I was thinking tonight about China Man’s unfulfilled love.  A girl he was great friends with/semi-involved with at the end of this college career.  Things didn’t work out, by her doing, but they stayed friends.

I’ve thought about her kinda a lot in the last few weeks, like about China Man getting back together with her someday.  I figured out tonight why that makes me partly jealous.

Because if he gets back together with her, then that makes our whole relationship, something of a farse.  Like it never meant anything to him, because he wanted her before me and then he went back to wanting her after me.

Now, I have no idea if he actually will get back together with her.  It’s just sorta nice to figure out why that thought has bothered me a bit.

If nothing else, it would at least be nice to know that what we did have at one time was real.  Just like in The Notebook… he says something like, “I’m not bitter anymore, because I know what we had was real.”  That being true would make me feel better, because then even though it didn’t last, at least I wasn’t duped.  Even though I’m not (or shouldn’t be) worried about that at all.  China Man would be so ticked right now if he heard me say that (that I was duped).  So ticked.

wow, zapped my enthusiasm. everyone (especially hubby’s mom) will look at everything I do or say to “friend” under a microscope.
And all because he is male.
If he were my GF no one would care if I talked to him.
Sucks!
I’m stressed and unhappy now.

Do I say “the hell with them” and just have a good time?

Then I have to live with the wrath of  Hubby for a few days.

Is it worth it?

When do I get to play?

I spend my days wondering what it is all about and is it worth it.

Honestly: I want to be in love! I want that excitement! I want a thrill in my life! I want my pulse to race and my juices to flow!

Reality: This is the life I chose when I chose my mate and made a family, and now it is what I have and I have to work with it.

Not even allowed to fraternize with the male. Can’t manage to feel female much anymore.

Family Gathering With Love

Love brought families together, and love is the common force of each person’s existence.  This love that binds the family together is often taken for granted.  If we were to dissect the superficial front of families we would find, strife, jealousy, fear and hatred and no holiday within the family feels like a blessing. 

Enter with me the tale of two families.  One family focuses on abundance, gratitude, blessings and love.  The other family focuses on power, individual differences, lack, and fear.  Thanksgiving, Christmas and the upcoming New Year are times when our thoughts turn to our birth families as we attempt to share time with our families.

Family one understands that life is challenging, beautiful and different for each member of the family.  The parents are supportive of their children, and provide the necessities of life.  They enjoy each other’s company, and no one seems to be fighting for compliments, being heard or being seen.  This family believes that love brought them together, and love will sustain them throughout the life aging process. 

This number one family believes that life is full, and there is much to gratefulness and thankfulness.  Love is endless in this family.  Each individual brings to the family their own uniqueness which brings more depth within the family.  With more depth comes richness and more meaning within the family.  In fact deeper conversations and sharing becomes as easy as pie.  Strife, dis-respect or jealousy seem to be only conversation topics.  Personalities will on occasion clash, (after all we are human) but that’s just it; the clash comes, and is gone within minutes.  These members of this family share the heartaches, trials, struggles equally.  They also share abundance and love equally. 

Family number two is quite different.  Each member holds grudges, and they come together under the parental control even as adults, and are still struggling to be their own person.  The strife is evident as the gathering starts.  This family lives in fear, lack and despise each other.  They become jealous of what the other has accomplished, and not supportive.  When they gather under one roof they revert back to the conditions of childhood.  The parents are in control, and the children know nothing. 

This second family everyone struggles to find their own voice, and they want to be seen as themselves, not what someone sees them.  The moment the family arrives the strife is evident, and underlying.  Each member feels the strain of not being loved, and not having enough love to go around.  The fun and cheer of the holiday doesn’t last very long, for someone will say something that will feel unwelcome, and the strife begins. 

This second family doesn’t intend to have holiday gatherings like this, but they ar not sure how else to be.  They are being the kind of people that they were taught from generation to generation.  This family must walk on eggshells when sharing personal thoughts, and endeavors.  This family gets along, but not without judgment, shame or blame.

