Honestly, seharusnya tanggal segini gw ga sepatutnya melakukan postingan…mengingat banyaknya Monthly Report yang harus “done”..

Tapi karena saking eneg-nya gw terhadap kerjaan gw…membuat gw ingin menceritakan sedikit unek-unek apa yang gw rasakan tentang lingkungan pekerjaan gw…

Pertama,

Kantor gw ada didaerah segitiga emas Jakarta, dijalan Jend.Sudirman. Banyak orang bilang kawasan yang cukup keren kalo ditanya, “kerja didaerah mana?” kalo jawab, “daerah sudirman..” Wow…siapa yang ga tau sudirman kalo di Jakarta.

Oke sekian sekilas info yang pertama…selanjutnya, gw hingga saat ini *sejak per tanggal 17 Januari 2005* gw (masih) resmi menjadi staff disalah satu Kantor Konsultan Jepang yang menyediakan jasa pembukuan a.k.a Accounting Services (ada jasa lainnya siyh…males ah gw bahas ;p)

Di kantor gw ini, gw masuk ke sub divisi kecil dari Accounting..intinya nama divisinya : Inventory Division…Gw menghitung nilai inventory klien-klien yang gw pegang…baru hasil perhitungan diberikan ke Staff Akunting yang membuat laporan keuangan….

Kedua,

Didivisi gw terdiri dari 6 personil…1 manajer plus 5 staff…yang uniknya dari divisi gw adalah semua anggotanya sudah menikah….mantapsss daah…divisi lain mana ada yang bgini…hehehehehehe ;p *tandanya laku semua*

Untungnya karena cuma divisi kecil, maka rasa ikatan antara satu dengan yang lainnya sangat erat…seru deh..apalagi klo boss lagi ga ada…hihihihihi…*ga usah ditanya ya itu*

Ketiga,

Standar pekerjaan antara staff yang satu dengan staff lainnya berbeda-beda…apalagi klo yang anak baru..sudah pastilah berbeda jauh dengan yang sudah lama…karena makin lama biasanya baru ditambahin PT…

Jujur, ada PLUS n MINUS-nya kerja disini…

Minusnya : Kerja ga kenal waktu…tanggal tertentu sudah pasti ga bisa cuti…sakit aja kadang teuteup bawa kerjaan…(apalagi kalo yang sdh dari lulus kerja disini, sudah kaya dicuci otak deh…)

Plusnya : Datengnya masih boleh agak telat dikit…kerjanya boleh sambil maen game, karena yang penting target kerja tercapai…kalo mo ijin agak lebih mudah…^_^

Tapi belakangan ini, mungkin krn gw sudah jenuh kayanya..jadinya perasaan koq capeeeeee buangettt……apa karena lagi audit yaa…makanya terasa kerjaan itu gak ada henti2nya…pffiuh….

Yaaa bisa jadi…ini salah satu pelipur lara gw kalo lagi mumet…menuliskan unek2 yang harus tersalurkan…;p

Just take an example. If a person doesn’t know how to use anything other than Windows XP, what will he do if he finds a job in an Open Source promoting company? A boring geek of yesterday has become the coolest in the society of today? I agree n00bs were never cool! But they weren’t so much of a junk either.
Yep, junk! I shant use this word but todays n00b is a junk in technology’s world. Today companies have a first priority on english speaking, and second on Technology skills. Visit any job site and you’ll know. So, is it not a waste of time becoming a n00b???????

In Genesis, we read that in the beginning, there was light. God created the heavens and the earth. God had a place where His Kingdom was, and he had the earth, he had a plan for that as well.

God’s messengers were the angelic beings which were with God from the beginning. Lucifer was the fourth being, next to the Godhead which existed in heaven. He was the primary archangel a prince.

The Bible tells us that he was a very beautiful being, who had caretaker ship over the Earth. In Isaiah the 14th chapter, it informs us that he thought a thought and God knew what he was planning and what he wanted, God’s throne.

A war begun, and at the end, Lucifer and 1/3 of the angelic beings in heaven were cast out, and fell to the earth. As part of the punishment, Lucifer was changed from a very beautiful angelic being into a hideous being; we know call the Devil or Satan.

It is believed when Satan and his fallen angelic beings fell to the earth, they found Adam, the first being here, and later Satan found Eve, who he tempted and caused the fall of mankind, namely Eve and Adam.

