3 Trillion Dollars down the Drain!

Though brilliant in its simplicity and the ability to convey the scope and scale of this ongoing disaster, the presentation understates the long-term cos ts of this latest war.

In addition, it provides no means to identify the parties that brought us to this perilous point. It was Deputy Defense Secretary Paul Wolfowitz who in Congressional testimony assured us Americans that the war in Iraq would cost no more than $50 billion, that it would be quickly over, that we would be welcomed, and that the costs would be recovered from the sale proceeds of Iraqi oil. As with the intelligence fixed around this same goal, none of what Wolfowitz said was true.

For perspective, consider that the total securitized federal debt was $900 billion in 1980 when a “fiscally conservative” administration came to power (Reagan-Bush I). When they left 12 years later, the debt was $4200 billion. Though the accumulation of debt slowed slightly under Clinton, the total eight years later (in 2000) was $5600 billion. It now exceeds $12,000 billion.

Within a decade, the ANNUAL interest payments–including the interest on funds borrowed to wage wars in Iraq, Afghanistan (and Iran and Pakistan?) will exceed $700 billion. And that’s before the cost of the next “surge” or the one after that.

Chapter Six chronicles the financial HOW of the warfare now being waged on the U.S. by an enemy within.

This sophisticated treason runs deep; its core is found in a shared mindset that took decades to imbed in the national psyche. From the perspective of mental manipulation, there’s little difference between displacing facts with beliefs in Iraqi WMD, ties to Al Qaeda, etc. and the imbedding in the national mindset of “consensus” beliefs that induced us to put our faith in the infallibility of unfettered financial markets.

Both are frauds. Both induced a targeted population to freely embrace forces that systematically imperiled their freedom. Both required lengthy pre-staging and sophisticated orchestration. Is it possible that both mega-frauds trace to a common source?

Here’s a clue: What financially sophisticated subculture within an elite subculture within an extremist subculture granted nation-state status has a multi-century history of inducing targeted nations to incur debt in order to advance a nontransparent geopolitical agenda?

Hint: this is not the first time that a nation has been induced to economic ruin by those who profit on the machinations of international debt.

Who — precisely who — benefits from the “special relationship” that the U.S. has with Jewish nationalists (aka “Israel”)?

What — precisely what — is the benefit to U.S. interests from this entangled alliance with militant Judaism?

If the ongoing conduct chronicled in these analysis is not treason, what — precisely what — is?

An accurate accounting would include the opportunity cost savings. But for this special relationship, what would have been the costs in blood and treasure? But for this entangled alliance, what would be the condition of U.S. national security? But for the duplicity of those profiled in these commentaries, what would be the prospects for peace in the Middle East?

But for the U.S. recognizing an enclave of extremists as a legitimate nation state in 1948, what would have been the condition of international affairs in the post-WWII era? But for this “state,” would the end of the Cold War have segued seamlessly into a Global War on Terrorism? But for the expansionist agenda pursued by those the Joint Chiefs of Staff portrayed six decades ago as “fanatics,” would the U.S. have become the target of terrorists?

How much longer can the global community afford to tolerate the behavior of Jewish religious extremists in the heart of the predominantly Muslim Middle East? At what point does the international community coalesce—in the interests of peace—to disarm nuclear-armed fanatics posing as a legitimate nation-state?

But for the behavior of these fanatics, would the Middle East now be faced with a nuclear arms race?

Would the world now be faced with this threat if John F. Kennedy had succeeded in 1963 in forcing international inspections of Israel’s Dimona reactor? Would the U.S. have this entangled alliance with an extremist enclave Israel if Attorney General Robert Kennedy and Senator William Fulbright had succeeded in 1962-63 in forcing the Israel lobby to register its activities in the U.S. as what it is: a foreign agent?

The “but for” costs are clearly in the trillions of dollars. I will leave it to others to calculate the human costs of this ill-advised and increasingly perilous relationship. At the very least, it cost the U.S. the goodwill it amassed during WWII. As the U.S. sinks steadily deeper into debt, it appears that this relationship cost us not only our credibility but also our credit standing.

To put some historical perspective on this loss of standing, keep in mind that the U.S. was home to half the world’s productive capacity in the post-WWII era, assuring that our bonds would be “gilt-edged” for decades.

Former Top CIA Official On “Faulty” Intelligence Claims

(CBS) When no weapons of mass destruction surfaced in Iraq, President Bush insisted that all those WMD claims before the war were the result of faulty intelligence. But a former top CIA official, Tyler Drumheller — a 26-year veteran of the agency — has decided to do something CIA officials at his level almost never do: Speak out.

He tells correspondent Ed Bradley the real failure was not in the intelligence community but in the White House. He says he saw how the Bush administration, time and again, welcomed intelligence that fit the president’s determination to go to war and turned a blind eye to intelligence that did not.

"It just sticks in my craw every time I hear them say it’s an intelligence failure. It’s an intelligence failure. This was a policy failure," Drumheller tells Bradley.

Drumheller was the CIA’s top man in Europe, the head of covert operations there, until he retired a year ago. He says he saw firsthand how the White House promoted intelligence it liked and ignored intelligence it didn’t:
"The idea of going after Iraq was U.S. policy. It was going to happen one way or the other," says Drumheller. …

The Bush administration’s rush to war against Iraq was justified largely by the danger that Iraq’s weapons of mass destruction supposedly posed to the United States and to U.S. allies. In his January 28, 2003, state of the Union address, Bush denounced Saddam as “the dictator who is assembling the world’s most dangerous weapons” and listed vast quantities of biological and chemical weapons that few independent experts believed Saddam possessed. Bush concluded, “A future lived at the mercy of terrible threats is no peace at all.” In his March 17 “ultimatum address,” after listing Saddam’s alleged WMDs, Bush declaimed, “And this very fact underscores the reason we cannot live under the threat of blackmail.”

In that same speech, Bush declared that

the Iraq regime continues to possess and conceal some of the most lethal weapons ever devised…. Under [UN] Resolutions 678 and 687 — both still in effect — the United States and our allies are authorized to use force in ridding Iraq of weapons of mass destruction.

Bush warned,

In one year, or five years, the power of Iraq to inflict harm on all free nations would be multiplied many times over.

But there was no evidence that the Iraq “threat” had increased in recent years and no reason to expect it to “multiply many times over” in the following 12 months — especially since UN weapons inspectors were busily ferreting in Iraq at that moment. …

U.S. not interested in Iraqi Oil, Rumsfeld Tells Arab World By Kathleen T. Rhem

WASHINGTON, Feb. 26, 2003 – Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld dismissed as "utter nonsense" the notion that the United States is after Iraqi oil.

"The only idea we have for the region is that it not be producing weapons of mass destruction and it not be invading its neighbors and that it be peaceful," Rumsfeld said. He added that the United States also wants to see an Iraq where the citizens can "figure out how they want to run their country free of a dictator like Saddam Hussein."

Rumsfeld’s comments came during an interview with the Arab TV network Al Jazeera. The Defense Department is increasingly trying to get its message to people outside the United States.

During an interview this morning, Rumsfeld’s assistant secretary for public affairs, Victoria Clarke, noted it’s important not to ignore media outlets such as Al Jazeera, because the Qatar-based network reaches upward of 30 million people a day in a region that often misunderstands U.S. intentions.

"That’s a pretty significant outlet," she said. Besides the strategic value, Clarke opined, "It’s the right thing to do." …

Halliburton and Cheney in middle of Iraq Oil Money Controversy by Christopher Bollyn

The US Army Corps of Engineers had described the contract given to Halliburton as putting out fires at oil wells during the conflict.

However, there seems to be a lot more going on between Halliburton and Dick Cheney.

alliburton, a Texas-based oil service company formerly headed by Vice President Dick Cheney, is the leading profiteer from the Iraq war with military and oil service contracts potentially worth $18 billion.

One Texas-based oil service company is at the center of the controversy surrounding the misuse of Iraqi oil funds by the Coalition Provisional Authority (CPA).  That company, Halliburton, and its subsidiary Kellogg, Brown & Root (KBR), hold contracts in Iraq worth a potential $18 billion.

How Halliburton won these lucrative contracts and its role in failing to prevent the loss of millions of dollars of Iraqi oil during the U.S.-led occupation are questions now being raised by the release of the initial audit of the Development Fund for Iraq (DFI).

The initial audit of the DFI, which covers the period from May 22 to December 31, 2003, was conducted by KPMG Audit & Risk Advisory Services in Manama in the Persian Gulf nation of Bahrain.

The audit was signed on June 29 – one day after Lewis Paul Bremer, the American proconsul, turned over limited sovereignty to a U.S.-appointed Iraqi government. …

Actually, the Secretary of Defense, Donald Rumsfeld, said the the U.S. was not interested in Iraqs oil. He did not say that Halliburton had the same non-interest.

The UK public inquiry into the Iraq war, which has just begun, follows a series of investigations by the US into the 2003 invasion.

n September 2006 the US Senate Intelligence Committee published one of the definitive public accounts of the intelligence used to justify the Iraq war.

Its 400-page report, three years in the making, laid bare the justifications for the invasion – and found little or no evidence to back a raft of claims made by the US intelligence community concerning Saddam Hussein’s weapons of mass destruction [WMD].

The report came just weeks before George Bush’s Republicans were trounced in mid-term elections dominated by the issue of the war.

Days after the defeat, then Defence Secretary Donald Rumsfeld, one of the war’s chief architects, quit the government.

Those weeks may have been a significant moment in the reckoning of the Iraq war in the US, but the intelligence committee’s report was just one of a number of inquisitions into all aspects of the conflict that have been going on since the 2003 invasion.

Dead wrong’

Eighteen months before the Senate report, the Silberman-Robb commission – set up by President Bush in early 2004 – had reported in no uncertain terms that US intelligence had been "dead wrong" in judging that Iraq had been developing WMD before the invasion. …

The American report seems to be saying the Bush administration was given bad intelligence. America’s neocons, prone to making massive mistakes, have never admitted to a one. Nary a one. And so, the world awaits the report of the British. That report has promised not to whitewash the reason, from its perspective,  of why  the Iraqi war started.

Iraq inquiry told of ‘clear’ threat from Saddam Hussein

The UK government "distanced itself" from talk of removing Saddam Hussein in early 2001 despite concerns about his threat, the Iraq inquiry has been told.

Sir Peter Ricketts, a top intelligence official at the time, said it was assumed it was not "our policy" despite growing talk in the US about the move.

On the first day of public hearings, four senior diplomats and advisers gave evidence on the war’s origins.

The inquiry chairman has said he hopes to conclude his report in late 2010.

Relatives of some of the 179 UK service personnel killed in Iraq gathered outside the venue in central London where the hearings are being held, as did a number of anti-war protesters.

The long-awaited investigation into the UK’s involvement in the run-up to the Iraq invasion, the war itself and its aftermath, is expected to last for more than a year.

Former Prime Minister Tony Blair will be among the future witnesses. …

Will the world ever know the truth about the start of the Iraq war. One would guess that the truth must be incriminating otherwise it would not be so hard to extract. But the whole system suffers when justice is not fairly dispensed. And Iraqi war justice has not been dispensed at all.

In unconventional warfare, manipulated beliefs are used to displace inconvenient facts. When waging war by way of deception, false beliefs are an oft-deployed weapon.

