<li>Key liaison with stakeholders to ensure HR project requirements (pre-deployment plan, preparation of cost estimates, immigration, relocation, taxation etc) are clearly identified and able to facilitate the successful of HR project completion based on corporate strategies. Ensuring cost efficiency for workforce growth, development of internal candidates to reduce reliance on pure recruitment and promote opportunities in providing staffs with options to grow and remain with the organization</li>
<li>Review and plan new organizational set-ups with JV Partner and work with the line managers to develop job descriptions.</li>
<li>Well versed with manpower planning strategies and work closely with functional heads to fill vacancies through internal and external sources, transfers and promotions to provide the most effective workforce planning. Responsible for the identification and appointment of executive search company for hiring of critical positions</li>
<li>Develop local employment schemes that adhere to company’s policies and procedures and local country requirements with JV Partner. Review and appoint local country HR consultant to advise local employment laws</li>
<li>Responsible to ensure HR costs are kept at an optimum level. Manage Departmental KPI &#38; Budget and monitors expatriate expenditures</li>
<li>Responsible for expatriate management which include issuing assignment letters and developing entitlement management, assignment costs, liaison with host country on work permit &#38; dependant passes, tax compliance and tax equalization, housing, relocation services, flights, claims and payments, international medical insurance and other related expatriate matters.</li>
<li>Direct and co-ordinate training programs to ensure all employees complete the training on language, cultural and business etiquette, where applicable, in meeting the business requirements and using the most effective training methods and cost</li>
<li>Responsible for direction and deliverables of all HR systems and technology as well as communication of project details to the organization which includes managing and monitoring the progress and quality of work. Ensure the necessary co-ordination between project team members within the work-groups. Responsible for Change Management of projects in scope with focus in realization of the benefits of the projects.</li>
<li>Responsible for overall development of HR improvement and innovation programs and development of HR service frameworks. Responsible to identify areas of opportunities and organizational requirements to migrate HR services to support current and future HR projects requirements. Support and interface with other support functions to enable overall Cost Savings through the acquisition of New Capabilities and Continuous Improvements initiatives</li>
<li>Responsible to review and recommend changes to existing policies on international assignments to maintain the company’s position in the employment field</li>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Semalam duduk berborak dengan seorang sahabat yang bekerja di MBSA. Banyak cerita tentang perlaksanaan polisi kerajaan negeri Selangor yang dibincangkan.</p>
<p>Antaranya kewujudan ‘Road Gang’ yang banyak membantu masalah jalan rosak dan menjimatkan belanja kerajaan negeri. Ianya melibatkan kerja-kerja penyelenggaraan awam yang dilaksanakan sendiri secara jabatan dengan mengambil kira pengurusan skop, kos, masa dan kualiti bagi mencapai hasil kerja yang berkualiti, cepat dan berpatutan dengan wang yang dilaburkan.</p>
<p>Jurutera Daerah Jabatan Kerja Raya (JKR) Kuala Selangor, Shukri Ishak dalam perbentangannya menerangkan pengurangan kos itu di ambil kira dari segi perbezaan penyelenggaraan oleh kontraktor dan pihak jabatan.</p>
<p>Katanya, kerja perlaksanaan ‘Patching’ di peringkat jabatan hanya akan menelan belanja sebanyak RM26.38 bagi satu meter persegi berbanding dengan perlaksanaan kontraktor sebanyak RM90.97 meter persegi. Penjimatan sebanyak RM64.59 atau 70%.</p>
<p>Diceritakan juga bagaiman satu hari semasa &#8216;Road Gang&#8217; ini sedang buat kerja maka lalulah Datuk Bandar Shah Alam. Agaknya kerana kasihan melihat mereka ini bekerja di bawah panas terik, maka Datuk Bandar mengarahkan agar disediakan makanan pagi, tengahari dan malam kepada &#8216;Road Gang&#8217; yang sedang bekerja. Apabila ditanya oleh pegawai, dijawab mudah oleh Datuk Bandar, &#8220;Kamu meeting 15 minit order kuih, meeting setengah jam order mee goreng, meeting setengah hari order makan tengahari. Mereka ini bekerja dari pagi sampai malam memastikan jalan raya selamat untuk digunakan kenapa tidak boleh bagi makan?&#8221; Agaknya begitulah bunyinya. Satu arahan kecil, belanja tidak seberapa dibanding penjimatan namun memberi kesan mendalam kepada pekerja bawahan yang kepenatan dan bergaji kecil.</p>
<p>Kerana itu agaknya rizab tunai kerajaan negeri Selangor meningkat kepada RM2 billion. Tahniah Tan Sri MB kerana menjalankan tugas dengan amanah.</p>

