I have been busy with school lately. .___. College is one hella damn hard thing to survive. And I’m only on my first three months of it. Out of 40 months. BLOODY HELL.

I’m going to post some of the pictures I have already taken at school sometime in the future. LOL. :>

My Uncle Niño came to visit us from New Jersey, and before he went back, we went to a trip to Boracay. Boracay is a small island in the Philippines where you could find fine white sand. When you run or take a walk barefooted along the seashore, you’ll feel as if you’re walking through flour. It’s one of the seven wonders of the world too. :)

Since we got there later than expected (due to airway congestion), we had to do everything (water sports + souvenir hunting) the next day, since, we had to leave the island before 5am the other day, so we could catch our plane back to Manila.

We are a family

No one knows our club better than we are, if you think that we are some dumb people who would shout “Go James” when he is taking his freethrows, we don’t care,  you’re dumber. For over 3 long years we elevated from a “fans club” to a “family”, a family who supports James more than anyone else in the planet.

But like all families, we’ve been through struggles, and there are people who doubts us too, but all of these challenges made us more stronger, inspired of course by you know who. Haters will always be there, but what’s important to us is that we do our best to support James, that’s what we’re made of, this family was formed because of him, as I’ve said in my previous post, there can only be one, and that’s James Yap.

After this 2012 Commissioner’s cup finals, James announced and thanked us for our support, and it was just overwhelming, that he introduced our family to the whole nation, and after that night, we were highly recognized. And after all of that recognition, we stayed humble.

For me, its been 3 years, and I should say that there’s only one word to describe our brotherhood, that is “Priceless”.

James Yap is now the face of the PBA, everyone knows him because of his talent inside the hardcourt, but like any other superstars, he has haters that criticize him and his play,  many people say that he is an over rated player, but when you look at his statistical points all over the years that he is in the league, averaging double digits in points per game, how he hit those clutch shots, and the way he led his team to win several championship games. He isn’t a 2-time MVP for nothing,, he proved his critics wrong.

There are so many people who criticize James, but not as many as those people who idolizes and loves him, because he’s not just a good player, he too is a great man outside the court, he is kind and approachable to the fans, gives autograph and give them the chance to take picture with him, that attitude separates him from the other players who  takes their fans for granted. He is one of a kind.

In this current Commisioner’s Cup of the PBA James’ team B-Meg Llamados is now in the championship round, it was about 2 years since Purefoods won a championship and it was a historical one, sweeping a brilliant team like the Alaska Aces. But this time they will face the mighty TalknText team led by their superstar veteran Jimmy Alapag

We know James Yap is a big time player, and we expect a lot from him this coming finals, and all these years he has improved his game, becoming an all around player, not just scoring but also helping in other departments, that’s why Coach Tim Cone praises him a lot.

B-MEG'S road to redemption is wide open.

The Llamados rode the able back of Denzel Bowles during spirited spurts in handily beating Barangay Ginebra 108-84 Tuesday and advancing to the PBA Commissioner's Cup finals at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.

Bowles finished with gamehighs of 34 points and 14 rebounds and totally outplayed the Jackson Vroman-led Kings frontline in leading B-Meg to a 3-1 victory in the best-of-five semifinals duel.

Joe Devance, James Yap, PJ Simon and Marc Pingris also played key roles but it was the 6-foot-10,
22-year-old Bowles who drew the most praise from Llamados coach Tim Cone.

"A young kid like that, responding the way he did, grabbing every rebound making every tough play,"
relished Cone. "I thought that's what really inspired us."

Dylan Ababou, Vroman, Mike Cortez, KG Canaleta and Jayjay Helterbrand tried their best and did
succeed in giving Ginebra the good start it needed to follow up its 88-79 victory just last Sunday.

But all faded in the face of B-Meg's determined and prolonged charge, with Ababou picking up his
sixth foul just 41 seconds into the fourth period with Vroman following suit in the final 5:56 mark.

As a result, the Kings would wind up either third or fourth, depending on the outcome Wednesday of
the other deciding match in the semifinal pairing between Talk N Text and Barako Bull.

For Cone, his 24th finals stint and the Purefoods/B-Meg franchise's 22nd is just a culmination of
the lessons the team learned from a sorry fifth-place finish in the Philippine Cup, when it emerged
from the eliminations as the top seed, only to be felled by No. 8 Powerade in the quarterfinals.

"When I came into this team we talked about growth and the Powerade thing... that would help us
grow," said Cone.