Recall Iraqi weapons of mass destruction? Iraqi ties to Al Qaeda? Iraqi mobile biological weapons laboratories? Iraqi meetings in Prague with Al Qaeda? Iraqi purchases of yellowcake uranium from Niger?

All these claims were reported as true. All were later proven false or, worse, fabricated. Yet all were widely believed. Only the yellowcake uranium was conceded as bogus before the invasion of Iraq. As the U.S. crafted its response to the provocation of a mass murder on U.S. soil, those widely shared beliefs shaped a consensus to wage war on a nation that had no hand in it.

A similar deception—traceable to the same source—is now working to expand this war to Iran. Based on fast-emerging events, the next conflict could include Pakistan.

The modern battlefield has shifted. Ground warfare is now secondary. Likewise air strikes, combat troops, naval support and even covert operations. Those physical operations are all downstream of information operations. Manipulated beliefs come first. Psyops precede bombs and bullets. Hardware ranks a distant third.

First and foremost are the consensus shapers and thought manipulators who target perceptions and opinions until a critical mass of agreement is reached. Then comes war. Those skilled at such duplicity induced coalition troops to war in Iraq. Knowledge was their target. Manipulate thought and all else was downstream.

Unconventional warfare is waged “upstream” with the assistance of those with the means, motive and opportunity to massage consensus opinion. Where are modern-day battles fought? Not on the ground nor in the air nor on the seas.

The mindset is the primary theater of operations. The first battlefield is the public’s shared field of consciousness. The death and destruction come later.

Deceit is not new to warfare. What’s new is the reach of the technologies—including modern media technologies—that now enable deception on a global scale

Military action remains subordinate to politics. Politics, in turn, are subordinate to those skilled at inducing consensus beliefs. Regardless whether command is civilian or military, decision-making is no better than the information on which decisions depend. That’s why the Israel lobby has long targeted U.S. lawmakers as a strategic force-multiplier by the Israel lobby. With lawmaking dependent on information, those skilled at the manipulation of knowledge can operate atop the chain of command. As a system of law reliant on informed choice, democracy can be dislodged in plain sight by those skilled at inducing a shared mindset—a consensus—by manipulating thought, belief and emotion.

Thus the strategic motivation for media dominance by the Masters of Deceit in the U.S., Canada, Australia, the U.K., Germany, India and other key nations that comprise the “coalition of the willing” induced to invade Iraq. Overlay media ownership with member states of this coalition and a common undisclosed bias becomes apparent.

When coordinated across four key areas, such “Information Operations” can displace informed decision-making with an undisclosed agenda. In retrospect, that systemic duplicity explains how the U.S. was deceived to lead this coalition to war in the Middle East. Here’s a brief look at each area: geopolitical, strategic, operational and tactical.

Duplicity in Plain Sight

The geopolitical realm is where the “framing” of future conflicts often first emerges. The Clash of Civilizations appeared in 1993 as an article in Foreign Affairs. When this premise was published as a book in 1996, more than 100 non-governmental organizations were prepared to promote its thematic conflict-of-opposites.

That agreed-to consensus facilitated the seamless transition from the Cold War to a perpetual Global War on Terrorism. Thus the fate of the post-Cold War “peace dividend.”

This widely shared mindset emerged just as A Clean Break appeared in print with its proposal for removing Saddam Hussein as part of a Colonial Zionist strategy for “securing the realm”—an expanded Greater Israel. Richard Perle, then a member of the U.S. Defense Policy Board, led the All-Ashkenazi team who prepared that 1996 report for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

In 2001, Perle became chairman of the Pentagon’s policy board. Strategically, that’s a good example of working “upstream” to frame U.S national security issues around a preset agenda—for a foreign nation. Perle left the Board in February 2004 after 17 years of wielding insider influence. When your numbers are small but your ambitions large, what choice do you have but to wage war by way of deception?

Strategically, to evoke a new global war required a plausible Evil Doer linked to a credible provocation. The branding of the Taliban did not emerge in the “field” until March 2001 with their destruction of the ancient Buddhas at Bamiyan. Widely portrayed in mainstream media as a “cultural Holocaust,” that high-profile deed put Afghanistan’s previously obscure Taliban on a global Top-Ten list as certifiably evil.

The missing piece in marketing The Clash premise: the mass murder of September 11, 2001. Strongly provoked emotions, as with 9-11, facilitate the displacement of facts with what a targeted mindset can be induced to believe. That process was enhanced by the presence of a pre-staged Evil Doer and pre-staged intelligence that was flawed, false or outright fixed—but nevertheless widely reported as fact by mainstream media.

The capacity to succeed with such an operation is enhanced by the combined presence of: (a) evocation (images of religious extremism), (b) provocation (a mass murder), (c) association (a Doer of Evil), and (d) manipulation—as mainstream media parroted phony intelligence with virtually no investigative journalism.

This psyops campaign was facilitated by plausibly credible political leaders who dutifully read their lines from fear-evoking scripts written by this same insider network of agenda-shapers. That emotional manipulation included not only the “Axis of Evil” framing but also a widely broadcast WMD sound bite: “We don’t want the smoking gun to be a mushroom cloud.”

Mainstream media even reported as credible false accounts of “high-level links” between the secular Iraqi government and the religious fundamentalists of Al Qaeda. Yet anyone familiar with the region knew they despised each other. Truth was not the point. Nor facts. Informed consent was only an obstacle to overcome.

Deception on such a scale required a capacity to sustain a veneer of plausibility and credibility – i.e., believability. Thus the critical role played by mainstream media.

The Power of Association

When waging war on the public’s shared mindset, the power of association is one of the most effective weapons. Thus the potent imagery of the peaceful Buddhas at Bamiyan when associated with destruction, violence and religious extremism.

Thus the ease with which evil doing Al Qaeda extremists were associated in the American mindset with the Taliban – and the evil of 9-11 with known Evil Doer Saddam Hussein even though the intelligence was proven false.

Thus too the associative impact of Secretary of State Colin Powell’s February 2003 testimony before the U.N. Security Council. His credibility as a globally recognizable military leader (the Powell “brand”) was deployed—as a weapon—to lend the appearance of truth to lies about Iraq’s possession of mobile biological weapons.

Akin to showcasing the celebrity endorsement of a consumer product, this testimonial by a trusted military leader was broadcast worldwide in the lead-up to war. Powell was not the only “mark” in this operation. So were the U.N., the U.S. military and a global public. Both aggressor and aggrieved became casualties of this duplicitous “field-based” warfare. Meanwhile the source of this deception once again faded into the background.

Operationally, by the time the U.S. was induced to invade Iraq, 100-plus Israeli Mossad agents had been operating in Mosul for more than a decade. Soon after the invasion, several moderate clerics were murdered. Their elimination enhanced the capacity to provoke a conflict-of-opposites between long-warring Shias and Sunnis.

That conflict-within-a-conflict helped catalyze an insurgency that converted a clash into a quagmire. That result was mathematically model-able by an Israeli cadre of game theory war-planners. As Information Operations proceed at the geopolitical, strategic and operational level, tactical deceit and misdirection provide essential support akin to reserve forces deployed on an as-needed basis. Serial provocations are required to sustain the serial conflicts essential to maintain the faux plausibility of the mega-theme: The Clash.

The recurring use of crises to catalyze and maintain instability should be of immediate concern to Islamabad. A long-standing Indo-Israel alliance may well be coordinating the frequency of violent incidents that continue to strain relationships between nuclear-armed Pakistan and its neighbor Iran.

Reflecting similar tactics, the most recent Israeli assault on Gaza was scheduled between Christmas 2008 and the January 2009 inauguration of a new U.S. commander-in-chief elected on a platform of hope and a promise of change. The timing of that murderous incursion minimized the capacity to criticize. President-elect Obama said nothing.

Meanwhile this serial agent provocateur set the stage with that assault for another delayed reaction from those brutalized by six decades of occupation. And from those in the broader Muslim community outraged at the U.S. for enabling this behavior.

When that reaction emerges—as it will—Tel Aviv will again assert the moral high ground as a perennial victim living in a hostile anti-Semitic neighborhood. By deploying U.S. weaponry, Israeli aggression will again make Americans appear guilty by association—endangering the U.S. while enhancing the plausibility of the narrative: The Clash of Civilizations.

The uncomfortable truth is that the U.S. is guilty—for continuing to condone this treachery—to its own detriment. Meanwhile the only change is in the presidency with no substantive change in U.S.-Israeli policies. And no hope for those most affected by this duplicity—including both the U.S. military and those it was induced to target.

As critics of Israeli policy in Gaza emerged in academia, the Anti-Defamation League and its international network mounted an intimidation campaign to silence a professor at the University of California at Santa Barbara. By advertising that campaign widely, the ADL silenced thoughtful academics worldwide. By Way of Deception

To succeed, Information Operations require both deceit and denial of access to the facts required for informed consent. How else can anyone explain the enduring perception that Israel is a democracy? Even now, a majority of Americans believe that Israel is an ally despite more than six decades of nonstop deceit, spying, treachery and ongoing treason.

Any observer of recent events in Pakistan should be concerned at the duplicitous history of those who have an “existential” stake in sustaining The Clash storyline. With any semblance of stability, an investigation will confirm that the intelligence fixed to induce the U.S. to war originated with a transnational network of pro-Israeli operatives.

Democracy assumes that all of us collectively are smarter than any of us individually. Thus the need for an educated electorate informed by an unbiased media providing the facts required to reason together.

Thus too the strategic need to dominate mainstream media by those with an undisclosed bias who are skilled at waging war by way of deception. We now see portrayed in that opinion-shaping domain a world turned inside out where the victim is cast as aggressor and the predator as prey.

The facts in the recent Goldstone Report confirm a need to investigate dozens of Israeli war crimes in Gaza as well as crimes against humanity. Instead of following the facts wherever they lead—consistent with the rule of law—on November 3^rd, the U.S. House of Representatives voted 334-36 in favor of a resolution describing the report as “irredeemably biased” and opposing any further consideration.

That resolution was proposed by Howard Berman, Ashkenazim chairman of the Foreign Relations Committee, and Congresswoman Ileana Ros-Lehtinen, senior Republican on the panel and also Ashkenazim. Meanwhile Nita Lowey, the Ashkenazim chairwoman of the State and Foreign Operations Appropriations Subcommittee warned, by implication, that her colleagues in the Congress would jeopardize funding for their projects if “further consideration” was given to the Goldstone Report.

The House vote came one day before the U.N. General Assembly discussed the report. A day later, on November 5^th, a U.S. Army psychiatrist, a Muslim, killed 13 and wounded 29 preparing for deployment to Afghanistan. Within 24 hours, more than 250 media personnel appeared at Fort Hood, the nation’s largest military base, to report on the event.

Many of them framed the event as confirming The Clash premise and even the on-base presence of “Islamo-fascism.” Suggesting the act of a “home-grown terrorist,” Jewish-Zionist Senator Joe Lieberman, chairman of the Homeland Security Committee, called for Congressional hearings into whether the U.S. military could have prevented it.

Interviewed in Palestine, the grandfather of U.S.-born and educated psychiatrist Nidal Hasan spoke of his grandson’s love of the U.S. and said simply, “America made him what he is.” While that comment hardly excuses this conduct, that poignant statement includes a point that Americans find difficult to contemplate. Yet we also found it uncomfortable to consider that the U.S.-Israeli relationship was a key motivation behind 9-11 and other attacks on Americans and American facilities.