The prophecy tells that God would place amenity between the snake and Eve; that Eve would bear children, and one-day a Savior would come and retake from Satan, what man gave to Satan, when he fell in God’s judgment for disobeying his precepts.

It is my belief that after Adam and Eve were formed, God continued to make human beings, to equal a significant number that mating wouldn’t become a problem. Many scholars today believe that God permitted Adam and Eve’s offspring to mate between each other.

This posses a problem, because during the Jewish laws which God gave Moses, and custom, mating between brother and sister was not permitted.

After the downfall of mankind, Satan permitted his dark angels to know human females. In Genesis chapter six, during Noah’s time, God informs us, that his spirit would not always strive with mankind.

In fact, God orders Noah to build an ark, that God had determined to destroy mankind, by flood, and start his creation plan all over. For 120 years, the Bible informs us, that Noah preached to mankind, but Satan closed their understanding, and only Noah’s immediate family entered into the ark, the flood commences and mankind and the offspring between Satan’s dark angels and mankind were also destroyed.

The Bible describes these offspring as Nephalim, and Rephalim.  During the time of Joshua, Og of Basham was described as a leader of Giants. During David’s time Goliath and his brothers, were members of the Rephalim.

After the flood, Satan shows up again, and the offspring of the Nephalim were found in various part of the earth, and there are stories of giants in many countries, whose culture had records during the ancient biblical times.

These people were destroyed by both Joshua and David in their respective centuries. There seems to be no further reference to these people and it was God’s will that they never existed.

After Noah, came Abraham. He was the central figure in three major earth religious we have today: Judaism, Christianity, and Islam. He is considered the father of each of the ancestors for these religions.

God selects Abraham to leave his father, and travel to Canaan, where God promised Abraham his descendents would be as the sands in the seas.

Sarah was Abraham’s cousin, whom he married. God through her, promised an heir who would begin the descendents know as the Jews. While traveling through Egypt, the Pharaoh sees Sarah and wants her to wife.

Abraham fearing for him and his wife Sarah gives her to the Pharaoh, whom God punishes for taking Sarah to wife. Pharaoh sends Abraham on his way, and gives Sarah Hagar to care for her as a servant.

Because of Sarah’s unbelief, she gives Abraham Hagar to bed, and she has a son who Abraham names Ishmael. Later, Sarah has Isaac, and she bids Abraham to send Hagar and Ishmael away.

An angel informs Hagar that through Ishmael, he would father 12 kingdoms, which is actually 12 Arabic peoples today. For generations, the Jews and the Arabs have fought over the birthright they claim through Abraham.

In 1948, the Jewish nation was founded, and from that time, Arabs and Jews have found it difficult to live nearby to each other. In the Old Testament, through Abraham, God promised his descendents Canaan.

In early Israel, prophets told the nation that a Messiah would come. For many centuries, until Christ arrived, they were looking for their Messiah. When Joseph was sold into slavery by his brothers, Israel was destined to live and become slaves in Egypt.

After almost 400 years, God sent Moses, who was raised as an Egyptian, in the Pharaoh’s home to bring Israel out of Egypt. Moses was a type of Christ in that he was a Law giver, writing most of the first books of the Old Testament.

He foretold that Christ would come much later as man-kind’s savior. Even in David’s time, he and his son Solomon foretold of Christ’s arrival.  We Christians believe Jesus, was the Messiah that he came to earth the first time, to fulfill the promise back in the Garden of Eden that one would come and buy back that which man-kind gave away to Satan, when man fell.

We believe that by Christ dying on the Cross, he paid the one-time debt which God the Father would accept, and by Grace, allow man-kind once more to have fellowship with God.

Before leaving, Jesus foretold the end-time events, which would happen before Jesus would come once more and rule on this earth for a 1000-year period.

The birth-pains which Jesus foretold in Matthew and Luke are those events which will lead up to the Christian Church’s rupturing from the earth, and the Anti-Christ’s arrival.

We believe 9/11 and former President George Bush striking Iraq and Afghanistan were the opening of Pandora’s Box, which we believe will lead to the Middle East war which will usher the Antichrist rise to power.

World events today such as financial chaos, violent storms and environmental disasters are the beginning birth pains which will climax when Christ raptures the church, and the new world order begins.

