Kent Police are offering FREE Bicycle Security Marking on Saturday 1st November between 13:00 and 15:00. For more information please see below.  Whilst this will not in itself stop a bicycle being stolen, it greatly increases the chances that it will be returned to the rightful owners if it is recovered.