The Goldstone Report called for an investigation of facts suggesting criminal conduct both by Israelis and Palestinians. Written by an eminent South African Jewish jurist, Richard Goldstone’s daughter conceded that her father’s findings would have been far harsher had he not been a Zionist.

Yet even the possibility that unfavorable facts could seep into the “field” required that the Israel lobby unleash its compliant Congressional forces in a litmus test of legislative loyalty—regardless of the facts. Or, indeed, because of the facts. It’s difficult to imagine a vote more clearly indicative of how a pro-Israeli bias has corrupted the rule of law.

Other disturbing facts also posed a danger of gaining traction, including a November 5th report that the International Atomic Energy Agency found “nothing to be worried about” in Iran’s recently revealed uranium enrichment site. That fact was preemptively displaced from the “field” the day before with reports of a well-timed Israeli boarding of a ship in international waters where weapons were found that were allegedly bound for Iran-supported Hezbollah.

When waging field-based warfare, timing is everything. That’s particularly the case when, as here, a belief-manipulating adversary is faced with the greatest danger of its six decade life: facts that conflict with the narrative required to sustain The Clash storyline.

Best Story Wins

With consensus beliefs the upstream target, democracy becomes the downstream casualty. When manipulated beliefs displace facts, the rule of law degenerates into a faith-based parody of self-governance. To protect the informed consent essential to freedom requires that those waging war on the public’s shared mindset become transparent so that those complicit can be made apparent.

How old is this form or warfare? Answer: How long has behavior been manipulated with beliefs? How long has faith been deployed to displace facts? The form of warfare is ancient; only the means are modern.

Upstream warfare and strategic deceit are only “unconventional” for the target. For Jewish extremists, such duplicity is business-as-usual.

This analysis describes how warfare is waged in plain sight in the Information Age. Without the complicity of mainstream media, this deceit could not have succeeded on such a scale.

In the Information Age, duplicity is how treason can be taken to scale—in plain view and, to date, with legal impunity—both in the U.S. and in the coalition member nations whose citizens were also targeted by those chronicled in this account.

The common source of this deceit remains little known either to the American public or the people in those nations the U.S. led to war. Here in the U.S., the tattered remnants of our system of informed consent are held hostage by this media-induced duplicity—and by legislators more inclined to protect their personal interests than the national interest.

There lies the strategic role for online media free of conspiracy theories that obscure the analytical clarity required to wage this battle with confidence. What’s described here is warfare being waged on knowledge by an enemy within. Liberty faces no greater danger than those targeting its foundation of informed consent.

What has been made of the U.S. due to our “special relationship” with this extremist enclave is not the form of governance to which our civilian and military leaders swore their allegiance. With our civilian leadership compromised by the Israel lobby, to whom do U.S. military leaders owe their allegiance—to this latest in a series of corrupted presidencies or to the people whose freedom they took an oath to protect from all enemies, both foreign and domestic?

Despite appearances, it is not America that is at war in the Middle East but Americans loyal to this nation who were sent to war by a foreign government imbedded inside what remains of “our” government.

With trans-generational premeditation, Ashkenazim elites and extremists lured the U.S. into an entangled alliance in order to manipulate Americans to wage their expansionist wars and to secure their “realm.” Only as the common source of this treason became transparent could those complicit now be held accountable.

For Americans to restore the fact-based rule of law requires sustained pressure from abroad. Our true allies will hold us accountable for what we allowed these extremists to do in our name. As the how of this treason becomes transparent, we Americans will see as our true enemies those who enabled this duplicity—to our long-term detriment. The best way to befriend us is to hold us true to the values we espouse.

The first century had lapsed into the history books, and Rome’s problems had not ceased. The Judaism Jesus had given to Israel continued to flourish underground.  The Jews and the Gentiles willing to convert and become Jews by worshiping the God of Israel, who is God the Father, worshiped and increased in numbers in the Catacombs.

Rome’s problems stemmed from these early followers of Jesus, who not only believed what Jesus taught them about the commandments of God, as recorded in the Old Testament of the Jews; but they put those teachings into practice.  History and the Bible agree again, about all these issues.

The purified Jews and the converted Gentiles, purified by the teachings of Jesus, had all things in common.  No one sought the Roman ideals of personal property and privately owned things.  The Jews shared all their belongings with others.  Therefore, buying and selling was reduced to a bare minimum, which increases and decreases with each person’s need or desire to have personal belongings.

It was the Christian teaching found in Acts Chapter 2, that reduced sales, which automatically brought about the reduction of tax revenues collected; and taxes are still the only way any government gets funds with which to build the armies and keep the friends of politicians rich.  They use their armies to keep the ordinary citizens under control.

It really is quite a paradox.  The more you buy or sell, the more taxes you contribute to the government. The more tax money the government has to use, the greater their power over the people, who are responsible for giving their money to the government.  Money needed to control the people.

This is the principle that suffered during the true inception of original Christianity.  Jewish people, and converted Gentiles who became Jews, shared their minimum belongings with one another.  An idea still allowable by law, even today, is not working for pay.

You only break the law if you do not pay taxes when you buy or sell, or when you work for a salary.  The government has even passed a law that enables them to tax Bartering, which is trading something other than money for work received by someone.  If you give, borrow, use, or lend your goods or services to others, no tax can be levied against you; and you have not broken the law.  Therefore taxes are reduced and the government’s power is neutralized.

In fact, if Americans really wanted to stop the Vietnam or Iraqi wars, all they had to do is go on strike!  No work!  No pay!  No taxes!  It is the same means Pope John Paul used to cause the collapse of Communist Russia.  He began the Solidarity movement in Poland, while he was a bishop in 1979.  He unified all workers into one strike force.  Two years later, he became the Pope and turned the Solidarity movement over to a man named Walesa.

It took ten years of suffering and striking, but the people halted the Russian government.  No work!  No pay!  No taxes! No money, and a government has no money to pay an Army to use against the people!  The incredible had taken place.

Just like the collapse of Russia, the Roman Empire collapsed under the weight of Christianity.  No rebellion, no shots fired!  No strategy formed by the Jews, neither was a plan hatched to overthrow the Roman Empire.  Jesus taught His followers a new way to live and work.  The rest is History!

Jews, prior to the birth of Jesus, had been simply offering their prayers to the God of Israel.  They prayed to God, to overthrow their enemies; which is the favorite pastime of the Jews.  The Romans were their enemies.

The Romans had wrenched the power of self-rule away from Israel long before Jesus was born. The Romans had watered down Judaism by bribery and politics, which is the Jews religious worship of their God. The Romans set up a taxation system, which is no different than today’s system based upon buying and selling.

The Jews prayed to their God to intervene, but like most people, they wanted instant results.  Results they could see and taste in their lifetimes.  They weren’t really interested in a prayer being answered hundreds of years later, especially after they had died and the problem no longer existed.  Isn’t that the same climate in the world today?  Our prayers are based upon: Do it now God!!!

Yet the chosen people, the Jews, knew their prayers were being answered in the person of the man named Jesus.  The book of Acts, in the New Testament, verifies that the Jews accepted Jesus as their Messiah.  They knew God had sent them a man anointed to do a special work for Israel, to deliver them from the oppression of Rome.  It wasn’t a spiritual trip like today’s false Christianity, but a very practical solution to a very practical problem.

Tel Aviv long ago proved its mastery at waging war “by way of deception” – the operative credo of the Mossad, Israel’s intelligence and foreign operations directorate. Yet its latest operation reveals a need to freshen up its repertoire of dirty tricks. As Israel’s patron, those of us who live in the U.S. are painfully familiar with such duplicity. Yet the recent frequency of its frauds renders their latest treachery remarkably transparent.

Consider the similarities. First a network of pro-Israelis fixed the intelligence that induced us to invade Iraq in support of an expansionist agenda for Greater Israel. Who can forget Iraqi WMD, scary images of mushroom clouds and secret meetings in Prague? Who can fail to recall the yellowcake uranium from Niger and those ominous warnings of “high-level contacts” between secular Baghdad and the religious fundamentalists of Al Qaeda?

Even Colin Powell was duped when pro-Israelis in the G.W. Bush administration associated his credibility with false U.N. testimony avowing Iraqi mobile biological weapons laboratories. Though all was deception, it had the intended effect. To others, it looked like the U.S. was at fault. Yet our policy-makers are no better than the information on which they must rely—and the allies they are persuaded to trust.

The same old Israeli duplicity is back but with a new twist. And, importantly, ably aided by a new commander-in-chief. As with the deception that induced the invasion of Iraq, war in Iran also requires weaving a web of consensus beliefs from threads of deceit.

This time there is less emphasis on fixed intelligence than on false impressions—albeit with the same goal: to advance an Israeli agenda. Though Tel Aviv’s goals for Iran are now within reach, the success of this latest operation is not yet assured.

The Cast

David Axelrod and Rahm Emanuel

The stage-managing of this presidency has been a wonder to behold—even when compared with G.W. Bush. This latest production involves two key insiders, both Jewish. Rahm Emanuel, son of an Irgun operative and the most influential chief of staff in decades, served in the Israel Defense Forces during the 1991 Gulf War. Communications Director David Axelrod oversaw a campaign strategy that garnered 78% of the Jewish vote.

It’s not difficult to imagine the source of the chutzpah that flew Obama from a speech in Cairo—meant to mollify Muslims—directly to a Holocaust photo-op at a death camp in Germany. Communication-wise, which event left the deeper impression? Was that trip meant for the 1.3 billion Muslims miffed at six decades of U.S. support for Israel’s occupation of Palestine? Or did these presidential image-makers aim to please the American Ashkenazim that fondly refer to Barack Obama as “the first Jewish president”?

Who but pro-Israeli insiders could insert in a U.N. speech by the first Black president a racist reference to “the Jewish state of Israel”? That code phrase was certain to provoke Muslims worldwide, particularly those whose lands Israel occupies. Even Harry Truman, a political product of Kansas City’s corrupt Pendergast political machine, deleted that theocratic and racist reference when, in May 1948, he extended U.S. recognition to an enclave of violent Jewish extremists soon after they ethnically cleansed 400-plus Palestinian villages.

The Plot

So now comes a new twist on an old trick. First Barack Obama was persuaded by his advisers to lambast Iran for a covert nuclear site—days after it was revealed by Tehran. So already it looks to the public like yet another U.S. president is relying on flawed intelligence. When Iran promised cooperation with international inspectors, Tel Aviv quickly countered that Israel may well attack anyway. Why not? After all, the U.S. attacked Iraq. And clearly U.S. intelligence is no better now than then, right?

So what if Iran, like Iraq, has no WMD? That misses the point. A nuclear-armed “Jewish state” of five million can still attack a Muslim nation of 75 million using U.S.-provided, laser-guided bunker-buster bombs. Tel Aviv can then point to the similarity of its patron’s conduct when the U.S. launched a preemptive attack based on false intelligence.

Winning is not the point. There is no military solution in the Middle East. The point is to create yet another crisis and yet another provocation. And, importantly, to once again make the U.S. appear guilty by association. Absent another crisis that misdirects attention and consumes scarce intelligence resources, Americans will soon enough be forced to confront an uncomfortable fact: Israel, its lobby and its supporters deceived us to wage its wars.

Americans are not stupid. We are, however, perilously misinformed. Yet that too traces to pro-Israelis in mainstream media. Absent another crisis, Americans may well awaken to the essential role played by a complicit media in these serial deceptions.

