A fost unul dintre cele mai tari trackere de e-learning peste care am dat, singura lui problemă fiind căderile de lungă durată uneori (cum a fost ultima, de vreo 3-4 luni parcă). Oricum, recomand sincer. Găseşti cam tot ce te interesează: normative, cărţi tehnice, hărţi pentru profani care nimeresc într-un oraş nou, hărţi mai avansate pentru diverse proiecte de carto, tutoriale despre cam tot ce îţi imaginezi etc.

În altă ordine de idei, ştiu că Iplay nu mai e ce-a fost, dar totuşi am 3 invitaţii cu care nu am ce face. Dacă sunteţi doritori de aşa ceva, aştept semn.

Coração Independente foi o nome escolhido para a colectânea editada agora, por ocasião dos 10 anos passados sobre a morte da fadista Amália Rodrigues, numa edição da responsabilidade de David Ferreira,  e com o selo da Iplay, numa edição exclusiva da FNAC.

Ao todo são 35 temas, escolhidos entre os fados mais conhecidos e menos conhecidos da artista, e cinco temas cantados em língua estrangeira, todos eles restaurados a partir do original, remasterizados e alinhados cuidadosamente em dois cds.

Os álbuns são acompanhados por um booklet em português, inglês, espanhol e francês, que explica a escolha dos temas e o seu alinhamento, da autoria de David Ferreira e José Manuel dos Santos, que fala aqui sobre a sua relação com a artista.

O álbum inclui os temas “Gaivota”, “Fado Português”, “Maria Lisboa”, “Ai Mouraria”, “Barco Negro (mono)”,” Aie, Mourir Pour Toi”, “Foi Deus”, “Uma Casa Portuguesa”, ” Amália”, “Povo Que Lavas No Rio”, “Estranha Forma De Vida”, “É Ou Não É?”, “Fado Malhoa”, “The Nearness Of You”, “Canzone Per Te”, entre outros.

O álbum está já à venda, na mesma altura em que a exposição “Amália Coração Independente” está patente ao público no Museu Colecção Berardo – CCB e no Museu da Electricidade – Central Tejo, ambos em Belém, até Janeiro de 2010, com entrada gratuita.

We just got a game where each player sits on their seven eggs…literally you sit on the egg cards.  Each player takes a turn rolling the dice–to see which kind of chick has been hatched…yellow, white or red.  Each player then removed a piece from under them and if it matches they place the egg on their nest in front of them.  One of my problems is tha the red chick really isn’t too red…but we’re all sitting here wondering if we really want to be sitting on eggs?

Yesterday, I mentioned why I think the Apple iPlay makes sense. Today I’m going to discuss a couple of barriers to its potential launch.

In order to successfully launch a console Apple would need to have a number of AAA launch titles. While I’m sure they would have no problems getting a company like EA on board, getting other developers as well as exclusive launch titles may be a challenge. This led to the downfall of Apple’s original console, the Pippin. Apple also has a family-friendly image which may be a barrier to having good first person shooters when the console launches. Considering the core demographic that would purchase an iPlay would potentially be 18-30 year olds this could pose a problem. However, I don’t see it being one because companies like Nintendo who also have a family friendly image have games out for the Wii such as Red Steel. Apple is a brilliant company when it comes to market and I don’t think these two factors are going to stop them from launching a console.

Apple has said numerous times that it wants the iPhone and iPod Touch to be gaming devices (their iPod Touch commercials are mostly filled with games). So why not a console?

Their recent hirelings include ATI graphics CTOs and an Xbox Exec. This to me screams console. Add to that yesterday’s rumor of an EA acquisition and things are certainly heating up on the iPlay front. Apple is a completely different company than when their ill-fated Pippin came out. They have gobs of money and it was sales of the iPod Touch that help them significantly in this last fiscal year. If Apple really wants to penetrate living rooms, this is the way to do it. The iPlay could be a beefed up version of the Apple TV with gaming abilities. I am willing to bet that sales of movies and TV shows would increase from the iTunes store as well.

