<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Nearly 500 teachers from the most literate province in India, Kerala, which also has a surplus of teachers, may be going to Brazil for three years to teach Mathematics and English to children in Grade 1 to Grade 6.</p>
<p>An initiative between provincial governments in Brazil and India, this should be an interesting experiment in primary education, and the globalization of education delivery.