The Consequences

Iran is not about nuclear weapons. Neither was Iraq. Iran is about the need for serial well-timed crises to advance Israel’s expansionist agenda. No one dares bring that agenda to a vote. Or even mention it. Thus the treachery required of those whose numbers are few but whose ambitions are great. What choice do they have but to wage war by way of deception?

Yet this time Americans are more aware of how such duplicity can progress in plain sight. They have access to Internet news. Wade through the online clutter and the analyses found there can expose the common source of this deceit, including its media support.

Plus Americans are hurting. They know something is fundamentally amiss. Yet they are understandably wary of conspiracy theories. They want facts. As the facts point to a common source for much of what is wrong, those complicit are scrambling to obscure that source. That scrambling, in turn, is making that source steadily more transparent.
To date, this political product of Chicago’s Ashkenazim has been a catastrophe for national security.  And for an economy poised to decline at an accelerating pace. Yet he’s ideal for those skilled at waging war on nations from within. And for those proficient at inducing us to freely embrace the very forces that now imperil our freedom.

We Americans may persist on this path, seduced by the allure of empty eloquence. Or we could awaken. If so, this latest president could find that, like recent predecessors, his legacy is relegated to infamy. Given the course Obama has set, Americans may yet take matters into their own hands to protect what he is allowing this purported ally to imperil.

This morning while listening to a morning local talk show the topic centered around Senator Roy Blunt calling Obama an monkey. 

Roy Blunt, in an address before a group  called…Valued Voter’s Summit, began his address by saying-

“…that  clearly this is a time when our values are being challenged.”

Just what did he mean by that…I wonder?

That America is no longer an oasis of white supremacy any more… or something…any more since voting a black President?

Was that what he was eluding to?

I thought one used to say that about Europe.  Or so many thought…I suppose.

Blunt then went on to talk about a golf course that had been built within  the jungle of India.  Saying that something happened that they did not anticipate after their golf course was built.  And that is that when golf balls were hit the monkeys would come running out of the jungle onto the golf course and grab up the balls.

At the end of Blunt’s message he stated that the officials of the golf course put forth a ruling saying-

“You have to play the ball wherever the monkey throws it.” 

Where he then stated-

“And that is pretty much what we have to do in Washington.”

Blunt then went on to say that-

“You know the world is turned up-side down when Al Franken and Tom Delay is on dancing with the stars.  That’s how you know that the world has changed  in ways that you would have never have anticipated.”

Blunt fell just short of saying-

“And a black man is in the White House as President.” 

Then…  

“That’s how you know that the world has changed  in ways that you would have never have anticipated.”

In listening to the talk show, which I of course had to call in to…to offer my own opionion on the subject as the issue centered around whether or not Blunt’s comments had been racist?

Any thinking person would have to say, “Yes.”

But the problem as I pointed out to the host of the program was this…

Many white people say and do things which they simply do not consider to be racist, but they are.  Or least ways…they ‘claim’ that they do not take what they said was racist.  Though secretly they knew that it was…but they state otherwise.

Then the other side of the coin is this…

When you as a black person…or non-whitle points that whatever was said or done was racist…  then the whole thing gets turned around.   And you become the racist for having said that they were being racist.

But even if a person said something offensive to another…does not mean that it was any less offensive simply because someone says-

“Oh, I didn’t know.”

Which is really not the case…many of the times.  Most people know exactly what they are saying.  And say it for the purpose of  twisting a knief in you…if their words are cutting or hurtful in nature.

It is kind like playing that ‘liberal card,’ which the Republicans have become not only famous for doing so, but quite well versed at doing also.  Whenever someone who the Republicans do not like says or does something positive for the p0or or under-served people of this country…the Republicans quickly flash the ‘liberal card’ upon them. 

They were quite effective at doing it during the Bush/Kerry run to the White House.   Every time Kerry opened his mouth to say something, the Republicans rebuked him by calling him ‘liberal’…which became a dreaded word…and particiularly it seemed for John Kerry.   He would start stuttering and get lost…loosing himself in what to say next.  Which is why it worked so very well against him.  He always backed up from it.

That was the one thing about Ted Kennedy, being called a ‘liberal’ was something which did not bother him…nor did he let it stop him from speaking up.  Because in the end…that is all it came down to.  The Republicans using the word ‘liberal’ to scare off Democratic too weak to stand up.

And that is the good thing about Barack Obama too.  He is not afraid to be called ‘liberal.’   Which is the tag that Republicans give to anyone who tries to do anything to aid, help or otherwise assist what the Republicans deem as the ‘under class.’

The problem that I see coming for the 21st Century America will not be one of class but one of race.  The issue of race has always been and continues to be an issue which most Americans do not seriously want to address.  But it is an issue which has fluctuated through the years in terms of its intensity…overtly and conversely.

It is an issue which has longed been put on the back burner as America has always tried to hide the fact that she has such a problem…as a race problem.   But it got its start drenched in the blood and heartache of slavery, from the point when the first Dutch slave ships hit this country in 1619…then peaked during the 1960’s during the Civil Rights movement after years of being surpressed.   And now againt it  is rearing its ugly head…ever since the day that America elected her first non-white male to sit in the Oval Office on Capitol Hill, in Washington, D.C., as President of the United States.

The issue of black vs white in this has had it lows and highs in this country.  For periods this issue has seem dormant.  But not so at all…not in reality.  It is just that during those times there were rushes to calm things down, cover them up, keep them out the eye of the public, or quietly try to erase the events as being racially motivated at all.  But they were.

Case in point…it took place in an area of Texas…in Jasper, TX, 1998:   2 white young males took a black man, James Byrd III,  who was walking a country road on his way back home from wedding, they beat him then chained to the back of their pick-up truck and dragged him to his death tearing apart  his body…and this was just a few years ago. 

It would have been something you might have expected to hear about happening in some other country but never in America.  But no…   

It happened here… in America.

And we all sat beside the television trying to get every bit of information on the story…while trying to figure out-

“What could have caused or motivated such a thing to happen?”

Racism did.

Hatred did.

And though that small Texas town that had a history of racial incidents…many sited as ‘isolated incidents’…something that had never happened before.  But the truth of the matter is…is that America these ‘isolated little incidents’ for years…and not only the south.

These so-called ‘isolated incidents’ have continued throughout the history of  America, such evil that many of them are hard to imagine.  Events whose roots got started back during the slavery of black folks in this country…or perhaps even as early as the early settlers and Native Indian relationships. But slavery was a time when black people in this country were considered to be cattle…when white slave owners routinely killed and made examples of them…by chopping off a hand or foot…or beating slavagely for the benefit of the other slaves who might try to run away or whateverl else have you.

Not to mention that following slavery in this country, black men and a few women were often found hanging from trees in the south after having first been beaten by mobs of white men, who then tarred and feathered black folks, and then set them on fire and hung them.  Whom they left hanging…also as examples to other blacks that lived in their communities as to what they could do to them also.   And this they did at will…and  without fear of retribution.

So, yes the treatment of President Obama, the first black man, out 43 white men prior to him…and never having suffer the blatent and tireless attacks and disrespect shown to the first African American President of this country.    Yes, treatment of him is a concern to most black folks.  And yes…it certainly brings back a lot of old past memories of  the ill and segregrated…Jim Crow treatment that black people lived under…and the lack of full acceptance or respect of  Black people throughout the history of America.

Just the other day, I happened to called a older senior woman who I occasional call once in a while just to see how she is doing.  Before our conversation even got going the woman said to me-

“And you see how they are treating Obama?”

I never even knew the woman payed attention to politics.  But I could hear the rage in her voice as she asked me question. 

I knew quite well what she was talking about.   She was highly enraged over it…and insulted that anyone had dared to call him a liar…being the President of the United States.    And she clearly understand…90 something woman that she was in age…that the only reason that anyone had dared to do that was because he was a black man…as she well pointed that out me in her anger.   And she didn’t like it…and I have to say neither did I…nor any of the other black folk that know either.

We don’t like it.

If you have lived through certain things…you never forget them.  Just as the Holocust victims will never ever forget the Holocaust.   Because they survived it…but that time…what they saw…felt…and the loses that they incurred left indeliable images and memories in their minds and hearts.  So, too…our history in this country….which is as much ours as anyone else’s.  Particularly since we played a major role in building this country…and most of the inventions that have come out of it.

An attack on Obama is an attack against us.  And that is how we view it.

It is like how we viewed what the officials of the Miss America contest did some years ago to Vannessa Williams, in 1984.  When she became the first black woman ever be chosen in the history of Miss American to become Miss America.   Then some days later…maybe 2…there was a big scadal in which the Miss America people took the crown from Vanessa.  And black folks just were not having that.  There was outrage all across the black communities everywhere in America.  I personally have never ever really watched that show since.  It climaxed and ended for me with Vanessa Williams.

The scadal came about over some pictures, and black people decared that the Miss America had taken Vanessa’s crown based solely upon racism, as they had never at that point taken a crown from any other woman whom they had crown.  Not only did black folk get enraged over the matter…they also went out and bought up every magazine that had those crazy pictures in them off every bookstore shelf.  Because that is what black people do.  Whenever someone gives us reason to be proud…and others try to destroy that pride…we back our people.

It is not something that we do often…but when we do…we do.  And we all felt about Vanessa as well feel about Barack Obama and his family.

Today, Vanessa Williams has gone on to become the most famous and most beautiful…as well as, most recognized winner that the Miss America contest ever had…for which they can take no credit unfortunately for them.   Vanessa managed to raise above that event…like Obama, I have no doubt, will continue to raise against the name-calling, veiled threats and statements, ladent bigotry and racist  jokes etc… of all those who seek to characterize him as a monkey, critize his judgement, education and birth-right to be President of this country.   

Love the show Vanessa.  You have got that diva stuff down pact.  You can catch her on “Ugly Betty” weeknights…if you don’t know.   And my…can she work a red carpet. 

Going back to that radio talk show and Blunt’s remarks…the issue is…is that everything someone white begins to talk about monkeys…fried chicken…or watermelon…they are usually referring to African Americans.  And whenever they begin to talk about black people tossing in something about monkeys…or fried chicken…or watermelons…it is their intent to insult black folks.  Though most of the time they will deny it.  But the use of referring to black people as monkeys…or as chicken eating…or watermelon eating whatevers comes through history as things white people have used…besides…the “N” word…to degrade and demean them.

So, yes…Blunt’s remarks about monkeys then referring back to Washington clearly was an intent  on his part to directly call Barack Obama a monkey.  Therefore, yes…his remarks were quite racist.  And judging by the amount of applause and laughter in the room they all got the joke and were in agreement with him.  Which clearly shows that racism is very much alive and well in America…and that it is okay to continue to insult and defame black folks no matter who they are or whatever their accomplishments.

So, America is very much in trouble.  And folks like the ex-President Jimmy Carter clearly see this.

As Carter points out above, the attacks upon President Obama are rooted in racism.  It is a clear signals that this country is in deep trouble.   And this thing can become exceedingly dangerous.   A time boom…in fact.

Therein lays the problem.  They can’t see it.  Though they continue in their racist ways…acting out at will…and refuse to call their actions what they truly are.  But are quick to call you racist for pointing it out to them.  Then go into the back rooms slapping each other on the back and laughing over it.  It is what racist do. 

It is kind of a game to them.  The kind of game that they play in law…since most politicans were lawyers before entering into politics.   And that game goes like this…you make the guilty party seem like the injured party. 

