Time: 14:17 Scaled Handstand Pushups on a box with knees, used blue band for Ring Dips and did knee push ups, chest to deck.

“JT” kicked my butt this morning.  The warm up was 5 mins of double-unders and the three rounds of 10 Shoulder Pass Throughs, 10 Box Jumps, 10 Dive Bomber Pushups, 10 dumbbell Thrusters and 10 Kettlebell swings.  Yes, that was just the warm up.  So after exhausting myself there, I really had to push it to the limit to get through this workout.  I find on the 21-15-9 days that 15 is always the hardest round.  I don’t know if that is mental or what but it always seems like I am dying by the time I get to 15.

Also, last night I noticed that I was really tired.  I could barely keep my eyes open.  I am finding that I need more sleep as my body gets stronger and I start to really push it.  The goal this week is to keep myself from completely hogging out at Thanksgiving ( I’m cooking so I am making smaller sides) and to ensure that some time over the weekend I get a workout in.

Eu deveria fazer uma página completa só pro Nine. Cara, que banda foda (eu sei que sou morta de suspeita pra falar, afinal de contas meu namorado e meu cunhado são da banda ¬¬) , não consigo parar de ouvir o Snow Borne Sorrow, o álbum todo é ótimo, putz não tem uma musica ruim. *.*

Steve disse numa entrevista recente que estava escrevendo mais coisas, talvez para o seu próximo album solo, ou para o Nine, dependendo de como as coisas se desenvolverem…eu já estou na torcida não só por um álbum novo do Nine, como zilhares de vídeos de studio, ao vivo, clip se possível – embora eles não sejam chegados a mostrar a carinha linda deles – e, se possivel, turnê.

E meninos, venham para o Brasil. Senão minha futura viagem a Londres vai ganhar outro motivo: socar vocês. xD

Se bem que, depois do sonho do JT, e da RCM, o sonho do TP e o outdoor pode até, quem sabe, ser um sinal.

Tonight was one of those moments in L’s life that she won’t forget. It will be with her for a LONG time. Tonight JT and I (J too) took L to get her ears pierced. I was one of those moms that decided my daughter wasn’t going to get her ears pierced until she was 7. That way she could decide for herself whether she wanted them or not. Well, for the last couple of months she’s been asking me to take her but I wouldn’t because I thought my mom would have a fit. Imagine my surprise when this weekend we were at Target and mom saw a pair of gold studs for her and told her that if she got her ears pierced before Christmas she could wear those with her dress. That’s really all it took. She begged me everyday. We decided to make a night out of it.

First we ate in the food court at the mall. We ate at Johnny Rockets and ate at the bar. Why is it these little things thrill them more than anything? They were excited to be sitting there. Then we headed up to Claire’s. From what I could tell walking up there she wasn’t nervous at all, she was jumping around and skipping. We got there and she climbed into the chair, that’s when the nerves kicked in. Luckily JT took pics with my phone while I reassured her it was going to be fine.

She really did not have any tears but she sure did squint really hard.

All done, it took all of 15 seconds to do both. She was happy afterwards, if not relieved to be done. I was sweating because I was really stressed out.

Claire’s gave her a bear to hold onto which is such a good idea. I wish I had thought to bring something she loved to hang onto. I was so proud of her, she is such a brave little girl. When we were done, while Daddy paid she looked at all the earrings and was getting really excited about what lay ahead for her (about 6 weeks).

We started walking back to the car and I remembered I had bear bucks for Build-A-Bear, so we let the kids stop in and pick out an outfit for their animals at home. J picked out the new Darth Vader outfit with the lightsaber (of course) and L picked out a Christmas elf outfit for her doll Annie. To top off the night we stopped in Yankee Candle to smell some candles (more for me) and bought L a cookie for being a brave little girl.

I was supposed to be attending the Pioneer Woman’s book signing tonight but my friend and I decided to not go because of several reasons but mainly we were both tired from working late the night before. I am so glad we did something as a family. Oh, by the way. J wouldn’t watch as L had her ears done. He cracks me up.

Guerre et fermeture éclair

L’oeil rivé à l’écran, le joueur reste concentré sur sa putain de guerre et ne s’occupe définitivement plus de sa donzelle en manque de câlins. D’une beauté rarement égalée sur consoles nextgen, le jeu d’Activision poutre la cervelle, et plus particulièrement celle des joueurs dits aguerris. Immersif, intuitif, réaliste, le second opus de la série Modern Warfare transforme vos futures destinations de rêve en voyage au bout de l’enfer. Tout ce que l’on peut rêver de mieux !

Dans la piaule, les pleures de la miss sont couverts par les hauts parleurs surpuissants. Le tonnerre gronde, les balles sifflent, les ordres fusent, les morts s’accumulent, Hans se meurt…  et le plaisir du mode Solo est tel qu’on pourrait le comparer à une savoureuse branlette, avec des planisphères plein les draps : ici l’Afghanistan, là la Russie… Oh putain le Brésil, oh oui, oh oui, oh oui !

Violent à l’extrême, Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 se la joue JT de 20h avec ses litres de sang dégoulinant des corps fraîchement troués, ses chapelets d’insultes, ses rebondissements à tire larigot, ses puissantes montées d’adrénaline… Jamais un Call of Duty n’aura mis autant de nerf et de barbarie dans un seul et même épisode. Exquis !

En Multijoueur, on ne parle définitivement plus de masturbation mais bel et bien de partouze jubilatoire. On s’échange des tirs, des mots, des éclats de projectiles ou de rire, des cris enragés, des jurons… La guerre bat son plein aux quatre coins du monde. Pendant ce temps-là, votre copine vous a largué, et vous laisse là comme un con, avec quelques photos souvenir punaisées au mur. Ah ouais, quand même ! Ce qu’elle pouvait ressembler à Ophélie Marie, la sexbomb de l’émission Secret Story, ma meuf !  Quelle connerie la guerre, snif !
