Ibland förundras man som fotbollssupporter av dessa fotbollsspelare, dessa vuxna män står ibland för pinsamheter som filmningar etc, men att börja använda Twitter och via internet göra bort sig, det är inte okej. Jag köper det faktum att fotbollsspelare också är människor som även dem har ett privatliv, men är man i denna bransch så är man i fokus. Där av gäller det att inte göra bort sig och bete sig på ett bra sätt.

Den spelare som jag skulle vilja nämna nu är våran landslagsman, Colin Kazim som genom Twitter inför BJK derbyt gjorde bort sig genom att skriva 8tas för att nu efter derbyt attackera domarkåren. Efter derbyt tog han det lite lugnare på twitter för att slippa en massa onödiga konversationer, men nu när han ett par dagar senare började att skriva igen så släppte han en otrolig bomb.

” Jag har inte skrivit på ett tag här på Twitter för att saker och ting ska lugna ner sig” på detta sätt börjar han sitt inlägg, för att sedan mata på som en gatlingun mot domarkåren, “Jag vill inte vara ohövlig men domarna i Turkiet kan inte engelska. Engelska som är ett gemensamt språk inom fotbollen. Exemplet är hur jag i derbyt säger att jag kollar på bollen och förklarar detta för domaren. Men på grund av mina gester som jag gör för att försöka göra mig förstådd får jag ett rött kort. Jag säger inte att domarna är dåliga. Men varför finns det inga Turkiska domare i Europeiska turneringar?

Efter att man läser något sådant här faller man nästan pladask från stolen, varför måste man som idrottsman skriva något sånt här? Varför inte bara vara tyst och fokusera på fotbollen och utveckla den till något bättre istället för att skapa en dialog med andra lags supportrar på internet? Som dessutom är anonyma.

Jag förstår att pressen på idrottsmän på en hög nivå är stor och att media vill skapa skandalrubriker, men snälla håll er till fotbollen istället, det är det ni är bra på!

Kendi hesabında Fenerbahçe’li Kazım Kazım, bugünkü derbi öncesi Beşiktaşlıları çok kızdıracak sözler sarf etti. Kazım, kendisine ait twitter hesabında dün İngilizce olarak yayınladığı mesajda, ezeli rakiplerinin 8-0′lık Liverpool mağlubiyetine göndermede bulundu ve Beşiktaş’ı ‘8JK’ diye tanımlayarak “8JK’yı parçalayacağız” şeklinde tahrik edici bir ifade kullandı.

Kazım , mesajında şu ifadeye yer verdi: “Yes my people… İts a bit of a misarable day in İstanbul but the count down starts till we smash 8JK!” Hahahaha!!” “Evet dostlarım. İstanbul’da biraz tatsız bir gün yaşıyoruz ama 8JK’yı parçalamamız için geri sayım başladı!! Hahahaha!!…” Kazım 8JK’ nın anlamını soranlara ise “BJK ya da Beşiktaş olarak bilinir” diye yazdı.

Kanarya’da Semih’in formsuzluğu, Güiza’nın bekleneni verememesi, Kazım’ın da açığı kapatamaması nedeniyle arayış başladı. Başkan Aziz Yıldırım’ın istediği Brezilyalı yıldızı almak için düğmeye yeniden bastığı, Sevilla’da mutsuz olan Fabiano’nun da teklife sıcak baktığı öğrenildi.

Okay, so some time last year you invested in one of the Elite projects in sports city Dubai, market was going up Triplanet launched Elite 1 to Elite 7, they had plans for Elite 8 but then the market crashed.  By now you have paid anywhere from 10-50% of the purchase price. Then some time this year you received a letter from Associated Business Attorneys FZC RAK Free Zone (Managing Director is Ms. Gita Lakshmi – Indian, Tel . +971 7 204 6309, assistant is Mr. Gayreesh).

In this threatening letter you are given two options, either pay all your outstanding amounts or cancel your unit. <— This is the screw squeeze.

This letter is a “joke” said the lawyers at Samira Abdulla Gargash, a firm we visited and showed the letter to (Tel. +9714 2282590 Mr. Amr). 

Here is why’ Associated Business Attorneys FZC RAK Free Zone have no legal standing in Dubai whatsoever, they are not licensed to practice law in Dubai or UAE. We called and asked them. You can call and try.

Further proof is the fact they have not pursued ANYONE to court as they cannot. The deadlines have passed. It is nothing but a squeeze on customers who do not live in Dubai.

We went to RERA to inquire about the status of Elite projects, register a complaint against Triplanet, and ask for their advice. We spoke to several people in the Legal Advice office of RERA (you can call also, talk to Mr. Idrees – +9714 2030555  )

RERA says you should only pay as per construction progress, do not pay more than construction progress.

If Triplanet ever asks you for more money than the RERA schedule you should complain immediately, call and complain, send a fax, email. The Associated Business Attorneys FZC RAK Free Zone company’s letter from Ms. Gita Lakshmi of India is just “bullshit.” It is a scare tactic and nonsense.

We had heard good comments about Mr. Nasir’s father, but he must be spinning in his grave for the mental anguish given by his son Mr. Nasir to the purchasors of Elite.

Mr. Nasir’s tactics are purely un-ethical to say the least, and fraudulent at most. Mr. Nasir has become and un-ethical businessman.

Triplanet’s behaviour is bordering on fraudulent and is definitely mis-leading. He and the Triplanet team have broken their word and are completely un-trustworthy people. Rather than honestly interact with their customers during the downturn, they have shown their true skins and choosen the ’screw the customer’ route. May their bad management be a stain on their reputation forever.