Thus, you flip the script.  And that is what the racists politicans in this country are doing…they  flip the script on whoever turns around to call their statements or remarks racist.  Saying that “they”…the people…or whoever… calling them out for their remarks… that “they” are the racist ones.

Or they say it was a ‘miss statement’…not intended the way it sounded.

It is all a game.  But a highly dangerous game.

This country is just a stone’s throw from another outbreak of race riots.  There have been many events that have already started to ignite the same kind of fire that took place in the 1960’s which brought about several riots and burnings of many large cities around America. 

One major event has taken place was Katrina, and the way the government under Bush and Fema failed to act in any way for several days to save the lives and property of the people of New Orleans.  Then the treated of the mostly black victims of Hurricane Katrin has left a bad taste in many black people mouths.   Where many people died un-necessarily.  And those who managed to survive the hurrican lost their homes and everything that they owned otherwise…many children torn from their parents…and so many people were displaced and still are today.

Another major event in this country to have taken place which has also impacted a lot of  black people and other group of poor people in this country, as well…and this is the economy, foreclosures…and a sense of helplessness and for many hopelessness they are feeling.   Upon which…when Obama was voted in as President of this country…presented a ray of hope for them all that they all were in dire need of…both black and white over their current set circumstances which had been brought the Republicans under the poor economics of George Bush.  And compounded by the Iraqi War.

But the continued belittling and underminding of President Obama may very well give license to someone to attempt to take Obama’s life…and there have been calls for it. 

But if that were to happen…those politicians laughing and joking now…slapping each other on the back now and thinking that they are smart…would soon find themselves in something that they had not considered.  And it would and will be bigger than anything that happened when Martin L. King, Jr. was killed.

The times have changed drastically.  And they are far more deadly.

Fire hose and police dogs won’t be able to contain what will be unleased if race war were to start in this country.  And clearly these ignorant Republican politicians have no idea the type of fire that they are playing with.

It is definitely not a joke.  And those stupid politicians who think this thing is a joke really shouldconsider their actions…because this country has years of pent up hatred just waiting to spill over.

And they are pushing the envelop…and messing with flood gates.

Oh…and by the way before it gets mis-understood I do not think the above video is funny.  But it goes to prove that the people in this country do not respect our President the rest of the world won’t either.  Which would really be rather hard to do…since Obama is controll of what other countries want.  But many want other countries to not respect Obama…it all part of their game of trying to under-mind him.

I have to admit to having not been one of those people who has yet to read the President’s proposal concerning health care plan.  But here is the video footage of  his speech before Congress.

I have heard mixed views on the job that the President has done and is doing…and they have been mixed.  Alot of  it…somewhat ignorant. 

I would really like to know who in their right mind thought that the mess that George Bush left behind was going to be fixed in the matter of a few months time?  

Well, surely these people could not possibly be rational or thinking people.  Mostly, I have no doubt that like Palin…who is intended upon becoming a torn in this Administration’s backside…they are intent  akso on opposing Obama in everything he does. 

Can you imagine a bunch of  people sitting around and hoping that this President fails?

And they call themselves Americans.

If  the President fails…then this country fails.  They are tied together.

It is impossible…and vastly unfair if  that is your thinking.  In case nobody was looking…the Bush Administration almost destroyed this country.  How do you just bounce back from that?

How can a country that was plunged almost to the brink of  bankruptcy itself…possibly emerge over-night from the raging tides of such bad, arrogant  and negligectful management as we were under during the Bush Administration…to again being back in the calm of  the peaceful waters of  a smooth tide of a productive and abounding?

I have even heard some say that it is Obama’s fault for all the dead bodies that are being shipped back into this country…from a war which Obama strongly opposed and voted against.  He (Obama), however, chose to allow America and the world to see the amount of human damage and loss that war has and is costing us…as opposed to the Bush Administration who started that war and maintained  it  for 5 years while draining America dry…and cloaked not only their policies…but put forth the decision to hide those bodies from the face  and eyes of America.

Perhaps, the best thing one can say about  Barack Obama is this…is that he is his own man.  He does not blow with win.  He does not cow down to the geers and nay sayers.  But he follows through with what he believes is right.  And that is the most that we can ask of  anyone.

The old saying goes like this-

“You can satisfy some of the people some of the time.  But you can’t satisfy all of the people all of  the time.”

And how very true that is.   No matter what any of us do…not everybody is going to be satisfied.  And somebody is always going to find fault with it…no matter how it turns out.

One has to wonder just how many people out there are walking around with duel-sex organs…both male and female?

In the past few months much controversy had been over the 22 year old, German  pro-tennis star Sarah Gronert, whom I wrote about several blogs ago…if you care to go back and read it. 

Now, it seems there is yet another controversy brewing in the world of  sports.   This time it is about a 19 year old  World 800 Meters track champion from South Africa, Caster Semenya…also a hermaphrodite…now called intersexuals.   Caster, however, does not have a womb or ovaries…and her male organs are within her body.  So there was no way for her…or him…to be aware of  such a condition until she ordered to be tested.

There can be no doubt that such athletes possess  an advantage over their other female contenders…far more strenght and endurance than an 100% total woman could possibly possess.  Therefore, such an advantage by entering women competitions is grossly unfair to all the biological totally female athletes that they are challenging.

In Caster’s case he does not even look like a woman…in any form or shape.  And his physical make-up being without a womb or ovaries definitely would catagorize him as something other than a woman…like being a man. 

Clearly his speed…or her’s as currently he is called…pronouncedly shows that he has superior strenght over the women running with him…or her.   SEE VIDEO  BELOW…just CLICK  it a few times and ignore the text.  There is little wonder why the track & field heads ordered him to take a sex test.  (this is a picture of  Caster with Winnie Mandela hugging  to comfort her)

Since having won a major race with little effort  at the World Track & Field Games…Caster has becomd a big hero…or she-ro… amongst her native people of  South Africa.  Her family is enraged at charges and that her was forced to be tested, and her father has proclaimed  that everyone is crazy for even thinking that she is a man.  It is indeed a very sad situation…all the way around

The fact reminds…as much as I hate to say it…is that she does possess super strenght…and speed…due chemical make-up of  her body.  Which, therefore, does give her an unquestionable advantage over the other women…who do not possess the sort of birth defeat.   Which I guess you would have to call it…as Caster does who was born with both male and female organs…even her male organs are within her body.

Some people chase fame and success all of their lives.  Then to get it and find out…you are faced with one of the biggest obstacles of  your life.

How do you deal with that…and be so young?

Her country…her people and her family…are all fighting for her.

The more I think about Caster the more I feel for her.  I only hope that this thing does not cause her…or him to go out and now start to indulge carelessly in sexual activity trying to prove something…or trying to disprove it.  At her age it is not hard to make a lot of bad and very wrong choices. 

I don’t know how sexually active she has been up to this…being just 19.  But many people indulge in increased sexual active to prove things to themselves…and many times also to others.  Men do it to prove they that still ‘have it.’  Whatever that means.   So, seeking out tons of  women to have sex with to prove that they are not gay…or like women…or trying to quash rumors about themselves.

With Caster’s situation being so public…it is not hard to believe that she may not chose such a course.  Now, knowing that she cannot bare any children, being that she has neither uterus or womb…the fear of  becoming pregnant has been far removed from her.  I only hope that her moral integrity and a trust in God…will prevent her from making some very choices in her life.  Because such a thing as finding that you are not totally what you thought you were…  

Well, who could really deal with that?

But having been tested and finding out what was discovered…may have answered some questions for her.

Wow, I feel sorry for him…her.  She grew up as a girl…going to a girl’s school in South Africa.  And now is hailed as a South African champion among her people. 

And for this whole thing about her sex…or true sex to be so public…  It has to be hard…and it is quite unfortunate.  But I can understand the feelings of  the other females who have to complete with him…or her.  And I am sorry to have to put it like that…but what other why is there to put it?

But the difference between Caster and Sarah is…is that Caster’s male organs are internal opposed to Sarah whose sexual organs…male and female were visible.  As Sarah underwent surgery to remove her male organs.  So, yes…I can sympathize with anyone born this way…and particular if  you never knew that you had the problem in the first place…which was Caster’s situation.

Another day when I didn’t get much done.   But I did sit out on the porch again this morning reading my Bible.

Well, I better get some sleep otherwise I will sleepy most of the day tomorrow.  Writing these blogs can take up so much time.  But I am happy to share.  And I hope that you are enjoying what it is that I have to say.

Okay, you can blame The Friggin Loon for this post. The Loon mentioned a cluster bomb.

 I worked at the Kansas Army Amunition Plant doing drafting/engineering. Not that that is a big deal. In southeast Kansas, you’d be really hard pressed to not know somebody that has worked there. The place has quite a history (another post entirely). What is interesting is the fact that I got to see the Sensor Fuzed Weapon being built. Relatively few people can say that! I found it very interesting. Take a minute to watch the video, and be glad you were not an Iarqi soldier at this scene!

 Anyone who grew up around here got used to the sound of exploding ordinance. That may be a thing of the past, as most of the work has since been moved to McAlester Oklahoma.

I don’t care what your politics are but you must consider what this U.S Marine Sergeant Major says.

Iraq, like Vietnam, is another war that you were for, before you were against it.

John Murtha, you said our military was broken.  You said we can’t win militarily in Iraq.  You accused United States Marines of cold-blooded murder without proof and said we should redeploy to Okinawa — Okinawa, John?  And the Democrats call you their military expert!  Are you sure you didn’t suffer a traumatic brain injury while you were off building your war hero resume?  You’re a sad, pitiful, corrupt and washed up politician.  You’re not a Marine, sir.  You’re a phony and a disgrace.  Run away, John.

Dick Durbin, you accused our Soldiers at Guantanamo of being Nazis, tenders of Soviet style gulags and as bad as the regime of Pol Pot, who murdered two million of his own people after your party abandoned Southeast Asia to the Communists.  Now you want to abandon the Iraqis to the same fate.  History was not a good teacher for you, was it?  Lord help us!  See Dick run.

Ted Kennedy, for days on end you held poster-sized pictures from Abu Ghraib in front of any available television camera.  Al Jazeera quoted you saying that Iraqi’s torture chambers were open under new management.  Did you see the news, Teddy?  The Islamic Nazis demonstrated another beheading for you.  If you truly supported our troops, you would show the world poster-sized pictures of that atrocity and demand the annihilation of it.  Your legislation stripping support from the South Vietnamese led to a communist victory there.  You’re a bloated, drunken fool bent on repeating the same historical blunder that turned freedom-seeking people over to homicidal, genocidal maniacs.  To paraphrase John Murtha, all while sitting on your wide, gin-soaked rear-end in Washington.

Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, Carl Levine, Barbara Boxer, Diane Feinstein, Russ Feingold, Hillary Clinton, Pat Leahy, Barack Obama, Chuck Schumer, the Hollywood Leftist morons, et al, ad nauseam:  Every time you stand in front of television cameras and broadcast to the Islamic Nazis that we went to war because our President lied, that the war is wrong and our Soldiers are torturers, that we should leave Iraq, you give the Islamic butchers – the same ones that tortured and mutilated American Soldiers - cause to think that we will run away again, and all they have to do is hang on a little longer.  It is inevitable that we, the infidels, will have to defeat the Islamic jihadists.  Better to do it now on their turf, than later on ours after they have gained both strength and momentum.

