I chose this sequence of clips to tell the story about the start of the Bill Pickett Ranch and the beginning of the youth program that originated there.  Mr. Johnstone is the man being interviewed in these clips and I first told the story of his interest in horses and where and when that began.  Second, I put the clips that told the story of why this ranch started a children’s summer program and what the programs goals are.  My song selection was chosen because it had an upbeat tempo and I felt it gave more enthusiasm to the entire project and made it seem much more exciting and would make people actually want to listen to the entire interview.

Just a note, I published the movie and said I was in section 4, but I am in section 1!

There are times in our lives when all the signs seem to be pointing us in a particular direction. Our thoughts and dreams are echoed in the songs and stories we hear and the media we see. Maybe the message we are getting from the universe doesn’t even make sense in the “real” world, but somewhere inside, these urges feel right. Maybe you feel you are being told to move to a new city although your life where you are is just fine. Or maybe you feel the desire to pursue a new direction in your career when it never really interested you before. Once we make the decision to pursue our inner urgings, the universe sets into motion the means for all sorts of details to fall into place. A sense of peace will come over us, because we know that any questions will no longer make us wonder if our dreams are possible, but how to make them happen. Instead of deterring us from our goal, these questions only serve to clarify our focus to move us forward. We need not throw caution to the wind to follow our dream. The positive shift in our energy affects everything around us. Like a rush of water, it goes ahead to clear debris from our path so that we can go forward. Our new attitude also attracts likeminded people. Sometimes even the most unlikely angels arrive to help us along our way with the information and support we need.

Wherever your dreams are pointing you today, take a step. Take action and manifest your inner urges and soul whisperings.

se todo mundo gostasse de BDR seria no mínimo estranho. Mas acho que todos seriamos felizes, né? Bonde do Rolê é feliz vai, com o bo-bo-bo-bo-boy deles Q.

Viram como BDR é avançado ? Em 2007, ano que foi lançado esse clipe, eles já tinham coisas azuis na cara igual a Lady Gaga acha que lançou esse ano.

a maioria das provas dos professores de historia são de teste/alternativas/xizinhos, não é muito dificil de colar se você sentar perto de uma pessoa nerd. Mas não daqueles nerds chatos que acham que tem quer ser bons sozinhos. Escolha já seu nerd Ache um nerd legal que te passe cola *-*

 

Professores de Ciencias- 

o professor acha que saca tudo, e que vai pegar qualquer um colando. Mas na verdade você pode usar um folha inteira né Sté u.u que ele nem vai perceber. Só não levante sua prova como um retardado e nem chame ele pra tirar duvidas. Afinal, que duvida você pode ter quando se tem uma pagina de resumo ?

 

Professores de Geografia- 

PERIGO, NÃO COLEM. A não ser que você seja expert como eu ._. não colem, sério. Pode ser perigoso, e vale mais a pena aprender a fazer pelo menos um terço da coisa, do que tentar fazer tudo e tirar zero.

 

Professores de Espanhol- 

esses caras são meio coitados né. Eles aprendem uma língua diferente, ou vem de outro país, com a maior boa vontade de ensinar as pessoas burras a falar outra língua. E o que eles ganham ? Uma aula por semana até a oitava série. E agora, Marcia ? Como fazer pra ajuda-los ? Cole nas provas de espanhol, não é nada demais poxa. Ninguem vai morrer por isso. É só espanhol, que diferença faz. Mas antes de colar, veja se o sue professor não tem boa vontade, porque na maioria das vezes, ele mesmo te passa as respostas.

O Estranho O nosso focker mascote. Bom o Dorfo é uma pessoa normal como qualquer outra muito estranha. Desculpem, mas minha mamãe me ensinou a ser sincera u.u Ele é amante coleguinha de classe meu e da Bi. Por ele ser uma pessoa de Marte, ele faz algumas coisas totalmente fora do normal. Mas isso depende do que você entende por normal, se você for de Marte como ele, deixe seu e-mail nos comentários, quem sabe vocês se entendem.

Bom, nós como somos muito espertas e só pensamos em money decidimos começar a gravar essas coisas muito bizarras que o Dorfo faz. Já gravamos faz tempo e vamos começar a posttar os melhores videos dele aqui, pra diversão de você.

A palavra “direito” vem do latim directus, a, um, “que segue regras pré-determinadas ou um dado preceito”, do particípio passado do verbo dirigere. O termo evoluiu em português da forma “directo” (1277) a “dereyto” (1292) até chegar à grafia atual (documentada no século XIII).^[3]

Savannah College (GA) and Central Florida, two programs that compete in the Southern Women’s Lacrosse League (SWLL), joined JU at the Lighthouse Lacrosse Foundation’s annual Fall Classic tournament at Ed Austin Park in Jacksonville Florida. The tournament helps raise awareness to Lighthouse, a 501 (c) 3 organization, and their mission to build lacrosse in troubled Duval County, which recently pulled their school lacrosse programs out of FHSAA district play citing lack of resources. Lighthouse has been hosting clinics and leagues for Jacksonville city children for several years and has been the recipient of both US Lacrosse grants and local business grants focused on benefiting kids.

JU handily won both contests as the team showed great development over their brief six-week Fall season which included two scrimmages with 3rd-year program Rollins College (Winter Park, Florida), and one scrimmage against 1st-year program University of Florida. About 100 fans attended the event that was open to the public.

