My Thoughts: I loved Baccano! I loved Natsumi Yuujinchou! Narita, Omori and Yoshimori are really talented people. To top it off, they even got two of my favourite voice actors: Fukuyama and Miyano! I think the show will be worth watching.

as Kajika arrived on airport, she met Carl, she ask carl to give her more information ’bout Eugene, so Carl ask her to live untuil tomorrow in his hotel. Kajika agreed and went to take her luggage. Carl said that he waits her on the outside.

unfortunately, as she takes her luggage, occurred a coup de tat by sahaji. they’re firing bullets, and forced the civilians to out from the airport. Alas, Kajika was trapped over there, Li-ren that’s just arrived, desperately searching for Kajika, finally he founds her. but, some granite was throwed towards them, Li-ren protected Kajika, so he was injured.

luckily, Isaac able to find them, and bring them to his headquarter and healed Li-ren.

on Isaac HQ Kajika confessed to Li-ren,, (kyaa~~n i screamed when i hear this,, as usual, Li-ren showed his poker face,,, XP ) she said, that she doesn’t want Li-ren to love somebody else, and want to be always with him,,,

after she grew up, her father challenge her to play some husband-hunting game. Harry has choose 3 guys, and Kajika have to find them, choose on of them, and make them choose her too~~ it’s mean that 3 guys didn;t know anything~~

Maybe you didn’t think things like that could happen in a “modern”, “liberal” country as opposed to a “backward” or “totalitarian” one. But this is a very old tradition in Japan, going back centuries, and it should not be surprising that some vestiges remain. This is also explains why there are so many convictions. Knowing that they are quite likely to be convicted, hardened criminals or just ordinary folks who have gotten into trouble will hurriedly admit whatever they feel is necessary to satisfy the police and judges. And they will also express deep regrets and make formal apologies. For then the penalties will be much less severe and they may even get off quite lightly.

Here’s a manga I picked up a while ago and absolutely love.  The cast of character is cute, the storyline is interesting, and the manga itself is simply fun.

The plot basically goes like this: Elsee, a demon, appears to Katsuragi Keima, the well-known gaming “god”, and asks him to help her in her mission, which is to capture the spirits that inhabit the hearts of young girls.  As far as she tells Keima, his job is to make these girls fall in love with him to fill the gap in their heart and the spirit will be pushed out.Keima agrees, reluctantly (and only because otherwise he’ll lose his head and then how could he play games?), to help with one spirit, who inhabits Takahara Ayumi, a girl on the track team at his school.  He is able to attract her using techniques picked up through gal games and extract the spirit.  Only after that does Elsee tell him that there are actually hundreds of these spirits to capture, and he has to help.

It’s a pretty simple plot, but it’s a fun read.  I’ll do a short bit on some of the characters to illustrate my point.

Katsuragi Keima / 桂木 桂馬

He is known as The Capturing God online and spends every moment of his time playing said games.  Despite this he is at the top of his class in school and reasons that he can game in class so long as he does well.  He loves 2D girls but despises 3D girls and is less than willing to help Elsee in her task because it takes up his gaming time.  The best way to describe his personality would be to mention that it’s easy to imaging him being voiced by Jun Fukuyama, Lelouch’s seiyuu.

Elsia de Lute Irma / エリュシア・デ・ルート・イーマ

A 300 year old demon from Hell.  She’s the silly/airhead character of the series, a bad student at the demon academy when she attended (and a janit or), and she managed to stay close to Keima by tricking his mom into thinking she was an illegitimate child of Keima’s father.

Hakua du Lot Herminium / ハクア・ド・ロット・ヘルミニウム

An honor student back at the demon academy and the current District Chief, this girl pretends to be much more skillful than she is.  Initially she causes issues for the main duo, but she quickly changes into a friend instead.  She has a partner, an old lady, who hasn’t captures any spirits yet but is working slowly to eventually do so.

This Hakua thumb is by the same artist as Keima and also scanned by icie, so the same link can work for both.

I think that Hakua may (well, she probably should) end up being better at capturing than Elsee one day because he partner is surprisingly skilled, but at the same time, I want Elsee to win.  She’s the main character for one, and she’s very loveable.  Even though she’d incompetent and not entirely genius, she’s still adorable and works hard.  I usually hate main characters like that, but when they’re the sidekick it tends to be okay.

Of the three of them, however, I have to say I do love Hakua the best.  Her character design is nicer and she has better clothing.  Elsee wears a very simple ninja-esque short dress-kimono thing, but Hakua has a sassy skirt and a cooler scythe.  Keima’s design is so simple (regular school uniform, glasses) that he can’t even compete.

Aside from Hakua’s clothing, however, she’s also smarter than Elsee but somewhat clumsy and easily frightened as well.  She’s a borderline tsundere character but not really.

Anyway, the story is done in an episodic manner, with one spirit being captured, then a rest, then another spirit, etc.  Between the capturing is a story laced with some silly, comedic moments.  I hope the manga ends well, whenever it ends, because it deserves to.

It’s a story that even manages to have interesting and cute side characters, such as Tsukiyo Kujou and her doll, Luna, below.  The two had the most interesting capturing story of all the ones so far.

This series also has some cute fanart, such as Mizutama’s works (one such is pictures above).  I’m pretty sure Mizutama did a doujin for The World God Only Knows for C76 release.  Mizutama has also done a lot of work on Negima!, especially Evangeline McDowell, who needs more fanart (*cough*).

But in conclusion, I enjoy the series as a light, fun read and would recommend it to anyone looking to pick up something fun.

I remembered getting bored of anime for sometime few months back. :d

And i am kinda i am being drawn back to it, enough of boring and over-exaggarated animes like Naruto, Bleach.

Turns me off entirely, am glad now that i am so into the newly released anime(s) this year. =DDDD

07-GHOST and Pandora Hearts have captured my heart and i could just squeal every moment i see the bishies being flashed right infront of my screen.

And i suppose Jun Fukuyama really did a job well done for Vincent’s voice. *squeal x2*

I can’t wait for my birthday to arrive not because that it is a special day, but that Pandora Hearts OST will be released on that day. >w<

I am sure it will be uber awesomeness when i can download it nya ~

Especially Manga Volume 8, it got me so interested into it now i just start fantasizing things i shouldn’t be . =O

Anyway, i will be watching Pandora Hearts Episode 10 Subbed and 07-GHOST Epsiode 1-9 subbed when holidays invades into my life. =D