American news media, the New York Times particularly:  Each time you publish stories about national defense secrets and our intelligence gathering methods, you become one united with the sub-human pieces of camel dung that torture and mutilate the bodies of American Soldiers.  You can’t strike up the courage to publish cartoons, but you can help Al Qaeda destroy my country.  Actually, you are more dangerous to us than Al Qaeda is.  Think about that each time you face Mecca to admire your Pulitzer.

You are America ’s ‘AXIS OF IDIOTS.’  Your Collective Stupidity will destroy us.  Self-serving politics and terrorist-abetting news scoops are more important to you than our national security or the lives of innocent civilians and Soldiers.  It bothers you that defending ourselves gets in the way of your elitist sport of politics and your ignorant editorializing.

Much has been said on the pages of Miscellany101 about the war on Iraq, the devastation it caused the Iraqi society in general, at the behest of George Bush and his minions of terror.  It appears Bush considered himself acting as the Hand of God in carrying out his murderous, torturous regime against a people who posed no threat to ANYONE, and yet were the victims of a military invasion which was responsible for the deaths of hundreds of thousands of Iraqis, as well as the displacement of hundreds of thousands more from their homes.

Bush, who turns 63 in July and was 54 when first sworn into office in 2001, has yet to comment on the reports, which include last week’s GQ magazine expose into the hawkish use of scripture in 2003, when then-defence secretary Donald Rumsfeld forwarded secret intelligence memos to Bush embroidered with biblical passages.

“Therefore, put on the full armour of God,” a verse from Ephesians, and “Open the gates that the righteous nation may enter,” from Isaiah, are among the messages that adorn reports prepared for Bush by Rumsfeld’s Pentagon, juxtaposed with photographs of U.S. forces storming Baghdad.

Stranger still are new accounts emerging from France describing how former president Jacques Chirac was utterly baffled by a 2003 telephone conversation in which Bush reportedly invoked fanatical Old Testament prophesy — including the Earth-ending battle with forces of evil, Gog and Magog — in his arguments to enlist France in the Coalition of the Willing.

“This confrontation is willed by God, who wants to use this conflict to erase his people’s enemies before a New Age begins,” Bush said to Chirac, according to Thomas Romer, a University of Lausanne theology professor who was later approached by French officials anxious to understand the context of the biblical reference.

Such ignominy has earned Bush the title of the Prince of Darkness, and this illegal and immoral foray into Iraq must never be forgotten by upstanding citizens of the world who believe in law, order and justice.

Unfortunatelyl Bush is not alone in sharing the nom de plume of Darkness with the latest update about one Erik Prince, CEO of what was once known as Blackwater.  Earlier we chronicled the latest charges against him which include his religiouisly inspired desire to rid the world of Muslims by unleashing his mercenary force against the people of Iraq.  Now comes word he was engaged in a child prostitution ring on his bases in Iraq.

Blackwater was guilty of using child prostitutes at its compound in Baghdad’s fortified Green Zone and that owner Erik Prince knew of this activity and did nothing to stop it.The declarations describe Blackwater as “having young girls provide oral sex to Enterprise members in the ‘Blackwater Man Camp’ in exchange for one American dollar.” They add even though Prince frequently visited this camp, he “failed to stop the ongoing use of prostitutes, including child prostitutes, by his men.”

One of the statements also charges that “Prince’s North Carolina operations had an ongoing wife-swapping and sex ring, which was participated in by many of Mr. Prince’s top executives.”

The irony of all this is religiously inspired behavior on the part of US officials resulted in immoral behavior on the part of those who answered the plea something the US has said its terrorists opponents have been guilty and which started the war on terror.  Perhaps we ought to have a war on terror against the people who claimed to be  fighting a war on terror.  Let us begin at the top, shall we?

New Nato chief visits Afghanistan

 Nato’s new secretary general has pledged to strengthen military efforts against the Taliban in Afghanistan.

Anders Fogh Rasmussen made the comment upon arrival in Kabul, the Afghan capital, on Wednesday, in his first trip to the country since taking over as head of the Western military alliance.

The new Nato leader said “pragmatic steps” were needed to improve Afghan security, and that if it took “talks with a number of groups within the Afghan society, I am ready to do that”.

But he said: “I think it is a prerequisite that the Afghan government can conduct the talks and negotiations from a position of strength. There is no alternative whatsoever to continued and strengthened military efforts.”

‘Pragmatic steps’

Al Jazeera’s James Bays, reporting from Kabul, said: “This news conference and this visit comes just 48 hours into his new job, and he said that was very significant … and that he saw Afghanistan as his very top priority”.

Rasmussen, a former Danish prime minister, was also due to meet US General Stanley McChrystal, the commander of international forces, during his visit.

He was also expected to hold talks with Kai Eide, the UN special representative, and visit troops appointed to carry out construction work in the provinces, Nato said.

Rasmussen has said he wants Afghan forces to take responsibility for security in the country within the next five years.

In his first major speech as the military alliance’s head on Monday, Rasmussen said Nato would be there to support Afghans when they assume control from the US-led military operation in Afghanistan for “as long as it takes”.

But he said doing so means “helping them stand on their own feet”.

Nato took over some operations in Afghanistan six years ago, but a rising number of civilian casualties because of attacks by western forces has fuelled Afghan anger.

Rasmussen took up his new post on August 1, assuming control from the Netherland’s Jaap de Hoop Scheffer, who held the role since 2004.

Blackwater founder and Christian mercenary/missionary Erik Prince is in the news again for allegations he sent people to kill Muslim Iraqis under the sponsorship of the US State Department.  Inflammatory but you can read the story here.

A former Blackwater employee and an ex-US Marine who has worked as a security operative for the company have made a series of explosive allegations in sworn statements filed on August 3 in federal court in Virginia. The two men claim that the company’s owner, Erik Prince, may have murdered or facilitated the murder of individuals who were cooperating with federal authorities investigating the company. The former employee also alleges that Prince “views himself as a Christian crusader tasked with eliminating Muslims and the Islamic faith from the globe,” and that Prince’s companies “encouraged and rewarded the destruction of Iraqi life.”

Now even if you believe in the phony war on terror, you have been told several times it had nothing to do with Iraqis; rather we were going there for the purposes of removing a ruler we didn’t like but who we knew all along had nothing to do with 911.  Blackwater became Dick Cheney’s praetorian guard, initially to guard his interests, Halliburton, there in Iraq and ostensibly to do Cheney’s demented bidding which included political assassinations the world over.  As if the torture issue isn’t reason enough for federal authorities to look into prosecuting Cheney,  this latest revelation about Blackwater and the nefarious dealings of its president, Prince, should be the nail in the coffin for Cheney and many other former Bush officials’ incarceration.  However, because of Blackwaters’ close ties with federal government officials, many of them career employees who remain when administrations leave and who have a direct impact on policy no matter who’s in charge, don’t look for the investigation into Blackwater malfeasance to go too far, unless the public demands it.  Meanwhile, Blackwater and the US government will continue to get away with murder, and earn the scorn of the rest of the world.

A review of Guilt by Association: How Deception and Deceit Took America to War by Jeff Gates (2008).

“Guilt by Association makes treason transparent,” advertises the blurb on the back of this book.  And if I were limited to so brief a summary, these are exactly the words I would choose! This book is a many-splendored thing, and I hope in the space of this review to be able to convey the enormous import of this book, and why you need to buy not just a copy for yourself but copies for all your loved ones and for anyone you seek to educate about the threat America’s involvement with Israel poses not just to American values, but to our national security and to our survival as a nation.

Yes Israel and its Zionist Fifth Columnists in America are our real national enemy, yes they do “hate our freedom” and our putative ideals, yes they represent a genuine threat to our national security (unlike Iraq, Afghanistan and the myriad other countries towards whom they and their minions have adroitly pointed our guns), and yes they are immensely powerful, but yes, in the end, they too have feet of clay and the basis of their power can be understood and undermined and no, even the Jews themselves are not monolithic in support of racist Israel, as recently attested in the pages of Culture Wars by Israel Adam Shamir (whose roots are Russian-Jewish) and in the recently published, superlative work Overcoming Zionism by American Jewish writer Joel Kovel (in which he identifies the chief culprits as “power Jews” and baldly avers that “Israel does not have a right to exist”), if any proof were needed on this score after the prodigious groundbreaking work of the late, great Israel Shahak (who is frequently cited by Gates – it cannot be stated too often that not every Jew is a Zionist, and not every Zionist is a Jew; and we fail to recognize at our peril that anti-Zionist Jews number among our most important allies, and some non-Jewish Zionist sympathizers turn out to be our most dangerous enemies, especially when we fail to recognize them as such).  But the Zionist project is part of a larger criminal conspiracy which is, in fact, an OPEN conspiracy, that bewilders even as it beggars the American body politic.  In order to overcome an enemy we must first understand who and what he is, what his purpose is, how he operates.  It is the great value of Guilt by Association that it brings out into bold relief the nature, identity, methodology and support system of this nefarious criminal syndicate; what has been “hidden in plain sight” for so long is finally made accessible to any open-minded reader.

This author is quick to pooh-pooh the already classic Walt-Mearsheimer study of the Israeli Lobby as too soft on Israel.  While there is no disputing the accuracy of his criticism, we should also consider how much of a watershed event the publication of The Israel LobbyGuilt by Association is the magnificent flagship following in its wake. was, and how it paved the way for more radical efforts like this one, which pulls no punches about Israel’s perfidy.  Despite Jeff Gate’s own considerable credentials (author, educator, attorney, financial policy advisor to 35 countries and counsel to the U.S. Senate Committee on Finance for seven years), the fact that those two professors made the subject academically respectable certainly has created a wider audience for bolder critics of the “special relationship.” But in strictly political terms, if Walt and Mearsheimer’s work was the icebreaker, Guilt by Association is the magnificent flagship following in its wake.

As with any groundbreaking work, much of this author’s effort is expended in a kind of Confucian “rectification of names.”  Part of the reason the average person cannot see this enemy operating in plain sight is due to the power of that enemy to distort the names of things, so that people are conceptually unclear about what is happening right in front of their noses.  These “masters of discourse,” as they are so appropriately termed in Israel Adam Shamir’s book by that title (of which this reviewer was an editor), are helpfully termed by Jeff Gates “the people in between.”  In between what?  First of all, in between our perceptions and the facts: “That gap – that domain between facts and beliefs– is where the people in between wage unconventional warfare.”  When we grasp their aggressive and nefarious intent, it becomes easier yet to understand why Zionist Jews aggregate in Hollywood, in the world of public relations and advertising, and in the media generally: “The game theorists identified in this account lay mental threads and manipulate the mental environment by shaping perceptions that become consensus opinions.  By steadily displacing facts with that people can be induced to believe, the people in between amplify the impact of deception, enabling the defeat of an opponent with vastly superior resources.”  By way of deception thou shalt make war, don’tcha know?.  The “ïnfo-tainment” industry consists of molding perceptions, and those whose purpose is to cover the tracks of the “enemy within” will do all in their power to use these positions to inculcate a belief system in the sheeple that effectively prevents them from recognizing and defending themselves against an enemy who must operate in plain sight — Jews good, Arabs baah, baah, bad….  Roll over George Orwell.  There are other ways in which these same perpetrators serve as the “people in between,” but they are less germane to this book’s immediate purpose.  Suffice it to add that the so-called “consensus economics” of the Chicago School, dominant in America and everywhere else our legions plant their ensigns, is part and parcel of this criminal enterprise, and effects the deliberate transfer of wealth from everyone else to them.  Both our blood and our treasure must be fully expended on behalf of the Zionist project, and along the way, for the personal enrichment of its principals.  Do those in our government who aid and abet this Zionist conspiracy deserve the name of traitor?  Jeff Gates says yes they do.

