Puis vint très vite le temps de l’Accréditation version ANAES pour les Etablissements de Santé dont le référentiel évoluera ensuite régulièrement dans les années 2000 en renforçant l’aspect structurant de son contenu en matière d’organisation du Travail.

Persuadés que l’ensemble des systèmes allaient converger autour d’une structuration par Processus mais surtout dans une intégration intime avec la Politique de Responsabilité Sociale et Environnementale (RSE) des entreprises de Santé comme de Service, Adecco Medical décide alors d’anticiper cette évolution de fond.

Ainsi l’entreprise intègre, dès 2004, la Certification de la Fiabilité Comportementale de ses collaborateurs à son système (exclusif encore à ce jour) et toujours dans cet objectif d’anticipation Adecco Medical intègre dés 2009 sa démarche « Value In People » à son Système Qualité tout en l’encadrant par un Audit Vigeo (nouvelle exclusivité d’Adecco Medical dans son secteur) mené au premier trimestre 2009.

Untuk mendapatkan gambar yang sangat bersih dengan warna menonjol,pilijhlah ISO paling rendah.ISO rendah dapat menghasilkan eksposur dengan waktu cukup panjang namun kadang berakibat meningkatkan noise pada gambar.Cobalah atasi dengan sedikit menambah bukaan rana sebelum menambahkan ISO


White Balance

Atur WB pada posisi Daylight/Sunny untuk menyeimbangkan sinar cahay yang hangat dengan tonal biru yang dingin pada langit.Untuk menghasilkan warna yang berkesan dingin,pilihlah pengaturan Tungsten atau Fluorescent.Sebaliknya untuk menampilkan kesan hangat,pilihlah cludy atau shade.Saat emncoba pengaturan ini,perhatikan histogram untuk menentukan eksposur.

Format File

Pilihlah RAW,bukan JPEG.Foto malam sudah cukup beresiko dengan noise dan file JPEG justru akan mempertinggi resiko ini.Pemandangan yang sangat kontras juga menjadi tantangan lain dalam foto malam.File RAW mampu memperkecil kemungkinan hilangnya detil pada highlight dan shadow.

Memfokuskan

Karena obyek hanya mendapatkan sedikit pencahayaan,sistem auto fokus akan sulit mengunci obyek.Kalau gagal dengan mode AF,cobalah memfokuskan obyek secara manual,meski tak selalu berhasil pada pemotretan di malam hari.Untuk mengatasinya,coba untuk mengunci fokus pada obyek sebelum matahari terbenam,dan posisikan pada fokus manual untuk mencegah sistem berfungsi saat tombol shutter ditekan.

Mode Eksposur
Bila waktu tak menjadi masalah,tak ada salahnyauntuk menggunakan mode semi otomatis aperture priority,atau mengatur kecepatan shutter dan aperture secara manual.Manual juga dipilih untuk mendapatkan hasil yang paling tepat.Untuk kecepatan shutter diatas 30 detik,posisikan kecepatan shutter pada bulb agar shutter tetap terbuka selama tombol tetap ditekan.

Photography is all about light.  Three controls affect the amount of light reaching the camera’s sensor: aperture, shutter speed and sensitivity. Each one also has a creative impact on the image.

And now for the fun bit.  Some smart folks have divided each of these three controls into “stops” as shown in the following table. Each stop up doubles the light. Each stop down halves the light. This allows the photographer to change the creative effects while maintaining equivalent exposures.

Exposure – The Absolute Basics of Photography.

I often talk about specific areas of photography in this blog, but sometimes, I forget to cover the basics.  This post it is time to get back to the basics and make sure you remember the elements essential to good photography.  The most important thing to understand in photography is exposure.  It is essential that we capture the right amount of light to create a good photograph.  This is true in both film and digital photography; the rules apply equally to both.

Several components come together to create a proper exposure.  Although our cameras today can do terrific things with exposure in automatic mode, we’re here to help you understand how to do that on your own.  By learning to control your camera manually you’ll be able to be far more creative with your photography than running in auto mode will ever allow. 

For digital photographers it’s more important for you to get a good understanding of exposure than it is for a film photographer.  In digital you do have the ability to edit your photos before they’re printed, but it’s critical that you have good data in the image you capture.  That’s where it becomes essential to understand exposure and apply that knowledge to record a good quality image in the first place.