Leading scorers over the two games were Sarah Michel (SO, Georgia/Milton) 7 goals/2 assists, Abbie Warnken (FR, Florida/Baron Collier) 5 goals, and Ellyn Spangenberg (FR, Florida/Oviedo), Stephanie Peterson (FR, Maryland/Broadneck) and Joce Jamison (FR, Maryland/Westminster) each with three goals. Nine dolphins tallied points over the two contests despite not playing with their leading attacker of the Fall Cassie Compasano (FR, New York/West Islip) who had an injury.

The defense and goal keeping units played very well on the day yielding just five goals combined in the two contests. Three goal keepers saw action including Tara Brock (JR, Florida/Winter Springs), Raleigh Collins (FR, Tennessee/Houston) and Karli Tobin (FR, New Jersey/Moorestown).

Earlier this Spring, Coach McCord commented on the JU program:

“We have had an excellent response from parents and community members and our team attitude is outstanding. We have a very difficult schedule right out of the gate this Spring and all of us are looking forward to the challenge. Both Matt (Kerwick) and I wanted to create top-level Division I programs from scratch and that requires us to play challenging opponents, watch a lot of video together as a team, and forge improvement each day. I don’t think these players could possibly grow any more on or off the field had they gone to another school. Each day we are demanding personal growth and focus forward in year number one. That is going to make us an exciting team to follow over the next few years and a strong family bond as a program.”

The lady Dolphin laxers are completing a final week of team practices at JU before returning to focusing on their individual skill workouts until the Spring season. JU will kick off the Spring with pre-season scrimmages at the Ancient City Winter Classic on January 9th and 10th in Ponte Vedra Beach. They open their regular season at home against University of Maryland-Baltimore County (UMBC) on February 6th at 11am in an exciting JU double-header, featuring the first regular season Division I games played by a Florida institution. The men’s team will face-off against perennial powerhouse and ACC-foe North Carolina (UNC) in the second game of opening day on February 6th.

JU is also working on a capital campaign for a lacrosse facility and has created a lacrosse booster organization called the Lacrosse Legacy Club (or LLC). Get In The Habit of Spreading Joy and Happiness!

Did you know that Happiness is a choice?

Everyday, you and I get to choose to be happy or we can choose to be miserable.

We get to choose the way we greet our family, friends and the rest of the world around us. You can either put a smile on your face and greet people in a happy and friendly manner, or you can frown and act miserable. The attitude we display to the rest of the world often determines what type of attitude comes back at us.

If you treat others in a kind, polite and friendly manner and they are likely to respond back in a similar fashion. Not everyone will appreciate your happiness, but more people will.

No matter what language you speak, a smile is universal in the way it can impact and influence those around you. Have you ever watched people’s face when a baby cracks a big smile at them? It causes an almost instant smile back and feelings of joy.

There will always be some people that have such a miserable attitude that even you and I won’t get them to smile back. Who cares? Never let that influence your attitude.

Keep smiling and move on before you catch their negativity disease.

Happiness is a choice. Champions choose to spread their joy and happiness in a positive and sincere manner. There will be some days that you have to “fake it until you make it.”

That’s okay…you are human.

The more you practice anything, the easier it becomes. It’s no different with sharing your happiness. Most people have grown accustomed to sharing the negatives of life. Your goal should be to do exactly the opposite. Always be ready to share the good news.

Whether it’s how good you feel, how much you love your work or how much you love your Martial Arts. Think about all the things in life you enjoy the most, put a smile on your face and get in the HABIT OF SPREADING YOUR JOY AND HAPPINESS!

Sometimes we forget to take the time to recognize the richness that defines our lives. This may be because many of the messages we encounter as we go about our affairs prompt us to think about what we don’t have rather than all the abundance we do enjoy. Consequently, our gratitude exists in perpetual conflict with our desire for more, whether we crave time, convenience, wealth, or enlightenment. Yet understanding and truly appreciating our blessings can be as simple as walking a mile in another’s shoes for a short period of time. Because many of us lead comparatively insular lives, we may not comprehend the full scope of our prosperity that is relative to our sisters and brothers in humanity.

If you find taking an inventory of your life’s blessings difficult, consider the ease with which you nourish your body and mind, feed your family, move from place to place, and attend to tasks at hand. For a great number of people, activities you may take for granted, such as attaining an education, buying healthy food, commuting to work, or keeping a clean house, represent great challenges. To experience firsthand the complex tests others face as a matter of course in their daily lives, try living without the amenities you most often take for granted. This can be a great experiment to undertake with your entire family or a classroom. Understanding working poverty can be as easy as endeavoring to buy nutritious foods with a budget of $100 for the week. If you own a car, relying on public transportation for even just a day can help you see the true value of the comfort and conveniences others do without. As you explore a life without things you may normally take for granted,! ask yourself for how long you could endure.

The compassionate gratitude that floods your heart when you come to fully realize your abundance may awaken pangs of guilt in your heart. Be aware, however, that the purpose of such an experiment is to open your heart further in gratitude and compassion. This awareness can help you attain a deeper level of gratitude that will allow you to savor and, above all, appreciate your life with renewed grace.