Kerajaan Negeri Selangor ingin memberi penghargaan sepenuhnya kepada pasukan penyelamat yang berjaya menjumpai pendaki yang sesat di dalam Hutan Simpan Kekal Templer selama empat hari.</span></span></span>Mangsa tersebut, Encik Hardip Singh, telah memasuki kawasan hutan pada lewat petang hari Rabu dan tidak dapat dihubungi selepas itu.</p>
<p>Operasi mencari beliau dimulakan dengan segera dan pada tengahari ini, Hardip berjaya diselamatkan. Beliau dijumpai oleh salah satu pasukan penyelamat yang terdiri daripada sukarelawan: dua orang dari kampung Orang Asli di Bukit Lagong dan dua orang pendaki.</p>

Saya mewakili Kerajaan Negeri menyambut Encik Hardip di tapak Templer&#8217;s Park dan pasukan penyelamat. Usaha gigih pasukan penyelamat amat membanggakan, dan sekali lagi saya ingin merakamkan penghargaan penuh kepada semua pihak yang menghulurkan bantuan dalam kecemasan ini.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#000000;">Antara pihak yang terlibat dalam operasi termasuk pasukan Bomba dan Penyelamat Selayang, Jabatan Perhutanan Negeri Selangor, Jabatan Perhilitan Negeri Selangor Jabatan Pertahanan Awam, anggota polis dari Rawang, Selayang dan Gombak.</span></p>