Many today, speculate about the end-time events which will lead up to Jesus return. The Bible tells of a certain chain of events which will lead to the Church leaving, and the beginning of the 7-year period, God deals with the Jews, and permits Satan and his minions to rule the earth.

We believe there will be several nations who will have an act in what happens just after the Church is taken away. First the Antichrist can’t appear on the scene until the Church is ruptured and the Holy Spirit is taken back to heaven.

The whole world will be in chaos.  It will take a miracle human with great abilities to gather all those who are left, and it will take all the resources of the world to stop sickness, hunger, strive and crime.

It is believed that this Antichrist will have already formulated a world-wide plan and in just a few months, will be able with worldly granted authority to restore the earth to a haven, which will last approximately 3 1/2 years.

It is during this time, that God begins to deal with Israel. The nation becomes a focus of hatred by the Arabs and a coalition headed by Russia, Iran, Germany, and Africa.

These nations come down from the north, south with the plan to destroy Israel. The Bible fails to mention America in any end times history. We believe that America and Russia trade nukes, and they become of limited significance.

The Bible tells that God champions Israel’s defense, and destroys most of the opposing armies. In fact, the Bible informs the reader, that it will take over 7 years to bury the armaments of war, while taking some 7 months to bury the bodies, which the Bible reports will have nuclear contamination.

When this war ends, the Antichrist signs a treaty with Israel on behalf of the Holy Roman Empire, that nobody left will attack Israel. With new found peace, Israel begins to rebuild the temple, and offering blood scarifies to God, as during other periods in the Bible.

It is believed that the Antichrist could be the next Pope. In the first phase of the Roman Empire, religion was central after the passing of Peter, who the Catholic Church believes was the first Pope.

The Catholic Church today has over 1 billion church members. The Vatican is a sovereign government who shares land with Italy and has its central church government in Rome.

An Antichrist who was not only popular with the world, but a religious leader as Christ was, could go a long way to control the manner humans would live and worship during his 7 year reign.

It is further believed that the current Pope is a type of John the Baptist, in that he is preparing the way for this future Antichrist. In power, the Antichrist can not only guarantee Israel’s existence, but he would welcome the temple rebuilding for his final years where he sets up his spiritual realm in Jerusalem, challenging God and his promises for end times.

During the last 3 1/2 years, it is believed that is when God will send messengers to the earth to tell of God’s love, and what will happen when the humans take the mark of the Antichrist.

It is during this latter period, that the Antichrist suffers a head injury which he recovers from and all the earth treats him as the Son of God, when he is only an emissary of Satan.

Guarantying Israel’s existence, the Antichrist sends an emissary to Israel, who in actuality is the False Prophet, who encourages many to fall after the Antichrist, and to take his mark.

It is during this last 3 1/2 years that the Antichrist begins to demand worship, and he also breaks the treaty he forged with Israel. He kills both Christians who are living during this time, and Jews, requiring their loyalty and worship.

God begins to judge the earth, and it is during this time, that the sun, moon and the stars begin to fall, and the planet appears to fall apart. Many loose their lives, refusing to accept the Antichrist’s mark. Men who are dominated by Satan’s power will curse God for the catastrophes which entails.

If God hadn’t shortened this judgmental time, it is believed that many would have died. During the last few days of the Antichrist, Jesus returns to the earth, and destroys the Antichrist, the false prophet, and requires the devil to be chained up for a 1000-year period.

It is at this time, when Jesus will set up his earthly kingdom in Jerusalem. He will rule with an iron hand, and will require all existing nations at that time to come to Jerusalem once a year to offer worship.

Shortly after the 1000-year period, the devil will be loosened for a time, to try and stir up trouble against Jesus, who will destroy the rebellion, begin the Great White Judgment, and will pronounce final judgment on everybody, every being which has ever lived, and will created a new heaven and a new earth.

All those who have chosen Jesus Christ as their savior will be with God for everlasting. Those who followed after the devil and his minions will see the Lake of fire and the final judgment, eternal damnation.

While we can’t predict the future, we believe that these events will happen, whether in sequence which we have laid out,  or just happen. We invite you to read John 3:16 and that you consider a spiritual relationship with the only savior, the Lord Jesus Christ.

Remember, time is short, now is the time for salivation, tomorrow maybe to late!

