سلام

الان چند روزه که کوبونتو رو نصب کردم. از اون چیزی که فکر می کردم بهتره. در این مدت دوستم محمدرضا (mohi) نرم افزاری های خوبی رو برای محیط KDE برام معرفی کرد. البته من هنوز گول نخوردم که به طور کلی بیام سراغ Kubutu ;)
یکی از بسته های نرم افزاری خوبی که معرفی کرد KBFX بود.

KBFX چیست؟
KBFX یک برنامه کاربری می باشد که به زبان C++ برای KDE 3.2.+ نوشته شده و جایگزین مناسبی برای منو پیش فرض محیط KDE است.

ویژگی های KBFX
برخی از ویژگی های مهم KBFX عبارتند از:

  • قابلیت استفاده از پلاگین
  • جدا کردن قسمت برنامه ها (Application) و تنظیمات (Settings)
  • لیست برنامه ها به صورت Scroll up و down
  • قابلیت جستجو در لیست برنامه های موجود
  • دکمه خروج (Logout)
  • دکمه قفل کردن دسکتاپ (Lock)

نصب KBFX
برای نصب KBFX کافیست در ترمینال دستور زیر را وارد کنید:

sudo aptitude install kfbx

استفاده از KBFX
برای استفاده از KBFX کافیست تا بر روی پنل مورد راست کلیک کرده و گزنیه Add Applet to Panel را انتخاب کنید.

سپس در پنجره Add Applet عبارت KFBX Spinx را انتخاب کرده و بر روی Add to Panel کلیک کنید.

و در آخر از کوبونتو + KBFX لذت ببرید.

if you want something more than the usually k-menu, kbfx is what you need!

this is only an example of how you can personalize your kbfx. There’s a lot of theme in kde-look.org

you can install kbfx from repository: sudo apt-get install kbfx but the last release is the 0.4.9.3.1 find here. Before doing that you have to remove the repository version ;)

after the installation, add kbfx at your panel like any other applet (right click on the panel -> add applet -> kbfx spinx)

when you have installed kbfx you can change the start button and edit it whatever you want. Create 3 images named normal.jpg, pressed.jpg and hoover.jpg, then with the configure menus of kbfx you have only to link the 3 images.

The site, with an essential and “easy to read” graphics, is multilingual: English, Spanish and French. In the second post Frank explain how to change the Linux themes using KBFX. Using KBFX you can personalize your K-menu button and it’s menu. Moreover, KBFX is not based on the XP StartMenu but on a hierarchical structure or (you can choose) on the new, flat indexed menu.
