului, BEC a facut public pe site-ul sau, la capitolul ‘informatii utile’ numarul cetatenilor inscrisi pe liste: 18.212.970. Cu zece mai putin decat anuntase MIRA. Care este de fapt numarul cetatenilor inscrisi pe listele electorale?
ATI AUZIT DE AEP? O institutie a statului special infiintata pentru ‘a asigura la nivel national aplicarea unitara, in intervalul dintre doua perioade electorale, a dispozitiilor legale privind organizarea si desfasurarea alegerilor sau a altor consultari cu caracter national sau local’ este Autoritatea Electorala Permanenta (AEP).

Ce atributii are AEP, printre altele? Citam chiar de pe site-ul oficial al institutiei in cauza: ‘monitorizeaza si controleaza modul de intocmire si actualizare a listelor electorale permanente si de pastrare a registrelor cuprinzand listele electorale permanente, precum si modul de efectuare a comunicarilor prevazute de lege si de operare a acestora, la timp, in listele electorale; urmareste modul de intocmire si eliberare a cartilor de alegator, in concordanta cu listele electorale permanente; urmareste si controleaza modul de asigurare a concordantei dintre continutul listelor electorale permanente existente la primarii si exemplarul aflat la judecatorii’.

Jachie Florea de la Serviciul de Comunicare al AEP ne-a spus insa ca Autoritatea si-a indeplinit atributiile legale prevazute de lege in cazul referendumului din 19 mai. L-am intrebat si daca AEP are o cifra oficiala a numarului cetatenilor inscrisi pe listele electorale.

‘Nu numarul de pe liste este important. Noi nu lucram cu cifre. Noi verificam daca s-au operat comunicarile facute de judecatorii in cazul interzicerii drepturilor electorale ale unor cetateni si de primarii in cazul deceselor. Nu avem asemenea date.

Daca avem nevoie apelam la Centrul national de administrare a bazelor de date. Ministerul Internelor are cifrele’, ne-a declarat Florea.
Cu alte cuvinte, ‘buba’ ar fi la Ministerul Internelor, baza acestuia de date fiind singura pe care si Biroul Electoral Central e abilitat sa o foloseasca. Surse autorizate spun ca diferenta dintre numarul persoanelor inscrise pe listele electorale date de cele doua institutii ar fi aparut din cauza datei de referinta stabilite de MIRA pentru centralizarea numarului de persoane inscrise pe listele electorale.

Daca aceasta data a fost stabilita cu o saptamana inainte de referendum, atunci persoanele care au implinit 18 ani si au obtinut drept de vot in acest interval lipsesc din baza de date si sunt trecute in caz ca voteaza pe listele suplimentare.

Aceeasi baza de date a MIRA este folosita si de institutele de sondare a opiniei publice care oficial nu pot ‘cumpara’ informatii legate de persoanele cu drept de vot decat de la acest minister. Or, in acest caz apar erorile in masurarea prezentei la vot, optiuni etc.
Marius Tache, purtatorul de cuvant al MIRA, ne-a declarat ca ‘ministerul a comunicat numarul alegatorilor inscrisi pe listele permanente. In schimb, cifra absoluta inseamna numarul persoanelor de pe lista permanenta la care se adauga cei care au votat pe listele speciale. Conform legii, pe aceste liste pot vota doar cei care sunt domiciliati in zonele arondate sectiilor respective, dar care nu se regasesc pe listele permanente’.

Intrebat daca ministerul detine o cifra exacta a celor care au votat pe liste suplimentare, Marius Tache a spus ca nu, BEC putand sa ne ofere o asemenea informatie. Presedintele BEC nu a putut fi contactat, iar site-ul oficial al institutiei nu ofera date in acest sens.

Dupa cum nu ofera informatii nici daca inaintea validarii referendumului, BEC a verificat prin sondaj votantii de pe listele suplimentare.