<p style="text-align:justify;"><a href="http://dinmerican.files.wordpress.com/2012/01/faekah-husin.jpg"><img class="alignleft size-full wp-image-37147" title="Faekah Husin" src="http://dinmerican.files.wordpress.com/2012/01/faekah-husin.jpg?w=207&#038;h=244" alt="" width="207" height="244" /></a><strong><span style="color:#808080;">Saya terpanggil untuk memberi komen selepas membaca temubual eksklusif bekas rakan reformasi yang juga Penulis Blog, Raja Petra Kamarudin (RPK) bersama akhbar-akhbar milik UMNO yang disiarkan semalam.</span></strong></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><strong><span style="color:#808080;">Meskipun saya menghormati hak RPK melakukan analisa politiknya namun saya berasa mushkil dan sesungguhnya hanya beliau seorang sahaja yang mengetahui logik sebenar kenyataan tersebut.</span></strong></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><strong><span style="color:#808080;">Pada masa yang sama saya percaya rakyat boleh menilai sendiri kenyataan dan dakwaan yang dibuat oleh RPK seperti disiarkan <em>The Sunday Times</em> dan <em>Berita Minggu</em> &#8211; dua akhbar yang dulunya pernah mengkritik dan mengutuk RPK secara keras kerana menentang Kerajaan Barisan Nasional.</span></strong></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><strong><span style="color:#808080;">Walau apapun sebab yang membawa kepada tindakan akhbar-akhbar tersebut bertukar selera serta ghairah memberi keistimewaan kepada RPK, yang pasti RPK harus bertanggungjawab ke atas apa yang beliau telah katakan.</span></strong></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><strong><span style="color:#808080;">Tuduhan beliau bahawa wujud amalan rasuah di Selangor; duit kopi yang melibatkan para usahawan berbangsa Cina, adalah tuduhan serius. Kami menuntut RPK untuk tampil memberikan butiran lanjut kepada Kerajaan Negeri dan pihak berwajib agar penyiasatan terperinci dapat dilakukan.</span></strong></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><strong><span style="color:#808080;">Kerajaan Negeri bersedia membayar kos perjalanan RPK ke Pejabat Pentadbiran Kerajaan kerana untuk makluman RPK Kerajaan Negeri Selangor telah memperuntukkan sejumlah RM15 juta untuk membasmi rasuah dan penyalahgunaan kuasa di Negara ini khususnya di Selangor. Jumlah tersebut termasuk di dalam Geran Selangorku yang diumumkan oleh YAB Dato’ Menteri Besar ketika pembentangan Belanjawan 2012 yang lalu.</span></strong></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><strong><span style="color:#808080;">Sesungguhnya inilah sekecil-kecil jasa yang beliau boleh lakukan untuk membantu kerajaan yang benar-benar mahu membenteras rasuah; apatah lagi beliau sendiri dari darah bangsawan negeri Selangor. RPK tidak seharusnya melemparkan dakwaan liar hanya semata-mata mahu memperlekeh usaha Kerajaan Negeri untuk mewujudkan sebuah pentadbiran yang baik, bersih dan penuh pertanggungjawaban.</span></strong></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><strong><span style="color:#808080;">Kami sesungguhnya simpati dan amat memahami kekecewaan beliau yang terpaksa hidup dalam buangan di tengah-tengah permasalahan peribadi yang beliau hadapi, tetapi dengan melemparkan dakwaan liar sebegini tidak akan membantu membawanya pulang ke negara ini. Sebaliknya ianya hanya akan mencemarkan lagi imejnya yang sudah sediakala tercalar.</span></strong></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><strong><span style="color:#808080;">Rata-rata teman reformasi yang sempat dihubungi serta rakyat biasa, telahpun membuat kesimpulan bahawa RPK begitu terdesak serta mengharapkan kebebasan dan dibenarkan pulang ke negara ini. Insuransnya mudah; tohmahan dan fitnah terhadap Kerajaan Negeri Selangor dan Penasihat Ekonomi Negeri, Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim sebagai serangan awal menghadapi pilihan raya umum.</span></strong></p>

<p><strong>KERAJAAN NEGERI MAHU LAPORAN AUDIT KEWANGAN YBK</strong></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Kerajaan Negeri Selangor menyeru kepada Yayasan Basmi Kemiskinan (YBK) untuk membuat laporan audit yang memperincikan perjalanan kewangan dan pentadbiran harta yang telah diberikan untuk menjalankan program membasmi kemiskinan.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Mengikut pemantauan Kerajaan Negeri, YBK tidak pernah mengeluarkan laporan audit berkenaan akaun kewangan dan urusan pentadbiran selama lima tahun ini dan bagaimana duit serta harta yang diperuntukkan untuk program membasmi kemiskinan dijalankan.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Kerajaan Negeri bersedia memberi peruntukan supaya laporan audit dapat dibuat dengan segera memandangkan harta dan bantuan kewangan bernilai ratusan juta ringgit telah diberikan kepada YBK.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Kerajaan Negeri berharap semua badan bukan kerajaan (NGO) menyokong usaha ini bagi memastikan YBK menjalankan programnya dengan lebih telus dan bertanggungjawab supaya program yang rencanakan boleh memberi manfaat kepada golongan miskin.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Perkara ini mungkin tidak timbul dahulu kerana pentadbiran terdahulu dibawah Kerajaan Barisan Nasional tidak memberi keutamaan kepada ketelusan dan kebertanggungjawaban  sehingga ada aduan yang mengatakan program YBK berbaur kepentingan politik dan tidak berlandaskan keperluan atau kemiskinan.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Oleh itu, Kerajaan Pakatan Rakyat sekarang berusaha supaya program membasmi kemiskinan oleh YBK dijalankan dengan baik agar ianya dapat memberi manfaat kepada semua orang tanpa mengira kaum, agama atau sentimen politik.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Atas sebab itulah pada 20 Oktober lalu, Majlis Mesyuarat Kerajaan Negeri telah membuat keputusan untuk melantik Menteri Besar Selangor sebagai pengerusi YBK sementara Exco Kebajikan sebagai anggota lembaga.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Kami tidak menolak kemungkinan perkara ini dibangkitkan sekarang kerana sesetengah pihak yang berkepentingan khuatir pengambilalihan ini akan merugikan mereka. Walaubagaimanapun, Kerajaan Negeri tetap dengan pendirian supaya nasib semua rakyat miskin akan terbela.</p>