Family number one, focuses on abundance, and love.  Family number two focuses on what they don’t have, or their own fear.  Family number one is a rare family, but that doesn’t mean that family number two can’t be like family number one. 

This is the time of year to begin to focus our thoughts and minds on abundance, and love.  We have so much to be thankful for, and we each are unique.  If allowed each individual in the family has something worthwhile to share, and to give.  Love is always abundant.  We must let go of our judgments, our shame and our willingness to blame others for our own behaviors. 

Take time to be grateful for who and what you are.   Know that you were brought into this world with love, into a family that truly wants to love.  If your family doesn’t know how to be without blame, shame or judgment then show them through your own actions.  Time and families are precious, and love is abundant.

Be blessed this holiday season.  Show and share your love with all.

It is a great combination (with a power of Mach 3 razor) and I get a nickname or more bleeding, even when shaving in arid environments, such as Phoenix or Vegas.

For days I’ve been obsessing over when I would get my period. Over a week ago, I thought it was maybe time, but day after day would pass with nothing. It would drive me crazy to hear about all of these women who were getting pregnant. Last night I heard of yet another one. She already has two kids and wasn’t even trying. She didn’t even want to get pregnant and she was pregnant again!

I broke down. I fought with my husband because I was so frustrated. I was angry because I wasn’t even back at square one, I was somewhere in the land of square negative. Having my period would be back at square one, and it was not coming. Where the hell was it? How long would I have to wait? It was killing me. I was miserable, not able to cope with all the feelings of jealousy and loneliness. I felt so alone, so weak and fragile and uncapable. My heart broke yet again when I thought about how far along I would have been by now. This would have been the end of my first trimester, a huge milestone in my pregnancy. But instead, my womb is dead and empty. When would it be ready for life again?

But finally, this afternoon, it’s here.

I’ve already checked my trusty ovulation calendar and have marked down the days that we’ll try again. I finally feel like there’s hope for me again. I feel like I can start over.

Like many, I succumbed to the sales hype and the promise of a true "hot towel" Experience and smoother shave ever. No matter how I applied the Billy J. Hot Towel Pre-Sahve, I could not get more than a seconds value of the sensation of warming warmth.The was so short that I never could feel it on my area.I shave all, I suppose would have forgiven the promise not holding a hot towel, if I had the smoothest possible glide with my razor, but this was not the case. At best, it wasequal to all other similar products, except the King of Shaves Kinesium who is the head of one of the pre-shoulders above any other shaving products, regardless of price. If there is a theoretical limit to the smooth shave can be Kinesium approaches nearest to that limit. You do not always get what you pay unless you like to impress your friends with high colloection products you have in your medicine cabinet.

I just tried this product for the first time. It may work great with their seaplanes shave products, but I prefer a heavy foam, so I used it with Edwin Jagger shaving cream / brush and a Merkur DE safety razor. I shave more often right out of the shower so I was disappointed when the sensation of heat was short and barely noticeable. As for the quality and closeness of the shave, there was absolutely no improvement. I did my usual three assists off, and the final product was, ifnothing harder than normal.
For price and quality that will not do that in my decision to shave routine.

I bought three different electric pre-shave for my husband to try in an effort to help achieve a closer shave and reduce the amount of redness and bumpiness seems to be the result after every shave. He tried to AFTA, Anthony Logistics, and all that. Without telling him what they cost, he immediately zeroed in on the jealousy and Billy says he is her favorite and he felt he got the closest shave with it. I agree that his face feels incredibly soft (as soft as ourBottom daughter to use the colloquial term) after every shave. I was looking for a product without alcohol, and I'm already used to the ice quality Billy Jealousy Shaved aftershave is an excellent product. This solution unfortunately leads your razor to make your skin and force you to move, causing irritation. This also causes the shaving to be less close. Back to Lectric shave yet – it is unfortunate that Billy Jealousy does not come with this product.