"That motivated us for this conference and we learned not to take anything for granted."

Ginebra should have had the same mind-set after letting an early 25-11 lead slip away.

B-Meg's charge let up a bit and Ginebra managed to whittle what was once a 59-80 deficit to just
73-86, early in the fourth period.

But Bowles quickly responded with back-to-back baskets and the rout was in full swing again.

Cone may be cherishing his own shot for a 14th title overall, but not after blaming himself for
B-Meg's bad start to the game.

"I had this brilliant idea to go zone," he related. "I thought by giving them something new we would
catch them by surprise. But they started making their shots. I was really embarrassed."

Working mostly behind Bowles, the Llamados worked their way back and used a prolonged run that is
equal to the second-most in franchise history in taking the half 58-46 and the game's control for
good.

Bowles scattered 12 of his points during a 19-0 assault from a 39-44 count, and the Llamados went
into the fourth canto with an 86-71 spread. 

Ababou wound up with 17 points with Vroman adding 14 and seven. For the fifth time in the duel, the
6-10 naturalized Lebanese failed to score in the fourth. (NC)

BARANGAY Ginebra may have bought some time, but its back remains against the wall against B-Meg in
their PBA Commissioner's Cup semifinals duel.

The Kings must now exert another balanced, all-around effort in order to put the pressure  on
Llamados Tuesday at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.

"One mistake, tanggal na kami," was how Ginebra coach Siot Tanquingcen summed it up.

The Kings eluded the Llamados' broom with a breakthrough 88-79 victory last Sunday.

B-Meg coach Tim Cone took all the blame for the loss, which prevented his team from realizing a
three-game sweep of the best-of-five duel.

"I'd like to say that we beat ourselves last game by playing with little focus and awareness, but I
don't want to take the credit away from Siot and their coaching staff and the way they prepared,"
said Cone Monday. 

"But when our guys come out unfocused like that, it's on me. It's my fault."

Cone did not have to say much more out loud. Statistics bear him out and tell the Llamados' sorry
tale in Game 3.

B-Meg shot 17-for-41 from the field in the second half to Ginebra's 17-for-39. The Llamados won the
rebounding battle 54-48, but that was far removed from the 29-19 advantage they had after the first
24 minutes of play.

James Yap wound up with 14 points but went scoreless in the entire second half while Denzel Bowles
did not buy a basket until late in the third quarter, after he has missed his first eight attempts.

Marc Pingris also got slapped with a technical foul and a flagrant foul penalty-1 just 30 seconds
apart and promptly got ejected only 1:31 into the second period.

"I'll need to have them better prepared for Game 4," said Cone.

The motivation has long been there for Ginebra and best personifying that is a group of determined
individuals led by KG Canaleta, Mike Cortez, Rudy Hatfield and Jackson Vroman.

Canaleta scattered a gamehigh 23 points, anchored on 4-for-8 three-point shooting, while Cortez
notched a first-ever career triple double of 17 points, 11 rebounds and 10 assists, capping the
sterling performance with five straight points from a 78-74 count.

For their part, Hatfield and Vroman constantly applies the pressure on the B-Meg frontline with
their constant penetrations and motions.

Should Ginebra win Tuesday a decider is set Thursday. But that's not what occupies the Kings'
collective thoughts at the moment.

"In our situation right now we cannot complain," said Tanquingcen. "Kami rin ang dahilan kung bakit
kami nandito. But we have to persevere, i-build pa iyung character ng team, 'yung Ginebra spirit. If
we build character, it will give us hope."And it will not just be about gameplans anymore. "It boils down to puso na, e," he stated. "Ibuhos
na lahat, iyon 'yung kailangan naming gawin." (NC)

Simon took charge of B-Meg’s offense by sinking in successive baskets in the closing minutes of the game, putting the Llamados at a 2-0 advantage in the best-of-5 semis showdown.

The 6’1” shooting guard ended up with 15 points with 8 of them coming in the final two minutes.

“I told them it’s gonna take special effort tonight to make it 2-0 on a team like Ginebra, this is a special effort,” said B-Meg coach Tim Cone.

Cone is pleased that his team has showed calm and maturity especially during the Gin Kings’ resurgence in the final period.

“There were times when I felt like we were starting to lose it a little bit but this team has toughened up a lot mentally… they come back strongly when they get behind,” he said.

The scores were 77-all when Simon sparked a searing 6-2 exchange over 2 minutes remaining.