<description><![CDATA[Kelmarin baru sahaja berakhirnya pengendalian program Kem Remaja S.P.I.E.S (KRS) di Nur Bukit Unggul]]></description>
<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><img class="alignleft size-full wp-image-416" title="spies" src="http://alongwairnazz.files.wordpress.com/2009/05/spies.jpg?w=174&#038;h=136" alt="spies" width="174" height="136" />Kelmarin baru sahaja berakhirnya pengendalian program Kem Remaja S.P.I.E.S (KRS) di Nur Bukit Unggul Eco Resort, Salak Tinggi. Alhamdulillah penyertaan seramai 95 orang peserta berumur dari lingkungan 13-17 tahun dari Bangi dan Kajang telah membuatkan program ini begitu menarik. Yang bagusnya kem ini adalah PERCUMA kerana ditanggung sepenuhnya oleh Kerajaan Negeri Selangor Darul Ehsan. Kem ini adalah modul asas dalam menjadikan Spiritual, Physical, Intellectual, Emotional dan Social sebagai elemen kekuatan kepada remaja khususnya di negeri Selangor ini.</p>
<p>Bagi sesiapa yang ingin mengikuti kem ini secara percuma boleh terus menghubungi Koordinator Pembangunan Modal Insan melalui pejabat DUN masing-masing. Fitrah Power Resources telah dilantik sebagai pengendali untuk kem ini untuk DUN berikut:</p>

<p>Beliau diminta mengulas dakwaan pesuruhjaya PAS itu bahawa partinya tidak diberitahu mengenai pungutan wang daripada syarikat swasta untuk menjayakan majlis sambutan tersebut, 20 Jun lalu.</p>
<p>Kelmarin, Ezam mendakwa <span class="yshortcuts" style="background:none transparent scroll repeat 0 0;cursor:hand;border-bottom:#0066cc 1px dashed;">pejabat menteri besar Selangor</span> telah membuat surat dan menghantarnya kepada banyak syarikat supaya memasukkan wang ke dalam akaun milik individu.</p>
<p>&#8220;Ada syarikat yang beritahu saya mengenai perkara tersebut dan saya akan tunjukkan surat itu,&#8221; katanya ketika berceramah di Sungai Besi di ibu negara, Rabu lalu.</p>

<p>Yahya berkata, majlis sambutan 100 hari itu diuruskan oleh <span class="yshortcuts" style="cursor:hand;border-bottom:#0066cc 1px dashed;">kerajaan negeri</span> dan bukannya oleh Pakatan Rakyat.</p>
<p>Katanya, urusan kewangan untuk program tersebut juga tanggungjawab kerajaan negeri.</p>
<p>&#8220;Memang pada peringkat awal, Pakatan Rakyat mahu menganjurkan program tersebut tetapi ia dibatalkan dan diberikan kepada kerajaan negeri.</p>
<p>&#8220;Apabila ia dianjurkan oleh kerajaan negeri, secara automatik pembabitan parti tidak perlu lagi,&#8221; kata Yahya lagi.</td>