Mr. Nasir and the whole team associated with Triplanet should literally ask for forgiveness from each client they have threatened with their letter from ABA, that is the only way to redeem themselves.

Don’t be fooled by the religious behaviour of Mr. Nasir, Mr. Abbas Kazim, Mr. Waqar, and the other people in the Deira Dubai office. The constant jamma’ prayer, the taking off the shoes, the calling of Allah’s name in converstation.  These fat f@%$ are just that fat f@%$ who wish to cause  mental strain, threat, and squeeze money out of  their naive customers.  

We’ll give you some examples; there are several people from Pakistan, India, Europe, and UK, who have purchased with Triplanet on the Elite projects. After they received the letter from ABA, these people were seriously worried, made several calls to Triplanet and even flew out, spent several nights in Dubai, at their own expense to meet Triplanet to get the squeeze.

Here is what happens when you come to the Triplanet office, you are routed to Mr. Kazim Abbas, he tells you that he is ‘nice’ person, and he will give you a great deal versus the ABA letter that says you have to “pay all outstanding amount.” He will give you a sweet deal, you don’t have to pay in seven days, he will offer you a new schedule on a piece of paper without Triplanet logo, stamp, or any paper proof that shows that Triplanet is giving you a new schedule. The reason for this is that the RERA schedule is based on construction progress not a function of time.

If you ask Mr. Kazim about construction progress, showing at most a floor being constructed for Elite 1 (as of July 2009) and only excavations in other projects.

If you ask anymore questions, he says, well either you can go to court and Triplanet will cancel your unit, you will forfeit all your money, upto 30%, or you can have his new payment schedule. What he does not tell you is that RERA has a constantly changing schedule only based on construction progress, not on time, not on anything else.

Mr. Kazim Abbas,does not tell you the truth. He has lied to our faces. Only way he can redeem himself is if he asks for an apology from all those he has mis-led. We literally saw him say his prayers, and then come over and put the ’squeeze’ on customers.

Beware: Triplanet, Mr. Nasir, Mr. Abbas Kazim, Mr. Waqar, the whole lot are putting the ’squeeze’ on the buyers. Their objective is for people to cancel their units, and Triplanet will keep upto 30% of the money you have spent, even if their construction progress is not upto 30% (which it is not as of July 2009, and in our estimate it will not be there until after Ramazan, Oct. 1, 2009). This is the ’squeeze’; without completing construction they are pushing customers to forfeit their monies.

Also, you have to make sure your unit’s escrow account is under your name and has the payment you have made. To do this you will need to contact Mr. Ahmed Murad Khan, beware, he seems to be in-bed with Triplanet.  Mr. Ahmed Murad Khan, senior officer customer trust management, tel 04-2077305, mobile 050 7514200, email ahmedmk AT badralislami DOT com. Call him, this is important;  ask him to tell you the balance in your account, all he needs is your project, unit number and he needs to verify your name. If he gives you any delay or static, it is because he is friendly with Triplanet. Remember the bank makes more money in the ’squeeze’ by Triplanet. He can give you this information immediately if he does not, ask for his boss’s name and report him.

We have visited the Sports City site as of August 2009. None of the construction is more that 10% complete on any project (as a function of cost).

There are a variety of lawyers you can help you, you do not have to take a trip out here. They charge about AED 10,000 ($2,500) to manage your whole problem, we do not suggest using any lawyers as all of this can be handled via the phone, email, fax, letter to RERA and Triplanet.

Do not be friendly with Triplanet, they are NOT your friends.

Nasir, Kazim, Waqar, Triplanet employees are very bad people. It was mistake to have bought into Triplanet and Elite, but since it is done, know your rights.

When we talk of cricket we talk of those big strides a fast bowler takes, the graceful stroke play of a batsman, the horizontal dive of a fielder, wizardry of a spinner and numerous other things that take place on the field. To a cricket lover it is poetry-in-motion. Close matches bring about the excitement, which is so unique because it’s a game with lots of gaps that allows you to think, ponder, discuss strategies, make changes etc. In this excitement we often forget the role a captain plays.

I think about my team HKU where I play my Saturday league cricket. It’s quite a mixture of English, Australian, Pakistani and Indian players. We didn’t do well for two seasons until we got Phil Glenwright, a player who has passed his prime, as our captain. The internal politics disappeared, the level of commitment from each individual soared. The team became a cohesive unit where an average player performed at parity with the stars. The captain’s confidence in each one of us and his appreciation for trivial things meant the world to us. We finished second in the league last year and are playing in the finals for the title this year.

I believe there is a spirit that drives humans to the height of their physical abilities. For some, it’s a creative spirit, which is more physical, for others, the spirit is mental. Watching Rajasthan Royals (RR) in recent IPL matches confirmed this notion. RR is a side that has no stars. The biggest names in the team are Greame Smith and probably Yusuf Pathan who is still struggling to make to the Indian playing eleven. It is Shane Warne’s captaincy that does it for the RRs. The bowling changes, the element of surprise he brings in, the field placing along with his own superb bowling might be a part of the cricket that he played for Australia. But it is his unique leadership qualities – his faith in each individual and his ways to handle them – that bind the team so well. He inspires and motivates them so much that each individual is determined to give more than 100%. His immense confidence in Kamran Khan, eighteen year old kid from the impoverished backwaters of UP, who hasn’t played even first class cricket was worth noticing in a recent match. The pat on the back and the hug after he said, “I am sure you can do it” must have fired the lightly built Khan to do the job. This confidence along with the continuous encouragement coming from the great Warne must mean a lot to the otherwise unknown players of RR. So much so that they want to lay their lives for him. This is a strength that is a potential match winner.
