Because I am a new user I couldn’t save… meh! Oh well… I’m annoyed with those websites that makes requirements, but I guess its because they don’t want user overload. But this is new. So I just printscreened and then saved what I did… because I spent an hour of time that I should have put to my homework for the Heads and Hands. That is due today… at midnight.

I never appreciated the desert until I played Shadow of the Colossus.

Ah.. I forgot to say, I found iScribble via Christie on her blog, “Dump of Paint.” I also found her through Conceptart.org, as I remember some weeks ago. I should be more active there, but eh! I’m lazy… They have some cool contests each week though. I don’t do too many things in photoshop so… yeah. Well, I dunno, most of everyone there is really good with painting photoshop. I’m feel more comfortable with graphite to be honest.

I subscribed to iScribble and created a private drawing for testing. The tools aren’t bad, but I prefer my desktop tools, or even my trusty pencil.

I also discovered that the minimal age to sign up for iScribble is 16 years. This probably explains the “colorful language” I saw during the chats. I guess if you have some online art buddies this is a fine service, because you can keep it private. Many public drawings are vandalized by pranksters, who think that scratching over other people’s drawings with broad strokes in a single color is so funny. Ha-ha. NOT!

I’ve been hanging around iScribble these days. Iscribble.net is a place to hang out, enjoy drawing and have fun. Here is a short introduction to it.

“This software is a real-time drawing application. It is thus not possible for us to have immediate control over what all users do. We do not take responsibility for any user-contributed content. The contributors themselves are responsible for their actions. You are allowed to express yourself freely but we will not tolerate any material that is immoral, racist or might otherwise offend a person or a group of people.”

It is just like Club Penguin but instead of playing and chatting, we do drawing and chatting. It is a real fun. You draw and other people around the world see your drawings. Not only simple draw or chat but people invented games with drawing like Contestz, Pixeling and etc….

Also when you are newly registered you are restricted user, which means you don’t get to use all the tools that regular users get to use. But you get tools like Pencil..Eraser..Pen..   You don’t hae to pay to become the regular user. These are the things they want you to do in order to become a regular user.

“As soon as we think that you are a serious user and you show that you put some efforts into your drawings we will promote you to a regular user and give you publishing rights. The system will convert your account as soon as: 

• you have been registered and have not been warned for 10 days, and
• you have contributed at least 120000 segments to the gallery (a drawing typically has 30000-50000 segments), and
• you have at least 1 drawing rated 3.5 or higher in the gallery

We do not manually upgrade your account so please do not ask us about it. After you meet the requirements you might have to re-login for the changes to take effect.”

Anyway. 2 exams down, 2 to go, But they aren’t till next week . Physics was “bleh”, OOPSE was ok, except when I had an argument with the compiler over an if statement checking for a null string – it works fine in VB *sigh* – got it working eventually. And it turned out the multiple choise questions were fkd, apparently a class can only extend an abstract class??! (I know only some people will know what I mean).

In other news, My REA got deleted – Who doesn’t like Dr Who?!? – and today is the day, the day we should get to find out about AC3