Potrivit unei decizii a Biroului, cei care nu s-au aflat in localitatea de domiciliu in ziua referendumului puteau vota pe liste suplimentare dupa ce au declarat pe propria raspundere ca nu si-au mai exercitat acest drept. Votul multiplu se pedepseste conform legii cu inchisoare de la sase luni la cinci ani.
DECIZIE CU CANTEC. De altfel, BEC s-a dovedit destul de secretos si in ziua referendumului in ceea ce priveste prezenta la vot. O decizie a BEC luata la 11 mai stabilea patru ore de prezentare a prezentei la vot: 11:30, 13:30, 15:30 si 18:30. De asemenea, hotararea stabilea ca ora 18:00 sa fie ora pana la care cele 2.700 sectii de votare cuprinse in esantion sa transmita informatii la birourile electorale de circumscriptie.

Cum s-a hotarat ca la ora 20:00 presedintii sectiilor de votare incluse in esantion sa mearga sa centralizeze datele votarii, nu a mai avut cine sa ofere informatii privind prezenta la vot la ora 20:00, ora inchiderii urnelor. In ziua referendumului, ultimele date referitoare la prezenta la urne se raportau la ora 17:00 – 28,95%. Rezultatele finale asupra prezentei la vot au fost date abia la 21 mai, seara.
Plangere penala impotriva AEP
PRM a depus o plangere penala impotriva persoanelor din cadrul Autoritatii Electorale Permanente care ar fi trebuit sa organizeze licitatie pentru soft-ul folosit de BEC, acuzandu-le de abuz in serviciu intrucat nu au organizat licitatie. Plangerea penala vizeaza si persoane din cadrul Institutului National de Statistica, care a folosit programul de calculator in afara dispozitiilor legale.
OBLIGATIE.

PRM precizeaza ca Autoritatea Electorala Permanenta era obligata sa procedeze la organizarea unei licitatii pentru selectionarea programelor de calculator ce vor fi utilizate pentru centralizarea rezultatelor, cu atat mai mult cu cat legea prevede in mod explicit ca selectionarea programelor de calculator se face numai prin licitatie, orice forma de incredintare directa fiind exclusa. ‘Din informatiile pe care le detinem, Autoritatea Electorala Permanenta nu a respectat aceasta cerinta, soft-ul fiind preluat fara nici un fel de licitatie de la firma Net Consulting, cu privire la care au existat si la alegerile din 28 noiembrie 2004 reclamatii penale, nesolutionate pana in prezent. Rezulta ca persoanele abilitate nu si-au respectat obligatiile de serviciu, cauzand o grava tulburare bunului mers al unui organ sau al unei institutii de stat ori al unei alte unitati din cele la care se refera art. 145, incadrandu-se, asadar, in urmarea imediata a infractiunii de mai sus.
CERERE. ‘Avand in vreme implicatiile pe care le are utilizarea unui program de calculator care nu a fost selectionat conform procedurilor in vigoare, apreciem ca se impun luarea unor masuri urgente pentru a se preintampina centralizarea in mod ilegal a rezultatului referendumului, precum si cercetarea si pedepsirea celor care se fac vinovati de incalcarea obligatiilor legale’, se mai arata in plangerea semnata de C.V. Tudor.
Listele suplimentare, preluate in saci
BEC a transmis de lunea trecuta Autoritatii Electorale Permanente conduse de Octavian Opris listele suplimentare de vot. Potrivit lui Jachie Florea de la Serviciul de Comunicare al AEP, listele au fost transmise fizic, in saci, in baza unui proces-verbal incheiat cu BEC.

Ca atare, centralizarea datelor cuprinse in aceste liste va dura foarte mult, termenul legal fiind de 60 de zile. Jachie Florea nu a putut estima cat va dura aceasta operatiune si cand va fi dat publicitatii numarul celor care au votat pe listele suplimentare, dar a dat asigurari ca AEP va incerca sa respecte termenul legal. Cat priveste verificarea celor care au votat pe aceste liste, Florea spune ca nu e nevoie de efectuarea unui sondaj pentru ca AEP detine un soft care semnaleaza atunci cand apar persoane care au votat de mai multe ori.
Buget de 138,11 milioane RON
Pentru a-si indeplini atributiile legale, Autoritatea Electorala Permanenta, condusa de Octavian Opris, a primit de la bugetul de stat in acest an 138,11 milioane RON (13,81 miliarde de lei vechi).