Even more nuanced is this author’s concept of “fields within fields,” which I do not hope to be able to fully convey in this limited review.  Much of the book is spent demonstrating how this syndicate “operates with a common criminal focus coordinated around a shared ideology.”  It is difficult not to think about the enigmatic Kennedy assassination when we read: “ Evidentiary trails in this area seldom run in straight lines…Also, ‘prepare-the-minds’ incidents, events and relationships are often pre-staged over lengthy time periods, making barriers to transparency even more daunting.”  How much more difficult to face down an enemy that uniquely entrenches itself in four dimensions.  “…(S)yndicate operations are diffused and sustained in ‘fields within fields…within fields’ of relationships that stretch across time, distance and both major political parties.  This field-based structure enables systemic criminality to proceed in plain view and oftentimes with only modest coordination around shared goals.”  The subtlety of such an enemy is almost as breath-taking as this author’s ability to describe it in words.  Yet until we arrive at this conceptual clarity, we remain enmeshed in this enemy’s grip.  This idea of fields within fields will not be new to those who have read Michael Collins Piper’s classic study of the Kennedy Assassination, Final Judgment, but Gates’ crisp formulation of it here will fortify the understanding of even the most advanced conspiracy cognoscente.

Zionism cannot be understood apart from the history of organized crime.  Gates starts us out with a lengthy and helpful definition of psychopathy, a mental disorder invaluable in understanding this criminal mindset.  He then traces the history of organized crime in America, beginning with Meyer Lansky, and demonstrating how this Jewish syndicate has operated with cover provided by Italians and Sicilians.  Mobster money, we should remember, funded the original Anti-Defamation League, and mobsters also served as the original gun runners and financiers of the embryonic State of Israel, which, in its earliest incarnation, was a collection of terrorist gangsters (the Irgun, the Stern Gang, etc.).  Yes, it’s true that the Zionist project has religious underpinnings of Judaism and corrupt forms of Christianity (so-called Zionist-Christian churches), but its keynote is not religion, and it is not race, and it is not even ethnicity, it is rather a self-interested criminal syndicate which has a very advanced knowledge of game theory, and uses false-flag operations and personal corruption to make the world its oyster.  Zionist Israel is simply a visible excrescence of this worldwide conspiracy, but it is hardly its font.

Some of the most helpful nomenclature of all is the author’s breakdown of the level of involvement of the various actors in this treasonous conspiracy, which is coterminous with the level of knowledge each has about the purposes of the supportive action assigned: “Agents possess the conscious mental state that connects their mind to a crime.” “Assets are people profiled such that, within an acceptable range of probabilities, they can be relied upon to behave consistent with their personality profile. Assets lack the state of mind required for criminal culpability because they lace the conscious intent to commit a crime.” (Clinton’s behavior with Lewinsky is given as a textbook example, though, as we shall see, he was not the first US president to be controlled this way.) “Sayanim play an essential support role.  Hebrew for volunteers or helpers, sayanim are shielded from culpability by being told only enough to perform their narrow role…Mossad recruiters ensure they are kept ignorant of the intended result.” Once we understand how the criminal Zionist network is organized, we are able to identify its agents, assets and sayanim as they are deployed in our midst.  The author reminds us that former Mossad case officer Victor Ostrovsky wrote that there were 7,000 sayanim on which the Mossad could rely in London alone.  When we multiply this by the population size and the political importance of the United States to Zionist designs…well, you do the math.

One simply has to read the book itself to learn how this criminal syndicate, corrupt politicians (especially John McCain), international financiers, Russian “oligarchs” (who are almost entirely Jewish in case you didn’t know), and this vast support network of agents and volunteers coalesce in an ongoing attack against America, in order to advance the designs of Zionist traitors in our midst — and to learn exactly who in our government is responsible for investigating and prosecuting these treasonous activities… an important adjunct since the book’s stated aim is to activate the citizenry in our own defense.  Guilt by Association, writes its author, “shows why the presence of organized crime and extremism inside government requires that Americans revisit our duty as citizens if we hope to remain free.”

In passing I would like to focus for a moment on a subject I found most galling of all: It is probably not news to most Culture Wars readers that that first military attack by Israel against the United States was the bombing and strafing of the USS Liberty during the 1967 “Six-Day” war, an apparently botched false-flag operation (the Egyptians were to be blamed after all possible survivors of the attack were slain in order to assure that no alternative explanation would be forthcoming), and that the cover-up of this heinous war crime was ordered by Lyndon Baines Johnson (hey, hey, LBJ, how many American sailors did you kill today?).  But readers might be interested to learn that a key figure in the cover-up was John McCain’s father, then commander-in-chief, U.S. Naval Forces, Europe., who crippled the official investigation into that atrocity.

But the real shock comes when we learn that LBJ took the meaning of “sleeping with the enemy” to new heights.  To quote Gates from his “CriminalState” webpage (for a superb browsing experience check out criminalstate.com): “ On the night that the Six-Day war broke out, former Irgun terrorist Mathilde Krim was servicing Lyndon Johnson’s needs in the White House where she spent the night.”  Apparently, LBJ was in the habit of visiting this blond bombshell at her private hutch on her neighboring ranch when her husband was away.  She and her husband were frequently consulted by Johnson regarding the content of his speeches and policies that served to permanently entangle America’s future with Israel’s.  Here we have a textbook case of an “asset” and an “agent,” so that when Israel murdered 34 US sailors and wounded 174 others in cold blood and destroyed a US intelligence ship in international waters, and a president would have to betray his country to cover up this fact and then to deny the survivors of that brutal air assault on their defenseless ship a fair and public hearing, we fully appreciate the extent to which LBJ was being manipulated by this modern Mata Hari and other Zionist agents who had gained access to the innermost corridors of his Israel-friendly administration.  Guilt by Association is enough to make any patriot’s blood boil.

And it is doubly galling for those of us who spent the Johnson Era out in the streets protesting his criminal war against Vietnam to learn that what the Zionists promised Johnson in exchange for his support of their aggressive 1967(which is, let’s not forget, was when the Occupied Territories were occupied): an easing of the criticism of his war effort in America’s mainstream media!  Let anyone who still bristles at the suggestion of undue Zionist-Jewish influence in our mainstream media consider this: how could they have promised and delivered that muting of journalistic criticism if they did not in fact have effective control of that media?  And one wonders to what extent this censorship prolonged that unjust war, and how many additional American and Vietnamese lives were lost, while Irgun agent Mathilde Krim led the President of the United States around by his …um….nose.  Yet who was charged with lack of patriotism?  Not this treasonous s.o.b.  of a Zionist asset in the Oval Office.  No, that epithet was reserved for those of us who protested his aimless and ever-escalating war in Indochina.  If that’s not enough to draw your ire, wait till you see the picture on page 76 of that other sellout Zionist asset, Bill Clinton, awarding the Presidential Medal of Freedom to Mathilde Krim 23 years later.

It would simply be impossible to recommend this book too highly.  It belongs in every American library and on every American’s bookshelf.  Reading it will, as Noam Chomsky suggests, leave you “breathless,” and I would add that it will also leave you hankering for its sequel, to be titled Criminal State, due to be published very soon.  It is very difficult to believe that author Jeff Gates could possibly outdo himself with this next book, but I for one cannot wait to see him try.

When sociology Professor Bill Robinson stared down the Anti-Defamation League, it looked like a victory for academic freedom. Yet was it? Robinson was portrayed as an anti-Semite because he sent an email to students featuring a photo essay critical of Israel that had circulated online for weeks. While University of California administrators dallied, the ADL and its international network turned up the heat—signaling academics worldwide they could be next.

It looked like progress when the faculty at UC Santa Barbara urged “changes in procedures to avoid improprieties and abuses in the future….” But was it? By then the ADL campaign had created the intended chilling effect. This silencing campaign was featured news for five time-critical months while a newly elected U.S. president was reassessing U.S.-Israeli relations. How can anyone calculate the full extent of the damage—not only to Robinson’s reputation and to the stature of the University of California but also to national security?

So where’s the victory? Clearly Robinson deserves acclaim for resisting pressure as the ADL deployed its most seasoned operatives, including Marvin Heir, a rabbi at the Simon Wiesenthal Center in Los Angeles. Only an investigation can identify who mobilized the donor community that threatened UCSB Chancellor Henry Yang with the withdrawal of funds.

What was the motivation for this high profile intimidation campaign? Was the ADL driven simply by the discomfort that two students voiced on their receipt of his email criticizing Israeli policy? Or did the ADL network have its sights on a broader strategic goal?

Facts have since proven it was largely pro-Israelis who fixed the intelligence that manipulated the U.S. to invade Iraq. That same network has now mobilized to expand that war to Iran. A key barrier: the global condemnation of Israel’s brutal assault on Gaza. How does Tel Aviv limit the public relations fallout? On what leverage points should Israel focus to contain the censure while continuing to obscure Israel and pro-Israelis as the common source of this manipulation?

Aiding An Enemy Within?

The Founders faced a similar challenge during the Revolutionary War. How could they distinguish patriots from those loyal to a foreign nation? Knowing the vast risks that accompany betrayal, they lowered the evidentiary standard for treason. Guilt still required proof beyond a reasonable doubt but a conviction only required evidence of “adhering” to an enemy or giving them “aid and comfort.” To remove all doubt about the gravity of this capital offense, they even included those relaxed standards in Article III of the U.S. Constitution.

Fast-forward two centuries to the Information Age and consider the challenge of distinguishing friend from foe. With a new president sworn into office on a platform promising change, how should Tel Aviv continue to conceal the fact that it was pro-Israelis who deceived the U.S. to wage war in Iraq for the expansionist goals of Greater Israel?

During the Democratic presidential primaries, Senator Barack Obama promised no change in U.S.-Israeli relations. But that pledge was made while he and Hillary Clinton were vying for the pro-Israeli vote. What about now—particularly now that he knows Israel scheduled its assault on Gaza between Christmas and the Obama inaugural—knowing that interval would ensure Tel Aviv could operate largely free of official criticism?

Campaigning for president is one thing. Serving as commander in chief is another. What became of the prospects for change after this professor of constitutional law took a constitutional oath that obliged him to defend the U.S. from all enemies—both foreign and domestic?

Based on the success of pro-Israelis in inducing the U.S. to invade Iraq, how does this international network best expand this war to Iran? To succeed again, how can Tel Aviv best control the risk that facts unhelpful to its agenda find their way into the marketplace of ideas?

How about this for a psyops strategy: launch an intimidation campaign on a high-profile campus and portray a critic as an anti-Semite for sharing photos that had been circulating for weeks on the Internet. Then threaten his job, smear his reputation, put him in fear of his physical safety and threaten to withhold critical funding. Then see if on-campus critics still dare to speak out.

While the Faculty Senate should be commended for its stance, one must ask: what took so long? And what will be done to ensure that never again is a professor on any University of California campus subjected to such abuse with the complicity of university administrators? What steps will be taken to ensure this conduct does not recur on campuses nationwide?

Where was UC President Mark Yudof as this intimidation campaign progressed with such well-timed success? What role was played by the pro-Israeli bias of his wife, Judith, the immediate past president of the United Synagogue of Conservative Judaism representing 760 synagogues?