Recently I’ve had a hard time dealing …

Dealing with my job where there is a breakdown of communication and a personality conflict with the boss. I have done everything I know how to do to make it better, including praying, joking, brown-nosing, and most recent being a doormat. I don’t want to be a doormat, I don’t want to be the negative, timid, complaining cussing whiner I’ve become. That is so not me and I hate that I have allowed myself to become that person.

Dealing with the fact that I’m still single at the age of 36, well… 37 in 2 days. Being single at this age is tough because all of my friends are married, or single parents, or dating someone and already have a busy life. It’s hard to set a time to go out with friends who have huge stressful obligated lives of their own.

Dealing with the combination of the two. I go to a work where I struggle to make my boss happy even though I know the effort is pointless and then come home to my little quiet apartment where I have no one here to talk about my day with. Sad really.

So, how do I make it better?

1. Keep God close (this is what carries me through)

2. Make a career change.

3. Watch more movies….

 I know, number 3 sounds wierd right?  There was a time in my life that I watched movies on a pretty regular basis and life was good. Now, don’t get me wrong. I don’t believe in living in fantasy land all the time, reality does need to be lived and dealt with. However, escaping reality every once in a while is good.  When I watch a movie I am transported into the movie, and for that moment in time live a totally different life. The troubles of the day,stress and worries… all gone! Of course when the movie is over reality is still there but it has given my mind a rest that sometimes even sleep won’t do.

Comic relief of movies is nice, making a career change will be good, God is even better

Pain and suffering has been described as the loss of a loved one: a son, daughter, father or mother. There is usually extreme pain suffered because we immediately miss that person, who is now missing, and we usually shared with them on a daily basis!

As a Christian, we first blame ourselves, then we look for a greater power, usually God. What right do we have to blame God? What did He do, or what didn’t He do, that is usually some of the questions we ask ourselves, in those late night hours when we are missing the one who has just past!

We say in our heart, if God is such a God, why do we want to serve Him? Clearly our thinking is flawed. Did God just simply decide it was our time to be picked upon? No, God has a better view of the whole picture; we only have limited vision, so we really can’t understand why the loved one was taken.

How can we blame God, if our loved one was a Christian, they are now in a better place. Are we jealous or angry because they now are at rest? So how do we handle pain, and the loss of a loved one?

When I was a child, my adopted mother, lost her daughter, to birth of a new child. My mother grieved the loss of my sister, and every time, she saw or knew about the child, she really blamed this child for the loss of her daughter.

When later, I found out that I was adopted, that my mother, was really close by, I began to develop a childhood hatred because my mother gave me up for adoption. It was a really difficult time for me, and it took me years, to release this pain and this suffering to Jesus, and allow Him to change my attitude, and change my hatred to love and understanding.

In Isaiah, Chapter 40, verses 29-31 we read the following: “He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might He increaseth strength.” “Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fail.” “But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.”

Theses are very important scriptures in the Old Testament. They tell us that when we apply these precepts, that the Lord will bring us through even our most difficult time, and make us strong on the other side.

Now, many that read this, would of course say, so what? They are simply words, they don’t help me now with the hurt that I am experiencing, or the lost of my dearest friend or loved one. They are gone, and there is nobody to take their place.

But, really, stop and think, what you are saying. Christ Jesus, bore it all on the cross. He took pain and suffering to the greatest dimension, a human could know. If we had to suffer the pain, agony, the loss of his oneness with God the Father, would we have hung there, and could we have actually bore what Jesus did for us?

In Matthew, chapter 11, beginning with verse no. 27, we read: “All things are delivered unto me of my Father, and no man knoweth the Son, but the Father; neither knoweth any man the Father, save the Son, and he to whomsoever the Son will reveal him.”

In verse no. 28, we read: “Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden and I will give you rest.”  In verse no. 29, we read: “Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me, for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.” In verse no 30, we read: “For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.”

Because Jesus experienced the Cross, he can take your burdens, your pain and suffering, and make your days easier, as time passes. If you hold a grudge, if you are grieving all the time, you will miss the blessing which God has for you through his Son, Jesus. This Cross is our guarantee that God knows what pain we each suffer when we loose someone, or when we hold inside the grieving we don’t want to share with others. If we are sick, and we are scared that we are going to die, we have an advocate in Jesus, we can have our Church pray for us, laying on of hands, and believe together with the Church body that Jesus will hear our pray and heal us.