Din aceasta suma sunt alocate pentru cheltuieli salariale – 37,6 milioane RON, din care pentru salarii de baza – 23,05 milioane, pentru salarii de merit – 440.000, 1,34 de milioane RON pentru indemnizatii de conducere, 2,28 de milioane RON pentru sporuri de vechime, 4,29 milioane RON pentru alte sporuri, 890.000 RON pentru ore suplimentare, 3,1 milioane RON pentru fondul de premii, 1,83 de milioane RON pentru prima de vacanta, 380.000 RON pentru indemnizatii de delegare.

Angajatii AEP beneficiaza, de asemenea, de un milion RON pentru deplasari interne, detasari, transferari, de 1,75 milioane RON pentru deplasari in strainatate, de 300.000 RON pentru pregatire profesionala, ei mai primind bani si pentru a-si plati chiriile – 3,3 milioane RON, pentru prime de asigurare non-viata – 400.000 RON si pentru protocol si reprezentare – 50.000 RON. Celor care lucreaza la aceasta institutie le-au fost alocati bani de la stat pentru masini, echipamente si mijloace de transport – 3,8 milioane RON, mobilier, aparatura birotica si alte active corporale – 1 milion RON.

Autoritatea Nationala Permanenta are un numar maxim de 108 posturi, din care trei sunt persoane care ocupa functii de demnitate publica. Pentru aceste trei persoane sunt alocate ca fond de salarii anual 1,9 milioane de lei noi (19 miliarde de lei vechi).

I. Deci, BEC are inscrisi pe listele de alegatori cu drept de vot un numar real sau fals, da ?
Institutul National de Statistica prezinta un alt numar de populatie activa cu drept de vot.
Care este numarul real de alegatori, fiindca se mai scad si minorii, cei fara capacitate deplina de exercitiu precum si cei decazuti din drepturile civile si cati exact sunt acestia ? Cati sunt in viata cu DREPT DE VOT si LEGEA sa stipuleze ca au acest drept ?
Care este de fapt cifra BEC ?

II.Orice lista de la precedentele alegeri, luata la intamplare…nu are verificare 100% a persoanelor reale, din cauza urmatoarelor erori constatate de catre sectiile de votare:

persoane pe plus :
- decedate de multi ani;
- cu domiciliul schimbat definitiv;
- plecate definitiv din tara.

persoane pe minus :
- care dobandesc prin casatorie un alt domiciliu si nu sunt trecute in lista;
- private de dreptul de vot si care nu apar in liste;
- care au dobandit domiciliu stabil accidental pentru un interes anume;
- cei de la casa de copii care nu mai au domiciliu;
- cei scosi legal sau ilegal din case de catre revendicatori;

Toti acestia in cursul anilor, fie ca au fost din categoria minus sau din cea plus…au generat voturi. Si de voturile lor a beneficiat cineva.

III. Institutul de Evidenta Informatizata a persoanelor are alte date.

Toate institutiile abilitate mentionate mai sus, care ar fi trebuit sa raspunda de aceasta suprapunere de cifre, nu si-au facut datoria din trei motive :

- neprofesionalism, necunoastere, ignoranta;
- frauda;
- prostie, lipsa de calcul elementar.

Cum ies procentele in cazul acesta ?
Se creeaza premise pentru hoaxul cu fraudarea pentru cei care detin cheile acestui mecanism…BEC, MAI,INS si altele…

N-am vazut nici un ONG, nici macar Prodemocratia, n-am vazut Legislativul, n-am vazut create Comitete si Comitii in Parlament, care sa faca o simpla comparatie a listelor cu numarul de votanti romani date de institutiile abilitate si ma indoiesc ca NIMENI nu a observat ca este o aritmetica de handicapati la mijloc care denatureaza procentajul sondajelor sau la vot !
Deci ? Au dreptate cei de mai jos ?

Who is qualified to counsel nouthetically?  As we peer into the pages of Scripture, we see that it is assumed that all Christians should be engaging in NC.  Two key passages say so quite explicitly: Romans 15:14 and Colossians 3:16.