Marc Pingris came up with a defensive gem against Dylan Ababou’s attempt to secure the win for B-Meg.

Two-time MVP James Yap also had a superb game, hitting 6-out-of-11 from the field to join a handful of PBA players who made at least career 700 three-pointers.

Denzel Bowles top scored for B-Meg with 21, while Yap added 16.

Niño Canaleta was Ginebra’s top scorer with 19. Mike Cortez gave able support with 17 markers.

Jackson Vroman, who made an errant pass late in the game, was limited to just 10 points.

Another win over Ginebra will send B-Meg straight to the finals, but Cone said this won’t be easy.

“Now the special effort has to be times two to go out and get the next game… the other team will gonna be desperate with their backs on the wall. They will come out with a tremendous effort,” he said.

He got his nickname “A Man with a Million Moves” because of what he does in hard court and when he play he is guarded double because he is a great player and he is an all around player, he shoots a lot of game winning and many exhibition shots and he is compare to NBA`s sensational player Lebron James. Kris and James got married on 10th July 2005 and Kris filed nullity of marriage on 9th August 2010. Bimby will remain in the custody of his mother but his father will have rights to visit him.

According to Kris and James all their properties have been settled already a year ago and there is no issue about that anymore.

WISHES COME TRUE

Masaya na raw siya dahil lahat ng hiniling niya sa pelikula niya sa MMFF ay natupad: Ang maging number 2 sa box office at manalong best actor si Dingdong Dantes.

Naging tampulan pa ito ng intriga lalo na ang pagkapanalo ni Dingdong sa Gabi ng Parangal.

“How can you manipulate the box office? I think yung wish na yun at yung placement na iyun nanggaling sa hard-earned money ng mga tao na nagbayad para panoorin kami,” ang sabi ni Kris.

“As far as the award is concerned, I don’t think I did anything na…” at natigilan ito sandali.

“That was not proper kasi hindi ko naman wini-wish for myself, e,” pagpapatuloy niya.

“Winish ko for somebody whom I felt was so deserving of it, and who treated me so well on the set.

“I felt I did such an excellent portrayal.

“At kung meron mang hindi natuwa na si Dong ang nanalo, there are other award-giving bodies.

“It just so happened na ngayon, sa kanya napunta,” pahayag pa nito.

Hindi na raw siya nasasaktan sa mga intriga at mga puna laban sa kanya.

“Bakit mahi-hurt kung kumikita ka? I think ang nahi-hurt lang yung mga nalulugi.

“I think I have no business to be hurt because God has been so good to me.

“Honestly, magiging bitter ka lang talaga kung masyado kang greedy, e, I don’t think I was greedy,” saad nito.

Hiningan din ito ng reaksyon sa pahayag ni Gov. Jeorge ER Estregan, na bilang presidential sister, sana hindi na raw ito nagsalita o nagbiro kay Dingdong na kung hindi ito manalo, magwawala ito o mag-walk-out.

Sagot naman ni Kris, “Well, maybe as a governor also, dapat hindi na niya ako patulan.”

Naikuwento pa ni Kris na inimbita raw nila si Gov. ER na mag-guest sa programa niyang KrisTv at i-tour ito sa buong Laguna, pero hindi naman daw sila sinasagot.

Pinag-iisipan din ni Kris na hindi na raw muna siya sasali sa Metro Manila Film Festival ngayong taon dahil gusto raw niyang mag-focus sa kanyang teleserye sa ABS-CBN 2.

“I start taping February 21, a teleserye. Ang sabi ni Deo [Endrinal], ‘Katawan mo lang ang makapagdesisyon kung ano ang kaya mo,’ kaya wala pa talaga.”

Wala rin siyang maisagot sa tanong tungkol sa pelikulang gagawin niya with GMA Films kundi nakipag-miting na daw siya kay Atty. Annette Gozon-Abrogar.

Hindi rin niya masabi kung posibleng magsasama sila ni Marian Rivera sa isang pelikula.

“Ang mga pinresent kasi ni Annette were possible concepts pa lang.

“Ang sabi ni Deo, kailangan umupo silang dalawa talaga, para in the event kasi na magka-festival entry ako o hindi man festival entry, walang overlap ang stories at hindi magkapareho.

“The other thing na hiningi lang ni Deo is for us to be given the next 18 months to fulfill that commitment. Meaning, hanggang June 2013 sana,” lahad nito.