Because we are human, we can’t rise to the level of understanding that God has, and we don’t have to suffer alone, or grieve alone when our dearest loved one is no longer with us. We must learn that God sent his Son to bear all our burdens and that the Cross is where we deposit all our pain, suffering, and burdens with our Savior, our Lord Jesus Christ.

There is no experience perhaps more common in these days than this among professing Christians: “I have prayed a long time for certain things, but I don’t seem to get any answers to my prayers.

A great mass of professing Christians don’t get answers to their prayers, simply put, because they aren’t in God’s will. What does this mean to be in God’s will?      Simply put, it means that you can’t expect God to answer when you are not:     1. in His will; 2. out of sync with who God wants you to be.  3.           If you walk after the world with one foot, and keep the other foot close to God, you are double minded.

Answered prayers are made to those who keep His Commandments. Those who walk in the light and have fellowship with Him through the Holy Spirit, who can make intercession for others who need a touch from God.

Those who are walking in the light can see what sort of request to make, when to make them, and how to make them. They see it all.  To walk in the light means to obey His voice, to walk so that your own heart condemns you not.

If you will not be obedient, you cannot have confidence, you can’t go up to the throne of God in faith for any blessing when your own heart condemns you. One must have their state of condemnation taken away.

When you walk in the light, have fellowship with Him, His Blood will cleanse you from all sin. Then the Spirit will teach you how to pray, and what to pray for, which the great mass of those who profess religion know nothing about.

In John 5:14-15 it says “And this is the confidence that we have in Him, that is, if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us.” “We know that He hears us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of HIm.” In James 1:6-7, “But let him ask in faith, nothing waivering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed. And in James 4:3, “Ye ask, and receive not, because ye ask amiss, that ye may consume it upon your lusts.”

We are reminded from these verses, that one: we must have faith; 2. we need to know that our Father hears us! If we ask amiss, we will not be heard, that is God will not answer our prayers. We must ask all prayers in His will. That is the will of God. We know His will by renewing our mind, by submitting to Him, by seeking to know Him, and by studying His word. In Romans 12:2, “And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable and perfect will of God. “

When we pray we must be mindful of the Will of God. If it is in His word, it is His will. If it is outside of his word, then let your request must be made known but asked, if it is His will. God knows that we want that which we ask, and will only withhold it if we have not the faith to know He hears us and will give to us or that if He knows it will harm us. For any reason, we must remember that He has heard us, and that He knows best for us!

In Matthew 7:7-8, the writer tells us that if we ask it shall be given to us, seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you. Many take this to mean we can ask anything, and God will give us everything. This remains contrary to the Word of God. Yes God will give us the desires of our heart, but we must be in His Will.

Many Christians miss this point, and become angry with God, when their prayers are not answered. They believe that God is required to provide them what they want, when this is contrary to God’s word.

A good example is that we must read the Word daily, pray daily, and rebuke the Devil, in Jesus’ name and for His sake. By taking this action we remove the stain of Satan from our daily walk with God.

If we have ought with our brother, have one foot in the world that is walk both in the world and claim to serve God, our prayers will only reach the ceiling and bounce off.

In the Old Testament, Aaron, the High Priest had to come in the Holy of Hollies, with a pure heart, and in a right Spirit with God. Those who followed Aaron, if they entered the Holy of Hollies, tainted, God would strike them dead.

The Israelites depended on their High Priest to atone for them. When Jesus came and died, he became our perpetual High Priest. He reestablished our relationship with God.

The disciples in Matthew, asked Jesus to teach them to pray. He gave them the example of His prayer to His Father. We are encouraged to use this example when we pray daily. We are encouraged to pray without ceasing.

This means that we pray all the time keeping in mind what we ask for, and how we come to God, when we pray. If we follow the guidelines which Jesus and the disciples gave us in their writings we have the hope that God will hear us, and answer our prayers.

We must avoid nullifying our prayers by planning, harboring, or entertaining sin or wickedness in our hearts. God calls us to walk by faith, keep eternity in perspective and share the Word so others may know about Jesus. Thus everything we do, say, earn and give ought to be with eternity in mind.

We need to build a relationship with God. God wants us to have a relationship with Him. He is our Heavenly Father, and we are his family. We must not treat God like a genie in the bottle that we rub the right way when we want something (i.e. pray for something). We ought to nurture our relationship.