Do you realize that everyone counsels, but not all counsel biblically?  Think back over this past week.  Have you “offered advice” to someone in the office or at church?  Have you called someone going through a difficult time and spoken words of encouragement to them?  Many times people counsel and do not even realize they are doing so.  Many times Christians are not biblical in their “counsel” because they: speak only that what is “pleasing” to the hearer, or simply repeat what they’ve heard popular TV hosts have spouted, or just give advice that is not biblically based.  It is important to engage in nouthetic counseling / biblical counseling as we are instructed to do so from Scripture.

Perhaps this is stating the obvious, but pastors ought to be engaging in nouthetic counseling, both in preaching and one-to-one ministry.  The Apostle Paul indicates that this is a very basic goal in pastoral ministry, Colossians 1:28.  Paul modeled nouthetic ministry throughout his travels.  His instruction was not primarily to a church as a whole, but in his epistles we see recorded his counseling “load”.  He invested in individuals and no doubt confronted them, showed concern for them and exhorted them to change to follow Christ and his Word.

I am all about starting, launching and getting going. Propulsion thrills me. Velocity thrills me. “Your best you. Starting now”, remember?

So, while I’m a big starter, I’m also pretty fascinated by those who are big FINISHERS. Enter the fabulous, inspiring and über-cool Dyana Valentine. Her motto? “Helping self-starters self-finish: one project at a time”.

She’s been on my radar for a while, though it wasn’t until she issued a challenge that I decided to say “howdy”. Her challenge : 40 Days of Our Bodies – a commitment to tending to our bodies for 40 days and noticing the shifts that arise.

I decided to jump on in with committing to 40 days of yoga. No small feat, right? Hatha = hard. Here’s the kicker though. I LOVE yoga. Making room for a daily practice is a challenge, yes, but I started to feel that I was cheating myself out of the substance of this exercise…kinda like a vegan giving up liver and onions for Lent. So I looked a little deeper and I didn’t much care for what I saw…which is precisely when I discovered what I had to do.

On October 3^rd, I decided to give up the smokes. FOR GOOD. Yup…that’s right. I had been smoking “socially” for the past two years (again). It pains me to type those words: inner monologue goes something like “you should have known better”; “how can you coach people towards self-care if you weren’t walking the talk”; “yucky stinky” and so on.

But self-imposed judgment doesn’t ever work too well with me (which is why I hadn’t managed to REALLY quit before). Here’s what does work for me:

1. A good and resonant reason…love. I am 37. My mother died at 59. I am madly in love with my family…and I do not want to cheat them out of ME and what I bring to this life. Ain’t nothing more resonant for me than love.
2. A good challenge…with accountabilities built in. I shared with Dyana and she’s been a valued source of support, inspiration and giggles. I knew she wouldn’t let me fall. And she won’t.

Am on Day 20. Half-way through Ms D’s  challenge…and 20 days into a new and freer chapter in my blessed life.

What do you need to be finished with so that you can get started on your new path?

The climatic conditions of all the areas throughout the world are drastically changing. The reasons for this sudden change weather are many. Some of them are:

• Depletion of the ozone layer.
• Increased greenhouse gases.
• Over pollution.
• Intake of high energy from outer space.

Due to these reasons there has been a situation of irreversible climatic change that has occurred to our mother earth. The past procedures what we followed for many things are not possible on today’s date. So a new approach to the existing procedure must be followed in order to survive in this world. This case is also applicable to agriculture.

We all know that for every man living they have to depend upon food, which is got only through cultivation. The day old cultivation procedure followed by all the men are outdated and has many problems associated with it. They are:

• Too high utilization of water.
• The place required for cultivation has to be very large, which is not usually got.
• Proper water supply must be there, which is also not possible due to drying up of rivers.

Due to these reason the conventional method has failed to make up to the expectation of the humans. The remedy to the current crisis is to go in for greenhouse cultivation.

Greenhouse cultivation is the process of growing the plants in a closed atmosphere mostly a glass house. This method made its existence due to its capability to grow plants in cold environment. It traps the incoming sunlight and makes it warm for the plants to grow. But nowadays the greenhouse is used more extensively due to the following reason.

