Poison Inc. Productions chief Cassie Brooksbank has officially launched her own website.

The recent production grad finished the site on Wednesday and hopes to attract eyesballs to her films as well as generate job opportunities.

Along with her work editing a music video for Bonnie Brooksbank and Kathryn Hendrickson, Cassie is creating a SCA video for parents weekend, shopping a feature script around town, and is working on a comedy sketch that will be online sometime next week. The comedy sketch is produced by the staff from Dark Trick (Ryan Reynolds production company). Kathryn Hendrickson also produces the sketch.

The site was designed by Sherif Higazy. Vince Gonzales is credited as photographer of all the stills on the site.

Playing on the Trojan Vision 8 Network every Monday through Friday beginning at 10:30am, the program looks at ironic news stories, entertainment culture, and campus issues.

Featuring guests as well as a variety of out-of-studio segments, each morning two hosts provide commentary on a range of topics. To wrap up each episode, the final segment of the show is pre-taped, and shows how the two hosts act in public settings outside of the studio.

Executives at the show hosted a crew meeting last night, and are planning a run-through at the studio on September 12.

Trojan Vision exec Bonnie Brooksbank originated the idea for the show, which will premiere on Trojan Vision8 on Monday, September 19th.

Co-executive producers are Bonnie Brooksbank and Tristan de Burgh.  Kathryn Hendrickson is a senior producer.

The video, which clocks in at a little over six minutes, is a showcase of the SCA and all of its facilities, including the new film building, the Norris building, and the Zemeckis Center among other areas.

Brooksbank directed, edited, and executive produced the piece. Kathryn Hendrickson produced. Philips Shum, Aaron Keeling, and Ken Huffman were the directors of photography. Lauren Leigh Barker contributed her voice for narration.