In Proverbs chapter one, verse seven, “The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge; but fools despise wisdom and instruction.” In verse 23: “Turn you at my reproof; behold, I will pour out my spirit unto you, I will make known my words unto you.” That is, He is waiting to give you knowledge, by reading His Word.

In verse 24, “Because I have called, and ye refused; I have stretched out my hand, and no man regarded” In verse 25, “But ye have set at nought all my counsel, and would none of my reproof.” Here God has offered help, and guidance and man has turned him down.

Because man has disregarded His counsel, and His help, God says in verse 27: “When your fear cometh as desolation and your destruction cometh as whirlwind; when distress and anguish cometh upon you” Again in verse 28: “Then shall they call upon me, but I will not answer; they shall seek me early, but they shall not find me: In verse 29: “For they hated knowledge, and did not choose the fear of the Lord.” In verse 31″ Therefore, shall they error of the fruit of their own way, and be filled with their own devices.”

Here God is clearly telling man what will happen if they fail to heed his call; seek His will for their lives. God promises in verse 33: “but whosoever hearkeneth unto me shall dwell safely, and shall be quite from fear of evil.”

If we remain in His will, if we seek His face, we can ask, and He will give us our needs. If we ask amiss, we can expect nothing. If we ask something which He believes is harmful, He will simply say no.

Please ponder these points when you pray, ask God always in His will for your betterment.

Through the ages, man has continuously wondered, what if God existed. The four major faiths all share a common belief in God. The Jews still look for their Messiah, while the Christians look for the second coming of the Messiah.

Many believe Adam, walked and talked with God. Abraham is revered by at least three of the major religions, talked with God, and God came down and talked to him when Sodom and Gomorrah were to burn.

The Bible reports that two prophets of God, were taken alive to Heaven for work in the latter period, humans reside on the earth.

Some two-thousand years ago, a normal boy was born, lived, worked as a carpenter, a worker with wood. At the age of 30 he began an earth shaken ministry that changed the world, even through today.

The Jewish people of that day were looking for their Messiah. They only would believe in signs, they didn’t trust empty words. After Jesus was baptized, he went off for 40 days to be tempted by Satan.

The Bible reports that he overcame Satan, that angels came and ministered to him. Why did they minister to him, because he was the Son of God, come down to see his creation.

Jesus only ministered some 3 and 1/2 years, than he was crucified, as the Old Testament foretold, then he arose again to become our perpetual High Priest.

All those who knew Jesus, saw his miracles, believed that he was truly the Messiah, or a man of God. He taught them like no prophet had before, and even his disciples pondered that he gave orders to the sea and wind, the tempest, that they all obeyed his commands.

You see, God had, since the beginning of time, told that Jesus would come, live and die, to offer atonement for man’s sins. But the people of that day, and the people of today, are still looking for a sign.

A sign can mean many things. It can mean, stop, go, look out, or it can foretell future events, through word, by events happening in the very lives of those living, or through scientific means.

In John chapter one, the writer informs the readers that Jesus was the Word, that he created everything we see, touch and hear today. Naturally, when he came and lived among us, he was inspecting his handiwork.

When He healed, people would follow him everywhere he went. When he hung on the cross, they saw the miracles no more so they doubted who he was.

When He arose again, more than 500 people saw him, and he stayed among the people some 40 days, before returning to heaven.

Many today, look for the same signs those who lived during Jesus time. They don’t believe in miracles, and many have lost their hope.

Many kill themselves, maim themselves, and many use drugs and drink, all because they can’t live with the life they have. Many believe God is dead, don’t care, and that he can’t prevent death, injury, and the great evil which has begun to manifest itself in today’s world. When man looks for God today, he looks for the same signs Jesus gave to those who lived some 2ooo years ago.

The simple fact, God has always provided the same signs that Jesus died some 2000 years ago. When Jesus returned to heaven, he sent another Comforter, the Holy Ghost, to continue to support the work He begun while living amongst us.

Each day, when we arise, we see the sun coming up, the moon shining by night. We can look up in the sky and see the numerous stars which shine at night.

These are the signs which God left us, letting us know that he is still alive, that his hand controls everything we see, smell, and hear.