• Due to the availability of natural heat within the greenhouse.
• The advantage of closed environment is associated with the greenhouse.
• The timely watering should be done in this process.
• The unmanned cultivation is possible with the greenhouse.
• The growing up of plants one over the other can also be done.

These advantages go hand in hand with the development of the greenhouse. The temperature inside the greenhouse can be increased extensively by the use of small greenhouse heaters. By using them a temperature of 70 degree can be maintained when the outside temperature is 0 degrees. They are available with various specifications. One of the configuring methods is based upon the size and heating temperature. The price associated with the heater is too little and the method they work is simple so the works can be easily monitored.

I spent a lovely rainy morning (incredibly rare in LA) sitting in a sterile waiting room at a Department of Homeland Security Application Support Office today, waiting to be fingerprinted for my application for naturalization. It is amusing to test my ability to keep myself occupied- and check my patience- in this day and age when idle waits are a rare occurrence. Think of it, I cannot recall the last time I had to sit killing time, given that I usually time my arrival to medical facilities or other waiting rooms down to the knick of time. This time, however, wait for it… blackberries had to be left back in the vehicle. Gasp! The initial itch in my fingers started wearing off when I began studying the civics study guide handed to me to prep for the next stage of the application; this was reliving 10th grade Pre-IB Political Science. I don’t think I’ve been in a studying mode since my term exam in spring of 2007, and though I should have zero chance of NOT passing the citizenship civics test, old habits kick in hard… an hour passed of cramming historical facts and figures, 1776, 1787, 435 Representatives, 9 Justices, stages of a pocket veto, difference between rights and freedoms, etc. etc. etc. I highly doubt all my American citizen peers have the full scope of this civics knowledge down pat, but standards have to be set somewhere, right?

I can’t wait to take the English portion of the exam, to see if I can read some English text out loud

On a positive note, the staff was very courteous, the whole naturalization process is being expedited much faster than I would have anticipated (INS not so overloaded perhaps?) and the little asian boy across the aisle from me was making adorable faces.

The end of the putting lot…2 Sundays ago.  Got in 2 more games with the gang before it was disassembled.  Great job Dave, Justin, Hannah, Laura and Jeff!  Fun times.

UPDATE: It’s just been confirmed that Shyne IS being deported back to Belize (his hometown) on Friday, October 7.  Though Shyne is finally being released after serving 8 years, the former Bad Boy recording artist will not set foot on U.S. soil…

It looks like Shyne’s homecoming is on hold for the moment.

The former Bad Boy rapper (born Jamal Barrow) was scheduled to be released from prison Tuesday (October 6) after serving more than nine years of a 10-year sentence in connection with the 2001 Club New York shooting involving Diddy and Jennifer Lopez.

But his release is now under review, as representatives for the rapper revealed to MTV News that the Brooklyn MC is being detained by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement at an unspecified facility in Western New York State. Officials are determining whether or not to deport the rapper, who was born in Belize, a rep explained.

“Shyne is currently in federal custody while his future immigration status is determined,” the rep said in a message to MTV News. Shyne attorney Oscar Michelen emphasized to MTV News on Tuesday afternoon that Shyne has not been released, contrary to media reports.

In August, a lawyer for Shyne said the rapper was “90 percent of the way home” after a judge ruled on his post-release supervision. The rapper received two and a half years of post-release supervision (probation, essentially) stemming from his conviction on first-degree assault and a host of other lesser charges. At the time of his sentencing, an official with the Department of Correction confirmed to MTV News that Shyne would have to complete at least eight years and seven months of his prison sentence.

For years, though, Shyne’s release date has been the subject of much confusion. Michelen acknowledged the subject had become urban legend, as the rumors started yearly that his client would be released. Michelen told MTV News in August that he believed a clerical error led to the incorrect assumptions.