KRIS AND SENATOR BONG

Binigyan din si Kris ng ideya na kung sakaling sumali uli ito sa MMFF, posibleng magsama naman daw sila ni Sen. Bong Revilla.

Mukhang magkakaroon ng part two ang pagsasama nina Vic Sotto at Ai-Ai delas Alas, kaya malamang hindi na matutuloy ang unang pahayag noon ni Vic na sila ni Sen. Bong ang magsasama sa 2012.

Wala pa naman daw inaalok na ganung offer, ayon kay Kris.

Mahirap raw magsalita sa ngayon hangga’t hindi pa ito naupuan at nasimulang mag-shooting.

“But, I’m really open talaga, kasi this year talaga, as I declared, I am an actress,” napapangiti niyang sagot.

“Nandun ang utak ko talaga to complete one teleserye, and hopefully, two movies this year.

“Actually, what could sway me to work with Sen. Bong… kasi that type of movie ang gugustuhing panoorin ni Bimby [bunsong anak ni Kris].

“Kasi sinabihan niya ako na, ‘Mama, why don’t you make a fighting movie na there’s karate?’

“Sabi ko, ‘Mama cannot do karate.’

“Yun ang gusto niya na magkarate Mama niya. Pero sabi ko, ‘Mama can train to fight with the sword, why not di ba?’” natatawa niyang kuwento.

“Mahirap lang talaga mag-suggest ngayon kasi, while the impeachment trial is ongoing, ayoko lang talaga sabihin na sumisipsip kami sa kanya.

“Alam mo naman di ba? Lightning rod ako for controversy, kaya quiet na lang muna ako.

Another exciting year of PBA will be on our way this Sunday October 2 as it opens its 37th season.

Rookies will show why they deserve to play in the PBA, showcasing their talents.

JV Casio, the overall no.1 pick in this year’s rookie draft and the other 4 are expected to showcase their basketball skills from the Amateurs into the Pro league.

With the departure of Smart Gilas, a new team came back, Barako Bull which is now called Shoppinas Clickers.com, acquiring back their original players from the other teams, while getting a new coach in the name of France Pumaren of the De Lasalle Green Archers who’s  hoping to have a successful debut this season.

Of course the veterans will still be the main guys, like the crowd-favorite players Mark “The Spark” Caguioa of Brgy. Ginebra Kings and “King”James Yap of the B-Meg Llamados.

One of the big talk this off-season was the end of the 22-years of Coach Tim Cone in Alaska and made a decision to go coaching the B-Meg Llamados that made the 37th season more interesting. Meanwhile, Dondon Hontiveros, was traded back to his team Petron Blaze Boosters in a trade with Barako Bull(Air21).

The PBA opens its new season with a new coverage team, 37th season will be aired on AKTV13(sister channel of TV5 which is owned by Manny V. Pangilinan of Smart)

Kris Aquino and Diether Ocampo

What’s the real score between the TV host-actress Kris Aquino and actor Diether Ocampo? Rumor has it that Kris and Diether are taking their relationship to the next level and romance is in the air.

In several interviews, the two constantly denies any kind of romantic relationship. They both claim that they are just good friends, and that they are enjoying their time being single and unattached.

The rumored romantic relationship between Kris and Diether once again surfaced when the actor guested in the September 22 episode of Kris TV. The TV host and the actor showed signs of sweetness as they exchange words during the interview.

“Tinanong ko si Bimby, pinapanood ka namin. Sabi ko, ‘Bimb, can Tito Diet become my boyfriend?’ And sinabi niya sa’kin, ‘But why?’ Sabi ko, ‘Oh, okay. Why not?’ ‘Because I love you, Mama. You can like him, but don’t love him. Okay, so at least may permiso ka na na I can like you.” said Kris in her show, Kris TV during that episode.

The actor replied saying, “Parang like pa lang, sobra-sobra na yata ‘yon.”

Meanwhile, the four-year old baby James previously expressed that he does not want his mother Kris to fall in love again with another guy. Kris was married to James Yap. Unfortunately, the relationship didn’t work, and they are now in the process of annulment.

Kris added,  ” Hayaan nyo na siya’ kc hinahayaan nya naman ako’,kinina was our last hearing so I wish him well“
“Im doing everything, I am surrounded with the people i love, hindi nga ibibigay ni God ang lahat sa iyo. So kung ang lovelife di nya kayang ibibigay sa iyo, ok lang’ darating din yon.“