It is not God’s will that any should die, loose eternity to sin and evil. It is God’s will that all should come to the knowledge of his Son, Jesus. That we accept what he did for us by dying in our place, and providing us the free gift of eternal life.

If you the reader want to know Jesus, and have him come into your life, just find you a Bible and read John 3:16. Believe that Christ died for your sins, repent and ask God to forgive you of your sins.

God never promised one of his followers a life without incident. He promised that he would always be there, that he would help his children in time of trouble and sorrow.

Yes God still lives, and he waits patiently for each to come to him, accept what his Son, Jesus did for them, accept Jesus as their savior, and have eternal life.

It is my hope that you will ponder these points, and that you will take the time, and reach out to Jesus, who has the real hope where others have failed!

when it had come to be so boring, there came the second arranged guy for me.. he’s a gentle man, I should confess. but the trauma to be arranged into marriage made me hard to intend to know him more.. but he’s never given up to attract my attention.. and the way he tried, has melt my coldness down.. As my parents like him so much, I’ve tried to take him the way he is.. it’s not easy.. that sometimes i also drop a tear.. and then his family came to propose me.. that’s the final till now.. i will be his wife.. and i don’t regret that decision..

but I’m sorry my dear.. I’ve been in loneliness for such a long time that I sometimes forget that i have you now in my side.. I’m sorry that sometimes I’m not sensitive about your feeling.. being alone for a long time has hibernated my sensitivity.. I’m sorry for that I haven’t had a love in my heart for you.. but I believe God will grant His promise to rise love in couple’s hearts who are married in the name of God.. I believe and wait for that.. I’m sorry for that it’s not that easy to say love to you.. I’m sorry that I haven’t given you the best, as I can give you the best is only my loyalty to serve you for the rest of my life..

Molly is many things to many people.

She’s an actress, a singer…

She’s funny, smart and very loving.

She is also a Breast Cancer Survivor

Molly was diagnosed with breast cancer at the age of 35 , something no woman wants or ever expects to hear.

“The news, though delivered gently, was soul shattering. I was only 35 years old, how could I have cancer? This isn’t supposed to happen to me.”

Molly had found the lump, only to put it off thinking it was nothing. Her boyfriend convinced her to go and have it checked out. YAY boyfriend!

Once the diagnoses was delivered what to do and how to treat it was the question. Molly went on the hunt for the oncologist who would help. After doing many different scans and tests Molly under went her first surgery to  dissect the sentinel lymph node under her arm and look for cancer that may have spread there, which they found. This led to  chemotherapy. Molly also did a lot of  research on the importance of  a healthy diet when dealing with breast cancer. She went to see a naturopathic doctor  (http://www.naturopathic.org/content.asp?contentid=60) and made a lot of changes in her eating patterns to help her through the process. 

After chemotherapy Molly was to have a double mastectomy. Through all of this Molly strived to stay positive and decided to have a little fun the day before her surgery.

 ”Sometimes a girl needs to feel cute and funky even after cancer treatment and right before a double mastectomy.”

Molly has gone through chemo, a double mastectomy, reconstruction and is using hormone therapy. The type of cancer Molly has had is fueled by estrogen. They shut down her ovaries with a monthly shot and prescribed anti-estrogen drugs to decrease the chance of recurrence. This all brought on early menopause. Molly then went through 5 weeks of radiation treatments.

“I know that there will always be a part of me that wonders if the cancer will come back, but there is a bigger part of me that has never felt more focused, healthy, and thankful just to be alive.”

In my book, Molly going through all of this with such a positive attitude makes her unsinkable!

I have a saying, “I come by my figure honestly.”

This is a true statement. Before now I gave very little thought to healthy eating and exercise. When I thought of food it was “What sounds good?” and “When am I going to eat it?”  Which is why I have the figure I have today.

I finally got to the point where I didn’t want to be this person anymore. I joined a 24 hr. gym and have been going almost daily now since february. I also changed my diet drastically. No more fast food, pizza or all the other bad for me stuff my diet was made up of before. Now I mostly eat fruits and veggies, nuts, sweet potatoes,  chicken, turkey and some fish.

I find I enjoy finding healthy recipes that take place of the old unhealthy ones, some of my favorites?  spaghetti made with spaghetti squash instead of noodles and oatmeal pancakes with butter and organic peanut butter on top are two of my favorites so far. I have also found that low-fat cottage cheese works well as a sandwich spread. I’ve come to realize that healthy eating doesn’t have to be boring old rabbit food, you get the right mixture and it can be quite tasty.

