J-Hap Program, What is it about?

The Joplin Homebuyer Assistance Program, better known as J-Hap, was designed to  use grant funds to repopulate the tornado affected area. The City of Joplin, in coordination with the Economic Security Corporation, are  allocating funds of up to $30,000 to qualified applicants. 32 more words