One rule above all others can help you learn to adjust exposure readily while you’re out shooting, the Sunny 16 Rule.  The Sunny 16 Rule: with your subject in full sunlight, use an aperture of f/16, at a shutter speed of 1/ISO.  By using this rule as a starting place for setting your camera, you can be very flexible in making well-exposed images, while maintaining your control over creativity.  This takes practice, so don’t get discouraged if you don’t learn it right away.

The elements that we must consider for creating a proper exposure are: 

• Amount of light on our subject. -  Sometimes we can control how much light is on our subject, and others, we’re going to deal with whatever light is available.
• F/stop (Aperture) – How much light we allow to come through the lens is controlled by our f/stop.  The f/stop is simply a method of controlling the size of the aperture (opening) the light is passing through as it comes through the lens.
• Shutter Speed – How long we allow the light to come through the lens.  We want to control the length of time we expose a shot to capture the right amount of movement, or to stop the action.
• ISO Speed – The speed at which our camera is recording the image.  ISO is directly tied to the quality of our images and we want to keep it as low as possible (i.e. 100) to maintain the best possible quality.  If we have very little light available and need a fast shutter speed, we may need to increase the ISO.  Just keep in mind that this will have a negative affect on the quality of the image.

I talked previously about using the correct f/stop for your subject (to control depth-of-field) and the correct shutter speed (to deal with motion), so this column is intended to help you bring it all together. 

If you want to make a portrait, you want to have very little depth-of-field, so you’ll want to use a wide open aperture, like maybe f/4.0.  So if you set your camera to Aperture Priority mode and set the f/stop to f/4.0, you can use the camera to take a meter reading on your subject.  Get near enough to your subject to NOT cause a shadow, point the camera and push the shutter release half-way down.  This will display the shutter speed in the viewfinder for you, so make a note of that display (yes, you need to read your manual to understand everything in that display).  Then switch your camera to manual mode, set the f/stop to f/4.0 and the shutter speed to whatever the meter reading provided on the display.  If your meter reading showed a shutter speed of 1/100^th of a second, then set the shutter speed to 1/100^th of a second.  Step back to where you want to shoot from and start shooting.  This will make your shots far more consistent than using an auto, or semi-auto mode.  Do the same thing with Shutter Priority mode if you want to use a particular shutter speed.  Once you’ve practiced this technique for a while you’ll learn to make adjustments on the fly fairly quickly, and you will be more comfortable over time.

The illustration I’ve included here might help you understand what you’re seeing inside your viewfinder.  Although this is a typical Canon display, it should be easy to translate to whatever appears in your particular display.

What ISO setting to use? High is good for shooting without blur or shooting in the dark but gives you noise (“grain”). What is optimal?

The following may help.

If you do not use AUTO ISO, my rule of thumb for starting points is:

• Outdoors, or when you are using a tripod: 200 ISO
• Indoors: 400 ISO (whether or not you are using flash)
• Problem light, such as museums or hockey arenas: 800 ISO

You can vary from there of course, but you will not be far off.

Hi everyone, welcome to my blog and thanks for looking. Here you will learn the truth about dpreview.com, well some of it anyway. I don’t have the time to point out everything that’s wrong with that site and some of the idiots in the forums there. If you think I’m making up anything here please feel free to go to dpreview and see the truth for yourself.

So, to get started about dpreview I’ll say that it is one of the biggest fanboy sites on the web. In this case, fanboys (including fangirls) are people who are in love with a certain brand or model of something and will promote and defend it way beyond what any sane person would do.

Some or all of them are probably paid by a manufacturer to be a shill (viral marketer) for their products and to attack and insult anyone who doesn’t say the absolute nicest things about that brand or model. Where dpreview comes in is that they allow and encourage the fanboys and will ban people who speak out against them.

Dpreview makes a lot of money from the manufacturers of the camera gear they review through advertising dollars and they also get free camera gear on loan from the manufacturers. Their so-called reviews are blatant examples of bias and favoritism and I’m sure it’s based on which manufacturer pays them the most or loans them the most gear. I wouldn’t be surprised if they take bribes too.

The dpreview forums are run by gangs of fanboys who viciously attack and try to silence anyone who doesn’t agree with them or blindly praise the brand or model they love and are promoting and defending, and especially Canon products, which are plagued with many inexcusable defects by the way. I think that dpreview may even pay some of the fanboys to help promote and defend certain products or to stir up controversy so that there are more hits on the forums, which generates more clicks for more advertising dollars. Either that or some (or all) of the fanboys could just be regular employees at dpreview.