I realize for a long-lasting effect I need this to not be a diet but a way of life. I’m not quite ready for a before and after picture but I’ll get there.

So, when problems upset you, just think, you must be GOD’s Favorite Cup of Tea!.

Then only the true strengths in you might come out which GOD was expecting from you.

We are what we eat – and that could be quite scary for some of us!!  Is the food industry trying to kill us?  I for one am so-o-o glad that there seems to be a huge movement in the U.S. to encourage people to eat healthier.  I just heard on the news that today’s children might be the first generation that won’t exceed their parents’ lifespan.  Obesity and diabetes seem to be growing in epidemic proportions.  And, in my opinion, that’s just the tip of the iceberg. 

We are what we eat!  Have you all seen the documentary movie Food, Inc. yet?  If not, I highly recommend it.  You will definitely think twice about some of the foods you put in your mouth again.  These days our lives move at such a fast pace that most of us tend to eat on the run and we really don’t take time to evaluate the ingredients that are in the foods we consume.  It’s also quite challenging to find healthy foods, especially things that will appeal to our children.  And since we’re not having any immediate adverse reactions to the foods, we assume what we’re eating is benefitting us.

But should we be making that assumption?  Well, let’s use some common sense and just think.

Our cars need gas to run.  When we put high octane gas in our car, it will run more efficiently (or so I’m told).  If we were to water down regular gas and put it in our car, we would start to notice the car not responding as well, and after a prolonged period of time, the car would probably need substantial maintenance. 

Our bodies work the same way.  When we eat foods that have additives like aspartame sweeteners, flavor enhancers such as MSG, growth hormones in meat and poultry – “junk” foods with all the glutens and sugars – it’s like putting the watered down gas into our body.  Even though we won’t notice any immediate effects from those foods, they are burdening our bodies and affecting our overall health and vitality.  Over time, the accumulation of these foods will eventually have an adverse affect on our bodies and our health – and we will need substantial maintenance

WE ARE WHAT WE EAT!

So now our bodies are totally out of balance – with our immune system in a weakened state.  Again, if we just think it’s easy to see that we will now be susceptible to ailments such as thyroid issues, liver problems, diabetes, HDD and autism in children, or even the dreaded cancer, just to name a few – all of which are on the rise in recent years.  Unfortunately, most people and/or doctors don’t make the connection between our food intake and the dis-ease.  The doctors usually give you a pill to make the symptoms disappear, and send you on your way – never getting at the root of the problem.  Of course the drug companies are probably thrilled.  The sicker we are, the more money they make.  Hmm – It almost makes me wonder if the food and drug industries have their own little conspiracy going . 

Fortunately, we have choices we can make.  WE ARE WHAT WE EAT!  This is the only body you will get during this life time – be respectful of it and nourish it with healthy foods.  And remember, if a majority of the people stop buying certain products, the companies will be forced to change what they’re trying to sell us.  We have the ultimate power.  So let’s just think of some healthy options we have that give us the opportunity to be role models and help LIGHT UP the world.

1. Eat whole foods.  Eating an orange is so much more beneficial than taking a Vitamin C pill, where they’ve extracted the Vitamin C out of the orange, turned it into a chemical called ascorbic acid and put it in a tablet.  That is not how nature intended us to gain our nourishment.
2. Thoroughly rinse all fresh fruits and vegetables to remove as many toxins as possible.  Try to buy organic produce that is grown locally. 
3. Only eat meats, poultry and eggs from farms where the animals have free range to get proper nourishment.  (Remember, they also are what they eat )
4. Avoid processed foods that come in a box.
5. Avoid items with large amounts of sugar – I’m convinced that our sugar consumption is one of the main things killing us.  And don’t be fooled by the “no sugar” and “low fat” labels, as they usually include many chemical additives that will probably kill you before the sugar or fat will.
6. Read the ingredients on the labels!!
7. Start your own garden.  We had 2 tomato plants, 2 green pepper plants and 3 cucumber plants last year in a 3’ x 3’ space and were very successful in yielding some wonderful vegetables.  This year we intend to increase the garden size.  You could start with one tomato plant in a flower pot – or investigate hydroponics.  Be creative and have fun!!