Where was the Board of Regents while this silencing campaign advanced between the invasion of Gaza and President Obama’s White House meeting with Likud Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu? Did Board of Regents chairman Richard Blum harbor an undisclosed bias that precluded him shutting down this ADL operation? How about his wife, pro-Israeli U.S. Senator Dianne Feinstein, chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee? What role did bias play in a community-wide smear campaign led by Arthur Gross-Schaefer, a Santa Barbara rabbi?

Was this only an offense against a courageous professor who fought on while university administrators retreated? Or was this assault more strategic? The Faculty Senate cannot on its own correct these wrongs because key offenders remain beyond their reach. What they can—and must—do is dismiss any faculty member complicit in this operation, condemn any university administrator who failed to act promptly and rebuke complicit operatives in the community.

The reputation of Prof. Robinson was only grist for the same mill that churned out the phony intelligence required to induce the U.S. to war in Iraq. That same network of deceit now seeks to catalyze war with Iran. Robinson was not the target. His reputation was collateral damage. The target was the mindset of academics that—because of this assault—hesitated to criticize Israel.

Until steps are taken to deter future offenses, these psychological operations (psyops) will continue and the reputation of the U.S. will continue to be collateral damage. Most ominous of all, those who wage war “by way of deception” (the motto of the Israeli Mossad) will continue to displace the facts on which self-governance depends. Progress must be measured by how many educators grasp that what was done to one could be done to all.

Education – The Ultimate Battlefield

In unconventional warfare, the battlefield is the shared field of consciousness. Where does a “consensus” reside? That’s where battles are now waged for public opinion. Those who targeted University of California, Santa Barbara Professor Bill Robinson know that victory flows to those most adept at influencing the consensus mindset. Few know that better than the Anti-Defamation League.

For seasoned combatants, the psyops challenge lies in how best to displace facts with beliefs. The only modern component of this ancient craft is the means for taking such manipulation to global scale. The duplicity is the same regardless whether the operation creates a shared belief in Iraqi WMD, a shared consensus in the infallibility of unfettered financial markets or a shared opinion that Israel is a democracy and an ally. All false yet all widely believed to be true.

Robinson was smeared as an anti-Semite for sharing a photo essay with his students that was critical of Israeli policy. That essay first appeared in Adbusters, a magazine subtitled The Journal of the Mental Environment. Kalle Lasn, founding editor of Adbusters, is a graphic artist who eventually awoke to the harm he was doing as an advertising executive. An Estonian, he saw firsthand how the Soviets exerted virtual control by manipulating the mental environment. In March 2004, Lasn published an article in Adbusters pointing out that, whereas less than two percent of Americans are Jewish, 26 of the top 50 neoconservatives advocating war in Iraq are Jewish (52%).

He titled the article: “Why Won’t Anyone Say They’re Jewish?” By ADL standards, that meant he was an “anti-Semite”—just for asking the question. What’s since been confirmed is that the bulk of those who fixed the intelligence around that predetermined goal were either Jewish or assets developed by operatives who were Jewish.

Displacement is how warfare is waged in the Information Age: displacing facts with beliefs. Why would anyone expect otherwise? Jewish critics of Israeli policy are “self-hating.” Non-Jewish critics are anti-Semites, Jew haters and/or Holocaust deniers. Although those charges are fast losing their potency from overuse, their toxicity still retains enough force to silence critics—as shown by the global traction gained by this thought control operation on a University of California campus.

Sir Gerald Kaufman, British founder of Independent Jewish Voices, uses his position as a Member of Parliament to criticize Israeli policy. Members of his family perished at the hands of the Nazis and in the Holocaust. As one of the U.K.’s harshest critics of Israeli policies, he routinely compares the Jewish state’s treatment of Palestinians to Nazi Germany’s treatment of Jews—the same analogy for which Robinson (also Jewish) was smeared as an anti-Semite.

The psyops specialists who coordinated this on-campus silencing campaign know where modern wars are waged: in the shared mindset. The war fought to invade Iraq was waged in the mental environment long before U.S. troops invaded Iraq. Now the U.S. appears guilty by its association with an extremist enclave infamous worldwide for its prowess at waging war by way of deception—and for its aptitude at deceiving the U.S. to fight those wars.

The U.S. invaded Iraq only after facts were displaced by manipulated beliefs. The litany of manufactured beliefs is long and varied: Iraqi WMD, Iraqi ties to Al Qaeda, Iraqi meetings with Al Qaeda in Prague, Iraqi acquisition of yellowcake uranium from Niger and the list goes on. None were factual; all were deployed to deceive. And to advance an Israeli agenda.

Remember the campaign to discredit Joe Wilson overseen by (Jewish) White House operative Lewis Libby, Vice President Cheney’s Chief of Staff? A former U.S. Ambassador to Iraq, Wilson was targeted by Libby for exposing the phony intelligence on uranium from Niger. Campaigns to deceive and discredit have long been key weapons in the Israeli arsenal of deceit.

Remember how Colin Powell was dispatched by pro-Israeli war-planners to the U.N. Security Council just weeks before the March 2003 invasion? Why Powell? To associate his hard-earned credibility with what we now know was false intelligence about Iraq’s mobile biological weapons laboratories. At every turn we find the displacement of facts with beliefs to manipulate decision-makers. That operation successfully discredited not only Powell and the U.S. but also the U.N., an organization that Tel Aviv fears may yet hold Israel accountable for its conduct under international law.

Intelligence on which the U.S. relied was fixed by pro-Israelis in pursuit of a predetermined agenda: the expansionist goals for Greater Israel. Phony intelligence persuaded Washington decision-makers to dispatch the U.S. military to wage a preemptive war not for American interests but for Tel Aviv. When waging unconventional warfare, by the time you see troops on the ground, those complicit are often pre-staging the next venue—as now with the Israeli push to attack Iran.

The ADL-coordinated intimidation campaign launched on the UCSB campus reflects the face of fascism in the Information Age. To respond effectively, the Senate Faculty must provide the tools that enable those targeted to grasp how facts are displaced with induced beliefs—in plain sight and, to date, with legal impunity. No one likes to be deceived. Once “the mark” grasps how they were manipulated, they will see for themselves who is complicit and why. That’s when long overdue accountability can begin.

To focus only on the means (such as the attack on Robinson) leaves the end obscure. And leaves the mark—including UC students—without the tools required to defend against such duplicity. For educators, that shortcoming would transform this potential triumph into an academic tragedy.

Iraq war veteran and ANSWER Coalition representative Michael Prysner reports on the Viva Palestina delegation’s journey to challenge the Israeli blockade of Gaza and deliver humanitarian supplies.

We filled New York’s JFK airport on July 4 with Palestinian flags and kaffiyehs, chanting “Viva, Viva Palestina!” as hundreds of international travelers watched us unload a truck full of wheelchairs, walkers and medical aid.

This powerful image was a visual reminder of the hundreds of people in Gaza who have endured amputations and crippling injuries from U.S. munitions fired by Israel during the recent December-January massacre. The cruel Israeli blockade prevents even wheelchairs from entering Gaza.

At the Cairo airport, the Egyptian security forces were overwhelmed by the number of Viva Palestina t-shirts amassed outside. With local press trying to cover the event, the Egyptian police tried to shut down the spectacle and shuffle everyone onto busses. Everyone stood strong, ignoring the Egyptian authorities and giving the media ample time to get images and conduct interviews.

The people in Egypt have expressed their support and gratitude for what we are doing here. Since our arrival, our solidarity trip has been covered by many media outlets, including Al Jazeera, Press TV, and several of the largest Egyptian television stations. I have been interviewed several times on behalf of ANSWER.

A very large press conference was held at the Egyptian Journalists Union, where a banner hangs outside protesting the working conditions imposed by the Egyptian government. It was attended by more than a dozen media outlets.

I spoke on behalf of the ANSWER Coalition, reporting on the growing movement in the United States—a movement that will fight until the Israeli siege ends and there is real justice for every Palestinian. One Egyptian newspaper journalist hugged me and said, “You are always welcome in Egypt.”

This morning, half of our delegation left to begin the drive to the first city where we’ll stop on our way to Gaza. We have purchased 47 brand new vehicles that we will leave in Gaza. Vehicles in Gaza are just as vital as medical aid to meet the need for public transportation, ambulances and more. Many of the vehicles break down and are no longer functional. The vehicles we have purchased will serve the people of Gaza for years to come.

The rest of us have remained in Cairo for an additional day to use the rest of our funds to purchase as much medical aid as possible. We will then set out to meet up with the rest of the team, load the vehicles and head for Gaza.

The energy and morale in the group are very high. There are nearly 200 people here who will deliver aid to Gaza, provide medical care, and return home to tell their stories about the realities on the ground. Cynthia McKinney is due to join us after spending just one night in the U.S. following her return from an Israeli prison.

We are setting out for Gaza to break the siege—to disobey the criminal blockade that forbids toys for children and materials to rebuild the homes, schools and hospitals that have been reduced to rubble. We are going in the largest delegation from the United States to ever head to Palestine. Not only are we making history on this trip, but we are defining a new period by setting the stage for a renewed struggle for the liberation of Palestine from colonial rule. Every day the movement to free Palestine grows. Every day we are closer to victory.

Meet Michael Prysner

Michael Prysner joined the U.S. Army when he was 17 years old, hoping that he would get a college education and, in his own words, “believing that the U.S. government stood for freedom, justice and equality.” Prysner was later deployed as part of the initial invasion of Iraq.

Of his experience, Michael wrote: “I spent 12 months in Iraq, doing everything from prisoner interrogations, to ground surveillance missions, to home raids. It was my firsthad experiences in Iraq that radicalized me. I soon realized that my purpose in Iraq was to be the oppressor, and to clear the way for U.S. corporations with no regard for human life.

“I separated from the Army in 2005. I understood that illegal conquering of Iraq was for profit, carried out by a system that serves a tiny class of superrich whose endless drive for wealth is at the expense of working people in the United States and abroad.

“I still had the same drive to fight for freedom, justice and equality as I did when I joined, and I understood that fighting for those things meant fighting against the U.S. government, not on behalf of it.”

How is the current financial crisis related to the corruption you talk about in your book?

This financial crisis is the product of a globalized carriage trade—those skilled at creating debt and living off fixed interest. The dynamics of this crisis match the savings and loan crisis of two decades ago. What we now see is the latest financial “pump and dump.” First financial markets are pumped up with record debt as massive amounts of wealth are extracted on the upside, and then the markets are dumped, with operatives using their wealth to acquire assets at lower prices on the downside, accelerating the concentration of wealth and income. Guilt by Association documents how the same networks of operatives were active in the S&L pump and dump, the dot-com pump and dump and now the systemic fraud known as the subprime mortgage crisis.

Interesting article on Brietbart’s site titled “Sheehan returns to rebuke Obama.”

You feel for her as she lost her son in the War on Terror and she’s clearly struggling to find answers to her loss. Then you had to watch how the Main Stream Media (MSM) just used her and her grief in their attacks on the Bush Administration. To them and their agendas (versus real journalism) she was their hero as long as she was protesting against the Bush Administration.

How times have changed!  Now that she’s protesting the Obama Administration, she’s suddenly persona non grata amongst the MSM. She hardly gets a mention, if at all.  How sad and illustrative of the MSM’s biases this is. Maybe Sheehan will finally realize how she got played and used by the MSM. Sometimes the best lessons are the ones learned the hard way.