Dpreview has a big monetary interest in promoting and defending brands and models so that interest in those brands and models is high and more people may go to dpreview and either click on the reviews or go to the forums. Of course people love to see a train wreck, which is just what the dpreview forums are, and the fanboys always seem to outnumber anyone who speaks realistically about brands or models and it makes it appear that the fanboys are always right.

The fanboys work hard to silence anyone who doesn’t agree that their beloved brand or model is the very best and dpreview will ban people who don’t submit and agree. dpreview also selectively deletes posts that reveal the truth about fanboys and camera gear.

If you go to the dpreview forums take a good look at how the fanboys argue endlessly that their beloved brand or model is perfect and way better than all other brands or models and they will use the most inane and nitpicky things to bolster their maniacal, idiotic claims. Fan comes from the word fanatic and it certainly applies to some of the people on dpreview, and especially in the Canon DSLR and lens forums.

If anyone says anything negative about a Canon product, even when it’s true, they are attacked as though they deliberately insulted the fanboy’s mother or kids. I think some of those fanboys value their cameras or lenses more than their mother or kids and that at least some of them sleep with their cameras or lenses and I really don’t mean sleep.

Fanboys must have very low self esteem to depend on owning or lusting after a camera or lens to make themselves feel like they’re important. Some of those people virtually live on forums, promoting and defending their beloved brand or model and rarely if ever take any pictures. They think that just owning or lusting after a certain brand or model will automatically make them a great and world renowned photographer.

If or when they actually do post pictures, the pictures are almost always junk, or mediocre at best. Many of them go on and on about how perfect and awesome a certain brand or model is but the next day they’re often asking which lens they should buy or which settings they should use for their vacation in Disneyland. Anyone who doesn’t know which lens or settings to use for certain things isn’t in a position to promote or defend any brand or model.

The dpreview forums are full of wannabe photographers whose self esteem is based on being in a brand or model cult. They have the cult, mob, gang mentality and dpreview encourages it by letting them stay and banning people who speak out about it.

dpreview is a joke, and I’m apparently not the only one who is figuring that out. Amazon bought dpreview in May, 2007. At that time dpreview had over 7 million unique visitors per month. Last month (OCT. 2009) they only had about 1.3 million even though new, popular cameras (to fanboys) were announced or released, which usually generates more hits on any camera review website. dpreview deliberately lies on their site and they still say that they get 7 million unique visitors every month.

They say: “These days the site is one of, if not the, premium digital photography site with an audience of seven million unique visitors a month..”

Occassionally when trading you’ll stumble across a “spike” on your chart which very often skews or distorts the picture.  Generally these are either out-of-sequence trades [oops, I forgot to enter that one] or an ISO – Intermarket Sweep Order.  The easiest way to determine which is to judge by the volume of shares traded and before you begin screaming “dark pools”,  ISOs are totally legal and needed each day to add liquidity across the markets; especially in tickers trading at high volumes such as SPY.  The easiest way to understand them is let’s pretend that Chicago is running low on shares of SPY but Philadelphia has a boatload.  They negotiate the trading of shares at an offmarket price and the limit order will temporarily be reflected on the chart.

**If** your broker is doing his job, these “spikes” are generally removed from the charts within the hour OR whenever possible, the sweeps are performed after trading hours and then removed so as not to disrupt things but on high volume days, you’ll see them.  Hopefully your broker has a way for you  to remove it from your chart; otherwise you may have to wait, email or call them to do so.

One bummer about them – they can and do trigger stops and can cause your trade to exit prematurely.  Whenever I’ve brought this up to traders they raise their eyebrows and scoff but I cannot tell you how many times I’ve caught that it’s happened to me.  Maybe it’s because [at times] I will day trade quite a bit and I see what’s happening.  Occassionally I’ve had luck complaining to my broker and they’ve replaced my shares.  Other times I let it go because [as it turned out] I would’ve been stopped out anyway.  The biggest reason I’m writing this post today is not only to explain what they are, but if you ever see someone on twitter or another social network telling you that the “spikes” are an indication of what direction the stock is going………….block the blockhead!  If you’re subscribing to the guy and actually paying him a fee, block yourself.  They have absolutely no bearing on the direction of a stock as you can see from these charts.  The dude is totally clueless and you’re bound to end up just like him if you follow like a lemming.  You should at least do your own research at the SEC website or via the web and don’t trust your money with some “schmo” who trades based on spike direction.

All three of our labs here at DDL are now under one certificate and one quality system, which will help provide consistent delivery of our tests to our customers for their medical device testing, as well as product and material testing needs.