Of course Nintendo has proven that a system like the Wii works and given apples quest to be innovative, I’m sure we’d see something similar the difference is, the iPlay would be souped up like an Xbox 360 and have full high definition capabilities.

If Microsoft entered this market, why can’t Apple?

While I hesitate to bring this up because I don’t think there is any weight to this rumor, I will anyway.  A few sites on the Internet have recently speculated that Apple’s iPlay will be a portable handheld gaming device and not a console.  While it may be true that Apple is trying to enter into the handheld gaming market, they already have two devices which are doing quite well considering their age.  Of course, the devices are referring to are the iPhone and iPod Touch.  Apple has already touted these two devices as gaming platforms.  For Apple to create yet another device to compete with its already highly successful iPhone and iPod Touch, as a gaming device is simply ludicrous in my humble opinion.

Game ini gabungan shooter, tower defense, dan tambahan elemen RPG disana sini. Gameplay-nya unik, alur permainan cepat.
Tapi saya belum biasa dengan gerakan pesawat pemain, yang orientasinya mengikuti satu titik crosshair pemain. Saya pribadi lebih terbiasa dengan kontrol pesawat seperti pada Geometry Wars : Galaxy.

Overall : 8/10

Saya baru coba game ini dua setengah jam yang lalu dan baru bisa berhenti untuk menulis post ini…

Pendapat saya tentang game Suikoden Tierkreis sudah bisa dilihat di bagian paling atas post… :p Ini adalah salah satu serial favorit saya walau saya hanya memainkan dua game pertama saja. Ya, saya cuma memainkan yang untuk Playstation, dan tidak pernah main yang III, IV, V, atau Gaiden yang manapun. T_T poor me… At least I have DS…

ok, mulai darimana ya?

Game ini berlatar belakang di dunia yang paralel dengan suikoden yang kita tahu selama ini. Dan kita bisa menjelajahi berbagai dunia untuk mengumpulkan 108 heroes demi mengalahkan The One King.

Graphics : 8/10
Tampilan in-game cukup baik, kita memainkan karakter-karakter chibi di layar bawah, 3D tentunya. Dan cut scene sangat anime-ish, mungkin seperti Tales of *.

Story : 9/10
Nah ini… Dua jam pertama bermain dan saya tidak sedikitpun merasa bosan,, selalu penasaran dengan apa yang akan terjadi selanjutnya. It’s the best aspect of the game I think.

Sound : 7/10
The english dub is not bad, except in the cut scenes… -_- Dan mereka ngomong lumayan cepat, ga tau kenapa, ngehemat ukuran file kali :p

Game mechanic : 8/10
Classic. classy and fantastic. ok mungkin saya sedikit berlebihan, tapi turn based RPG seperti ini semakin jarang saya temui. still have those runes and coop attack, brings back memories huh?
oh ya, disini ada sistem mission gitu, kayak FFT gitu. But hey, it works for me. :p (Trivia : Tierkreis means zodiac in German,, FFT again? Who knows…)

Overall : 10/10

雪里蕻或者是芥菜，芥菜一年四季都能买到，菜帮子多，腌出来的酸菜脆脆的，更好吃。买回来的菜先洗干净，然后沥干水分，放在阳台上晒晒，晒蔫了，菜帮子的都软软的了就好；第2步，准备盐水，凉白开水加上盐，盐可多可少，但是比炒菜的盐要多，调出来的盐水感觉很咸就可以了，如果太咸，腌出来的菜就不会太酸；最后就是把晒好的菜用盐水装进一个能密封容器泡起来，放在阴凉处，就好了。 大约一个星期左右，等菜腌成金黄色就好了。

   
   用雪里蕻还可以这样：雪里蕻洗洗干净，用开水稍微焯一下，然后连焯菜的水一起倒进一个无油的干净的容器里，菜和水一起晾凉，用焯菜的水直接泡着雪里蕻，用盖子盖上，不用密封也是可以的；不用添加其它的任何东西，等到第三天，雪里蕻就变成好看的黄色，但是不会太酸，泡的时间越长菜越酸。

Sandy and GMC Administrator Chronic had only just finished announcing the release of a Firefox 3.0 compatible Instant Play plug-in when the Mozilla team decided to update its browser yesterday to version 3.0.1. For users still using version 3.0, they will be constantly reminded (in the form of a corner pop-up message) that they should upgrade to 3.0.1. Pretty soon most users will be up to date, and will be without a working Instant Play plug-in yet again.