“I think [the basis for the rumor] was created by a computer,” he explained, “because the Department of Corrections has a Web site where you can do an inmate lookup. And if you have the information, it will show you that [Shyne's] earlier release date was originally April [of this year] and then June. And we don’t now how that was in there. But it showed that. And then what would happen is before a release date, [an inmate] would get produced before a parole board, and in the institution, there would be rumors that [Shyne] was up for parole. I guess inmates or guards would spread the rumor.”

At press time, the status of Shyne’s release from prison remained unclear.

Each day is a chance to invest in life; a chance to renew yourself. To shed yesterdays skin.

To unburden yourself. To get rid of yesterdays hurt. Be glad of life each day as it gives you a chance to work, love and play; to look at the sun. And then when the sun sets, don´t cry – the tears will make you miss the beauty of the stars.

Life moves on and if you don´t stop and look at the wonders already present in your life, you will miss life altogether.

Think of big thoughts but relish the small joys life offers you each day. Maybe it´s as simple as smiling at someone. For that could be the last day of life – for you or for her.

A small genuine act from you will cost you nothing but it could mean everything to somebody that day. Life is a succession of moments. Live each moment. Life has no romance without risk. Any action carries some amount of risk, may be less or more, but the element of risk is always present.

If there is no wind, row. Make things happen rather than let things happen. One can give nothing whatsoever without giving oneself, risking oneself. The most important thing in life is not what you get but what you give.

Once a preacher called at the home of a very poor family. When he came out, he found one son admiring his new car, so the preacher explained that he had received it as a gift from his brother.

Most lads would say,” I wish I had a brother like that.”? But this one said, “Mister, I wish I could be a brother like that.”?

Make the most of life. Earn all that you can, save all that you can, and give all that you can. Although greed comes from the desire to obtain something, it is not satisfied by obtaining. The true antidote of greed is contentment. Take yourself less seriously.

Conquer the mind and – you conquer the world. Looking back strains your neck muscles. Similarly, living in the past strains your life. Don´t dwell on the past, have faith in yourself and you will have faith in others. Fulfil your destiny. Remember, no one can make you unhappy without your consent.

The way you cope with life, is what makes the difference. Even peace of mind is not the absence of conflict but the ability to cope with it. You have to reach out to other people. That will teach you to forgive people and also forgive yourself.

Forgiveness means letting go of the past. Compassion is about stepping outside yourself. A kind compassionate act is often it´s own reward. Live your life without complaining, just like the tree.

We cannot stop suffering in the world. But we can stop it in our mind, provided you know your mind, which is the source of negative thoughts. Only you can doctor your mind.

Your happiness is dependent on consistency. When you experience inconsistency you experience disappointments, resentments and self-pity, guilt and grief.

Learn to be free, learn to be joyous. Learn to let go if someone passes away, learn to forgive yourself and others. Once you are free, the fear of death will trouble you no longer.

Today my husband became a U.S. citizen. Along with 1,144 other immigrants from 94 countries, Afghanistan to Uzbekistan. The San Francisco Masonic Center auditorium must have been the most diverse place on the planet for those two hours we shared. While cheesy videos played and voter registration was explained in four languages, families from all over the world stirred in the upper balcony. Babies screamed and cameras flashed as the loved ones on the lower level took an oath to renounce allegiance to their home countries and swore to support and defend this one.  We all cheered at never having to stand in line at the INS again, at being able to vote and travel with a U.S. passport, at not having to prove we belong here with proper documentation. From now on, simply saying “I am a U.S. citizen” will be enough.

I’ve never been overly patriotic, but since I seem to have a thing for men not from around these parts, I don’t take citizenship lightly. Also having traveled a good deal, I know how unique America is in its openness and acceptance of others and I value the variety these cultures bring to the American experience. I can walk down my street and have a burrito, pad thai, bruschetta or unagi. If I lived in Italy or China, it would be Italian or Chinese every night. Beyond food, the benefits of this blending of cultures has affected my life in beautiful ways. My son will be raised in a city where people are people no matter where they’re from. We are all in this together and no one will look at him sideways for being mixed.

Yes, this country has major issues and an ugly history in which the only way my husband would’ve been allowed here was as slave labor to build the railroads. And it wasn’t that long ago we couldn’t have been legally married.