Very disappointing. I also use a Braun razor. This improved product slipped slightly. It does not improve shaving closeness to all, even with repeated passages. And the smell is quite unpleasant. Conclusion: too expensive and incredibly inefficient. I can get the same benefit by simply applying a thin layer of aloe vera before shaving. It costs less than a penny a request and is beneficial for the skin. For me it was a waste of money.

I took a sample of the substance to an order of Derby Extra blades. I usually use Art of Shaving Pre-shave oil with AOS or shaving cream Proraso Cream. Billy Jealousy, by itself, does a good job to lubricate your skin while providing a comfortable shave while providing a close shave. My face, however, feels better with my regular battery accessories shaving. Even after putting on my normal after-shave balm, my skin was a little dry with Billy Jealousy. That said,I'll order a bottle of Travel and whenever I need to shave again in the evening. It's really no hassle to use and requires no brush and very little preparation.

It is not my main shaving cream, but I intend to use it quite often especially when I'm in a hurry.

Even if it's true it's not really a cream, but a sticky, soapy slick, it's his job. PPL Some may find it strange because it does not foam up like a regular shaving cream. If you look at what is a shaving cream is suppose to do, protect, promote smooth blade slides .. etc.. yes .. It does everything superbly.
the only thing is that I find this sort of thing does not really rinses off easily, as others have asked.
Bottom Line, "works better than most brands on the market.

Jealousy Amongst Women

Have you ever experienced another woman trying to sabotage your relationship with your boyfriend/ husband? I have. I seem to have this constant theme throughout all my relationships, where random, jealous women try to come between me and whomever I am with. Is there such jealousy amongst women that they will act like delusional lunatics, at the cost of their dignity, just for the slim chance they will steal a man away from another woman?

Ever since I can remember, I have had to deal with women trying to come between me and my man…why? There are tons of men out there and I question what would make a woman consciously seek out committed men? Women who go after “taken” men must have very poor self-esteem. Why else would someone go for an unavailable person…spells out low self-respect and self-sabotage to me.

It saddens me that women feel such a need to compete with other women instead of support each other. Why can men get along without the constant competitions and women can’t? When us women have any issue, we hold a grudge until it gets the better of us, while men can have a fight and be over it the next day.

Who or what is to blame for the terrible way women relate to one another? I hope for future women that try to force themselves into my life, they sense a Queen Lioness ready to defend what I’ve created. Recently one of my few friends from my childhood took his own life. We used to be friends but we had not talked in about 7 years. As we, both attended different high schools.  I was not particularly close with him or anyone until I went to high school. 

I do not remember him being depressed in middle school. Nevertheless, he could have been, as I do not remember much of anything.

I think many people are never seen as depressed because it may manifest itself differently in some. I know that childhood depression looks different that adult depression. I think when you’re in a high school your at that awkward stage and depression can be manifested with childlike symptoms.

During high school, a few of my classmates committed suicide. I always never really thought I felt any feelings about it. However, when everyone was talking about how much their suicide must have hurt their families, I had different feeling about that.

I always was jealous of the person that took their own life, as they finally were free. They did not have to living a life of hurt, sadness and pain. They did not have to hide their depression from everyone.

I went to a catholic school from when I started school formal school in 4^th grade. I never thought about suicide as a bad thing, but I never saw it as good. Suicide was always just indifferent to me.

I feel like I hide many feelings and I try to minimize my abuse. When I was twelve, I attempted suicide and I did not plan it. I was just something that I somehow already knew how to do…I really never understood it.

 My parents knew that I had tried to commit suicide but they did nothing to help me. The same thing happened in 6^th grade when they were told I was self-harming. They “talked the talk” to the school counselor and pretended to care.

I think that some parents might really care about what other people think of them. In addition, they may view getting help as something ugly. I think what is ugly is that sometimes people that are really hurting never get the help that they truly disserve and need.
