I won’t be as active in the next few weeks – particularly next week – so I figured I’d post extra this week, just for you guys. They’re all drawings; I hope that…won’t be a problem.

I’ve decided to post four pieces of art before the end of this week – two I’m quite certain you’ve never seen before and two you may have already seen (if you’ve been looking through my accounts without telling me). For today, I’m posting the first drawing I’m pretty sure you’ve never seen–a portrait I did of my mother, Jessica Balde, as a gift for Mother’s Day about two years back. Given that Mother’s Day is already nearing, I figured it would be fitting for me to “repost” this.

I’m still trying to figure out a gift for my mother this coming Mother’s Day. I hope you haven’t forgotten to prepare for yours, as well.