The plug-in in its current state was not designed to install on future browser versions. It’s very unfortunate that just hours after YoYo Games took time to release the plug-in, it had already become obsolete. For users looking for temporary/work-around solutions, see below. At this time, there is no statement from YoYo Games to indicate if an when a new version of the plug-in will be available.

Chronic used this method to override compatibility of the plug-in:

Download the addon (YoYo.xpi, right click, save as.)
Rename from YoYo.xpi to YoYo.zip
Unzip to a new folder
Open Install.rdf in Wordpad
Find this line: em:maxVersion=”3.0.*.*” />
Change it to: em:maxVersion=”3.*” />

Once you’re done with that close and save the file and rezip all of the files in the folder and rename it to YoYo.xpi then drag it in to a firefox window to install it (uninstall the previous version first).

Now, I’m not sure that this will 100% fix the issue, but its working for me. So do this only if you must, otherwise wait for an official solution.

For users with the nightly tester tools add-on, you shouldn’t have to make any modifications, a simple press of the ‘override compatibility’ button should do the trick.

YoYo Games just announced the final release of the Firefox 3 Instant Play add-on that many users have being eagerly anticipating for the past few weeks. It is expected to be available for download tomorrow (July 15th) at around lunch time – GMT.

Although not indicated by the staff, this sudden news on the plug-in is likely the result of recent criticisms that started over an open letter to the Yo Yo Games staff that appeared on Connor Wilkins’ blog yesterday. One of the points brought up in the letter was a distinct lack of progress updates on the Firefox 3 compatible Instant Play plug-in. Until now, Firefox 3 users have been unable to play or download games from the YoYo Games website. This problem has also deterred new visitors from the site who are also unfortunate to be using the browser.

The GMC forum also got an update today. The forum now supports RSS feeds of the five most recent topics in the Announcements and Examples/Tutorials forums.

Also regarding the GMC – anyone who is using the GMC Extension (karma) plug-in, we are currently testing the skinning feature that enables users to choose their own theme/look for the forum. This feature should be available to the public sometime in the near future.

In the interest of conserving time and title space, iPlay will now refer to the official YoYo Games Instant Play plugin in any future articles.

For anyone who uses Firefox 3, it’s quite obvious that iPlay does not share your enthusiasm for browser upgrades. When you visit the YoYo Games site, you’ll have no choice to download games, and instead will be prompted to “Play Now”, a feature incompatible with the world-record breaking Mozilla software.

Although the YoYo games team is taking their time to fix the problem, there are now several users have discovered work-arounds. One of Scorptek’s very own programmers, ari_aaron, modified the YoYo Games .xpi plug-in installer to make it fully compatible with version 3 of Firefox. Unfortunately, after contacting YoYo Games with ‘high priority’ to demonstrate the easy fix, the YoYo Games staff neglected to respond to our support ticket and seemed to have ignored it altogether.

Also to our dismay, the YoYo Games website ‘Terms of Service’ strictly prohibits us from distributing the modified plug-in to others .

So the next best thing we can do is recommend an alternative work-around which keeps your browser safe and secure (un-like the common about:config ‘hack’ which could potentially put your web browser at risk).

1) Download the Nightly Tester Tools add-on for Firefox
2) Upon reboot (of Firefox), install the YoYo Games plug-in and click Force Install

I thought I would also take time to mention Caniac’s continuing efforts to send in news tips (so if you want to win this month’s prize I suggest you get cracking). Caniac wanted to let our readers know there are some new developments to G-Flash, an oldie project long assumed dead until now.

According to Caniac, about 20 new functions have been added to the Game Maker to Flash converter, and the project now has four new members on the team. It is hopeful that with some help, the project can be brought back to life again.
